Stuck to the wall outside of the Transfiguration classroom on the left are six different colored 'thought bubbles' with the words "Transfiguration Suggestions" above them. These colored bubbles are at different heights so all the students could write on them if they choose to.
This is where the students get a chance to suggest what spells/charms
THEY would like to learn during one of Professor Stewart's lessons. Camilla actually does check these suggestions very often and takes the students suggestions into consideration while planning her lessons. This doesn't mean however that just because a suggestion is giving that it will definitely be taught so please keep that in mind.
So step up, grab a quill (there's one magically hanging on the wall) and jot down a suggestion or two! It's also okay for more then one person to suggest the same thing!
