Once invited into Kaysha’s office, you enter to find she had decorated it simply. The walls have been covered in amethyst coloured wall paper, her favourite colour. Over these wall papers, there are many framed photos of persons precious to her. One frame holds a collage of her at various ages, another shows pictures of herself and her father and yet another shows a picture of her beautiful, deceased mother. Most of the photos, however, contain pictures of her previous students from the Muggle Primary and Secondary schools she had taught at as well as from the little volunteer group she had formed so that kids who needed extra help in school could get it.
On one corner, there was a huge, wooden bookshelf laden with an assortment of books for her to read in her leisure time. Would you be interested in borrowing one? You simply need to ask! Just ensure that you return them back in their proper condition. In the opposite corner sat a sort of kitchenette dedicated to store refreshments for her guests. These refreshments were provided by the hard working elves of Hogwarts.
In the middle of the room sat Kaysha’s desk which was always so neatly organised. Across from her desk and chair, sat two comfortable chairs. Choose one and make yourself at home! There is no need to be shy!

Had she not been so preoccupied with thoughts of her ailing father, the moment Kay had returned to her office after one of her lessons she would have noticed the letter lying on her desk. As it was, it took her quite a bit of time to do so even though she happened to be sitting right at said desk. It was only when she reached for her lesson planner that she saw the crisp envelope addressed to her.
The woman reached for it, tore open the envelope and pulled out the letter written on equally crisp parchment. She recognised the handwriting just by glancing at the words. A small but brief smile crossed her face. Her fraternal friends from last term had written to let her know that things were in motion.
The short message meant that she had that specific task to commence. A smirk, something that she never showed, crossed her features. It was time to get to work.
"Good day Professor," Kitty said pleasantly as she walked into the office. She moved to sit down in one of the two comfortable chairs. "How is Marshmallow doing?" Just out of curiosity and affection for Kay's pet.

Not even the sight of Kitty Valentine could distract Kaysha. Nevertheless, she smiled though it was not the usual broad one; not her signature smile. "Ms Valentine. How wonderful of you to come visit. "Marshmallow is quite well. I have a feeling that she's enjoying the cold weather a little too much.'' Owner and crup were not alike in that manner.
"How are you? Excited for the journey ahead after you've graduated?'' The professor would certainly miss Kitty. She was one of the most hard working and passionate students Kay had ever come across.

It was nice that Marshmallow was doing well. Kitty was rather fond of Kay's pet. "That's cute she likes the cold," she said with a smile.
She did notice how something was off about Kay's expression. It wasn't her normal smile. "How about you Professor? Is everything all right with you too?" Maybe she was just imaging it.
A small shrug was given in response to if she was excited about leaving Hogwarts. "I guess I'm excited about some of it," she admitted with a small smile. "But Hogwarts is my home and I kind of feel like I'm being kicked out even though I know that's silly. Um, you know what I mean? It's just weird that I won't be student next year. I've been going to school ever since I was nine in Romania. But I am looking forward to meeting new people and fighting for the cause."
She knew Kay would know what cause she was referring to.

She knew Kay would know what cause she was referring to.
"Quite unlike her owner. I prefer the warm weather.'' But it was obvious Kitty had noticed that something was off about her. Kay quickly nodded. "Like everyone, I do have a few things on my mind but I'll have those sorted out soon enough. Thank you for asking.'' She quickly attempted to change the subject.
She listened and of course, she had some words of comfort to offer. "It's not silly. I felt the same way when I was about to graduate. You've been here for so many years so its natural to feel attached to this place.'' Ah, yes. The cause. Kay was eager to know more of this. The knowledge may come in handy at some point."Have you thought of a strategy? Of how you'll get your message around to get witches and wizard to agree with you?''

It was obvious from the way she changed the subject that Kay did not want to talk about whatever was on her mind - which was totally fine. Whatever it was, Kitty was sure she'd be able to figure it out, and if later she wanted to talk, Kitty would be more than happy to hear her out.
Now though the subject was changed to something she felt most passionate about: the Statute and her future. "It's a shame that I won't be seeing this place again," she said, not quite ready to embrace leaving. "At least not for a long time. If I ever had kids I would send them here because I wouldn't want them to miss out. Even though by then none of my friends will still be here and maybe even none of the professors. At least the ghosts and portraits will always be here." Talking about it made her feel even sadder, so she was relieved to switch the subject to the Statute. "Well, I've considered several things. Obviously I'll try to do things legally." She didn't want to be thrown into Azkaban. "First I'll start handing out leaflets. I reckon I'll have plenty of opportunities to debate people who disagree with me just from handing them out. My leaflets will include details about normal Muggles suffering from illnesses and other problems, along with real pictures. It'll force people to imagine if those were people they knew, and then I think they'll be more sympathetic to my position and won't be so quick to assume I'm an evil Cultist like Ronan did."

The topic of Kitty's future was one Kay was only happy to discuss. She was genuinely interested, after all. "Perhaps someday you can host a seminar on Muggles. Or you can be a guest at one of my lessons. You can share some of your experiences with students.'' The ideas had simply popped into her head but they made sense. Kitty could play a great part in convincing more persons about the Muggle world.
"I agree. The last thing I want to hear is my old student be thrown into Azkaban.'' Though Kay knew that she would try to do everything she could to help Kitty if that happened. She just didn't say that out aloud. "Do you think that will be enough to convince them to read it? There are some witches and wizards that are too stubborn to understand a muggle's struggles. Have you thought about if you'd want to target a specific group first before tackling others? Like teenagers? Adults in their early twenties? Or since you mentioned illnesses, perhaps patients at St Mungo's?''
