In this spacious room, the trophy room houses the various trophies earned by students over the centuries. From plaques with the names of Student House Leaders from the last century along with House Quidditch Cup & Gobstones Champions. Along with those who earned the prestigious Special Services to the school. All the trophies displayed have been kept in special encasing to prevent further dust from ruining them. Feel free to admire the displays, but do not touch or you may find yourself stuck to them with no choice but to clean them until all evidence of fingerprints have been removed.

Even the castle here wasn't anything exceptional and all she found worthy of her time were a few parties. Ugh. It was tragic.
But she had heard talks of things, secret passages and the like, things that could potentially be interesting, and she was determined to find something, or someone, worthy of her time. And so, she was here wandering the castle of Hogwarts again after classes, looking for trouble something interesting.
The fourteen year old had found herself on the third floor thanks to the moving staircase and she began her walk down the hallway looking for something even remotely interesting. Or someone very attractive and interesting. What she found was her sister in a room that she hadn't seen before.
"What's going on in here?" she asked, lingering in the doorway. Her question had two meanings - 1, what was her sister doing? and 2, what was this room about? Trophies were kind of interesting, but only if you won them yourself. Otherwise, they had no meaning. And besides the trophies, this looked like about the most boring room in the castle.
She was walking around the trophies not long when she heard a familiar voice. Her eyes moved to see her sister standing there. "Nothing at all." Madelyn half wondered why she was there. There was no big social event in here and she knew her sister enjoyed the center of attention. "What brings you in here?" She looked back at the trophies before finding a seat.
"I find it weird they have all these trophies, but yet no sports. Don't you? I wish we could have had our quodpot season." It was dumb that they couldn't have their sports even if they were over here. It could have been fit in. Plus she enjoyed cheering for that so much more than these IMPS. She realized she wasn't making much eye contact with Maesi, but she honestly was still upset with her from the other night. In a place she felt so out of place lately she couldn't even feel like she fit in with her own sibling.
It was weird how different they were. She questioned if maybe one was switched at birth a time or two.

Nothing at all. Yeah, that's about what Maesi expected. Madelyn was doing nothing exciting, this room was doing nothing exciting... well, at least she had someone familiar to talk to now and maybe they could go do something more worthwhile together. Maesi shrugged as she walked into the room, her eyes falling on the trophies closest to her. "Just looking for something to do. The Beetle was getting boring." There was only so much to do there, not that there seemed to be all that much to do here either. But her point was that she was looking for something.
"It is weird.." Maesi glanced at a few of them as she walked through the room, soon flopping dramatically down on the seat next to her sister. If she was mad at her, Maesi certainly wasn't aware, and even if she did know the reason, she would have probably thought she was being ridiculous. But it certainly wasn't anything weighing on her mind. "What do you think they're even for?" She didn't look at them closely, but it was so weird to have an entire room filled with trophies when there was no sign of sports here. She was starting to feel like she was in an episode of the Twilight Zone.
She shrugged a little at the Quodpot comment. "Obviously the IMPS challenge is the main focus, though that really leaves little for the rest of us." Not that she got into Quodpot so much and she did usually manage to find her own fun, but she wouldn't mind the entertainment of watching those hot players battle it out in the air. "But maybe that's Hogwarts' deal too. Maybe they normally have their sports but can't while this thing is going on." She didn't know any different, but that would kind of make sense.

Calling everyone who was older than her as 'Miss' and 'Sir' has been quite a habit she developed, especially recently. It was her way of being respectful to students older than her, so she really hoped the prefect wouldn't mind. Besides, she seemed really nice! But she didn't seem to notice a certain Fairfield plaque right over there, so the blonde let it linger longer to see if she'd realise. She didn't want to seem big-headed, anyway. All she felt was pride, is all.
Hmm... well, yes. It was a trophy room. The name said it all, didn't it? "They're probably here somewhere, but there's too many of them to be sure of it. Do you want help in looking for them?" The more trophies there were, the bigger the chance and probability that there was a trophy related to dueling here. Vivian didn't really find the time to watch them all, because she only had one reason why she was here... and that was kinda obvious, really. "Are you a fan of dueling too?" Because this Slytherin was! Though she had to back out from the club for personal reasons that she didn't want to discuss. Perhaps soon she would come back. Seeing Professor Crush was always a great reason to duel, too. Just saying.
There was two things that Noelle noticed off he bat about this Slytherin. One. her teeth were amazing. Super white. And straight. And two. Miss Noelle. Noelle could not remember anytime that another student had called her miss.... well...besides Emm.
Noelle grinned at the beam that was given to her. Contagious and what not.
"Yes, I would love some help if you're offering. There are way too many trophies in here. And to be honest, this is the first time I've really been in here." She stated, venturing into the room further. She was minding her Ps and Qs. No knocking into anything.
"I love dueling. But, its more than dueling. I want to be an auror one day. Hirsch is really helping me up my game." That beautiful man. It made Noelle work harder just to see that proud smile he displayed. "And sometimes its best to learn from the past, you know?" Noelle said casually as she snuck past a big trophy until something caught her eye.
Her name.
Well her last name. Summers. She went over to a Quidditch trophy and examined it. Her mother's name was written on it. Well, part of it. Because other team members were also listed with her name. What???? Noelle had NO idea her mom even played Quidditch. Her mouth dropped.

That was a LOVELY beam, Vivian had to point out. It only made the Slytherin beam more. It even resulted to Miss Noelle receiving a thumbs up. Nice beams = happy vibes.
"Well, I did offer earlier, so yes," the blonde smiled and nodded. Besides, she didn't have any plans for today aside from being the usually adventurous self that she was. Also, she also didn't mind helping out the Gryffindor prefect. It meant making friends, which was totally Vivian's thing. She tiptoed to take a better look at the shelf. Hmm, didn't seem to have any dueling ones here. Just a lot of former prefect plaques. "There's really a lot that I haven't seen much either, so I guess we're both just learning too."
Oh, was that a Renesmee Dixon plaque for head girl? That was Ethan's sister! Miss Nessie! The Slytherin was positive, and it made her smile.
The mention of Professor Crush's name made Vivian's smile grow wider. "Professor Hirsch is looooovely, right?" He was a great teacher, and also a rather pretty one too. But she wasn't going to blurt that out all too quickly. "Oooooh, a big bad Auror? Well, good luck! I heard it's tough training from Miss Hady -- you know her, right? -- but I'm sure you'll do great. Knowing how to duel is quite essential to it." So many people wanted to become Aurors. No denying, it WAS a great profession.
While looking at another set of trophies that weren't ones for duelling, Vivian's attention was caught by Miss Noelle's reaction towards a certain shiny trophy. Hmm... "What's that?" The blonde made her way to see, because she was curious. And what would elicit a sudden mouth drop from the older girl, anyway? It had to be something interesting! "A duelling trophy?"

Noelle just got a thumbs up. What?? She giggled at that because it was so random to her. She didn't mind it though, and thought it to be quite cute. She returned one with her own thumbs up.
Noelle skimmed through the other prefects. Hady's picture was on one. She grinned. That was her 'big sis'. Proud little sister right here.
"Have you been in here a lot?" She asked Vivan as she moved past the prefect plaques. She stopped to admire more before continuing on her way. Noelle should have come in here sooner. She was a sixth year and never thought to come in here before. It was rubbish.
Noelle could also talk some Hirsch. "He is! I wouldn't be the person I am today without him." She admired that man so much. "yeah... it is. Hirsch has me training to duel against an actual auror.. or a YATi student this term." Huh. "Whose Hady?" She asked, tilting her head to the side a little bit. And why did this girl know her but Noelle didn't????
Now, Noelle was perched in front of the big shiny trophy. She didn't dare pick it up because she didn't want it crashing around her. "Its my mothers name on here." She said pointing to it. "Its a Quidditch trophy. I didn't even realize she played Quidditch!" It was certainly crazy. She'd have to owl her mom things.

"When isn't the Beetle boring? I mean it was fun for awhile, but it's getting smaller and smaller I swear." She had been ready to leave since Christmas though so that probably wasn't the best opinion. Every passing day she felt more and more homesick and just ready to go. She watched her sister a bit looking at the trophies, "There are so many of them." They were impressive to see.
"Quidditch, Gobstones, and House Cup, but it's strange because I've been told that they haven't had Quidditch in over ten years. Could you even imagine not having sports? I mean we can't have our Quidditch or Quadpot this year because we are here, but they haven't in ten years. What do they cheer for?" Honestly how could they even have school spirit with nothing to cheer on? No wonder their group was so quiet in the stands during the competition. She started to wonder if she couldn't help Hogwarts get some school spirit somehow. Sweet Savannah, she had to be training for her tryouts and what better way to do it than help bring spirit to both schools.
"Right? I mean I thought this was going to be fun and we all were going to feel involved, but it's really not. If you aren't part of the competition you are just here. It's quite boring, to be honest. The Hogwarts students are friendly enough, but they are doing their own thing most of the time and we are doing ours. There isn't too much interaction." Plus her cheering hadn't been all that welcomed by her own housemates which she found very rude. It had just all become very defeating as of lately.

Receiving a thumbs up back meant a lot to the Slytherin. Let this be the day that she and Miss Noelle become official friends, all thanks to beams and thumbs ups.
Vivian's eyes kept looking at the names engraved on the plaques of other prefects and quidditch captains. There was Miss Alexa Cambridge's head girl plaque, whom she was able to meet during her first year. She was an Auror now, and the Slytherin had much respect for her. And then Miss Pretty Prefect Dot's prefect plaque, who allowed the firstie Vivian to touch her precious badge. Miss Hady's was there too. The blonde couldn't help but smile. They all made a mark in this school. She wondered what hers would eventually be, but she was just a fourth year. Still a lot more time to let Hogwarts remember her name.
"Quite a lot, yes. I like how shiny the trophies and plaques are in here," she replied with a beam. It was part of the truth behind the reason why she always came here. It had something to do with one Quidditch Captain plaque somewhere. She was just being lowkey about it. "How often do you go here?" Miss Noelle was prefect, after all. Perhaps not as much? Didn't they have corridor patrolling duties?
Aaahhhhh, Vivian could talk all day about the greatness that is Professor Hirsch. She'd always had her tiny crush on him since first year. "That sounds interesting!" Definitely! Against experiences people, too. That would mean so much for someone like Miss Noelle, who wanted to become an Auror. "Are you excited? Nervous?" Vivian would have felt both of those emotions. Also, because why not duel with an Auror or a YATI trainee. So cool! "Uh... Miss Hady's the former head girl from Slytherin. Oh, that's her!" The Slytherin pointed at Miss Hady's plaque.
And her mom used to play Quidditch, too? Vivian tiptoed to examine the trophy that the prefect was at on. "She never mentioned Quidditch to you before?" GASP. Sounded like familial betrayal to the fourth year. "My auntie's here, too. See, look..." She pointed at her auntie's plaque as Quidditch Captain for Ravenclaw. Finally, she was able to bring it up! "Auntie Elise plays for the Pride of Portree now, as beater!" Fairfield pride!

Seemed that Vivi and Noelle would indeed become friends today. Noelle was glad she came to the trophy room now.
She paused at the Alexa Cambridge plaque. She was one of her favorite people. She was one of the aurors that rescued her from the dungeon a few years ago. She was kinda very important in her life.... not that Ms. Cambridge knew that. And Hady was actually her big sister. They were very close. "Hady is my big sister. She taught me a lot while in school." She was proud of her. "I also don't go here a lot. I mean... when doing rounds, we check it... but I don't stop to actually look around. You know? "
Noelle rubbed her finger over her mother's name on the plaque. "I had no idea. " She said and took a look at Vivi. "Oh wow. You have an aunt who is a beater?? My boyfriend is a keeper." in both senses. "That's amazing though! Do you have a lot of family members that support her?'

She knew Miss Hady, too! Well, who didn't know her, anyway? She was Head Girl, and a top point earner from Slytherin. She was dating the former Head Boy, too. It just made sense. "Hady's kinda like... my Snakey Mama! We go on ice cream dates together! " Vivian beamed at the prefect. The fourth year absolutely adored being an ickle to Miss Hady. It was also followed by a tiny giggle. Was Sir Frankie gonna be jealous? She hoped not! "Oh, I understand. Y'know, considering you're prefect and all... you'll be having your very own plaque here soon." She was leaving a mark when she graduated! What a legacy.
Vivian blinked at Miss Noelle. Was she TOUCHING the plaque? "We're going to have to shine that plaque again," she said. But maybe after she actually admired it. After all, it was her mum's so it was special. "I do! And she still is a beater, actually. Do you play, too?" The Slytherin couldn't imagine her auntie in any other Quidditch position, to be honest. Being a beater suited Auntie Elise. "Your boyfriend?" Oooooh, sounds interesting! But she definitely beamed at the 'keeper' comment. It was just figurative, but she just knew it. "We do, definitely. I always go to her matches, but not as much now as before." Because of school, Vivian only went to matches during the summer. It was still pretty fun and intense. Who in her family didn't like Quidditch, anyway? She hoped nobody did.
But speaking of plaques... "When you graduate, I'll probably still keep coming back here. I'll watch over YOUR plaque. Waddaya think?" Because plaques and trophies deserved some love, too... so why not?

Hady was Noelle's big sister. She knew her well and grinned wide when Viv started talking about her. "Ice cream dates are so fun. Have you met her younger siblings? The twins?" They were a handful but AMAZING. Zoo trips with those three were fun. "Frankie was like..... my... motivation when he was here. I really looked up to him. We even got to practice a couple times. He...Hes yeah. " What were words to describe Frankie? A legend? Top guy? Amazing? Dedicated? Too many.
Actually... Noelle hadn't even thought about her name being on a prefect plaque. When she'd gotten picked to be a prefect, she'd been over the moon! She was very nervous starting out... she wasn't one to have a LOT of attention on her. So to be in charge was something that Noelle had to learn. Hopefully she was doing okay.
"I am. Don't worry. Ill clean it." A simple spell would do the trick. Noelle liked to see with her hands too. Weird quirk of hers. "My boyfriend is a quidditch player. He plays for the players until they are 17. Daisy and Zinnia are also on his team." She wasn't actually sure who else was on the team... to her embarrassment. She needed to up her girlfriend game. "But that's amazing about your mom. You must be proud." She said pulling her wand out and cleaning the plaque. Fingerprint free. She also cleaned the one her moms name was on. Yeah... she'd be owling her later.
Looking at Vivi, she checked her out before offering a big grin. "You're one of a kind. I like it. I would love if you'd do that for me." She said nudging her with her shoulder.

Talking about Miss Hady only made Vivian miss the older Slytherin more, and especially their ice cream dates. Aside from that, she was most thankful to Miss Hady because the older she-snake gave her two-way mirror to Vivian. Merlin knew just how useful those things were, given the fourth year's current situation. "Ice creams are always fun!" She bounced with a beam. "Oh, her siblings? Not yet. I've never personally met them. Miss Hady only sent me a photo of them both wearing the infant onesies we bought for them just this Christmas break." Vivian loved looking for nice clothes, and adding baby clothes to the mix was definitely a fun way of bonding! And she couldn't help but smile as Miss Noelle talked about Sir Frankie. "Yup, he's really nice. He didn't get mad at me for accidentally sitting on his lap during my second year." LOL. That was funny, though! Good thing Miss Hady didn't eat second year Vivian alive for that.
Vivian nodded as the Gryffindor prefect assured her of the shininess of the trophy she was touching. Were they even allowed to touch? The Slytherin had never made contact with them. What if she actually broke one or toppled one over? Either way, the fourth year trusted Miss Noelle enough. Maybe she'd just remind her later before they left, just in case. She wasn't keen on leaving fingerprints as culprit evidence if ever. "Boyfriend... like... you mean Noah, right?" He played Quidditch, yeah? Hmm, the Slytherin did know they used to date, courtesy of one Skylar Diggory. Did they get back together, though? Strange, she wasn't sure her dormie had ever mentioned that to her. Putting that topic aside, Vivian smiled. "Well, technically Auntie Elise is also my mum, but yeah. I am really proud of her." As an ever supportive niece and honorary daughter, of course. What with Auntie Elise being known globally as a beater for the Pride of Portree and the British International Team, it always had perks and bragging rights.
Definitely, Vivian was aware of that. There will never be another Vivian Fairfield, who would stroll the corridors of Hogwarts after her. She was one of a kind, and she knew that. The fourth year beamed at the older girl, especially after the quick nudge. "Deal, then. I'll come back once a week to shine and polish it for you!" And she whole-heartedly meant it, no doubt. Vivian wasn't one to break promises.
