Banner credit: FwooperOnYourLeft A set of paths link the Courtyard to almost every area of the Grounds. Walking upon these stone covered paths, lined with all sorts of trees is a lovely way to clear your mind after a long day of classes. This is a quiet area of the Grounds with the soft sound of leaves rustling in the wind or lightly crunching below your feet.
Take a walk with a friend, find an unoccupied bench to read a book, climb one of the many trees, smell the roses or play hide and seek in the thick vegetation. Be sure not to trample any of the flowers unless you personally want to hurt Mr. Baldvinsson’s feelings.
Doesn’t the air just seem fresher around here somehow?

Let's just not talk more about him and his new mysterious girl. Not only because the Slytherin girl didn't really know much about it, but Ava also did that for his privacy. There's probably a reason why Noah didn't tell his sister much about her, right?
Oh? Someone asked her out? The Gryffindor couldn't help but perked up when Skylar did say that she was asked by someone. "Is that person Brent?" She couldn't help it anymore. That Slytherin guy was asking her out in a public when he was in the middle of IMPS task. Also, Ava did see some kind of lip-locking action when Brent was back. "Are you two are officially dating?" Gleefully she asked, hopefully this girl wouldn't mind. But well, Ava was just happy about that! "Ah, yeah. I'm going with him." And he would be amazingly handsome in a suit, despite the fact that he's kind of put a little bit more weight currently.

And now they were moving on to the topic of the upcoming social event. And there it was, the clincher. The reason Ava had stood near her in class and wanted to walk with her after class. For a moment, the fourth year considered fibbing and suggesting some other guy's name, and yet, Ava had been there when Brent asked her to be his girlfriend in the middle of the first challenge. She would find out sometime, so she might as well find out directly from the source.
"Don't be so shocked," Sky answered instead. That was for both questions. There was nothing to be shocked over. She heard him in the middle of the competition. Although she didn't hear the minor disagreement before she had said yes, but it was all water under the bridge now.

And wait, not shocked!? Did that mean she saw it coming? Suddenly Skylar felt hot with embarrassment because she hadn't realized it had been that obvious? Or maybe it wasn't and she was reading way too much into this. "Oh, thanks, ... got any advice?" Because Ava had been with Phillip for a few years now, so surely she must be able to offer something to a novice. And although Hayley and Chloe and Gracie had all talked to her, she figured the more input couldn't hurt. Except that their input and experiences might not apply and some things she just needed to figure out on her own.

"It's okay to be possessive sometimes, especially that your boyfriend is hot and there are some girls have a crush on him." Or having a psycho ex-girlfriend who always tried to break your relationship. Since Brent was sort of a new student, Ava was not sure if he had an ex here and it's not her business to ask.
"Second, do things that makes him happy." Like baking or cooking his favorite food. She did learn how to bake just wanted to spoil Phillip with baked goods and it worked, although it made him had to put on some weight. "And the last, just be there for supporting him whenever he needed. Especially that your boyfriend now is joining a competition that represents our school. Oh, and also.. Guys are not a mind-reader so just tell him what you need or want, it makes us clingy and needy though but he won't know what you want/need unless you told him." There, dating advice from Ava Burton.

Despite the fact that winter was almost over, Kitty still wore a black scarf and snow boots as she around outside. Actually it made perfect sense since the snow was melting that would give way to mud. Besides, they were stylish (and school approved) boots.
She'd just finished all her prefect patrols for the day and was wandering aimlessly. Honestly she felt kind of isolated- though that was a feeling she'd been feeling for much of this term.
Today it was a peaceful isolation. As she walked she began to hum a haunting My Chemical Romance song.
