Study Tables Image Credit: MuggleDinosaur Over to the far end of the Common Room there is a separate room where desks are aligned in straight rows by the dungeon windows. Along the right wall a number of bookcases can be found with books for any Slytherin student to borrow for study or leisure reading purposes. Each desk has a firefly lamp on it that emits light to those that study or read in here. If you stroke the snake sculpture by the door then it will start playing soft and tranquil music. |
FOR EDDIE/Bazinga, or like anyone else who wants to play! :3 Skylar had made herself a little niche in claiming one of the chairs at the study tables lately. Who needed to go to the library anymore, when one could stay cozied up in pajamas, reading and doing homework in their very own common room? So much better, for sure. The only problem was that she often lost track of time because of how comfortable it was down here. Like the fact that she'd been sitting, studying her transfiguration notes for three hours and yet it felt like only twenty minutes. Fortunately it was the weekend, which meant she didn't have a class to rush off to, but she should have been having fun on the weekend, not practicing and honing her magic skills. Yet the spells weren't going to learn themselves and she wanted to ace all her exams next year, she had to work hard now, so as to not be overwhelmed later. |
Quote:
His sister new boy person was only a few years older than him, so it couldn't be that hard to take down a squib. He set down his books with a thud and looked around. Who would be nosey and bother him and who will just leave him alone. That was always the question, people were always around. He knew he had to keep his nose out of trouble and at least act like he cared about others. Only seeing a older girl he gave her a nod and then sat down. |
