Hadley may, or may not, have sprinted all the way here like child rushing down to Christmas tree on Christmas morning. And she may or may not have been practically bouncing with excitement. Nope. Not at all. Not in the slightest.

It was finally here. Her year to start Animagus training, and there was no way Hadley Denaker was going to waste a second of the year. So here she was, bright and early on the morning of September 2nd; First day of classes, and her birthday, solely to speak to Professor Stewart about starting training.

She paused a moment to compose herself, rolling back and forth slightly on the balls of her feet. Deep breath. She flashed the ferret on her shoulder an excited grin, then knocked sharply three times on the Professor's door.

With it being as early as it was on the morning of the first day back, Camilla was sat at her desk going over the lesson plan she had ready for today. Picking up her mug of tea from her desk she raised it to her lips taking a sip of the hot liquid just as someone knocked on her door.

It was hardly breakfast time so who really would be up and about going to see her first thing in the morning? The knock didn't sound urgent so she was sure it wasn't anything to important but it was also loud enough to get her attention. "I wonder who that could be, shall we check Bonsai?" she asked her companion who was currently curled up on one of the office chairs.

Setting the mug back down on her desk and raising to her feet, Cami crossed the carpeted floor and pulled open the door to her office. "Miss Deneker, good morning, what can I do for you?" The question was asked without much thought. She knew exactly why Haddie was here this morning and the warm smile on her face said as much. Taking a step back and holding the door she invited her inside, "Why don't you come inside and have a seat."

It wasnt until the next day that Noelle ventured to Professor Stewarts office. It was rather early, before classes. She wanted to talk to the professor before everything got started.

Knocking on her office door, she hoped no one else was in there. Then she took a seat, to wait. Noelle was here about animagi training of course. Hopefully, this term she would be able to hold that mandrake on her tongue for one full month.

Fingers crossed.

Whether or not Noelle had been able to hear voices coming from inside the office was a possibility. Professor Stewart didn't always but up silencing charms when inside unless it was a sensitive matter or the situation called for it. The current meeting she was having inside wasn't one of those times.

She had just been about to summon a glass and some juice for Haddie whom was the one she was speaking with inside when a knock on her door caught her attention. Cami almost laughed to herself, as there was now only one other person who would come looking for her so earlier on the morning of the second day. "Excuse me one moment, Miss Denaker," she excused herself rising to her feet once more and crossing the room. Opening the door to her office she peered out into the sitting area a smile crossing her face.

"Good morning, Miss Summers, you have wonderful time. I have Miss Denaker inside my office. Why don't you come inside and I can speak with you both at the same time," she stepped back inviting Noelle into her office.

"Bonsai I need that chair," she called to her cat whom lifted his head, stretched and slid off the chair to go lay on the floor. With a soft laugh Cami waved her wand at the chair to clean it of any cat fur.

Melbourne was nervous, extreeeeeeemely nervous in fact. The Gryffindor hadn’t planned on asking about training at all…but then her cousin had convinced her other wise. After all, it was something they had dreamed about doing together – still, she didn’t want to be turned down or anything…or worse be picked and then fail all together.

Still. Here she was standing outside of Professor Stewart’s office.

Reaching up her hand she knocked on the door and just HOPED that maybe, maybe this would work for the best…after all wouldn’t it be fun to be an Animagi?

What was going on with these flowers? She was watering them and she had even gave them some special plant soil not to long again and yet they didn't appear well. Cami sighed softly taking in the appearance of a recently wilted orange petal. It looked like a trip to find Myers was in order. Hopefully the older man would be able to help her.

She had some time to do that now before her next lesson. Grabbing her bag she was just heading towards the door when there was a knock. She hadn't been expecting anyone. Opening the door she smiled seeing the fifth year standing there. "Hello, Miss Sorin-Ward, what can I do for you?" she asked softly.

Melbourne nearly squeaked when she heard Professor Stewart’s voice. ”H-….hi Professor Stewart” Melbourne smiled softly, her nerves were probably radiating off of her as she stood there in front of the Transfigurations Professor. ”I…I was wondering if I could possibly do some training with you for Animagus training? I have been contemplating it and read a few books over the summer about it and think that this is something that I really want to learn about” she explained her eyes searching the Professors face for any sign of what the answer would be.

”I…will understand if you don’t want to train me in it and I can wait if you want but I feel like I can handle this ontop of my OWLs studys this term.” she explained her face slightly pale as she stood there.

Please say yes…please say yes.

There were only a handful of reasons that a student was knocking on her door. Typically it was concerning their grades or some assignment that she had just given them during class. Other times it was a colleague with a question or just wanting to share a cup of tea and chat while they had some downtime between lessons. Or there was this reason. Melbourne was not the first to come to her office wanting to speak about animagi training, not even the first this term. It seemed to be a trend this year, one that only the young ladies of Hogwarts was partaking in.

A warm smile tugged at the professors lips as she took in the clear nervousness in the young girls tone as well as her request for training. Hearing that she had been considering it for some time and had already read a couple of books was a decent start. "Before I decide either way, Miss Sorin-Ward, why don't you come inside and we can talk about what you already know and what the training consists of?" That way she would be well informed on the topic and then they can speak about moving forward with training should her grades and behavior not be of any problem.
