OOC: May 2017 - August 2017Welcome to the Hogwarts RPG School Chat! Once again, it is that time of the year when another term passes and a new one begins. Let's wave goodbye to the Term 45 chat thread and say hello to the shiny new chat thread for Term 46. 
It is now time for your eager student to board the train back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, their home away from home for the next nine months. I'm sure everyone is ready to head back to school, even after the strange events that occurred just months ago. Will this term bring something even more terrifying than a monster that lives in another realm? Will student lives be put at risk once more? Or will there finally be a quiet year at Hogwarts?
This thread is for all participating members of the Hogwarts role-play to chat, speculate, offer their character to play with, and more!

QUESTION! Is it just the two schools (students and faculty) allowed in the viewing area of the competition? I'm currently melting and reading comprehension is at 10% at best so I may have missed details saying others can but I HAVE SOME VERY CURIOUS VOICES IN MY HEAD ABOUT THIS FOR REASONS

*zooms to finish up Derf's t-shirts for the festivities because home boy is low key freaking out* There has been some confusion/grumblings about not being able to keep up with who is playing who in regards to Ilvermorny characters, so it might be best to not make things more overwhelming by bringing in non-Hogwarts/Ilvermorny characters. So let's just focus on playing out our Hogwarts and Ilvermorny characters please.
However, for IC knowledge/purposes, there would be a few Prophet reporters, a handful of school board members (from both schools), a number of employees from the Ministry (security purposes and what not), parents of the competitors, etc. present for the challenges.
