As you walk along the fifth floor corridor and pass by a statue of a man with his gloves on the wrong hands, you see a series of identical-looking doors. The fourth door to the left of the statue looks no different from the rest. However, those that try it will find that they cannot open the door. Even a simple Alohomora will not make the door budge. It would be best to forget about this door and carry on with the rest of your day ... unless you know the password, of course.
Only prefects and Quidditch captains know the password (Charmin) to get this door to creak open. Once the special words are whispered, the door will open to reveal a shiny marble-floored bathroom. Toilet stalls and a shelf containing towels and swimwear take up one side of the room whereas the other contains a set of couches, a coffee table, and a wizarding wireless. However, that isn't what most students who have access to this room care about. Many often find themselves heading straight for the enormous, swimming pool-like tub in the centre of the room with every ambition of going for a nice swim. The tub, though large, fills up remarkably fast due to the hundred taps surrounding it. If one plans on staying here for a while, they might as well add in some bubbles and relax.
Don't mind the portrait of the mermaid -- she just likes showing off and flirting with the boys.

It may have been a bathroom, but Rooney had brought snacks and had left them over the side in the picnic basket as he filled up the huge tub with water and scented bubbles. ALL THE SCENTS. ALL THE BUBBLES. YAAAAAAAAAAAAS. Rooney was well aware that Rula may have just wanted to sit over on the sofas for their chat, but he had missed being able to kick his feet in the water to throw the bubbles up into the air.
He stretched out across the tiled floor, watching the ceiling whilst he waited to be joined by the Head Girl. Royalty was on its way.

Rula had checked out the prefects' bathroom as soon as she could the day after the feast - not really to use it, but more just to see what it was actually like. And it was even more incredible than she'd imagined, since it was really more than just a bathroom. It seemed almost misleading to refer to it as that, but it wasn't entirely wrong either. So she supposed it could keep its name.
Either way, she was excited to head to it today because she was meeting Rooney there! It was a great place to catch up and talk about life and all that good stuff. Those sofas had looked really comfy when she'd checked the room out.
Whispering the password to the door once she'd reached it, she walked on in, closing the door behind-
The bath/pool was being filled up? Surely someone else hadn't gotten there before they did? Or-
Oh, there was Rooney! On the floor by the tub. So maybe they'd be sitting over there instead of the sofas - which was also totally okay! It'd feel really nice to stick her feet in the water actually.
"Hey there, Mr. Head Boy!" she said, walking over with a grin.

"Hey there, Mr. Head Boy!" she said, walking over with a grin. As he heard the door creak open, Rooney turned his head to look towards it and his face was engulfed in a grin. "Mrs. Head Girl, hello to you too!" At that, he sat up and gave Rula a wave before his hand moved to beckon her closer to him. "I decided we could have the bath going, dip our feet and catch up. Nothin' formal." Which was a change for him, and Rula would know that straight off the bat.
Picking his wand up off the floor, Roo drew the picnic basket to his side and opened it up. "I have sandwiches, cakes, juice and potatoes - Liv loves potatoes. I have to put them with every picnic I put together now." He didn't blame her though, potatoes were honestly just a wonderful source of food and a delightful stomach filler. Yummy, yummy potatoes!
"I have news for you."

"I have news for you." Hehe, that "Mrs." title got an even bigger grin out of her. It sounded really nice, didn't it? Of course, she wasn't technically a Mrs. yet, but she would be soon! Well, soon-ish, since they hadn't set a date just yet, but still. It wouldn't be super long until then.
And though she was definitely a fan of formal hangouts, casual ones were fun too, especially with a good friend. "Sounds good to me." She sat down next to him and started slipping her shoes off as he summoned the picnic basket and described the food he'd brought.
That part about always bringing potatoes because Liv loved them? That just melted her heart right there. So sweet and lovely. "Good choices. Potatoes are always a great addition." Especially for such a nice reason.
News though? She slipped her feet into the water as she looked at him. "Good news, I hope?" He didn't seem down or anything, so that was hopefully a good sign that it wasn't something bad.

Roo missed the other Ravenclaw boy immensely - you didn't spend six years around a person every day and not grow to miss them when they were gone.

She didn't know her very well, but from what she'd seen the past couple terms and just seeing her around the castle, the Hufflepuff seemed to Rula like the perfect choice. So it'd definitely surprised Rula when the badge had arrived in her letter this summer. "I did think you might get Head Boy though," she added with another grin. Rooney was definitely the perfect choice for it, in her opinion.
"Practice what?" she asked, looking into the basket and pulling out a sandwich to start off with. The chocolate frogs and cakes would be for dessert. Or maybe just something for a change of pace between a sandwich and some potatoes! The order wasn't set in stone.
And then... AND THEN THE NEWS. The sandwich was halfway to her mouth when Rooney answered, and if her mouth hadn't already been open, it would've been now anyway. Her jaw probably, practically dropped to the floor.
And then came the happy squee-ing and flailing - and the sandwich flew out of her hand and may have fallen into the water. Not that Rula was paying any attention to the food now. "You did?!?! Really?? Oh, Merlin, Rooney!!!" She threw her arms around him in a sort of side-hug, but pulled away quickly so she could look at him again. "That's wonderful! She said yes, right?" Surely she did!!! "Tell me everything!"

The Ravenclaw reached out for the bread, tossing it to the floor beside him. "I don't think the tub filters will appreciate sandwiches clogging them up." She'd ruined a perfectly good sandwich there on accident, and she felt a little bit bad...but she had no regrets really. Why worry about a sandwich when one of your friends was engaged?!?! Or actually two friends, since she considered them both her friends! EITHER WAY it was very exciting and the sandwich would surely understand, if it were sentient. (Which thankfully it wasn't because that would be weird.)
Rula didn't know much about Disneyland stuff, outside of any mentions in Muggle Studies and the times Rooney and Liv dressed up or burst into song that she was told had something to do with Disney, but even without a perfect understanding on those details, it all sounded really lovely. "That sounds like a perfect day! What's the ring look like? Do you have pictures??" Or should she hunt Liv down after this to see the ring and how pretty it was? And also congratulate her too, of course!
