| | Outside Healer Reed's Office Perpendicular to the Patient’s Check-in Area is a smaller antechamber where healthy students, professors, and other visitors can wait for the Healer before they are admitted to his office. Inside this antechamber, more comfortable seating in chocolate brown has been provided, and around it are plants that give off a relaxing scent. Journals and magazines about Health and Fitness, as well as the latest publications about Potions, are neatly laid out on the coffee table for light reading.
Healer Reed is a very busy man, but he’s known to make time for his colleagues and students for a quick chat, or tea. Knock on the door, and make yourself comfortable while you wait for the Healer to let you in. OOC: Please post your characters arriving here, and wait for Healer Reed to invite you in. This thread is meant for healthy students and staff only. Those who are moderate to severely ill or injured must report to the Patient's Check-In Area.

| I did say he'd be back. Wowza! Tie was in place, all buttons done up. He had his OWL results in his messenger bag along with a letter of recommendation and proof that he'd spent the summer interning Slug and Jiggers. Levi walked with the confidence he didn't necessarily feel, but could certainly fake if needed. And it was, to be clear, needed. Though there was something to be said about the way the back of his neck felt like it was on fire, and how his hands kept opening and closing a this sides.
He'd walked all the way from the Gryffindor tower, dealt with the moving staircases, helped two lost first years, and even stopped at the bathroom for a much needed bio break. It had taken almost half an hour for him to get to the hospital wing yet it'd felt like nothing; like one second he'd been walking out of the Fat Lady's portrait and the other he was right outside healer Reed's door.
Levi blinked. It was stupid to be this nervous. It wasn't like he'd come up with he idea--Healer Reed had come forward with it himself. He'd presented the possibility alone. And yet.
For once, he ignored the magazines and the board and even the sofa. He swallowed, feeling suddenly like his tie was too tight, or one of his shirt's buttons needed to come undone. Nervously, he craned his neck from one side to the other, as if stretching before a work out session. Then he took a deep breath, knocked on the door and... waited.

River had been out and about that morning, getting on with his morning jog with a few colleagues, ate his healthy plate of breakfast, showered for the day, and tended to his herbal garden. Pleased that the Hospital Wing was still relatively quiet and peaceful, except for the occasional tending of bruises and shallow cuts from a few students, River quietly retired to his office to review some unique medical records, noted follow-up sessions from a certain student group, and ironed out his plans for the next Healer's Challenge.
His current train of thoughts was interrupted by the sound of knuckles knocking on his door. Quenching the temptation to narrow down the person who'd visit him that day, River instead dropped his quill in its ink well, and stacked his parchments neatly to the side of his ever messy office table. "Yes, come in!"
Huh. It looks like term has officially started for him... OOC: You may now post in his office thread! ^,^

Exhausted from studying, Althea had shut her Potions textbook loudly, and stuffed it into her bag before walking out of the library. She'd gotten to the point in her exhaustion that she couldn't tell if her eyes were watering because she was actually tired or if they were tears due to her built up frustration and stress. The logical answer would be that her tears were caused by fatigue, but she wasn't actually sure.
Without meaning to, she'd wound up on the third floor. Immediately, she thought of Levi and wondered why she never actually bothered to stop by Healer Reed's office. Well, she knew why, but as she was already in the area, she figured a quick chat would be just the kind of distraction she needed. Althea bounced over to his door, gave it a light knock, and plucked one of the magazines off the table to flip through as she waited.

Althea bounced over to his door, gave it a light knock, and plucked one of the magazines off the table to flip through as she waited. For the umpteenth time that week, River Reed forgot to take his food. The influx of patients was relatively low compared to the last term, but the arrival of Ilvermorny students seem to have made all the difference. Not all could adapt to their bloody cold weather, and perhaps their food (?) so there he was, running the hospital wing like a well-oiled machine, looking after both Hogwarts and Ilvermorny students.
River was on his second clementine when he heard a knock on his door. Sigh. Apparently, he's not allowed to rest and eat in peace while students roamed about. After swallowing the last piece in his mouth, River cleared his throat and opened his office door to see who it was. "Miss Kenning," A pleasant surprise indeed! Who would've thought that the female Kenning would pay him a visit all of a sudden? "Come in," he said grinning at the Hufflepuff and gestured his head towards his office. OOC: You may now post in his office thread ^,^
