The finest china and silverware is set on the table for this end of term feast. Although there's no food yet, wonderful smells are emanating from the kitchens, enough to make your mouth water in anticipation.
Have a seat as we wait for the Headmistress to give her speech, but make sure you take the time to swap summer plans and say goodbye to the departing seventh years. No tears... that's what the train is for!
Why was everyone so i dont now not excited. Just talking and stuff. This was basically a party with food. Well yes Professors were watching but that did not mean they couldn't have fun. Hogwarts pls. See someone understand the awesomeness of the bandanna. Though he doubted his was this awesome. But yeah it was something.
"I only bring this one out for special occasions. Like graduating and well Feast!" Oh music. Well he did not have the radio but he expected more of the same song choices maybe some new ones. Who knows, surprises where nice. "Im thinking we will hear the anthem again and Party in the USA since well Kyle won and all" OH Maddox sees Kathleen. Though she would be clinging to Saffron. But see a surprise she was at this table.
AND THERE IS THE MUSIC
Maddox turned and saw Khalil walking over with the radio. PRAISE JESUS. He did have a point. Everyone looked a tiny bit down. A game. Well Maddox was down. This table could use it.
"Im down. Think this whole table could use a game or some fun?"
Uh-oh, hmmm how can he say he isnt coming back.
To Ilvermorny or Hogwarts. He shakes his head
"Graduating. So no more Hogwarts and Ilvermorny. That's why we have to make tonight awesome"
Well more awesome than usual.

The Gryffindor table was a happening table for sure. As soon as Olivia had taken a seat, an Illvermornians girl had come over to join and then had abruptly left. The brunette stated, watching the situation, wondering what she and Zoryn had meant by the cheerleading thing. She frowned slightly as she watched the girl leave in a huff. Before she could ask any questions, Mel had arrive and sat opposite of her and Ace. Happy smile there for Mel. And speaking of OWLS.... "I'm just glad it's over.." she said with a smile. "I feel confident on some and then nervous on two of them.... but there's nothing that can be done now." No point in worrying, she thought before wringing her hands under the table. Oh yes, she was STILL nervous about those exams and was anxious to get the results. "But OWLS are over so we can enjoy the feast for sure." She didn't want to leave Hogwarts for the summer because then it would be harder to see all her friends so readily.
Speaking of summer, Ava had some awesome plans with the Ministry! "Thats awesome. Congrats!" Really. An internship at the Ministry was awesome. She ought to try to apply next summer. "I'll be working at a cafe and volunteering at the Louvre over the summer." Paris is where she would be!
Also hello Illvermornians asking about music. Soon enough two more joined. They all received smiles as she listened to the conversation about music being started up. Oh Merlin.... was this going to become like the first feast that the Illvermornians had come to...?
Now Olivia WISHED she had a camera to capture everything that was going on. The celebration, the visitors, and the one of a kind Ace smile that had just appeared when he spoke to her. Her cheeks turned the brightest shade of pink as she sat next to him and listened. Cue eyebrow raise. Oh so Tenacius was being super coy with his answer about summer plans being planned AND the box. "So it's a surprise...." She raised her right eyebrow as she tried to develop several ideas for what could be in there. A small speaker for music..? Erm. Probably not. She chuckled at his joke. "Plan away!" She paused and then added what she really thought. Olivia was trying to get better at doing that instead of torturing herself for NOT saying anything. "We have to hang out for sure," she beamed and gently nudged him. It'd be weird not seeing Ace for a long time and she wasn't sure how that would go down... She was a little terrified of what a summer could do to people starting to date get closer.. "All of us." She glanced at Mel too. It'd be brilliant to have a day at the beach or something...
She glanced down at the table and her eyes widened at the sight of the Head Boy's image on the table. Picking it up, she examined it and put it down. Sure, Rooney was cute but WHY? What was the purpose of this? She couldn't figure out why. It was a nice message but...???!?! Erm.
Speaking of missing people... where was Noelle? But before she had time to wonder further one of the new Illvermornians had mentioned a game. A game? She was in. "Yes... What kind of game?" she asked after Kathleen's question. Was it a dangerous game or something or....?
Angst... not really noticing or mentioning ANYONE, but free for whoever
So this was it... it was finally over?! Like... this was such a relief as well as a terrible sadness washing over the older lion. Legit... she was just a sad sack.
Ugh.
Sidling up to the Gryffindor table, Dora did her best to avoid eye contact as she plopped down. Heavy sighing happened also. It was all ending... everything was changing now. E V E R Y T H I N G. The blonde girl had managed to mess up everything she TOUCHED this term and it wouldn't be a moment too soon that Regina gave her speech and sent them to bed. For real.
The Headmistress.
That was one Dora had been unsure about... but as it turned out, she was actually pretty okay. The girl had a LOT of things to consider as she went home for the summer. Some plans already rolling into place, even. She could never repay the lady for helping her figure out her life plan... or maybe she could. She could ALWAYS tone down her Gryffindor antics next term, but THAT was unlikely. Lbh... Un. Likely.
Poking at her goblet with a sense of boredom, the sixth year let her eyes wander over to the Ravenclaw table. Oh her heart! Casper was there... avoiding her at all costs. Sam.. Roo... all of her PEOPLE. But she just couldn't move from her spot. Self loathing gluing her to her it.
Now Irene couldn't simply leave Hogwarts without saying goodbye to the table that stated out all the FUN now could she? Mhmm.. What kind of Pukwudgie would she be if she abandoned them now? The brunette had developed a rather soft spot for the House of Red and Gold. She had started out with a bang and she was going to end with one for sure.
Heading to the table, she spotted some familiar faces (Maddox, Khalil, KATHLEEN ) from her school as well as many faces she had met at Hogwarts. Tenacius, Zoryn (spunky girl who she actually had first not particularly warmed too but ended up enjoying immensely), and a few other nice people. She rested her hands in the open space next to a Gyrffindor girl (Melbourne) so that she could look around the table. "Hello! Just thought I'd say hi. Anything fun happening over here? Impromptu dance party....? Jam session?" she asked, glancing at Tenacius and sent him a wink. Then she turned her glance to Zoryn and smirked momentarily. "Secret pranks that y'all plan on pulling n other houses... Food fights.." Irene was in for whatever. She wanted to go out with A BANG.
"...Or something else?" she asked, turning her glance to Maddox. Irene was certain that he would have a plan.
SPOILER!!: don't mind us

Maybe she could slip out unnoticed...
And then Irene noticed a soul that wanted to disappear without anyone noticing her at all. Huh...? She tip toed over towards the blonde Lioness and then sunk into the seat next to her with her ukulele still slung across her shoulder. "Are you alright?" she asked, concerned for a fellow champion's well-being. She hadn't spoken to this particular girl since the last time they had met which had been in the seventh floor corridor where the girl had chided her. "I thought you were brilliant in the competition." Irene flashed the older girl a warm smile, hoping that would help. Seriously. She thought this girl was awesome. Almost as awesome if not equal to the wonderful Louise Hamilton.
#goals right there. Am I right?
And she turned back to the remainder of the table. What fun were they going to have this evening?

Dora kind of... felt the person approaching before she spoke. In her heart of hearts, she had hoped it was Cas or Sam coming over... or Roo... or Rula... or Mason. Someone that make the ache in her chest subside. But as luck would have it, she had no luck in this area.
It wasn't one of her PEOPLE.
Although, it could definitely be worse.
The blonde turned her head and surveyed the girl for a few moments before trying to force a smile to her face. No such luck. Ugh.
UGH .
The crumpled face thing probably was noticeable to those around her, especially the girl in front of her. Whatever. "M'fine... you? Reckon you lot are ready to go home, yah? "
And then she said that...
It reminded her of someone... someone she couldn't quite put her finger on, but still it warmed her heart a bit. Some support... from the unlikeliest of places. It was not what she had expected.
"As were you, luv. It was a tough year. Just ready to get past it, yeah? "
What was with all the sadness? Khalil looked at his girlfriend in slight disbelief. "Baeleen, please, what's with all the drama, huh?" He gave her a kiss on her cheek and nudged her playfully. "We're going home, that's reason to celebrate, right??" In his book it was, anyway. They needed a diversion, something big and memorable. But what? The Wampus rubbed his beardless chin - he was working on growing one out, okay - deep in thought. "We need to play something that will get everyone in a good mood, like Truth or Dare... or Never Have I Ever," the school appropriate version, of course, "or something, y'know?"
The boy tapped on the radio and increased the volume so the music could BOOM loudly, as it was meant to. "I also kind of wanna play a card game," although he wondered if they would even be allowed to play certain kinds of games. Khalil glanced casually over to the staff dais before turning back tot he group around him. "We should have another impromptu dance party too, we just need the right tunes." And lucky for them, he had them covered. Taking note of Irene, Khalil smiled at her, giving her a quick head nod, before looking down at the table. He noticed the cards and the face and he was very confused at everything. "WHY," he asked out loud, to no one really, and picked up a card to inspect it. "This is the most dramatic thing I've seen all day," and he'd seen a lot, he meant to say more but there were cookies and so he greedily grabbed a few and offered Kathleen some before munching on one.
Resident Ghost of Gryffindor | Chivilrous & Sociable
Ah, another term gone. Sir Nicholas was in high spirits as he floated over to the Gryffindor table. For the first time in years, his Lions had won the House Cup, and now it was time for celebration! "Good evening, all!" he greeted the Gryffindors, their friends, and the Ilvermorny guests.. "I do believe congratulations are in order!"
Each of the ladies received a deep bow and the gentlemen a smile and polite nod as the ghost glided along the table. One Ilvermorny girl (Kathleen) also got a concerned look. "I say, cheer up! This is a happy ocassion!"
Oddbodkins! There were cards falling onto the tables. And what was all that racket? Sir Nicholas shook his head at the loud American boys (Kahlil and Maddox) and quickly tightened his ruff to keep his head from coming loose. Such undignified conduct! At least his Gryffindors knew how to behave.
An loud and rude cackle followed and if you were unlucky enough one of the many dungbombs that Peeves the Poltergeist possessed just might land on your head. What was equally worst was the stench that followed.
Peeves looped the loop to see the Dungbombs do their work “YOUR REWARD FOR WINNING THE HOUSE CUP!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!’’
The wicked orange eyes seemed to shine with even more mischief.
“THERE’S MORE WHERE THIS CAME FROM!’’ Peeves swooped down. He glided along over the Table cackling in delight which made his bell covered hat shake.

Not only did Ace not give in to innocent almost-second-year curiosity, but the next thing Stasya had known she’d been pelted by confetti and, apparently, signed photos of Rooney. She’d been eyeing one of them as the first Ilvermorny girl had suddenly left, calling them all rude and all sorts of other stuff she didn’t understand. She hadn’t been rude at all. She’d tried to make her welcome. Shay had too, but it hadn’t worked. So maybe it wasn’t them being rude. They hadn’t suddenly had a tantrum and left. That was just weird all around, and she’d turned to look at Emmeline and Zoryn as if they could help figure out what had happened. If they knew why the other girl had been so upset.
Her confusion waned a little as one of the Ilvermorny boys that had been so fun at the beginning of term had appeared, and she’d given him a grin. She didn’t know why there wasn’t any music. Music would be nice. It’d be a distraction from weird accusations of rudeness and everything. Maybe there’d be entertainment while they waited for the headmistress to give her speech so the food could appear.
Almost as if her thought about food had conjured him up, Schmoop had appeared with a tray of cookies, and she had given the elf a big grin. “Hi Schmoop. Can I help you bake again next term? Maybe I can figure out more types of cookies to make,” she said brightly, snagging a single cookie. “Thank you!”
Oh, and more Ilvermorny people. First a really quiet girl and then the boy with the music player. And the music player was there too, which meant maybe they’d get a replay of the start of term feast when she was in a way better mood and could enjoy it. Yay party, really. They deserved it just as much as the Ilvermorny people did because they’d won the house cup.
Or maybe not. She’d given Dora a curious and also worried expression as the older girl had joined them, looking like she’d lost her puppy or something equally as bad. But seeing as she didn’t seem like she wanted to talk, Stasya stayed quiet. Even though there was all the worried looks, and listening when yet another Ilvermorny girl had asked her about it. One of the champion Ilvermorny girls.
More distractions though. First Ilvermorny and then Sir Nicholas. “Hi Sir Nicholas!,” she managed to get out, seconds before they’d been attacked by Peeves. And she dove under the table, hiding from the dungbombs. Had Peeves raided James’ stash? Maybe Emmeline knew, except she really wasn’t planning on coming out of hiding until it was safe.

Gryffin buds be chatty, and the usual suspects of Ilvermornian party animals have found their way back to their table. Even Sir Nick has appeared to grace them with his presence. But before he can pick up the chatter, Peeves sprang a rather ODIOUS prank. He'd usually find this HIL.AR.IOUS, but the timing of it and spying the Headmistress rising from her seat sent the Prefect scrambling to clear the air before his table ends up in a ruckus and interrupts Hawthorne's speech. "Tergeo!" the Curly Top uttered as he waved his wand about, siphoning the stench away. Anybody wanna help? He'd appreciate it.
And speech speech glorious speech. The best part -- GRYFFINDOR WON THE HOUSE CUP! After the dominance of Slytherin? Wow that was specially sweet--cant wait to tell his dad har har. The highest of high fives and the most fantastical of fist bumps to everyone within reach!
When the Headmistress has taken her seat and the food started to materialized before them, Tenacius stood and raised his hand calling for their attention "Hey yo Gryffindors just a sec! I know y'all are hungry, but just give me a moment--" he finally opened that big box everyone's been asking about all this time "Winning the House Cup this term-- NOT an easy feat. We know it took a lot of effort and sacrifice and consistency from each and every one of you-- and look at that result eh? Impressive most impressive!" He clapped "In behalf of Gryffindor leadership, we'd like to say how VERY PROUD we are of everybody and that we TRULY APPRECIATE everything you've all done. And as a token of our appreciation-- and hopefully encouragement for next term-- we'd like to give you all a little something to mark this milestone…."
SPOILER!!: shiny shimmering splendid
He floated the medals towards his fellow Gryffindors, the shiny red things landing with a flourish. "Once again from the bottom of our hearts--thank you, thank you THANK YOU!" Air kisses mwah mwah mwah!
Yeah thats what crazy is, when its broken you say theres nothing to fix++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++And you pray that everything will be okay, while you're making all the same mistakes

Gryffindor top point earner, coming through!
Though she would be parting ways with the Scottish school for her upcoming Sixth Year, Olivia had done her absolute best with "going out on top". No, this wasn't the end of their journey together, she and Hogwarts, but it'd still felt vital to her. To ensure that she wouldn't be so easily forgotten. It would be impossible to deny that she was just as crucial to Gryffindor's success as anyone else. It was a good feeling, was all.
There was a lot of raucous noise coming from the Lion table as she made her approach. Their boy Prefect, Ace, was making some type of speech...and Peeves had apparently just bombed them. Dung. Well, that was unfortunate. No good deed went unpunished. Or in this case, no good accolade went unpunished. They'd taken the House Cup flat out with no contest, and....Well, thanks Peeves. Thank you for that, indeed.
"Hello, everyone!" Olivia obviously sought out Emmeline and Stasya. Her favorites, which she was less and less sorry about. Oh, and boisterous Zoryn...who'd made the last few weeks some of the most unforgettable. With her very personal questions about bodily functions and such. Gosh. Liv was proud that she was able to meet the girl's gaze with a smile. Mel, Ava, Shay, and the other Olivia...all were waved to, and such.
"Sir Nicholas!!!" She all but bellowed at her house Ghost. The one who'd been a companion in times of crisis over these last five years. Gosh, it was just....amazing seeing their table so ALIVE with activity and excitement. They were WINNERS. Always winners, obviously, but....they'd get to enjoy having that trophy in their possession until next year. Liv was utterly convinced her fellow Lions would keep the winning streak alive in her absence. "Dora!"Hey, hi, hello!... Man, all the Ilvermorny kids. They'd be her family next year. However, there would be plenty of time to make friends with them next year. For now, she was going to enjoy her remaining time with her ickles.
Eventually, she settled in with Stasya. "Hello, little love.".....Hm, and though the food had appeared after the Headmistress' rousing speech, Olivia made no moves save for the potatoes. This vegan thing was new, but the blond had committed. So, yes...she was pulling some containers out of her bag. Carry on, carry on.

Once Gaston had finished handing out chocolate frogs and cards to the graduating seventh years at the other tables, he made a beeline for the Gryffindor table. He'd saved his own house for last because he had something to say to all the Lions, and there was no telling how long that would take! He coughed a little as he approached, choking on the stench from Peeves's dungbomb attack. He spared the floating nightmare a quick glare but otherwise ignored him. He had more important things to do!"Hello, everybody!" he greeted the students sitting at the table. He beamed at each of the Gryffindors and gave Mr. Emery and the Ilvermorny guests friendly smiles. "Good evening, [COLOR="teal"]Sir Nicholas!" he said, waving at the Gryffindor ghost.
Before he could launch into what he came to say, Mr. Salander beat him to it. He nodded in agreement and applauded a little at the end of the prefects speech. "Well, put, Mr. Salander! I couldn't have said it better myself!" he said. Then he addressed the group as a whole. "Congratulations on your House Cup victory! All of you went beyond the call of duty this term and have truly earned these badges Mr. Salander is handing out!"
Gaston's blue eyes landed on a pair of students (Levi and Dora) who deserved further recognition. "I'd also like to acknowledge our Gryffindor IMPS champions, Miss Dora Umbridge and Mr. Levi Kenning. The two of you exemplified the best qualities of Gryffindor house and represented your school with honor. I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say we're proud to call you our own!"
He started to turn away, but then he noticed one of the Ilvermorny seventh years (Maddox). "Oh, and Mr. Allen, he said, "here at Hogwarts we have a tradition of giving chocolate frogs to graduating students..." Or a tradition that he'd started anyway. "and it seems only fair for our guests to take part as well." He smiled as he handed the boy a chocolate frog. "Congratulations!"

Sounds like what they really need is Never have i ever made into a card game. Which would be awesome Maddox thought. But well he was in favor of all those ideas. but a random dance part would be the most awesome if everyone got involved. But the amount of effort and Professors watching. Card game would be easier. Even some of the people at this table were interested in a game. Even Avery was.
"Hi Avery. Looking Good. Dance Party if we can, or fall back to random card game or food fight. Since those always end the year right"
Well not he was not in the mood for a card game now. Ewwwww, dungbombs. Maddox picked the wrong table today. Thanks weird ghost. Did not want that smell. Ewww. Though the other ghost was not too friendly to him and Khalil. Whatever.
Ok he was the loud one. But Ace was talking loud to the next level with whatever he was doing. something something about this table win something. Ok
Dance Party probably done to now that a Professor not with a poncho was here. Shame. Oh he was talking to him. Maddox had no idea they had a weird tradition like that and was actually surprised he knew Maddox was graduating. He was probably yelling about it yesterday. But you know.
"Cool, Thanks Professor Marchand"
Free food was always a win.

Irene shook her head at Dora's question and drummed her fingertips lightly on the table. She had mixed feelings about going home. So many things had happened to her since she had arrived at Hogwarts. The competition had certainly changed her but she had a sneaking suspicion that it had changed everyone. "Kind of? I'm excited to go back to the States but I think this school is really special. Not to sound cliché at all but Hogwarts is magical." She had even considered transferring but knew that Aurora would come hunt her down and bring her back home to Illvermorny.
She watched as the Gryffindor's facial expression changed. Irene smiled at Dora's comments, feeling very humbled that the other girl thought she was brilliant too. "Yeah, I understand that. But, hey! Its the summer now. No more homework assignments, exams, dementors... hopefully," she joked. "Also I know we didn't get to speak too much over the course of the competition but if you ever find yourself in the States, hit me up!" Irene would be more than happy to show her around.
Now Maddox was complimenting her. "Thanks Allen. You look good too," she said with a nod. He always looked good. Speaking of looking good, her eyes left the table and she scanned the room, looking for a particular someone..... But she couldn't see him. Hmph. Oh well. There were plenty of cute guys here.
She turned her gaze when she heard a voice she didn't easily recognize. A ghost had come to greet them. SIR NICHOLAS? WHAT. The brunette stood sat in awe as the ghost greeted everyone. "Hello Sir Nicholas!" she said and even waved at him. Hehe. Did she mention just how cool Hogwarts was?
WHAT WAS THAT SMELL? She found herself coughing and covering her nose. Dungbombs. Hello? Were they first years or something? That was the only time that Irene could remember dungbombs being cool. This Poltergeist needed to get with the times... Seriously. She assumed that this poltergeist must have been Peeves...... She was ready to glare at him for ruining the mood but he had already disappeared, leaving Tenacius to clean up the smell.
The Headmistress spoke. Then Tenacius Salander spoke. A lot of people gave mini-speeches. Even Professor Marchand came over to the table and even gave a CHOCOLATE FROG to Maddox. She smiled at the Professor. "Hello!" she sang her greeting practically. SEE? This was WHY HOGWARTS WAS COOL. The Professors were FRIENDLY. Ahem. Take note Illvermorny Professors yes, that's you Williams.

There was absolutely no way she was coming out until either Peeves had been dealt with or the smell had at least gone away a lot. Instead, Stasya had stayed safely under the table with her arm covering her nose until she’d heard Ace cast a spell, even though she’d heard the headmistress starting her speech too. She could listen just as well from under the table, but she did poke her head out and climb back into her seat as the smell had dissipated a tiny bit. In time to see the food appearing and the prefect calling for their attention. Okay. He had her attention. Plus, she got to find out what was in the box finally and she beamed at him. Presents were always welcome. Besides, she’d totally contributed. Her and Emmeline and Liv.
Liv who was finally here, and she’d given the older girl a big smile. “Hi!!” Sideways hug too just because and a curious look at the containers she was taking out of her bag. She was definitely going to miss her next term. It wasn’t fair that so many people were leaving now. Even people who weren’t graduating. Like the Ilvermorny people that made things so fun, and Liv, and she figured there were so many other people too. Henry.
And Professor Marchand had come to visit them. She’d given him a big smile too. “Hi Professor Marchand,” she responded. Hopefully Derf’s theories hadn’t bothered him too much this term. He looked less sad now anyway, except for all the stuff about graduating seventh years and stuff. Her eyes had widened at the mention of chocolate, too, but her expression had faltered a little when he’d only given one of the Ilvermorny people a frog. She wanted one too…but she’d content herself with the feast for now, nibbling on a roll.
