Katerina had been in dueling club since her first year. She has four years under her belt now. Each year she started leaning more more to becoming a Auror when she finished school. It was really becoming what she wanted to do. Dueling club and studying Dada and Charms She was ready for this years duels. If there was one thing you could say about Katerina Delgado it was that she took dueling club seriously.

As she stepped up into the dueling arena, she casted the feather-light charm on herself. She had learned that one from her duel with Olivia a few years ago. She had used it on herself ever since. To her it did make her lighter and easier to move around. She wasn't sure how well her opponent Genny Tate, was in dueling. Normally Kat kept tabs on everyone just in case she would ever have to go against them.

She approached Genny will a small, smile. They were in the same year and she did know her, but didn't spend time with her outside of lessons. That happened sometimes. You know, but Kat was a Hufflepuff and did try to get along with everyone. But with duels it was straight down to business. She bowed, then raised her wand.

"Cantis!" She decided to go with this charm first, helpfully she would the jus of Genny's level of dueling then she could just go from there and decide the next best plan of attack. She was really going to have to keep up with the others in her age group. She readied herself for whatever Genny decided to throw back at her.
