| | Creatures' Backyard Sometimes when the creatures get bored in the barn, all they need is just a little fresh air. Professor Hernandez has provided a special backyard for them to play, or enjoy the weather. Sometimes you can also find the CoMC professor here riding and taking care of Silver Sky, his horse. The students and staffs who had a permission to access the barn are very welcome to be here!

| Wowza! Levi raised both of his eyebrows at her in interest, and then laughed as he shrunk the murtlap essence and pocketed it. It was best to avoid any more accidents with it, there was only a little left and the last he had of it. "Uh-huh. Sounds like the sort of thing you'd say if you were being mean." Maybe. He was clearly joking, however. Though he had to admit his cheek did hurt, especially after laughing. "My face is okay, too. More than okay, actually, or so my mother tells me."
Probably other people had. Or thought it. He didn't know or remembered. It really wasn't important.
He went and did as instructed, trying very hard not to laugh again. "You're bossy." Which, he supposed, made sense; she was prefect, albeit a troublemaker one. Contradiction? Wand still in hand, he cast, "Protego," on himself, and then did the same for her by tapping her shoulder with his wand. "Better safe than sorry." Not that it was the best version of protego, what with Levi not necessarily being used to defense spells, but.

"I'll have you know, Levi Kenning, that I am innocent until proven guilty. And also not mean." Noelle flashed him a big smile before examining his cheek again. Yeah, some bruise paste would do him some good. She rolled her eyes when he said the bit about his face being more of okay. She would comment but she was trying to prove that she wasnt mean. Of course, he had a nice face, but Noelle figured agreeing with him would only make his head bigger.
She was surprised when he moved behind her though. She grinned when he called her bossy. "Mean and bossy??" She said eyeing him bit appreciated the protego nonetheless. "You have the BEST view of me Levi" Que to sarcasm. She grinned though, because she was obviously only teasing.
They had gotten off the topic of hand by hurting each other. Sneaking into the Restricted Section. Her book was still on the post but she wasnt going to retrieve it until she got her bruise paste. That bruise paste came in handy after she trained. "So do you really think there is a weapon in the Restricted Section?" Noelle asked, her eyes on the horizon for her bruise paste.
It wasnt going to sneak up on her.

| Wowza! Levi actually barked out a laugh because Noelle was being really funny. Or maybe it was the blow to his cheek that was affecting him. Speaking of which, laughing was really still not a good idea, as he'd previously discovered. So, Levi reached for his cheek again, his fingers coming down with some of the essence of murtlap he'd slapped on it. "I probably would have believed that, once." He snickered. "But the truth is out now, whether you like it or not." And he figured she wasn't too upset about it because she sounded pretty amused. He really was beginning to understand what his dad had meant about people sometimes saying one thing but meaning another. People were so funny, sometimes.
He cleared his throat at her comment, which effectively also brought him down to a completely different train of thought; Noelle had the most interesting ways to steer the conversation elsewhere, either consciously or otherwise. Levi had yet to decide which one was it, though at the moment, he was maybe leaning towards the former. "Well," He said, trying to keep the smile out of his voice. "I can see why some might think so." His eyes moved to rest on what he could see of the curve of her neck. "But I don't think you should discredit the other side like that."
Or maybe she should. Levi would have to consider that, later. "Well, I would not bet Declan's gold on it." Assuming he had any. "But isn't it strange it's so well protected if it's only books?" Not that books couldn't be weapons, too, but.

Noelle grinned, happy that he was laughing and not wincing from the pain of his cheek. She looked back at him for a moment. "Hows your face feeling?" She asked before turning back to look for her bruise paste.
Noelle grinned though, despite him thinking she was mean. Something about Levi made her a bit more cheeky than she usually was. It was probably because he picked back. You couldn't do that with everyone here. They got a little testy sometimes.
The best view of her meant her meanness and bossiness. What Levi was saying had her looking back at him a little confused. "Wha?" She asked. "I like my other side too. The charming, sweet side. " Was that what he meant? She tilted an eyebrow at him before returning her gaze on the horizon.
Noelle pulled her wand out. "Incarcolvo" She said, pointing her wand and catching the flying bruise paste with a net that had shot out of her wand. Thank you Transfiguration.
"Knowledge is power. But... why would they keep a weapon in a school??" She asked as she took the bruise paste out of the net and shook her wand before holstering it. "Unless theres a reason for it to be here." Noelle held out the bruise paste for him.

| Wowza! "Never mind."
Levi was laughing and shaking his head, but never mind. He wasn't about to start explaining himself; if she didn't get it, she didn't get it and that was the end of that.
When Noelle captured the paste (or her wand did, same difference), Levi stepped around her and stretched his arms above his head. Then he gently patted his pocket, checking on Charlotte, who promptly poked her head up at him. Levi retrieved her and placed her on his shoulder again. If he forgot he had her with him (and he had for the past few minutes, to be clear) he could easily squish her.
He did not want to find out what squishing Charlotte would entail.
The boy took the paste Noelle was offering, squeezed a little on his index finger and then handed it over. "They've kept worse things at school, historically." It wasn't without precedent. A three-headed giant dog, for one. Levi massaged the paste onto his cheek. "And you and I both know Hogwarts isn't safe like everyone says it is."

Nevermind.
Noelle tilted her head in question at Levi but she didn't push it. It didn't seem serious and to be honest, her attention was diverted when he patted his pocket and Charlotte stuck her head out. "She's still okay right?" She asked. In all the excitement of falling, getting hit in the face with a jar, and accioing (if that's a word) bruise paste, she'd almost forgotten the spider. Okay.. so she did. Momentarily.
Opps.
Hidden things at the school. "Hmmm. Something to think about." She said absentmindedly as her mind went elsewhere as he took the paste and gave it back to her. She tried picturing something that would be dangerous enough to be hidden away. Tucking the bruise paste into her pocket, she went around Levi and back to her Hogwarts, A History book.
Flipping through it, she chewed her lip before an idea struck her.
"Oh!" She closed the book suddenly. "Well... look at the time!" She said suddenly as well. "I .. uh, have to get back to prefect duties. Those.. never stop." Good excuse. She bent to grab her books and tucked her Hogwarts, A History under her arm before glancing back at his face. "I'll check on you later and make sure your face is healing well. You can use some more bruise paste if you need it. " Right now, she had to hurry. An idea was brewing and she needed to work on it quickly before she lost momentum and time.
"See you later Kenning!" She called over her shoulder as she took off in a jog.
