"Ouch!"

Talk about a graceful landing. Finding yourself in a heap with two Professors and one of your friends was not the most thing in the world added to the fact that she felt quite bad for hurting them. "Sorry!" Seriously she had NO idea that there had been people on the slide or she wouldn't have gone down it. at least no one seemed to be seriously injured; that was the important thing on top of finding out exactly what had happened.

So no one was in the vicinity to have done it. Interesting. "I had assumed that it was Peeves." Seemed like the kind of thing that he would do for fun.

Kay had only just managed to recover herself when THUD! Another someone collided with them, someone smaller and she figured it was Azura. "Ms Kennedy? Are you alright?'' Did the Ravenclaw hurt herself? Or did anyone else? "It's quite alright, Ms Darcy.'' This was Esme, Kay could tell because the twins had different dress styles when they were not in uniform.

"I'm alright,'' Kay replied to Tiara and began distangling herself from them. Ugh! Her right ankle hurt but there didn't seem to be extreme damage. "It could have been anyone who got away or indeed a trick stair but I've never heard of anyone encountering that one.'' Kay slowly got to her feet. "No one needs a trip to the hospital wing, correct?''

Ouchhhhhhhhhh...

Azura lay there in the pile of people for a moment as she tried to get her bearings and made a mental check of her body.. Checking for any sort of pain.. Thankfully.. despite a few bumps and bruises.. She seemed to be all right..

Professors and friends were a soft landing..

She sat up and looked around..

"I'm all right Professor Stewart." She said with a warm smile as she listened to what they were talking about.. "A trick stair? I've..never heard of one that made an entire staircase turn into a slide.." She said as she furrowed her brow a bit..

"Did someone say my name?"

Peeves might not have been the one to turn the staircase into a giant slide, but he sure was glad he was around to see it, even if it was just the end of students and teachers alike tumbling down into a big heap. The poltergeist howled with laughter as he held onto his doubled-over stomach. He almost wished he could join in on the fun.

Well, wait a minute. He could! In the madness, Peeves nearly forgot why he had come out to the staircase. Water balloons! In his other arm, he carried quite the load of water balloons!

Peeves began throwing his water balloons as the people started sliding down, and at the group huddled at the bottom. "Weeheehee!" he cackled. "Target practice! This is easier than shooting fish in a barrel!!" It was still fun, but maybe they needed some balloons too. And where was his partner in crime?
