Airey is intelligent, but did not make the best of students while at Hogwarts due to his short attention span and overly energetic nature. Ridiculously awkward at diplomatic silence, he is easily excited and tends towards RIDICULOUSLY big reactions in his classroom when he likes what a student has to say. Airey has an energy that can exhaust nearly everyone at times and his impish sense of humour inspires a great many practical jokes - but they are never malicious in nature...for the most part. Highly extroverted, Airey enjoys following muggle trends and is always seen in a suit. Always.

Airey showed a lot of potential at Hogwarts, but his lack of ability to focus and inability to sit still for too long landed him in a lot of trouble. After being expelled from Hogwarts towards the end of his second year for setting fire to the tapestries in the Headmaster’s office, something he swears to this day was a complete accident, he returned to Hogwarts his third year and was known as being an energetically stubborn kid known and a notorious troublemaker by staff. He was instructed by the Headmaster that he would have to commit to school activities as part of his personal development and told to join two clubs in addition to the Hogwarts choir. To everyone’s surprise, including his own, Airey fell in love with singing and music in general and was able to use it as an outlet for his short attention span. While his mischievous nature never fully left, putting a Hair Removal potion into all the professors’ goblets at the end of the term feast his seventh year and making them all go temporarily bald as an example, Airey did show that he was a capable student and kept good grades.

After graduating from Hogwarts, Airey had one of those moments where you begin to question everything you have done up until that point. He by no means felt lost, but came to realize that he needed to put SOME of his prankster ways behind and make a real name of himself. Being especially inspired by the Astronomy professor at Hogwarts, Airey became an intern at the Institute of Astronomy in Cambridge and attended Wizarding University where he also continued to sing and performed in musical theater. Sights set on the stars, Airey received a PhD in laboratory astrophysics and built a dream of being the first man to sing show tunes on the moon - or any heavenly body for that matter. While working for the mission operations directorate of NASA, Airey suffered from an injury in centrifuge training that left him with permanent back problems and the large scar running down his back. Medical staff permanently grounded him and were forced to remove him from the list of astronaut candidates. Completely disheartened by this, he was about to throw in the towel with space entirely until he was appointed Astronomer Royal and found a passion in teaching due to the post’s requirements and continued to work for NASA in their space training program while writing publications for the Royal Astronomical Society until taking up his current post as professor of Astronomy at Hogwarts.
And yes, he still sings and performs the occasional prank.

On a rainy evening at the end of March, Seth and Vanessa Paton brought a son, who was the spitting image of his father, into the wizarding world. They named him Franklin "Frankie" Maxwell, and he was the first child that the couple had together. Even though he had an older half-sister, Frankie definitely did whatever he could to hog the spotlight at all times -- even more so when Grace was staying with them and not her actual father. He was also rather spoiled throughout his youth due to his mother's transition from shopkeeper to St. Mungo's healer and his father's surprisingly fast climb up the corporate ladder at Sleekeazy Incorporated.
Frankie soon learned, however, that getting what he wanted whenever he wanted was not always plausible. With the addition of his sister Harriet, receiving private tutelage with Professor Barnabas Burke, and interacting with other children his age at St. Woboldo's Primary School, the young boy discovered that the entire world did not revolve around him. Nonetheless, that never stopped him from trying to achieve such a thing with clever manipulation and, if all else failed, numerous temper tantrums. His behaviour did gradually improve as he grew older, though his great stubbornness, occasional outbursts, and a certain disregard for rules prevailed.
Upon receiving his Hogwarts letter, Frankie knew that Slytherin House, even though his parents were both former Hufflepuffs, was his destination. He, in fact, had bought everything green and silver under the belief that the Sorting Hat couldn't possibly misplace him like it did his father all those years ago. Lo and behold, after being a near Hatstall of four minutes, the Hat declared him a Gryffindor after determining that Slytherin was not a perfect fit for this male Paton either. Naturally, this infuriated him and his father. In spite of their efforts to bribe Headmistress Truebridge into placing Frankie in his "proper" House, the Hat's decision was final.
Since then Frankie accepted the fact that he is indeed a Gryffindor. Even though he still questions the Hat's judgement, a number of his House's traits have become apparent to him over the years. Overly daring and full of nerve, he ended up serving a handful of detentions. But this pattern changed during his fourth year when he, alongside Hadleigh Lynch, started the process of learning how to become Animagi. This privilege gave him the initiative to improve his grades and behaviour to the best of his ability. Thus far it has led him to gaining a girlfriend, becoming a prefect like his father and mother, and getting himself on the path to becoming an Auror.

After many years of being a loyal badger, I decided to switch things up by becoming a Ravenclaw. But it did not take me too long to transition from wise eagle to brave lion. SPOILER!!: Pre-Hogwarts Years
Kaycee spent her pre-Hogwarts years in Miami. Before Hogwarts, she was homeschooled. Since the age of seven, she toured around the country, accompanied by her brother and mother, to compete in various urban dance / hip hop dance competitions. She developed a name for herself, after being awarded several trophies, before the family moved to England for her father's work.

Her third year was Kaycee's first year with any type of formal schooling. She went a little stir crazy at first being stuck in the same place the entire time. She found solace in her new friends. She kept with her dancing with the help of Kyroh, who she later partnered up with. She also started a yearly tradition to compete in New York City during Christmas break. She worked up a routine of studying during the year and competing during breaks. The summer before her fifth year, she had the opportunity to fill in as an instructor in a workshop. The summer before he sixth year, she had the opportunity to be a headlining workshop instructor.

History
Melbourne was born to Carter and Lilian Johanson while they were working on a Dragon Reserve in Wales. They were not planning on having another child when she was born and therefore pushed their daughter off on their adult children. Both parents being accomplished Magizooligists and Dragonologists they knew that having a young child on a dragon reserve would not be a safe idea and therefore sent her to stay with their child Jamison-Phillip Johanson and his wife Brigid. Melbourne being an adventurous and outgoing child proved to be too much for her elder brother to handle and he sent her to live with his twin brother Finnlay Johanson.
Finn introduced Mel to the art of crup breeding and lived in the family house with his sister Mika who was still in school. Mel has lived with Finn most of her life and therefore is treated more like a daughter by him than as a sister. All of her siblings took time to take care of her and bond with their youngest sibling as their parents were never around. The parents would frequently visit however in 2080 the visits stopped suddenly which was alarming to the family.
Mel having known that her parents worked on a Dragon Reserve assumed that they weren’t coming back. In the winter of 2083 the news was finally revealed that their parents had been eaten by a dragon on their reserve – this however didn’t dissuade Mel from liking the creatures.
Since Mel was eight years old she has frequently visited her neighbor’s hotel becoming friends with Ace Salander and Sam Macmillan. This was promoted by the connection to Sam’s adopted sister and Ace’s soon-to-be mother Emmaleigh Swynford. Emmy having been her brother Finn’s friend and part-time employee; because of this closeness with a maternal figure Mel views Emmy’s advice as something she should take heed in. She is also viewed as family.
In the summer of 2083 Mel frequently would have Rorie Hazlewood sit for her. This being because Rorie’s aunt and Finn Johanson’s relationship, this connection lead to Mel meeting her new idols. Those being Rorie Hazlewood and Cutty Mordaunt. In the summer of 2088 Melbourne's parents were labeled as deceased as they hadn't heard from them in quite a few years. At this time the parents will had stated that India Johanson should be the prime caregiver as she had already established a business when her parents had left for the dragon Reserve. Background
Rebecca Cynthia Meadows was born and raised in an small apartment in London. She was raised as a halfblood. Her mother, Evelyn, a witch from a pure-blooded family and her father Eric from a muggle family. Her mother works at the Ministry while her father works at a business company selling new mobile phones. Rebecca is the oldest child in the family as she has a little brother. Broderick is a few years younger than her and she loves him like crazy. The two have sibling fights a lot and it was during a fight over a piece of candy when Rebecca showed her first sign of magical ability. Her parents, even her father who is a muggle , were delighted but Rebecca was scared. She was scared of her new ability. She was scared she would hurt her brother if she could not control it but her parents comforted her by saying that she would go to the best school of witchcraft and wizardry, Hogwarts, when she was old enough to learn about magic and how to control it. This eased her worries a bit but she was still keeping distance from her little brother.
But keeping distance from her brother was also a good thing. She became friends with the girl next door. A muggle named Irene and the two would do everything together. Rebecca showed her gift to her by levitating the sand in the sandbox because she knew that Irene liked that kind of stuff and she wasn’t scared of it at all. In fact, she was fascinated by Rebecca’s magical powers and jealous at the same time that she had none. But that didn’t ruin their friendship and soon the two started to use nicknames for each other. Rebecca was named Bec for short.
Rebecca loved her new nickname and tried to get her parents to call her that. But no such luck. During her eleventh birthday, she was holding a party with her family and of course Irene was there as well, when an owl flew in to the room, dropped an envelope on her cake and flew away. Her parents immediately knew what it was and they encourage her to open it up. Aware of all the curious looks of the people around her, Bec opened it and read the acceptance letter to Hogwarts. Her mother was crying but with happiness, her friend was confused (she had not told Irene there were schools of magic) and her father looked proud. Broderick threw a piece of cake at Irene who ignored the slice in her hair. Bec’s parents explained that their daughter got in to one of the bests schools in the world and they accepted that…except for Bec. She did not want to leave her friends and everything she knew here behind.
But like every young witch or wizard. She too began to feel excited when the time to go to Hogwarts had arrived and was sorted in to Gryffindor.
Personality:
Rebecca is a true Gryffindor. Her roar is loud, her bravery is her strength and her ability to feel at ease with everyone she meets is something not many people have. She's energetic and has a curious mind. However, she gets jealous quickly and she often believes that she knows something except that she doesn't.

History
Fiyero is the oldest child of Adelon Ryder-Jones, a Healer at St. Mungo's, and Christopher (C.D.) Jones, an editor for a muggle magazine. His parents met through C.D.'s older sister, who worked at a muggle hospital where Adelon had a part-time job while paying her way through wizarding university. The two married, and Adelon eventually had to tell the Jones family the truth about her heritage. They were shocked at first, but nonetheless welcomed her into the family, as they had come to see her as one of their own.
Although C.D. was able to reconcile Adelon's heritage, he still shows some aversion to the wizarding world (though Fiy thinks it's just because he doesn't understand how it works!) He ordered all magical items confined to one room of the house and refused to accompany Adelon on outings with her family. He enrolled his oldest in a muggle prep school, where Fiy was completely miserable! He balked at the idea of his son going off to Hogwarts but after seeing how unhappy he was, he eventually realized Fiy belonged in the wizarding world.
Fiy closely resembles his mother, in both looks and personality, and like his mom, displayed signs of magic early on. This earned him a reputation for being odd in school and often got him into trouble with the headmistress. One particularly memorable example was when he accidentally made a snobby girl who was making fun of him fall in mud. His mother was proud of his magical talent, but his father punished him and ordered him to apologize to the muggle girl.
When Fiy was 7, his little sister Ariel was born (followed by their brother Heathcliff 2 years later). At first he didn't like having a younger sibling because she took up too much attention from their parents, and she was too little to do anything fun. It didn't take him long to warm up to Ariel, however. As soon as she was able, she followed him everywhere, trying to do everything he did. Fiy is very protective of his younger siblings and tries to be a good role model for them.
Fiy's parents' demanding jobs meant they were not home often, so he spent a lot of time with his grandparents and extended family on his mother's side. They planned frequent family trips to Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade and regularly attended Quidditch matches together. Aside from his mother, Fiy is closest to his cousin Killian, so much so that when Killian left for Hogwarts, Fiy sulked in his room for several days and spent every day of the next 3 years asking his mother if his letter from Hogwarts had arrived yet.
Fiy is excited to finally be going to Hogwarts with his cousins and even more excited that the Sorting hat placed him in Gryffindor, like most of his mother's family. He looks forward to exploring the castle and is most interested in Defense Against the Dark Arts and Care of Magical Creatures classes. He can usually be found with his camera and a stash of candy, so if you're ever looking for a treat or a photo-op, he's your go-to guy!

Year One: To be perfectly honest, Olivia was totally excited about starting at Hogwarts since all her friends (who were older) had already gone off to school there. So excited was she, that she ditched riding in the Firstie boats to catch up with Blaise Bellaire and Bentley Moore, who she'd made acquaintances with over the previous summer. Naturally, having been given time to plot with these boys had been a bad idea, and before Liv knew it, she'd been swept up into a dramatically choreographed food fight. THE POTATOES HAD BEEN SPARED, thanks to some quick (and greedy) thinking on the Gryffindor's part. Oh, and there was that, too. She'd been hoping for Gryffindor house thanks to her father having been sorted there and the FABULOUS Alice Fischer. So, much to her relief, she joined the lions! As far as lessons went, "smol blonde" struggled massively in Transfiguration and Astronomy, but unexpectedly SHINED in Defense Against the Dark arts, which could've been thanks to Professor Hirsch (or...PRINCE ERIC for those those that hadn't made the connection). Other academic honorable mentions (in the lessons department) went out to Charms (which she quickly fell in love with) and Cara of Magical Creatures (because some of these animals were dangerous and Liv has zero self preservation). Genny was born in a well-balanced and positive atmosphere. She grew up mainly among adults which made her sound more mature than her peers, but that didn't deprive her from having a good venturous childhood. Her favorite place being the treehouse her father built with her just outside their cottage. She spends all summer days there collecting funny shaped leaves, and recently put a big tank there for some bugs David decided to bring for authenticity's sake.
Giuseppe and Genny have a unique relationship. While he's known to keep a cool facade, Genny openly loves her big brother and enjoys their walks and picnics. Despite what one would thing, her brother and father alternate between each other for her favorite person ever. Like most children, Genny and her mother share a tight bond that is built on need and support.
