| | |  Gobstones Consolation Match: Hufflepuff vs. Slytherin
 The building used for the Gobstones matches had had its doors firmly closed against the early December winter chill. Its surfaces magically dusted by Mr McLeod and Mr. Kitridge, the school's Gobstones sponsors and made ready for the term's consolation match.
The yellow and green marbles were set out and the playing 'field' had been marked. Chairs were set out on each side of the arena creating a Viewing Area for those not playing to watch.
OOC: Remember only members sorted into Hufflepuff and Slytherin Houses can post in this thread, it is not a chat thread and there is no rping.
Read the Gobstones Rule book before playing and if you did last term, please check again for potential updates and changes.

Mr. Kitridge walked in with his hands kept firmly down in his coat pockets against the cold winter morning air, with Mr. McLeod the school's groundskeeper and together they set up the hall for the third match lightening the fireplaces. On the way down from the castle the two had seen some snow under the trees.
As the teams assembled Leo put his wand to his mouth to enhance his whistle to get the players attention. "Good morning and welcome to the Gobstones club, today's our third game of the season. I hope you're all as pumped up as me and Mr. McLeod are!" Not waiting for any responses Leo quickly signalled for the teams to choose their representatives for the first shot of the game.
"Let's begin!"

Vivian headed out onto the court for the snakes while the badgers struggled to decide who to send out. In the end a girl was sent out to represent the badgers. On Mr Kitridge's signal the girl's swung their shooters and released their stones. The yellow stone rolled around 2 obstacles before it abruptly stopped. The green stone surpassed its opponent and 5 more obstacles to claim the point.

For the second roll both houses fielded new players as Katerina of the badgers and Hadleigh of the snakes entered the court. The two girl's swung their shooters and kicked their marbles forward in the court. The yellow stone rolled around 5 obstacles before it swerved heavily to the right and out of play. Luckily for everyone no gob was released. The green marble surpassed its opponet and four more obstacles to win the points.

Yes, they should do Calculations with the new legal name.
Changing your name is a huge decision and it changes your energy. It changes your life, Numerology is all about analyzing energy of names and since its changed so is your mathematical formula.

After a short break the two houses sent out fresh players to try their luck as Niomi and Henric took to the court. The senior students swung their shooters, released their stones and watched them pick up pace as they rolled side by side towards the first obstacles. Unluckily for the badgers their stone crashed straight into the obstacle and stopped to spew out a cloud of smelly gob. The green stone left its opponent behind as it rolled around a handful of more obstacles before it stopped.
"First point of the second round goes to Slytherin! Come on badgers!" Leo cheered on from the sideline.
