| | Front Cars The front of the train is the perfect seat for those eager to see, be seen, and get to London FIRST. Avoid the Prefects' Compartment, unless you're looking for trouble, but there is plenty of seating available in these compartments. |

| Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict In some ways, Brooklyn hadn’t been looking forward to the train ride home. She knew what was going to be happening once it arrived at Kings Cross, and while she couldn’t deny that she missed California occasionally, the reason she’d be going back this time wasn’t fun. It was so very much not fun, not recreational. It wasn’t a vacation by any definition, and as of yet she hadn’t had any planned to make up for it over the rest of the summer. It wasn’t like last term, last summer. However, that didn’t change her plans for the ride.
Finding a compartment near the front, thankfully so far quiet as it was, she claimed it for herself and stretched her legs out along one side of the compartment, on the seats, as she pulled the same book she’d used as a distraction during classes out from her bag and found where she’d left off. Maybe she could manage to distract herself from thinking about what was to come. It had slipped her notice that she hadn’t shut the compartment door, however. The odds of people choosing to join her had been slim up until now. She’d just read and find out if anyone dared interrupt her if and when it happened.

All of Genny's stuff were safely tucked in the luggage compartment, so she made her way in the tight corridor freely. There were plenty of free compartments she noticed, up ahead, but the one she chose had a long pretty student lounging in.
The Gryffindor walked in and beamed, "Hello." Sliiiiiiiid the door shut behind her because why not enjoy some time with an older student. |

Yes! Take me home train. . The faster I get to the beach the happier I'll be. Echo thought this with a big smile on her face. Finding a compartment she opened the door and sat down. "only a few more hours" kicking up her feet she got comfortable for the ride.

Abby made her way up to the front of the trains and saw her slytherin friend Echo sitting alone and said "Hey Echo may i join you" Abby wanted to say bye to as many people as possible and Echo was one of those people

"yeah... no problem." she leaned more In to the seat. No more tests and beach time soon. "so what are you doing now that you've graduated?"
Echo wondered if Abby was super sad to be leaving Hogwarts.. but she hope that she didn't cry... Echo wasn't good with tears....

Even with the door open, Brooklyn hadn’t bothered to pay attention to passersby. She knew people were looking for places to settle in for the ride back to London, but that didn’t mean she had to deal with them. Instead, she just kept reading, not even glancing up as someone had dared walk into her compartment. In fact, she hadn’t looked up until she heard the sound of the door sliding shut. “Oh,” she said, raising an eyebrow at the younger student who was standing there.
Had she met her before? She didn’t recall, but there was something Gryffindor about the girl. Brooklyn hadn’t had too many problems with Gryffindors, considering, so she didn’t immediately try to get rid of her. Although it didn’t mean she was going to be particularly talkative either.

Was that all the girl could say? Genny had worse. She had a no-speaking notebook-writing friend for crying out loud. SO, the Gryffindor had to take a seat, cross her legs, and try to break the silence (this was going to be a LONG ride if they did not get acquainted and chat). "I don't think we share any classes in school," she started with a beaming smile. "My name's Genny, I don't think I know yours." Probably the girl was more than one class older which explained the unfamiliarity of her face...
... her beautiful, beautiful face. "You look nice......" She added without thinking. Nothing embarrassing registered in her head, though, nor did her cheeks go red at this unexpected addition to the conversation. |
