Since it's first discovery in the 2050s, the Treehouse has maintained it's presence throughout the years with upkeep and improvements thanks to the many Groundskeepers. A massive tree houses a wooden fort that sits high up in its branches. A rope ladder automatically descends down upon approach. Once inside you are greeted with a spacious place to lounge, much larger than the exterior leads on.

Whether you choose to bird watch, study or simply relax with friends, this place makes it easier with the mini fridge that refills with cool beverages, thanks to Mr. McLeod. If you happen to slip, don't worry, you are greeted with a bouncing charm on the ground keeping you safe and free to climb back up again.

The only thing that she made by herself was the canary cream frosting. It's not that harmful though, just make the victim turned into canary for two minutes.

Spencer heard about the Treehouse from his brothers, from the rumors it was a pretty cool place to be and very popular place at Hogwarts, he decided to take his brothers words and go check it out. 'If they're pulling my leg, I'm going to kill them! 'Spencer thought to himself. It wasn't the first time his brothers sent him to a place he there was nothing or no one there, afterwards they laughed at him for days about it, which annoyed him. Walking at round, he spotted the Treehouse, so his brothers wasn't lying to him for once that was a shocker. They were being oddly nice to him lately, he didn't know why, but he was going to find out.

Spencer walked towards the Treehouse and took the rope ladder before he climbed up, once up he looked at the place and gasped. Wow...this place was so cool, he could see himself spending alot of time up here, just drawing and maybe studying. Spencer looked out, the few was pretty nice, be interesting enough to draw and sketch. Spencer sat down and took his sketch pad out finishing the drawing that he did of his owl Stella, just a couple of shadings here and there he'll be done with it, but shading took time and had to he done right.

Colt decided to take a walk down to the tree house. He hadn't been here in a while and this was always a good place to chill out. As he walked towards it he saw the famous rope ladder. He grinned and began to climb up. He never had any issues being a fellow tree climber and all. As he got up to the highest point in the tree house, he saw a dude was inside shading a picture. Hmm wonder what it could be? He swung his legs around and climbed through the window. "Hey dude." he greeted him with. Why did he look so familiar. "Have we met before?" Man why couldn't be remember.

Colt's brain was still trying to remember and then it clicked when he began to describe their meeting spot. "Oooohhoooo bloody merlin yeah! I remember!" Man he needed to work on his memory. "Yeah yeah aw man I am sorry. It is just we are in different houses.." he pointed to their symbols on their robes, "that is hard to meet up sometimes. I mean even getting to classes is more of a chore and taking up time." Why couldn't the professors leave them alone and let them be? Let them explore Hogwarts and let them practice magic on their own time. "Also congrats on being in the lion house." he nodded.

"Yeah I remember you Spencer." He tried to play it cool but he needed a reminder of his name. "Oh nothing man, I just got into detention for throwing food in that food fight a while ago but since then I have been good and going to classes. I promised my mum I would be on my behavior or else my dad would have my butt." Why was he venting to this kid? Well he was a first year who was he gonna tell? Not really anyone he knew that is for sure. That sketchbook didn't go unnoticed. "So you draw man?" he nodded towards his book.

Ruby seemed alright. Really she was excited by the idea of keeping an eye on the hag and her creepy smelly tent and making friends and keeping them…and making sure none of her friends were eaten by the suspicious lady.

The little brunette took a seat near the other girl deciding that she would stay around for a little longer. Her parents, her mother rather, had been encouraging her to talk to more people recently and this girl seemed nice, even if what she was doing was a little strange. Spying on a Professor? “What if she catches you?” she chewed at her bottom lip. What if she really hated being spied on? Ruby didn’t want to get caught up in someone else’s trouble. Her aim was to get through her entire school life without being punished even once. As for the second sentence? Her blue eyes grew wide at the revelation. “She EATS elves?” Ruby’s family were vegetarian, sometimes her father would break the rules when her mother wasn’t looking but they would never in their wildest dreams eat an elf!

“I would offer my help but I’m not particularly advanced at potions yet..” she replied. Nor could she think of what type of potions to make and sell. And once again it was something that could get her into trouble. What if it was against the rules? “But I think if you asked around people would join. Maybe the older children could help you set it up?” The prefects perhaps? She’d ask Tabby but her sister wasn’t that much older than her and would probably be more interested in the spying.

“Can I have a look through the telescope?” she asked softly. She wanted to see what all this fuss was truly about.

Strange was probably a nice way to describe Mel…practically nutters was probably fitting as well. “That’s why we have it as an astronomy club” she nodded, and gave Ruby a small smile. “yeah I have a feeling it might have been the house elves…and I’ve heard she threatened to eat students before” Mel shuddered a bit.

“I mean…I eat meat sometimes but never elves…mainly mundane meat things like chicken or cow meats” she shrugged not that she ate much meat it was usually just for the protein aspect of it all. “well anything works…we could probably use the library and find and practice spells and sell potion ingredients to people” she grinned as she looked around the room a bit.

“I don’t think it’d be a big deal I know there are people that sell things on campus all the time…my old baby sitter’s friend sold candy to people” she nodded and grinned at the idea. “I think he sold other things too but all I heard about was the candy” she admitted with a shrug. “I’m probably going to try and find out information from the slytherins…they seem like they’d know about the ways to navigate sellings thing on campus – I might just sell off some comic books actually” she admitted with a grin. When Ruby asked about the telescope she grinned. “Of course, I brought his one from home…it was Mika – er…my sister’s.” She admitted and set it up so that Ruby could look through it.

Well that was a relief.

Esme was pleased that she wouldn't have to worry about them being bombarded with cameras and ending up in the hospital ward. The less time she spent there, the better - and not just because the Healer was a strict grump. "Let's try it then!" she exclaimed as she began to rub under the cat's chin. "We can make this into a photo opportunity." Besides, it would give her more practice.

Frankie? "Who's Frankie?" Was he her brother? Boyfriend? Best friend? Esme felt like she should know, but she really didn't think she was familiar with too many people despite the fact that she wasn't shy. Well, whoever this Frankie was, he wanted to do the same job as her father and that was rather cool. "I don't think I could do it either. I don't have a fighter in me, unlike my sister." Juno was definitely the tougher one.

She laughed along with Hady. It was true that there had been a lot of interesting lessons. "I thought it was really neat to learn more about the Centaurs." It was definitely different having one as a teacher. Something that she had never thought would happen. Centaurs interested Esme because of their association with Divination.

Hagan purred contently very much enjoying all the attention and making no attempt to move away from either Esme of Sparkle. Hady laughed quietly nodding her head and pulling out her wand. Giving a firm point in the direction of the castle she very clearly spoke the known incantation and hoped for the best, "Accio camera!" Now they waited and if they got lucky it would work.

Oops. The brunette had forgotten that not everyone knew everyone else. Herself included in this and she had been here since her first year. "Frankie's my boyfriend. He's also the Gryffindor prefect," she told her a small blush creeping into her cheeks still when she spoke about him. That might help the younger girl at least recall whom she was speaking about. It was hard not to know who the prefects were for each house. Aaww she wasn't a fighter. "Well neither am I really but I can defend myself if I ever needed to." Thanks to the dueling club and that DADA lesson.

There was something she couldn't disagree with. Given everything that happened at the school the lessons were always interesting to say the least. "The Centaur lesson was fun. It would've been cool to be able to keep our bows and arrows though." Just a little souvenir for them to keep.

Mason had been amazed by Hogwarts since the moment she could see it from the little boat she had ridden across the water. It was beautiful and mysterious, and she couldn't wait to see what kind of mischief she could cook up while she was here.

She had already seen most of the school, having taken to exploring it alone. But the Treehouse was something she hadn't seen up close yet, she had only seen the top of it from the view of the Wooden Bridge.

But she stood before it now. It really was a pretty as she would have imagined. It looked more like a big wooden fort than an actual treehouse, but it was still really cool looking.

Mason approached the tree and yelped in surprise as a rope ladder cascaded down. It wobbled for a little while before going still, like it was waiting for her to climb it.

Mason took the ropes in her hands, placed her feet onto the lower rungs and began her ascend.

The Treehouse was even better-looking inside than it was outside. Bean bag chair and even a little Muggle cooling-box. But the view was the thing that took Mason's breath away.

"Wow. . . "

The place was definitely conducive to doing one's homework, and it quickly became Jace's favourite place to do his school work and readings. It gave him that homey vibe, and Jace realized how much the place is helping him absorb more information from books, and revision notes.

Jace sat in one of the comfy chairs, and silently flipped a page from his Charms book. He did look up, and took a peek when he heard someone's voice.

The Ravenclaw tilted his head and knew she was a fellow first year. He'd seen her around few classes, but never got the chance to talk to her. He smiled at her, and greeted her a good morning, "Ohayo..."

While giving her ministrations to the purring cat, Esme watched as Hady pointed her wand at the castle and summoned her camera. Fingers crossed she was right about this being safe because otherwise they were going to be in a heap of trouble.

Frankie was her boyfriend. Interesting. Being the Gryffindor Prefect she wasn't sure if she had seen him around or not. "Oooh, Prefects are nice." Especially Henric. He was also the handsomest, but she was not going to voice that opinion. "I've never had a boyfriend before," she admitted while not feeling the least bit ashamed. She was only 13 and there was loads of time for that to happen. Hady's blushing was cute, however. "I need to learn how to defend myself better. That's what my sister is for!" Juno had learned a lot from their dad but Esme was more interested in tie-dyeing clothes.

"Yeah, that would have been pretty cool! We could have done archery or something." With enough practice she probably would have become pretty good at it. Helped to stand still because aiming while moving made things a lot more difficult.

How long would it take for a camera from down in her dorm room which was in the dungeons take to reach them out here on the grounds up in the Tree House? Hady had no idea what-so-ever but hopefully it wouldn't take very long. Keeping her attention on the direction of the school was a good idea indeed as a low sound was heard coming towards them. Reaching out her free hand her camera sailed right into it. "Nice!" IF it was always this simple Hady would be using this spell much more often. Holding the camera up and looking through the small window she took a picture of Hagan and Sparkle. "When we get some really good ones when can animate them." That'll be fun.

Prefects were nice. Especially Frankie. She smiled nodding her head. "There's no rush there, he's my first." See no worries. Not everyone had a boyfriend when they were young. Nothing wrong with waiting for the right guy. "It's nice having someone protect you but knowing you can take care of yourself is good too." Much more satisfying.

"Now that would've been really fun." See they should've been allowed to keep their bows and such.

It was actually a little funny how they were both staring out towards the castle and waiting for Hady's camera to come zooming towards them. The Slytherin common room wasn't far from her own, and Esme wondered how much easier it would have been if all that had been necessary was to fly out of one of the tower windows.

After what seemed like forever - but was actually mere moments - the object came into view before being snatched by Hady. "Awesome," she said as her friend took the picture. Maybe that meant she would be safe to summon objects in the future because that fear had niggled at the back of her head for a while and kept her from trying it out. "Do you know how to animate them?" she asked curiously. That was something she hadn't learned yet.

Even though she hadn't been ashamed at the fact that she hadn't dated anyone yet, it was still nice to hear someone else agree. Esme nodded. "There are lots of nice boys here, I am sure I will find one to date at some point." Until then she was more than happy with her friends. "How did you meet Frankie?" she asked curiously.

She nodded again. "I feel like it would be a lot of fun because I didn't do a very good job during the lesson." Honestly the Centaur had made her a little nervous.

Tipping the photo for Esme to see as well Hady watched as it developed before their eyes. "I do. Want me to show you?" she asked nodding her head. They had learned how back in her first year. It was the whole reason she had went photo taking happy at the time.

Hady smiled softly in silent agreement. There were lots of nice guys and girls around the school. She was sure Esme would find the right one when the time came, she was much to nice a person not to. "You will. Enjoy everything else until then." Friends. Family. Pets. And having loads of fun. "Oh, well we sort of knew each other from lessons but we officially met when she banged into each other in the corridor." An incident which resulted in her on her butt. It hadn't been funny at the time but it was now.

There was a lot happening during that one lesson so it was no wonder the younger girl had had trouble. Hady didn't do so well herself. "Agreed." Mhmm.

Mason spun around and looked at the boy. He was obviously a first year and totally sweet-looking. And from his answers in class, he clearly wasn't stupid.

She had no idea what he had just said to her, obviously something foreign, since he looked foreign. Most definitely Asian.

Mason smiled at the boy and extended her hand, "I have no idea what you just said, but I'm going to assume that you're greeting me." Hopefully, ore else this would be super awkward.

"I'm Mason, by the way." She stated and took a seat in one of the bean-bag chairs closest to him. "So what are you doing up here?"

She was just hoping that he said something again in that awesome-sounding Asian-y language, since it had sounded so cool. "Where are you from? Like your family's culture?"

okay, so the incident with Skrewt makes Raven felt he need to draw off the attention away from him.. he need to relax and just do his ordinary stuff.. so where should he go? the forbidden forest? ugh.. bad idea he shakes his head instantly

okay... to the library? no.. he would meet up with Peeves again. not good..

so as he wanders around, walks the path and remembering other place good to go..

this time its really good to relax.. the treehouse he smiled and keep walking towards to it..

and as he near, he saw someone familiar.. oh.. no.. Jessie..

he stopped suddenly, hope she didnt see him coming, he wanted to turn back and avoid Jessie.. he don't want to meet her right away after the incident with Skrewt.. he did felt guilty and he noticed the girl been sad after the incident.. he want to soothe her.. but he doubt himself if he able to do so.. after all.. all this time, the things he been doing is just bringing her down. bitter smile, and getting ready to turn back

Jessie keep her book into her pocket robe savely. Today she has no classes to attend. But she likes to wear her robe.

the Gryffindor climbed the rope ladder carefully when she felt someone staring at her.

Snapped her head to the source of stare she find those pair of blue eyes again. Pale face and short blond hair.

A young boy seemed like avoiding her recently. Let out the sighed Jessie smiling toward him. But then blinking in confusion when she saw him turned around.

"Hey Raven! Where are you going?" Jessie shouting at the boy.Ignoring the bird who flying in shock.But he couldn't avoiding her forever,right ? " Would you join me? I want to show a good book for you . "

Then she could show it to her sister later because unless she had picked it up during her spare time and neglected to tell her about it, Juno wouldn't know how to animate photos either.

"I am going to enjoy every moment," she agreed. "I'm not going to chase after boys or waste time with that stuff until I am ready to." Some people developed that thinking pretty early, but Esme wasn't one of them. She DID find Henric and Professor Finch handsome though. The thought caused her to blush slightly. "Oh, that sounds like something that happens in a movie." Esme laughed but it was true. It seemed that a lot of romance movies started with bumping into each other.

"Do you think that the Centaurs will ever come back to teach?" she asked curiously. "I read somewhere that back when Harry Potter was in school a Centaur taught Divination." Honestly that would have been a lot more preferable than the hag. Centaurs KNEW things about the subject and they didn't eat kids.

Oh she could. And she would. Smiling she gave the photo a firm tap with the tip of her wand while reciting, "Alacer." A very simple charm really and even simpler wand movement. Instantly their photo came to life and they could see Hagan's ears and tail flicking about and some movement from Sparkle as well. "Aww look at them!" Sooo adorable their pets were.

Good, good. Esme was a smart girl unlike some of the other younger and even older girls following boys about like lost little puppies. Really it was nauseating at times. This earned a smile and nod from Hady as she listened laughing quietly when her friend said that her meeting Frankie sounded like a movie. It really did! "It does! It's funny now but that day it wasn't."

This was a good question but one she didn't know. If they did she certainly wouldn't complain. Hady would take a Centaur any day of the week especially after having dealt with that Hag/Lady. "I hope so! I bet there's a ton more they could teach us."

Although it would have mattered what house he gotten into, all the houses were great in there own way, even if some people didn't think so. Spencer nodded. "I hear ya mate, I promise my mom to at least be as good as I been while I was in my muggle school."said Spencer laughing. Although Spencer was trying to behave this year, but the urge to cause some trouble was tempting him, after all he was a troublemaker. As Hady performed the spell, Esme watched carefully, making note of the wand movement and incantation. Fortunately both were very simple because otherwise she might have needed another demonstration. "They are the most precious animal friends ever!" she said happily as she looked at the photograph. "I want to try the spell out!" In her head she kept repeating the word 'Alacer' over and over again. She would get it in no time!

The smile and nod meant that Hady approved of her mindset; Esme would think so since it was logical. There was a lot more to life than boys. Even the really attractive ones... "Is it like the movies in other ways?" Just because she wasn't in a rush to have a boyfriend didn't mean that she couldn't ask questions about it. Somehow the thought of talking to her mom about it made her feel awkward - as if she'd think her baby was growing up WAY too fast.

"I want to learn all about their Divination! I don't really know about it." At least she knew that was what they were really good at. Not as if there were multiple books on the subject, however...

Watching the photo come alive was always really cool no matter how many times you've done it before. "They are," Hady agreed nodding her head as she looked to Hagan and Sparkle. Two unlike but very cute friends. Hearing Esme say she wanted to have a go at the spell Hady grinned passing her the camera first. "Go ahead. Take a photo of something and then give it a try. It's really easy to do."

This question was a logical one but one she hadn't been asked before. Really when it came to boys she wasn't one people normally came to even if she did have a boyfriend. So Hady paused for a few seconds to think it over before giving her friend an answer this time. "I suppose in someways it is but not always. Like after when had bumped each other I mentioned to a friend that I thought he was cute so she had her boyfriend decided to set up a date for Frankie and I without either of us knowing...and on Valentine's Day. It ended badly and we wouldn't even look at one another for two weeks." Sad. Childish even. It had happened though.

"I would offer to help but Divination isn't my forte honestly," Hady replied with a small laugh. Not that she was bad at it cause she wasn't, it just wasn't her thing.

gasp in surprise.. "er... eh.. Jessie.. no where??" sound so unsure isn't it? he looks around after being caught by Jessie that he was standing there avoiding her.. awkward smile and try to normal as he could.. "i didn't want to bother you Jess if you are busy" his index finger is start scratch his cheek Lies as usual

"sure, show me the book" Oookaaay a sudden mood change? well.. he cant avoid her again now didn't he? so why don't just play along he might... maybe ... just maybe.. turn the condition into something better,,, He can't avoiding her forever, they studied in the same school after all..
