At the top of the north tower some ways down from the Astronomy classroom is a large rooftop garden that has been expanded in memory of the late Marion Burbage, substitute professor of Astronomy. Lush green hedges and flower beds line the perimeter of the area and a large fountain greets you towards the opposite end. Located to the left of the fountain is a stone plaque engraved with words from the Headmistress herself which reads :
Rest in peace old friend, beloved wife, renowned stargazer, and special professor. Always in our hearts.
Beside this plaque lays another plaque placed in memory of another professor who gave their life while in service to Hogwarts. The plaque reads :
In Memory of E.M. Forrester, a brilliant space scientist, educator, and Slytherin Head of House. He will be missed.
Wooden benches and tables are scattered throughout the patch for students and professor alike to lounge, reflect on social events, complete homework tasks, and just generally hang out. Positioned at each of the four corners of the Tower Patch are topiary depicting each of the four house's mascots - a lion, a badger, an eagle, and a snake - that have been proven sturdy enough to climb upon.
Haddie did take the camera and check it out, briefly, before heading up onto the fountain rim. It was very similar to her own camera. "And you can borrow mine if you want, too."
She smiled, wide and happy, and waved. What was the point of taking a magical moving picture if you weren't gonna move. "I am proud to be a witch. But I wish Natalie was one too. It's weird to be here, or anywhere with her. We're twins, so we've always been together, from the start. Except in 3rd grade, and that had been a huge mistake..." she grinned as she remembered that. "I also wish I had been sorted into Gryffindor, instead. I was always the outside in school. You know when bizarre and freaky things keep happening around you, you don't really become the most popular person. I always had Nat though." She shrugged. "I just sort of hoped Hogwarts would be different, but nope. Outsider of Ravenclaw. That's me."
Haddie rolled her eyes, but was still smiling and clearly having a good time when Colt took the selfie. Okay, having a selfie of her rolling her eyes over having a selfie of her, was kinda cool. "Selfies are..." She stuck her finger in her open mouth and pretended to gag. "You get a free pass though, because you just learned about them and they have a lot of novelty. They're just wayyyyy too overdone in the muggle world. So, please, don't start the the trend here!" She was still smiling as she pleaded with Colt with her eyes.
Colt agreed and said, "That's a deal then." He held out his hand for her to shake it. Aaah so he was learning a little bit about Hady's past. So she was a twin that is pretty cool. "That's weird that you are a witch and she is not." Isn't that one person is a witch in a family then all are? I guess not. "Why did you want to be sorted into Gryffindor? I mean Ravenclaw can't be that bad? Can it?" He actually liked his house. He wanted to be in Slytherin. "I am sure you will grow to love your house. I know my older cousin Belle wanted to be in Gryffindor but she got into hufflepuff. She wasn't too happy about it but then she realized that she loved the house." It could happen for Hady.
Colt snorted with laughter and agreed. "I won't make it a trend but I just wanted to try it is all." He got the picture and now he wanted to try movement. "Alright I want to try movement pictures.." He thought of an idea and said, "ACCIO SKATEBOARD!" and he skateboard flew right to his hand. "How good are you at taking action shots?"

Ok so his girl besties are likening him to various dogs, one of which sounds almost awkwardly like a body part. He'll just laugh that off because awkward. Yeah.
Oh but ghostly gossip.... He don’t mind getting wind of that nope "You mean Sir Nick is Ms Rowena's boyfriend?" Jumping the ship already? Well thats 11-yr old logic for yah. "But waitaminute.... Didn’t that Mr Baron guy from Slytherin her boyfriend or something?" clearly he wasn’t told much about Hogwarts history by daddy, but hey he is trying to catch up yeah? Even if he makes things up to fill those enormous gaping plotholes.
So she was Marion Burbage, former Astronomy Professor. Who died here. Whut? Tenacius had a quick glance around the area of the Astronomy Tower and was suddenly curious about how this spectre died. Can he ask he about that? Better yet, should he ask her about that? But just as he was about to open his big mouth she went off on Tory.
Apparently even ghosts still get conscious about their age. Even when they will remain that way because they're dead. Who knew eh?
But oh oh oh "Sardines!" he bounced excitedly. Approve this idea he does. "Where do you guys wanna play?" He looked around this garden area and wondered, is there even a good place to hide around here?

Waiiiit, forget the whole DJing thing. "Does that mean you've actually been to a Quidditch game? I've heard about them but never seen one... or you know never even seen anyone fly." She SO wanted to learn how to fly, to see how high she could go. Just like was mentioned in astronomy.
Ghost lady is not happy. "I'm sorry Mrs Marion I thought since you were... you know..." Dead. "that well, you'd be like a cloud." all floaty and stuff. "YOU DIED HERE?" that was both kinda frightening, and totally awesome. "How did you Die? Were you killed so someone could teach the class?" That would be an cool story to tell everyone. The poor girl would be quite upset when she found out later her adoptive sister could have told her all about this.
SARDINES!! "Ohhhhhhh, thats a great idea! We could play it here, if you think there is enough hiding places here." she said to Ace. "And who's gonna be It?" You know, when they figured out where they were gonna play.

“that is so cool!” she grinned and then heard him bring up the game. “Really? That is so cool” she beamed over to him and then heard what Professor Burbage’s ghost said. “whaaaat? You died here?” Mel asked and blinked at her for a bit.
“M-m…Professor Burgage? I’m sorry you died” she blurted out it was meant to be nice…but well, lets be real. “have you ever Played Sardines?...its like hide-and-seek where one person hides and then everyone tries to find them and hide where the hiding person is” Mel informed and grinned at the ghost. “do you want to join us?” She asked excitedly.

Oh goodness GRACIOUS she had given the poor dears a fright by being so candid with them. Oopsies.
"I did I did I most CEEEEEEEERTAINLY did," she affirmed. "It all happened soooooOOOoooo fast really. I was standing right over there teaching about the Aurora Borealis when I was devoured by a giant Umbrella Vinora plant. It had been a gift to dear Annie you see and unbeknownst to her the plant had been taken pooooooOOOOOOOooossession by a vengeful spirit."
She paused for a moment to allow all this to sink in.
"BUT, all water under the bridge now, my darlings. All water under the bridge."
Nothing to be done about it now.
Her attention then turned towards the young dear inquiring further about Sir Nicholas. "Oh oh oh NOOOOOOOOOOOO," he clucked. "Not yet, my dear. I just overheard him the other day reciting a bit of poetry in her name." She wiggled in place a bit. "Oh I doubt that my dear. He IS the reason darling Helena is here at all, you see."
But now they were all going on about this sardine business again and Marion could do nothing but float where she was and listen.
"SoooOOOOOOOOOOOo, this game has nothing to do with actual sardines then?" she questioned.
Colt agreed and said, "That's a deal then." He held out his hand for her to shake it. Aaah so he was learning a little bit about Hady's past. So she was a twin that is pretty cool. He thought of an idea and said, "ACCIO SKATEBOARD!" and he skateboard flew right to his hand. "How good are you at taking action shots?"
Haddie shook the older boy's hand. "Deal."
She let him talk and ask questions about the House. When he was done, she shrugged. "I just don't fit in there. At all. I fit in perfectly with the Gryffindors though. I should be in that house." She sighed. If only... Maybe she could explain the situation to Moxxy and get resorted. Now there was an idea.
It was a relief to hear he wasn't going to make it a trend. But that was short-lived; cast away by watching Colt summon his skateboard. Her eyes were wide and hungry, but she just shrugged again. "Never tried before," she said as she took his camera."So, we'll see. But under one condition." Haddie's voice and expression were stern, but after a small pause she grinned, "you teach me that accio spell after."
Paul haaaaad to give her a chuckle or two for that. Not old..pffft. Paul FELT old a lot of time...like, physically, not really spiritually. Or Mentally. "I don't know...I just know that I read many stories about old men feeding pigeons on park benches or something. Or...TV shows, when Milton and I watch those things." It was rare he and Milton would delve into muggle television, though. It wasn't really their thing.
The black bird had come back to Alice. "Does he...or she? like being pet?" he asked curiously. He loved all pets, usually. Even BUGS. "Hello, Diaval...it is very lovely to meet you, my young fellow." Paul bowed his head to the bird as if it were a human Paul were greeting.
"Ahh SO the lion runs in the family. Interesting how that happens."
Alice grinned. "That's silly. Books aren't real life." Who even thought they would be the same. "Do you like teaching here?" She looked around for a moment and then back at the Professor. "Daddy said to tell you Hi, i just forgot." She shrugged that off like she hadn't forgotten.
"He! And yes he looooooves it. Likes attention just like his Mama!" She was his mama. A bird-mama. The Raven seemed very happy to be getting all of this attention, the crums, the petting, being spoken about.. He LOVED it. If birds could smile he would be smiling.
"Maybe.. We'll have to see about Oliver and Valerie though." Had he met Valerie?
She let him talk and ask questions about the House. When he was done, she shrugged. "I just don't fit in there. At all. I fit in perfectly with the Gryffindors though. I should be in that house." She sighed. If only... Maybe she could explain the situation to Moxxy and get resorted. Now there was an idea.

Colt shrugged and said, "Maybe give it time? I mean we are quick to judge because we are human. Just give it a try. I mean you are pretty smart for a claw. Don't give up yet." Woah when did he get so sentimental? What is happening with you Winchester? He mentally gave himself a double take. "I am pretty sure the head of your house will tell you that you can't switch till next term anyways.." So there was that plan. He was just being realistic.
When the slytherin summoned his skateboard, he saw how wide Hady's eyes became. Did she ever practice magic? Probably not because she is a first year. She was probably too nervous to try it. "Deal." he nodded. He got on his skateboard and did some action shots that he hoped Hady caught on the camera. It would be cool to see them in Wizarding motion. Anyways after he did his poses, he got off his board and went over to the claw. "Alright to teach you the accio spell, you need your wand and you got to have concentration. You need to also have confidence. You need to believe your object will come towards you. We can practice on something little over there if you want..." he said and pointed to the benches.
Something little she can try first before doing the big tasks.

Melbourne was interested in this of course the whole who-was-what with the ghosts because well. Ghosts were timeless right? Maybe they had some good advice as well? Like who knows they could know how not to fall for people?
Leaning on the back of her heels for a moment the brunette just looked from Tenacius to Sam before looking back at the Professor’s ghost. “Ooooh…..i’m so sorry about the spirit Professor” Mel looked up at her and sighed. “I mean…vengeful spirits aren’t nice at all are they?” She shook her head a bit and looked up at her again blinking a bit as the light of the sun radiated through the ghost casting almost spectral light effects through the somewhat opaque woman.
“oh…that is very sweet of him…” she nodded, “we should encourage him to read it to her” she nodded. “a lot of people from the that time…the tenth century? I think? Really think poetry is a great courting method” she nodded and grinned at her friends and the ghostly woman. “I read about that…didn’t he attack her for her diadem?” Mel asked the ghost and then grinned when she asked about the game.
“Well…not really sardines but sort of?” She tipped her head a bit while trying to come up with the best way to describe it. “its like the sardine cans I guess? They all are so cramped together one against another…so one of us hides and then the other people try to cram in there and hide with us” Mel nodded. “Do you want to join us?” She asked and grinned up at Professor Burbage.

"Ravenclaw just doesn't agree with the things I find fun. Gryffindor does. So I'm the house troublemaker and to be avoided by many." Haddie shrugged and didn't argue the point anymore than that. He'd given her hope anyway. Next year. She could switch next year!
Haddie snapped picture after picture as Colt rode his skateboard. He was quite good at it too, and Haddie was having fun, getting really into taking the action shots. She was a bit disappointed when it was over. That was forgotten in a heartbeat though as Colt began to show her the summoning spell. Haddie pulled out Kira, her wand, eagerly and glanced where Colt was pointing. She nodded. "Okay, show me!"

Colt laughed and agreed with that. "I feel ya on that one. I feel like I could be a mixture of all the houses but I felt like Slytherin suited me well. I mean the hat choose me right? There had to be some qualities. I mean you do like to show off. That is a lion trait." he winked and was joking with her a little bit. When the Slytherin was doing his board tricks, he saw Hady watch in amazement. He grinned and once he was finished, he saw Hady had her wand out immediately for the summoning spell. "Woah woah hold on there partner. Not too eager." He didn't want to be held liable for accidents.
He cautioned to move towards her with her wand out. She was a first year anything could happen. He was just gonna guide her. "Alright just concentrate on the thing you want. We are gonna do with my book bag here.." He held up in front of him. "You could say accio or say accio book bag...either one." He thought the both could work. "Just say it with confidence.." he advised her. Now give it a try ms. claw.
Colt laughed and agreed with that. "I feel ya on that one. I feel like I could be a mixture of all the houses but I felt like Slytherin suited me well. I mean the hat choose me right? "Hey!" Haddie protested. But she didn't seem offended by Colt's claim that she liked to show off. It wasn't exactly something she denied. Haddie stuck her tongue out at Colt and then smiled.
She raised an eyebrow at Colt's reaction, and looked down at her wand. "Uh... didn't take you for such a chicken..." What was that about anyway? He even told her she'd need her wand, so she took out her wand and the way he reacted... Haddie shook her head in amusement. "Would the big baby like to cower safely behind one of the bushes while I try the spell?" She made a show of stepping between Colt and the bench so he'd not be in the line of fire at all and looked back at him, as if to ask Happy?
Haddie aimed her wand and paused, waiting to see if Colt would panic again. She focused intently on the bag, willing it to her to come to her. "Accio bag!" The bag's shoulder strap flopped closer to her.

Colt snorted and shrugged innocently, "Aww come on you know it is true. You can be negative nancy all you want.." Woah negative nancy. Was he becoming the way his aunt talked. He was hanging out with her too much. He needed to tone it down. He saw Hady sticking her tongue out at him, he rolled his eyes and commented, "REAL mature Hady. I thought you ravenclaws were above being immature." He smirked adding in another insult.
The Slytherin raised his eyebrows at her taunts. They were soo classy I mean they highly didn't offend him. He snorted and rolled his eyes, "You can never be too cautious. Plus you're a first year, you don't know your power yet. You could blast me into flames saying the wrong spell. Sue me. I will not cower behind the bush either. I want to at least see you achieve this spell." Gosh hady being logical here. You are a ravenclaw after all. "I thought you had at least some brains." he smirked. She was TOO easy to tease.
He saw her preform the spell and nodded. "Well you made the shoulder strap move. That is a decent start. Well a baby start. Come on Hady you need to concentrate. Don't be distracted by my good looks.." he grinned and sat on the bench and waited for her to try the spell again.

"Of course I know it's true." She shook her head as if he was being silly. And shook it again at the Ravenclaw chiding. "Colt... we were just over this. The Sorting Hat put me in the wrong house. I'm Gryffindor. Try to keep up buddy."
She was grinning though, so wide that it was actually making her cheeks turn red. It was as if she were seeing Colt again for the first time. He kept surprising her with how well he could dish it back to her, and how well he could take what she gave him. He was enjoying himself as much as she was. Back in Wiseacres' he had seemed so aloof and... and... well, she wasn't sure how to describe it. But Colt was totally not that. He was very different, and in the best ways. "Again, not really Ravenclaw." She rolled her eyes back at him and stuck out her tongue again.
The strap wasn't a bad start. She was definitely doing something right. "See, ya big baby. No fire, no mayham, no whatever else..."Smooth, Haddie... She looked confused for a moment. No whatever else...? Seriously, she was better than that. Haddie turned back around and aimed her wand at the bag and... And then Colt joked about her being distracted by his looks and suddenly her face was burning. She was blushing...? Haddie didn't blush, ever. Pull yourself together! Thankfully, her back was turned to Colt at that moment, or she'd probably have blushed harder.
"Uh, yeah... You wish!" She said without turning around, stumbling over the words in a very uncharacteristic way. Focus, dummy. On the bag. Suddenly though it was harder to do so, but she finally managed. She pictured the bag flying to her, willed it come to her, concentrating with everything she had on the bag, because if she didn't she might not be able to focus on it at all. "ACCIO BAG!"
"Of course I know it's true." She shook her head as if he was being silly. And shook it again at the Ravenclaw chiding. "Colt... we were just over this. The Sorting Hat put me in the wrong house. I'm Gryffindor. Try to keep up buddy."

The bag flopped off the bench.
Colt rolled his eyes and shrugged. He let it go for now. He would still use it as blackmail later on. "You know the sticking your tongue out gig is getting pretty old. What are we in the fifth grade?" Well she might be mental wise but come on you can do better than that. "Yeah yeah but knowing my luck you could have set my robes on fire!" When he made the comment about his good looks, he did not miss it at all. He saw Hady blushing and he smirked. Aahh so she liked him. He wasn't stupid. He knew she did. She could hide it all she wants but he knew from the get go. He was going to play along for now.
Colt laughed and he knew the truth. "Yeeeahh surree..." he raised his eyebrows in amusement. He saw Hady trying to summon the bag on the bench. He was waiting for it and he laughed. "See I told you that you were distracted by me.." He picked up the bag and twirled it on his fingers. "But least you got it off the bench though. Good start." he gave her a thumbs up. "Keep practicing..." he advised her. He got his wand out and said, "Accio bench!" The bench moved a an inch but it was better than nothing.

"Fifth grade?" Haddie rolled her eyes dramatically. "Fifth grade was last year for me. Dummy." As if to further the point, she stuck her tongue out at him again. Childish, maybe. But she was having too much fun sparring with Colt right then to care. "I'm not going to light you on fire," she insisted. "I'm good at charms. And transfiguration."
Her blush only deepened as the older boy teased her more about being distracted. At first she thought she'd somehow gotten a sunburn in a few seconds, that's what the heat sinking into her face felt like. Then she realized what it was, and turned quickly away from Colt.
She didn't miss his attempt to summon the bench though. "Now who's distracted!?" she teased back. Which was a mistake as it only made her blush more. "It's...um...hot today..." she attempted. It really wasn't hot, though. And her fanning her face with her hand wasn't selling it, either. Haddie turned away again and focused on the bag. "Accio bag!"
This time the bag hopped rather than flopped, and tumbled a foot or two in her direction. Well, she was getting better.

Ariadne suddenly found herself wandering around on the Astronomy Tower. WHERE was the next parchment? They might not even be on the right floor. Looking around, she didn't see anybody else that looked like they were searching for parchment and calculating Family Numbers. There was a SNAKE TOPIARY, though! "LOOK!" she called out to Jace, pointing at the topiaries. "THOSE ARE SO SUPER COOL!" Arithmancy class? What Arithmancy class?
Ariadne was clearly distracted.
Snapping back to reality, she looked around the area. "Jace? Do you think we're even close to where we need to be?" she asked. Because she was starting to feel kind of doubtful about that one. "Is there a room or a balcony or something that's above this floor?" Maybe the Room of Requirement would have given them exactly what they needed? That's IF they managed to find it...
It was Kitty's suggestion to try the tower patch. It was at the very top of one of the towers on the seventh floor so that was probably as high as an eights floor would have been if there was one. On the way there she continued to talk with Esme about the Tapestry. "I first found out about that there was a mystery about the Tapestry when I was reading Hogwarts a History and three newspapers fell out of it. They were talking about a mysterious force behind the Tapestry that was injuring Professor's and students. But when I looked behind the Tapestry I couldn't see anything. They blocked it off, which led me to wonder if there is still some danger there."
She stopped talking when they emerged in the garden. "Let's look for a paper. If we don't see anything we can turn around and head back. You can guess where our next place should be." she told Esme and she began looking.

The tower patch had been a great idea, Esme just wasn't crazy about how cold it was up here. At least she had Kitty to keep her company and distract her from freezing as she looked for the next clue.
Huh. So apparently the Tapestry was bad? At first she figured she had missed out on the story because it was in Hogwarts, a History - a book that she hadn't opened once in her time at the school - but apparently it actually lay in newspapers. "I wonder who put them in there," she mused as she looked among some benches and didn't see anything that looked like a clue.
"Maybe there is a way to get past the barrier..." What it could be besides a nice explosion was lost on Esme. The thought of damaging a part of Hogwarts wasn't one that she wanted to dwell on; detention was bad enough but this would also earn her a Howler from home. She frowned at the thought before glancing at Kitty. "This is a great guess but I don't see anything. Maybe we should try the seventh floor."

LOOK??? WhatWhereWhy?! Did she find the parch--oh. Oh, they're now in a garden...and a formal looking one. Ariadne got herself a smile from the Ravenclaw boy as he reached out to touch the Snake topiary, and gave it a good pat. Hmm...the plant definitely doesn't have the parchment they needed, nor did the other topiaries. Without warning, Jace climbed the plant, scanned the area and didn't see any parchment within the perimeter.
"One thing is for sure...it's not in this garden." he said from where he was perched, and thought of a good justification that they were in the right floor. With his brows furrowed, he climbed down from the Snake topiary, and scratched the back of his head. "We don't have an eighth floor...and I'm pretty sure this is the highest floor we've got." Jace paused...and shrugged at his conclusion. "Maybe we shouldn't take the answers literally. I think it's logical enough to consider this floor as locations for numbers 8 & 9 since we don't have 8th and 9th floors." The Ravenclaw got his parchment out again...and looked at his answer. "I think we should search the other rooms on this floor." He would love to stay and hang around, but they've got a hunt to finish. "The answer's meant for us to be confused and search other floors, don't you think? It's a trick I suppose..." And a clever one at that.

It was a long walk up to the seventh floor. Hady kept moving though not at all scowling down as they entered the Astronomy tower. "Since there's no eight floor the towers make the most sense until we started on the wrong floor?" Could they have messed up and went to the wrong floor first? Maybe they had counted wrong.
Looking around for a sheet of parchment with another name, Hady sighed. What was it professor Tanner had said again?

Okay, here they are. To the tower patch.
At first Ava thought that it might be somewhere around near the Gryffindor tower, but then she just followed Hady wherever she went. Hopefully they would find the next clue around here. Her brown eyes scanned around the place. She even looked for it under the stone-plaque. "Nothing in here." She murmured to herself. "Have you found anything, Hady?" The young lioness asked. Maybe they were wrong, it's not on the seventh floor but might be... the Dungeons. Heh? Professor Tanner didn't mention anything about the dungeons though...

"No, not yet anyway," Hady called over her shoulder to Ava when she asked her if she had found anything. "I don't think this is the right spot. Where do you suggest we go next?" She wasn't sure which place to go.
Seeing as they were a team Hady decided she'd let her younger friend lead the way for a bit. "If you have an idea on where it might be lead the way," She told her with a small grin. This was about working together and all that plus it was kind of chilly up here and they had more clues to find.

Ariadne suddenly made a decision--JACE WAS AWESOME! He was climbing the topiary, and she had even made a move to do the same, when she stopped. "As cool as climbing the topiary seems to be, I guess we should look for the clue. I think we're lost," she said with a laugh. "Let's come back another day and climb the topiaries together, though!" It'd be FUN! Besides, Jace was up super high, and Ariadne figured he would be able to see the parchment from up there, and he said he didn't.
She nodded along as he discussed logic. "You're such a Ravenclaw," she said with a grin. "That's not a bad thing either. Good point. Let's get out of here and find somewhere else on the seventh floor." Ariadne turned around and looked at the other topiaries. She thought they were amazing and wondered if Flamsteed had done them himself. If so, he was talented! She nodded again. "A very GOOD trick," she commented.
...and she left the tower patch in search of another area.

Ariadne is a very interesting Slytherin. She doesn't seem to be the typical Slytherin. She is driven, that Jace could tell. "We are lost indeed." The Ravenclaw sheepishly grinned at his partner. He really didn't expect this kind of trick, but then, it made the hunt more fun and challenging. "It has to be on this floor. I don't think Professor Tanner would make us climb all the way to the spires...although the idea of climbing is quite tempting."
Jace's face turned pink when Ariadne acknowledged him being a Ravenclaw. He knew it to be a compliment, and it was enough for the young boy to blush. Isn't she glad she's got a Ravenclaw for a partner? Haha.
"Mm." Jace nodded in agreement, and followed Ariadne out of the garden. He will have to go back there to explore the area more. It was a good place to read a good book...and its proximity to the Ravenclaw Towers was more than convenient for all the Eagles.
vvv OOC: DIFFERENT TIMELINE vvv
Finally! Some quiet time after all the homework! Now that Jace is once again on top of his academic duties, the small Ravenclaw boy allowed himself to wander outside of their Common Room, and decided to spend the rest of the afternoon at the Tower Patch, wherein he and Ariadne lost their way during their Arithmancy activity.
Since his mother isn't around to tell him that he can't climb trees, Jace took the opportunity to climb one. And this time, he scaled the Eagle topiary, laid on the back of it, and started to read his book. Merlin, this just might be his next favourite place to read.
Alright, onto the next chapter...

Alright, onto the next chapter...
Azura had been feeling a bit cooped up in the common room and so she grabbed some blank sheet music and her favorite sapphire blue quill that she had found with Blaise in Diagon alley and headed up to somewhere she knew would be quiet..
It had been awhile since she had written any music, and lately.. she felt like she had a few melodies in her head, a few sad ones of course. With Jasper so busy and her slowly losing Jace.. She sighed softly as she stepped into the tower patch, she slowly started to hum a soft melody that was lingering in her mind..
Her humming got ever so slightly louder as she slowly wandered around, trying to find the perfect spot to write her new song.."Rainbows raced around the room, when he danced with meeeeee, Shooting stars began to zoom when he danced with meeeeee." Her soft voice was singing an older song that was inspiring her when she moved around the Eagle topiary, and there in her field of vision was a shoe!!!
Her singing stopped as she slowly looked up the leg that was connected to the shoe.. and there perched on top of the topiary was Jace!!
She blinked a little as she saw him reading.. and she bit her lip, wondering if he had heard her? Should she disturb him? Should she not..
"Hey Jace." She said softly..
She had to try to get her friend back! She had to try!
