Kaycee nodded. "I'm halfblood. I know about soda." she said with a smile. No need to dumb things down for her. She pretty much did everything muggle.

She cast a gemino to get a copy of his board and caught it before it landed on the ground. "It's hip hop. Not skater." But she got it. They were pretty similar.

She shrugged and set the board on the ground. She put one foot toward the front of the board and then kicked off with the other. She then put her other foot on the board. She crouched down a little, mostly because that's how they did it on tv.

"So how do I turn?" Or, like, not crash into the wall.

It was to much of a beautiful day to be inside, besides, the weekend was almost here something that he was happy about. Nothing like not worry about anything but the nice fresh air outside to keep you company, he gotten so bored over the past few days that he did all his homework and read a couple of books, not like him really but he was bored. With the weather being extremely wacky lately, it was hard to predict what it was going to be from one day to the next, and lately it been a bit cold lately.

Walking out of the Gryffindor common room, Spencer grabbed his bookbag and put his sketch book and his art set in it before heading outside. He didn't care where he went, as long as he was outside enjoying the fresh air while he could, god knows when it'll change again. His feet wondering for him, Spencer seen the courtyard and shrugged. It was nice and quiet, not really busy other then some people enjoying a good book. Deciding this was better then nowhere, he sat down on the bench that wasn't far from the fountain and finished drawing Godric's Hallow. He gotten a picture if it while he was there, and he wanted to see if he could draw the village, it was a challenge but he loved challenges.

Hope had cabin fever. She was stuck inside. Hadn't really seen any of her friends or her boyfriend lately. She had been so behind in her studies that she had hauled herself in her dorm and did her studies. Going over and over her charms. Also her cousin n friend had come back to hogwarts and she had been spending a lot of time with them making sure they were ok. But now she had to get out. So she started to make her way out to the lake, but as she was walking out she spotted spencer. He looked like he needed some fresh air too.

A huge smile spread across her face. She skipped over to where he was. "Hey hun! Isn't it a beautiful day outside?" Hope loved spending time with Spencer. He was entertaining. Also sweet and a great artist. She sat down beside him and kissed him on the cheek. "How are you doinh?"

Spencer heard of Noelle's return to Hogwarts, he decided to give the poor girl some space for awhile, she needed to get back comfortable at Hogwarts once again he was sure. Spencer haven't seen his friends or his girlfriend Hope in awhile, he missed them, and missed spending time with them especially Hope. Although he understood that she wanted to spend time with her cousin who she haven't seen in ages, after all he wasn't the center of her universe, she had other people besides him. Spencer been spending time with his other non Gryffindor friends, like Colt and Rachel lately, they were pretty cool.


Spencer looked up from his drawing and smiled brightly at the sight of Hope. "Very beautiful day indeed, almost as beautiful as you are! "said Spencer smiling at her. When she asked what he was drawing, he showed her his drawing of Godric's Hallow. "It's not done yet, it's a work in progress. "said Spencer.

Hope looked over Spencer's drawing in awe. It looked alot like Godric's Hallow. It was amazing that he could see something and make it come to life on paper. She traced some of the lines with her finger. These are amazing! I love your drawings. You have to teach me one day. Of course I will never be as good as you. And thank you for calling me beautiful." She blushed at the last part. Spencer had that affect on her.

Spencer smiled. "I'm glad you think so, took me awhile to get this far not done yet, still got a lot of shadings to do."said Spencer. Spencer laughed. "Don't worry, I'll teach you how to draw if you like, we'll start small and go from there! "said Spencer giving her a soft warm smile and a kiss on her cheek. "You don't have to thank me, I was telling you the truth. said Spencer honestly. Spencer closed his sketchbook before putting it and his supplies back into his bookbag. "So what you been up to, been enjoying your time with Noelle? "Spencer asked her.

"Well if you're my teacher, I think I might be a little distracted at times. You will have to keep me on track." She giggled and snuggled into him. She looked out at the snow that was falling gracefully around them. She could see her breath when they talked. She loved it. It was beautiful. But her small body just couldn't handle it. She shivered. Pulling the jacket up around her neck, she turned and looked at Spence.

"I've been really trying to get in control of my studies. I am not that great at some of the classes. And when Noelle and Sabbath came back, I had to make sure they were ok. Noelle is really shaken up. I don't blame her either. I wish there was some way to help her." She leaned back into him, collecting some of his warmth. "What about you? What have you been up to? Anything exciting? Have you seen Thomas or Arista?"

Spencer laughed and smiled. "It's ok to be distracted at times, I'm distracted alot thinking about you, but then I make the most beautiful things because of it! "said Spencer. Spencer smiled as she snuggled into him, he missed this over the past few weeks, but he understood that she been bust with other things. As the snow fell gracefully around them, Spencer smiled thinking about how good of a picture this would be. Taking out a magical camera he looked at Hope. "Smile!"said Spencer as he wrapped his arms around her as the camera flashed. "My dad gave it for me to take pictures, it's a magical instant camera. "said Spencer. "Good picture, I'll give you a copy if you want one. "said Spencer looking at the picture of them smiling happily in it as the snow fell behind around them.


Spencer nodded. "I heard that they were, been giving her some space, letting her get comfortable with being back here you know beforeI talk to her. said Spencer. Spencer shrugged. "Been wondering the castle alot, and hanging with my friends and my brothers lately as well as keeping up with my studies. "said Spencer. Spencer shook his head. "No I haven't, I been wondering where they been myself. "said Spencer frowning. "You cold? "Spencer asked her as he took off one of his jacket handing it to her. "Don't worry I'll be fine, I'm always warm, plus I got layers of clothes on. said Spencer kissing the top of her head as he pulled her close him,

Hope laughed and smiled big when he took the picture. She loved the moving pictures. "I'd be distracted by you any day! And you look great in this picture. We gotta take another one so I can have one to put in my room. I'll keep it forever! Maybe I can convince my mum to get me one."

"She's doing alot better. We were making s'mores the other night. I know she would love for you to say hi. She's find of you. Because I am." She gave him a smile and kissed his cheek.

When he put his jacket around her she started to warm up. "Are You Sure You're Not cold? I can snuggle into you. I know you and I both would like that." She laughed. "Have you found anything interesting in the castle? Or made any new friends?"

Spencer smiled and laughed along with her holding her close to him as he took the picture of them. Spencer loved moving pictures as well, they were so fascinating to him, and he loved the way they moved. "Same here, you're always on my mind, but it's ok because I have something beautiful to think about. "said Spencer giving her a soft warm smile. Spencer nodded. "Thanks you look great as well, ok we're going to take another one smile! "said Spencer laughing and smiling as he clicked the button as it it flashed. "There you go, now we both have a picture of us to keep! "said Spencer.


Spencer smiled. "That's good, she's a good friend of mine, I missed her as well when she was gone, she's like a annoying big sister to me."said Spencer honestly.

Spencer nodded. "Yeah I'm sure, besides I got the warmth charm on me, my brothers put it on me before I came out here."said Spencer. "You can still do that, I don't mind it at all. said Spencergiving her a soft warm smile. Spencer nodded. "Yeah I did, I met a girl name Rachel that's from our year that's in Ravenclaw, I met her in muggle studies one day and we became friends. "said Spencer.

As Spencer took another picture she stuck her tongue out right when he took it. The picture was sweet and funny. Just like they were. She loved spending time with him. She grabbed the picture and laughed. "I'm going to keep this forever! It is us. So great!" She smiled as she continued looking at the picture.

When he said Noelle was like an annoying big sister she laughed again. Noelle was exactly that. She had always been like that to her too. "yea, she's pretty amazing like that. She has to be the bigger sister to everyone. I know she's changed alot though. I hope she can pull through this. Mentally and emotionally." Hope sighed as she looked at the snow coming down around them.

When Spence mentioned making a friend Hope got a tiny bit jealous. What was this feeling. Why should she be jealous? Ugh. She had no reason to be jealous at all. What was wrong with her? Shrugging it off she remembered she had met a Rachel before school started. Of course they hadn't kept in touch. It was a brief encounter. "I met a Rachel before school. We were going to ride the train together, but we didn't keep in contact. I have seen her around though. She's pretty cool." Hope smiled at him, as she messed with his fingers. "I made a new friend. Actually two. Abby and Kitty. Abby is ravenclaw and kitty is... she seemed slytherin, but I never really asked. They are both pretty cool."

Colt was impressed and nodded, "I am a half blood too. Which soda is your favorite?" He was pretty sure that every Hogwarts student was half blood but some were purebloods or pure muggles. He wondered how muggles even knew about Hogwarts. "Aahh hip hop works. So you a great dancer or what? Do you know how to breakdance? I seen a lot of that in New York City." He was just curious is all. He saw Kaycee get on the board and was impressed. She was going to be a natural.

He heard her question and he chuckled, "Just lean your body towards the direction you want to go." That seemed like logical advice right? "Also to break you just lean your feet towards the back of the board!" he said observing her skate.

Spencer looked at the picture and laughed at it, it was quite funny, the moved showing them making funny faces and laughing. "Oh my goodness, this picture is great, almost better then the first one! "said Spencer laughing. Getting out his wand, he tapped it at the pictures as there were two copies of the pictures. "My brothers taught me that spell, now we both have a picture of both! "said Spencer giving her a soft warm smile.

Spencer laughed. You don't have to tell me, I already know how she is, always teasing me and giving me a hard time, but she gets its back so it's ok. " said Spencer. Spencer frowned. "Just give her some time, she needs to get back into the routine of being here, I'm sure she'll be back to her normal self soon. "said Spencer.

Spencer nodded. "Yeah she's pretty cool, I mean for a Ravenclaw, but then again all I was told they were nerdy and kept to themselves according to my brothers."said Spencer shrugging as if he didn't know. "Oh I also hung out with my brothers and Colt, he's from Slytherin and a fourth year I think, but he's pretty cool."saidSpencer. "That's awesome Hope, I'm glad that you're making more friends. said Spencer giving her a soft warm smil .

Hope made a note of the spell he used. She'd need that spell later on. She tucked the picture in her bag so it wouldn't get ruined. She had the perfect frame for it.

"That's great. Abby is a Ravenclaw toi. She's quiet, but alot like me in ways. I'm glad you are making friends. It will be easier here " She gave him a smile.

"Yea, she will be back in no time. I hope. She's strong. And she's got me. And sabbath of course " She put on a goofy face to calm the conversation. She didn't like being all serious.

Spencer had the perfect frames to put these pictures in, he couldn't wait to put them in the frames and place on the night stand by his bed. He knew that he was probably going to get a hard time by his dorm mates for having them, but he didn't care, he really cared about Hope. Plus he was twelve years old now, of course he was youn, but he wasn't that far from being thirteen years old and a teenager.

Spencer smiled. "That's great, I knew that you were going to make some other friends, you're just so bubbly and sweet, it's hard for someone not to like you."said Spencer. Spencer laughed. "Also making friends from different years is fun, you get to hear their stories and experience when they were our age. ."said Spencer.

"I'm sure she will, just hang in there and give her some time."said Spencer kissing the top of her head. Spencer always looked on the bright side of things, he was Mr. Positive and Mr . Brightside. Spencer laughed at her funny face and shook his head at her before laughing once more.

"I like orange soda." Kaycee said with a nod. Mm. Yum.

Oh. Lots of questions. "I'm pretty good." Was it bragging if it was the truth? [b]"I compete a lot during the breaks. I've got trophies."[/b[ Okay, now she was bragging. She nodded. "Yeah. You know Kyroh? He's a better breaker than me, but we've competed together." In case he was wondering.

She nodded and leaned a little to the left. Oh! Hey! It was working. Slowly... but working.

Mel nodded over to her “yeah its on the grounds? Y’know the stables and things?” Mel asked raising an eyebrow just a little bit. “Its actually near the grounds keepers cottage” Mel grinned. “The grounds keeper has a dreaaaaamy face” Mel sighed and chewed her lip.

“Challenges are the best aren’t they?” She grinned and smirked at the flea collar question. “Oh…well…no it’s more like” she shrugged her shoulder and slipped her bag down to the ground before carefully opening it and taking a jar out. “I have jars full of fleas in my bag” she admitted and grinned to herself. “But I’d love to meet Fluffly I’d play him music and scratch his ears” she grinned.

“I am speaking English.” She stubbornly blinked at Mason. “It’s a character from a book? And well…muggle movies y’know cause my sisters engaged to a muggle.” She grinned. “I have to introduce you to Bond things Mase, I mean…seriously the villains are the best and the bond girls are so awesome and strong and some of them are secretly villains and…like this guy never dies” she grinned.

“well…yes…potions…and I wanted to uh…give them to this girls cat.” She huffed. “It keeps coughing hairballs in my hair when I sleep” she frowned. Stupid cat. “Yes! You’d love her…she’s like a vampire or something?...” she shrugged her shoulder and grinned at her Slytherin-Bestie! “You know this is why I like you. You are adventurous and awesome and like my Slythertwin.” Because that was a thing.

Hope loved the time she spent with spencer. She smiled alot when she was with him. More than usual. He just opened up that side of her. She interwindled their fingers as she leaned into him.

"I'm going to rename you Mr. Positive. You sways see the bright side. I love that about you. She will be ok. Just needs time like you said." She gave him a peck on the cheek. As her thoughts went out to her cousin. She remembered a conversation they had it brought a question to her mind.

"Have you ever kissed anyone else? I mean besides me?" The words were out of her mouth before she could contain them. It was just word vomit. Oh no. What would he think...

The time that Spencer spent with Hope always made him happy, even when he was in the dump, she always managed to put a smile on his face. Spencer never met anyone who could make him smile as much as Hope did, her smile and laughter so so contagious that you couldn't help but not to smile and laugh. Spencer wrapped his arms around her pulling her close to him to keep the cold air from getting to her. He would hate if she gotten sick because of him, he wouldn't allow it, now him getting sick was a different story but he wouldn't let her get sick.


Spencer laughed. "Mr Positive huh? Well...thank you, and you love that about me huh, what else that you love about me? "Spencer asked her smirking. Although he was honestly surprised that she said that to him, although he loved everything about her, in his eyes she didn't have any flaws.


Spencer looked at her and laughed. "Yes I have, it was when I was eight years old and it was for a dare, it was just a quick peck and didn't mean anything. " said Spencer honestly. "As for kissing someone and it having feelings and emotions behind it, you're my first. " said Spencer. "What about you, have you kissed anyone before me? "Spencer asked her curiously.

Hope was pulled close to Spencer and had his arms around her. She loved it. It was very comforting. She wrapped her arms around his. Taking in his warmth, but also providing it for him. She didn't want him catching the flu again.

"I don't want you getting sick darling. I don't like you being sick. " She kissed his hand. "I love alot about you. Everything really. How sweet, caring and loyal you are. How you can always make me laugh and smile. And how you have a little devious side." She blushed. She couldn't believe she admitted that. Out loud atleast.

"I kissed a guy this past summer. It was my first kiss. It was a flirty kiss. But it didn't mean anything. You are the first guy I've kissed that really meant something. I am glad I am your first that meant something." She smiled and felt her heart swell for him. She didn't know what that meant, but she knew it was important.

Possibly she didn't like talking about that topic. Some persons were sensitive when it came to the subject of family, Rachel knew.

She was pleased that Scarlett took the flower. "We have something in common then.'' Rachel smiled. "Both of our parents were in the same Houses you and I are in.'' OOOH, Scarlett had misspoken. Whoops. She giggled and shook her head. "No, I mean like, I have siblings that are REAL little. Like young wise. They're really young. I should have been clearer," she said with a smile. "They're staying home since it would be silly to bring them when they won't even remember most of it!" she explained. It's not like they were TRYING to un-include them but financially, it just made sense, and when you were a big family like they were, you HAD to penny pinch sometimes!

"I know! I hated that so called LESSON," she grumbled, folding up her list and tossing it into her bag. "I doubt we'll be getting a REAL Divination class this year. Which just stinks. I'm not as good as he is but...it's still fun. And now it's ruined for me," she said with a heavy sigh. But her dad had just gotten his book published - there was no WAY he'd be down for coming to teach. Especially with Scarlett in his class! He was weird about that stuff.

Spencer loved having Hope close to him, it was comforting to him, it calmed him down and relaxed him. Spencer was always warm, there was never a time he didn't think that he was ever cold even when he was sick.

Spencer smiled. "I appreciate that Hope, but I rather me get sick then you, it's no big deal for me. " said Spencer shrugging as if it wasn'tno big deal. "Besides if you get sick, I'll have to have my mum make you some soup because I suck at cooking! "said Spencer laughing. "You love everything about me huh? "Spencer asked her smirking. "Well I love everything about you as well, although you have flaws, I don't see them. "said Spencer giving her a soft warm smile.


Spencer nodded. "I think at least everyone I met has had their first kiss with someone and it didn't mean anything. "said Spencer honestly. Spencer smiled. "I know that this sounds a bit crazy, but I want to be with you as long as you want me, maybe we can be Thomas and Arista. " said Spencer. Spencer didn't understand what he felt about her, but when she was around or when he thought about her, he had a warm fuzzy feeling inside of him.

The Eagle knew she was definitely not the only one who would agree about the hag's 'teaching' methods. What had went through the person or persons mind who hired her, she wondered yet again. Since the old woman still scared her a little, Rachel decided to leave that part of the topic behind. She felt rather sorry that the subject of Divination had been ruined for Scarlett. "Don't let this bad experience discourage you. Just think of your dad and how good he was at Divination. Have you ever done readings with him?''
