For anyone! He needed to get a book. A certain book that he was sure he didn't have currently, and so...he set out for the castle from his sunny but...getting chillier greenhouses. The castle was warm, though, and Paul hadn't been up past the Great Hall in a few days. He should also go check on the garden in the Hufflepuff common room...make sure it was okay and stuff...maybe he'd bring his banjo and he's serenade the puffers like he had been PROMISING them to do for awhile now...and hadn't yet. Hmph. He really should visit the castle more. |
So this was a huge flaw, wasn't it? No door for the Headmistress' office, to knock on. Nope. You needed a password to get into the Headmistress' office, and you needed the password to get to the Headmistress to let her know you needed the password to get to her. "Frizzle. Viking. Snufflopolis. Flaming trident of doom. Dust bunny. Turtles. Monkeys. Sunflowers. Sunflower! Moonlight..." Yep, Haddie had been out side the moving staircase to the Headmistress' office for going on 45 minutes, trying to guess the password to be able to let the Headmistress know she was out here and wanted to talk. "Will you give me a hint?" She looked up and over her shoulder. She'd been sitting down, against the wall just next to the entrance for the last 30 minutes, while guessing. Naturally the stone didn't answer. Haddie dropped her head and sighed. A moment later she lifted her head again. "Galloping gazelle. Taco tuesday. Waterfalls. Tourniquet. Enterprise..." No that would be Flamsteed's. She rested her head on the wall and closed her eyes. "Shark tooth. Dragons. Chili cook-off..." Duh, Moxley taught Muggle studies. "Laptops. Motorcycle. Surf board. TV. Computer. Rubber ducky. Hopscotch. Keyboard. Car. Music player. Video games. Movie theaters. Microwave. Muggles..." |
lololol Quote:
He didn't say a word. He merely wondered how long it would take her to realize he was here. OH maybe he should join in with this random word game.... "Broomstick, tomato...vegetables. Dogs. Cats. Birds. Wing. Dementors. Smiles. Laughter." He could go on, he really could. |
Lol. ❤Paul SPOILER!!: this man...*shakes head* Haddie opened one eye, peeking. Then the other. She regarded Professor Myers for a moment, then closed her eyes and rested her head back on the wall with a smirk. Even if herbology wasn't her favorite class or subject, Professor Myers was by far her favorite Professor here. He knew how to have fun, enjoy life, and not take everything too seriously. All of which spoke strongly to Haddie, who did those same things in her life. "My current theory is that Moxxy's....er, Professor Moxley's password is probably something muggle related. 'Cuz, you know, Muggle studies Professor and all." She grinned without opening her eyes. "Try focusing on muggle things. Unless," she opened her eyes again and looked at Professor Myers. "You know the password..." She wiggled her eyebrows up and down at him. Come on, Professor, you know you want to give me it. |
Quote:
She wanted to go see Moxley. Hmm. He...he smirked a little. "I know the password. But I think it'd be much more fun if we played twenty questions, don't you, m'dear?" He cackled a little and sat up straighter. Hehehe. She was on the right track, with the muggle items. Hehehe. "So go on. Ask me...questions." Go ahead, Miss Hadley. This would be fun. |
Quote:
She sat up straighter, following his lead. "Okay. Is it muggle related?" |
Paul nodded. "It indeed is, m'dear. You're on the right track. Next question!" he was ready. He rubbed his hands together in anticipation. THIS WAS GOING TO BE SO FUN! He was glad she was going along with it and not annoyed with him...........because Paul was secretly a small child. PFFFFT. "Go on, then!" |
Haddie is not so secretly a small child Quote:

Questions galore! Paul smiled and took a minute to respond. "No..not in their home, per se." It was more of an OUTSIDE thing, you know? "And no elect...electricity." How Paul HATED that word, it was so hard to say, a tongue twister! "YES YES!" Outside the house. Paul pointed at her in excitement. "It's used outside!" He probably wasn't supposed to be adding commentary, but oh well! He was EXCITED. Hmm.....entertainment..."Well...yes and no?" That was super helpful. "And no, anyone can use it...might be EASIER for adults..." He was chuckling away. Would she get it?! Even if she didn't..he would probably just tell her. |
Quote:
Boats needed electricity too, dummy. Well, sailboats didn't. "A sailboat? Is it used on water? Or land? Is it used for transportation?" |
If only Paul could read her mind, hehe. "NOPE. Not a boat." She was on the right track, though, again. He could count the sailboat question as the same as the boat question, so she had only used....eleven questions so far! Not bad, Hadley. "Not on water, no.....but YES for on land..." HEHEHEHE SHE WAS GETTING WARMER! "YES!" most definitely used for transportation...ish. Mosley WOULD pick this as her password, though. Paul was amused. "You're so CLOSE! Keep going!" |

He shook his head at her first question. Usually..these only held one. He had never seen one with more than one because it KIND OF wasn't really possible. Again, Paul shook his head. "Nope..not motorized." She seemed to be in the right REALM of mind, though. "Yes yes--you sit on it--" It had a seat. HEHEHEHE. Her next question..about the wheels....he shook his head. "it does not." It didn't even have TWO wheels. HEHEHEHE. "And no..it doesn't need a track." Just a very skilled person. "Sixteen questions, Haddie. You can ask four more...and then, you must guess." He smirked. |

|
"NOPE! Not one of those---" he said at first, but then she said the second thing and Paul CLAPPPPPPPPED a whole lot and nodded enthusiastically. "YES YES YES YES! UNICYCLE!" he jumped up from his place on the ground and beamed. "Very good, Hadley...." Hehe. "I guess I'll leave you now..." He hoped Moxley didn't mind. He'd have to tell her to change her password later... "This was fun! We'll have to play again some time...maybe for chocolate or...candy!" Paul loved candy. |

Liz! <3 Okay.. Creepy disappearing doll was loose in the castle! Azura was officially creeped out now! She was actually pretty jumpy as well, every shadow made her jump and every noise made her squeak a little in fright!! Where was anyone? She didn't really care right now! She had left the library in a hurry and now she just wanted to find people! Preferably someone who wouldn't mind a rather tight hug, from a very scared little girl! Okay! Okay! Deep breaths Azura! This was Hogwarts? What could hurt her here? Except for maybe the Hag and the dummies in Dada's and perhaps the SUPER CREEPY DOLL that was on the loose! Eeekkkk! Was that a giggle? |
Quote:
He stuffed his hands in his pockets as he walked on, heading towards the stairs and he heard another squeak. Now he was curious, who in merlin's name was squeaking every little bit. He moved towards where the sound was getting louder as he moved towards it. "Hello?" he asked as he turned the corner and nearly knocked whoever it was over. |
Quote:
Merlin!! She was going to die wasn't she? But.. Wasn't the doll a girl? That hello had sounded deeper than that! Maybe the doll had a creepy deep voice? Help!! And then someone rounded the corner and nearly knocked her over! Thank goodness! The doll was little! She stumbled backwards and then looked up to see whom had nearly knocked her over? "Torie!" He had saved her on the train and now he was going to save her here! The nearly scared out of her mind, almost twelve year old, sprinted the two steps to the older boy and wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly. "Thank the Fwoopers! I was so scared!" She whispered, not letting go of him! |
Quote:
"What are you scared of?" he asked confused. What had happened? Please whatever you do, do not say spiders. Nope, he'd go running then! And Cassie wasn't even there anymore! He didn't have his protective professor anymore! "What happened?" he asked. |
Quote:
"I'm okay, I'm not hurt." For once.. which was surprising. "There is this doll.. a really creepy doll that was my dorm mates, but it disappeared a month ago, and I just saw it in the library for a few moments, and then it disappeared.." She shuddered as she looked up at him.. "A friend of mine saw it too.. but it's soo creepy.. I HATE dolls." She whispered softly as she bit her lip and looked around.. |
Quote:
"Good!" he said beaming at her. She was definitely accident prone he'd discovered but hey she wasn't hurt. His eye brows lifted at her words and blinked at her "Creepy doll?" he asked curiously. "Have you mentioned this doll to any professors?" Maybe they would have ideas about where this doll had come from or even what it was for? "You sure it wasn't Peeves playing a trick?" Yeah he didn't much like dolls either, "I don't either honestly, I mean their eyes are all weird." |
Quote:
Right! Azura pulled back and looked up at Torie as he smiled down at her. "I know right? For once I'm not hurt." She shook her head a little, as she looked around and once she was convinced she was safe she tilted her head back up to look at the taller older boy! He looked a lot like Colt, did he know this? And he was..kinda.. Nope.. Nope.. Nope! He was older, and despite the fact that she was almost 12, she would have no shot! Azura poked the Fwoopers in her brain, so he had saved her twice, it's just something people did! It didn't mean anything! Quit with the overthinking brain! Okay.. "I haven't mentioned it to any of the professors, but my friend, whose doll it is.. Has taken it to a professor or two. So I'm sure they know about it." She explained to him. "I'm sure it wasn't Peeves! I'm positive, there was a doll there and then there wasn't.. and it left a note.. saying.. "Come.. play with me." Oh DEAR MERLIN.. She was starting to get creeped out again! |
Quote:
"Good..." he murmured, "That's kind of creepy to have a doll that's disappearing and reappearing. It belongs to a friend of yours, you say?" he asked. "It..left a note?!" What?! Now that is just really creeping him out now! "Is it someone's idea of a prank?" he asked, not really of her but just overall. "I mean that's just sick, maybe someone's playing a prank on people..." That made more sense than a doll that could leave notes for people. Right? |
