Angel was just enjoying herself, when suddenly she saw that someone was aiming at her. "Protego!" Angel managed to get the shield up just in time, which was perfect for her.

"You'll have to do......................"

*SPLAT!*

"What the?" Angel looked totally confused, where had that spell come from, now she was blue.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! " Angel was totally acting like Luke Skywalker did when he found out Darth Vader was his father, this was just tots wrong and what was worse was she had no idea where that spell had come from.

"Okay blue team, I know my rights." She might be a prisoner of war. "My name is Angel Valentine, Sixth Year, Gryffindor." That was the only information they were getting from her, she was not given away tactics or anything like that.

Now where had that blue paint come from.

"Professor do you know where that last paint hit came from?" Angel was tots confused, seriously she wanted to know who had made her turn blue, it was so last years colour.

Game over already? But he was just starting Professor A! Straightening up from his crouch position, Jace stowed his wand away back in its holster, and moved to where Carl stood. The 12 year old inclined his head to the Hufflepuff, a sheepish grin plastered on his face. "Welcome to Ravenclaw?" He did fall for his trap. Who knew he'd be good at it? "Are you alright though?" he wanted to make sure that his fellow first year isn't harbouring any hard feelings on him.

Jace looked at the professor up ahead then back to the Hufflepuff. "Do you know how to clean your uniform?" Because he doesn't, even if he's a Ravenclaw. Shame, really.

She had been much to focused on sending green paint flying through the air at Mason in order to get the younger girl back where she belonged. On the side of the snakes. She had been focused on tossing up shield charms left and right to not only protect herself but those of her house. Therefore when she heard the sound of a splat and the impact of something smack her arm it took a brief moment for the girl to even register what it was that happened.

Paint. Hady had been hit by paint.

Blue paint if one much be exact. Crinkling her nose a little bit she cast a quick look around her eyes soon landing on those of Janelle. One of her dueling partners of this term. With a small laugh she nodded in approval to the girl. Job well done. She had been caught off guard and that was one of the ways to win a war, a duel or nearly anything else for that matter.

Before she was able to do anything Professor Finch announced that the lesson and therefore the war was over as well. Aaawww.

Wand still in hand the first thing she did was cast the cleaning charm on herself before gathering up her things from where she had left them under the tree. "Anyone need any help getting cleaned up?" she offered looking most towards the large group of firsties.

Not only did Mason have two blue splotches, but three green ones as well. . . uggghhhhh. At least her team had gotten her back, even if they had gone a little overboard with the whole 'Shooting her with paint'-thing.

Meh. She'd had worse. But there was still the rest of day to think about. . . and she was not about to go all the way to the Dungeons just to get a change of clothes.

So when Hady offered to help clean them off, Mason was first in line. Having someone more experienced do spells on oneself seemed like the safer option. Who knew? She could very well set herself on fire if she tried the Cleaning Charm on herself. . .

So Hady it was. She just hoped that she didn't have any paint under her clothes. . . that would just be awkward.

As just like that it ended. To say Elsa was disappointed was the least, she had been struggling to keep up with the action and found out most of her fellow students were more interested in "going to war" with their friend than actually anybody else since she only got one hit. Which meant the had no friends.. or only one? Meh. She shrugged and looked down at her clothes. Apart from the big red stain on her side, and some blue paint sprinkled on her shoes, she looked ok.

She pointed her wand at her side and tried to Scourgify the paint away, like she had seen her mother do a lot of times. If only she hadrealized sooner that her Impervious spell didn't work. Nothing happened. She tried again, and again and again her clothes started to smoke a little. Oh Merlin what now..

Not far away she heard Hady offering help, she walked slowly towards her fellow Slytherin and waited in the small line that was already forming. Yes she did need help.

Well.. It seemed the "war" was over! The little Ravenclaw looked down at her robes and smiled as she saw that they were pretty clean after all! She hadn't really gotten hit by any paint! Save for her shoes.. Her shoes were rather messy, but other than that!

She slowly started to walk back to the castle and bit slowly.. Trying to see if Jace wanted to walk back with her... Or even trying to see if she could find a certain third year Slytherin who might want to walk with her..

Yes she was still looking for him..

It wasn't long at all before her younger house mates were stood before her. Neither girl (Mason and Elsa) had spoken as to why they were there but the silent question was clearer then day. They were covered in paint from the 'war' they had just been in. Nothing had to be said about it. Whether they didn't know the cleaning charm or were simply unwilling to give it a go on themselves didn't matter at all to her. Being one of the older years she was more then happy to assist them both with it.

Hady grinned at them both. "Nice job girls." Really. Everyone in their house had done great. Aiming her wand at Mason first she cast a quiet cleaning charm on the girl. Before doing the same for Elsa. Lowering her wand she checked them both over for any paint the charm might have missed. "How's that?" They would know better then she would if it had worked well enough.

"That was a fun game Professor," said Kitty, smiling at Professor Finch before casting the cleaning spell on her robes. There was green and yellow mixed in, but both had hit her around the same spot in the back so it was easy to clean.

Her eyes widened in surprise as the Gryfindorr girl (Angel) introduced herself. "Wow cool! My last name is Valentine too." Kitty smiled at the older Gryffindor girl and wondered silently if they were related. Angel was the second Valentine she had met at Hogwarts. Were they related? Hmmm.... "I'm Kitty Valentinte, by the way," she held out her hand to the older Gryffindor girl and hoped that she wasn't annoyed with her for shooting paint at her.

Taking care of both Mason and Elsa with cleaning their robes didn't take very long at all. It was only after she had lowered her wand to her side and was checking them over to ensure they were paint free did she notice someone else close by. A little guy. One she didn't know and most certainly was another firstie.

"Hey there," Hady smiled lightly at Gabriel. "Want me to clean you up too?" Better to confirm things before doing so. Maybe the kid just wanted to know the charm or something. She knew Lions tended to like to do things on their own mostly. No harm in asking him though.

Elsa kept her gaze down, and mouth in small pout. Once Hady successfully removed the stains the small pout lightened up and she gazed up at the older Slytherin with a small grin "Thank you Hady" she thanked with a small voice "that's fine!" and patting down the side of her clothes that just moments ago was stained with red.

"It was ok I guess" she shrugged, pulling her robe over her uniform "everyone seemed to have an agenda, but it was quite fun". She smirked and waved at Hady and the other girl, leaving the grounds.

Cleaning up couldn't be too difficult, right? It wasn't like he was... totally... splattered... with paint. In several places. Including on his skin.

Jaemin looked down at himself and, biting his lip lightly, pointed his wand at the big red splat on his stomach. He was pretty sure he knew which spell to use for this... he had to get the paint siphoned off, and he'd read about that one. Didn't mean his execution would be perfect, but... you know.

"Tergeo," he tried, moving his wand gently and just hoping he wouldn't accidentally set himself on fire or something. Some of the paint disappeared, but not all of it... he wrinkled his nose at the spot left behind and tried again, more insistently. "Tergeo!"

It took a few tries for the spot on his tummy, and a few more for the spot of blue on his side. The one up his shoulder and neck was a little more difficult, but he did his best for that one as well. Humming to himself, he patted his wand and stuffed it into his pocket.

"Thank you for the fun lesson, Professor," he murmured, bouncing up to Ansley and smiling lightly. "I wish I had done better, but it was fun anyway."

And then the small boy took off. Places to be, stuff to study.

That had been fun!

Ariadne was STILL wondering who had won this little game of paint war, but she guessed it was just as well that the winner wasn't announced. They all knew it was Slytherin anyway, right? She started the process of cleaning herself up, still kind of wishing someone would have taken her up on her offer and allowed her to voluntarily get splattered with red or yellow paint.

The Head Girl was still a Ravenclaw, too...and hopefully not mad at her.

Once she was cleaned up, she took a look around the room. "I can help clean up, too, if anyone still needs help," she said. Speaking of which, somebody should really start tidying up the grounds, too. Ariadne proceeded to take the next several minutes to start cleaning paint off trees and plants near her. Can't go around harming nature or anything like that, can they?
