After a long hard day of hunting, and lessons, or even just a busy weekend, your dormitories will be your haven. It will be more than just your home away from home, and it is the place where you can come and relax after a long day or a late night. The four poster beds are surprisingly comfortable, and it's easy to get lost in the smooth red velvet covers. Should you want some privacy from your chatty dorm mates, feel free to close the hangings around you and lose yourself in sleep.
After all, every lion needs their rest and with the portraits watching of you - perhaps some evening serenading you to sleep - it is sure to be a sound sleep.

Any character listed that does not have a (username) is a non-playable character and entirely up to you (and your IC dormmates) to make up their personality and habits if you so desire.
Despite there only being two rooms per year listed above, IC there are obviously more rooms in the tower. After all, there are 9601 students in the school and about 2400 of those are Gryffindors. This is just meant to help create more of an IC feel for you as to your character's housing situation.
If you see anyone that is missing or any mistakes, please notify your Head of House.

Arista skimmed the Dorm Assignments she had AJ, yay!, Messer, yay! and Natalia Woolf awesome!! She was excited to meet Natalia and hang with them because she needed some girl time. Arriving in her room she threw herself onto the bed near the window and smiled. Woot, it was just as comfy as the years before.
Sighing she looked around where in the world were the other girls!!!? It was bad enough Thomas was hanging out with his brother so what was she supposed to do now, she had practically no one to bother.

They had lost a hundred points? She hadn’t even done anything ANYTHING at all. Huffing she made her way to her dorm and checked on the list to find where she was rooming…wait…SAM WAS HER ROOMMATE? That was brilliant. Sure, she didn’t know who the other girls were yet but she was just excited…Samantha McMillan…well Swynford was her roommate.
Looking at the list again she just checked where the well, only other Gryffindor girl she knew lived…third year room one. Looking at the rooms near her she just grinned and ran and jumped onto her own bed.
IT WAS SO FLUFFY…like a cloud of dreams!
The human was there again. Sherlock shifted in the darkness under the bed before climbing up onto the bed and nestling into the human's fluffy kingdom. ALL THE FLUFF WAS HIS...he would attack anyone - save for the human that dared touch it.
The human fed him. The human could sit in his bed.

WHY IN THE WORLD PROFESSOR FLAMSTEED CHANGED THE DORM ASSIGNMENT? It's not that she minded to share her dorm with Noelle and the others... But she already liked her dorm mates last year. Should Ava complain to the head of house? Maybe not now... And speaking of Noelle, she hadn't seen her at the feast.
Grabbing some marshmallows, cookies, chocolate frogs and muffins, the young lioness headed to Charlotte's dorm followed by her precious Russian blue cat. "CHAAAAAARRR!!" She greeted her fellow who's already dressed in her pajamas. "We're not in the same dorm anymore. How could this happen?" Maybe because they were too LOUD? Oh please, Professor Flamsteed. They're NOT that LOUD... Just being a normal twelve year-old girls with their excitement and stuffs.... Huft. "I hope you haven't brushed your teeth because I have snacks." And also... "I haven't seen Noelle around."

Coming in a bit behind Charlotte, Dora flopped onto the bed she was claiming as her own and smiled at the ceiling . "Charlotte... did you enjoy the feast? Heard it got out of hand. " Because, ya know... Dora wasn't actually there and her stomach growled to drive that home.
ALSO! She had to tell Char ALL OF THE THINGS... so sitting up happened. She needed to SEE her friend properly right now.

A new school year, and a new dorm!
Natalia was glad; the dorm she was assigned to the previous year had a slight... strange stench to it. Now that she was a year above, a year smarter, a year closer to graduation (unfortunately, not a year taller), she embraced the new semester with optimism.
She inspected her bed briefly, just to make sure there was nothing abnormal under her blankets. When she was indeed certain that nothing peculiar was lurking between the bed sheets, Nat hopped onto the soft, bouncy foam (or whatever it was made out of) of her bed.
So, it was time to socialize, heh?
"Hi," Nat greeted the only girl present in the dorm at the moment. "Arista... right?" She had seem her a couple of times around the school before but never had the opportunity to dive into a full conversation.

Oh, and Dora was just coming too. Perfect time. "Hi Dora!" She waved at the blonde girl. "Weren't you at the feast?" Because she didn't really pay attention since the food fight happened... "The food fight was fun, but Yoongi didn't look really happy when I tossed some mashed potatoes to his hair." That guy seemed like had issues with his hair, like Henric. Or maybe ALL GUYS had issues with hair and didn't want anybody to ruin it. "Snacks?"
So Charlotte hadn't seen Noelle either? "Oh, maybe she and Sabbath traveled around the world but they got stuck in a desert or an island and couldn't go home?" Who knows? There's no chance that she didn't come back to Hogwarts. Well, as far as Ava knew, Noelle lived with a very happy family, no drama llamas or whatsoever. Means that there's no particular reason why she had to leave Hogwarts, right? "Well, I hope we can still doing pillow fight! also sleepover with snacks and horror stories..."
Oh yes, time for the summer story! Yes, Dora. You go first! "Do you get a boyfriend or something?" Her summer wasn't that good, but not bad. Just ordinary...

Arista had started to drift off when she suddenly heard a voice. Springing up out of the bed she stood excited at hearing the unfamiliar voice which meant it wasn't AJ and it wasn't Messer soooo it had to be her other roomie Natalia!!! She grinned excitedly before launching herself off of her bed.
"Yes that is me. Arista Royal." She gave a huge smile as she looked at the girl. [b]"Your Natalia? I've seen you around Hogwarts a couple times but we have never actually socialized outside of the classroom.

Oh. Well of course she didn't mind Ava being in their dorm with food and a kitty... but she also didn't want to say things in front of others... and was already having second thoughts about opening up to Charlotte anyway. So yeah. Nope.
Oh. She had missed a food fight? Hmmmm. Not sure that she was really upset about that, but she nodded and smiled and Oooh ed and ahhhed at the right times. Mhm. GOOD FRIEND RIGHT HERE! "Sounds awesome, " she said to Char before turning to smile at Ava.
"No. I skipped the feast and came straight up." No elaborating or anything. Nope.
NOOOO! Dora shook her head so hard at both Char and Ava she felt as though something broke loose. "No I don't want to go first and NO I don't have a boyfriend. Boys are stupid." SO STUPID!
But the mentions of Noelle made her frown real big. Super big even. But she kept her mouth shut. She had been owling Noelle nonstop for weeks now... and had no intention on giving up on her friend. But yeah. Anyway. They could talk now. And she would listen and maybe not fall asleep... maybe.

Finding their room, and Mel already laying on her bed, Samantha flopped beside her. "Hey Roomie!!" she beamed.

The problem was that Amur had been over enthusiastic since her first year and her encounter with Toddles. Things had only progressed since then, and Flamsteed's assignment had only snowballed the entire matter.
Which meant that Amur was up early, or late, brainstorming and plotting and planning. Of course, a lot of the ideas had already been evaluated years before, but now there was a fresh pair of eyes coming and a new hand of permission.
Her eyes, however, for the moment were fastened on the notes she was taking, all nestled her bed with knit socks from her grandmother scattered about. She didn't even notice Kaycee come in.

Robin smiled widely at the small girl, Jessie. The warm welcome helped with her nerves. Taking a look around the room she chose the bed next to Jessie near a window. "Nice to meet you Jessie! I'm Robin" She smiled and flopped on her bed. "These beds are so nice! I'm gonna need them after the day I've had. In charms I tried to make friends with this kid in Slytherin but he was so rude! He shot down every question I asked and made fun of our house"
She pouted just thinking about it. She didn't know it had bothered her so much before but it was a relief to get it out. "I didn't realize people who don't even know you can like, not even try to like you. It was weird"

Kaycee didn't wait for an invitation. Instead, she went straight to the bed next to Amur's. She sat on it crossing her legs. She placed her notepad in her lap and looked at her coleader.
"You ready to do this thing?" she asked. Because she might have popped a headache potion just in case the answer to that was an over enthusiastic yes.

Why was it such a bad thing to do? India had gotten so mad when she had done it to her, which was silly.

And he might report back to Zander about how good or not good she was being at giving the Gryffindor thing a proper go.

"I DO only like the mature ones." She said, in an attempt to placate Dora though. And also, "I can go first!? Unless you want to, Ava, because you brought snacks." She said generously.... quite willing to use the opportunity to eat said snacks.

Robin smiled widely at the small girl, Jessie. The warm welcome helped with her nerves. Taking a look around the room she chose the bed next to Jessie near a window. "Nice to meet you Jessie! I'm Robin" She smiled and flopped on her bed. "These beds are so nice! I'm gonna need them after the day I've had. In charms I tried to make friends with this kid in Slytherin but he was so rude! He shot down every question I asked and made fun of our house"
She pouted just thinking about it. She didn't know it had bothered her so much before but it was a relief to get it out. "I didn't realize people who don't even know you can like, not even try to like you. It was weird"
Jessie decided to sat in her bed. She raised her eyebrow when listen for Robin explanation.
"That's bad! What did he said about our house,Robin? "
Jessie looking at her roomate " I met the boy in the greenhouse and seems like he doesn't like me." and Jessie imitate Robins geture by pouting her lips " And my boyfriend is third year Slytherin. Yeah, I love him. But he can be so rude if he wants."
Jessie remember the library incident. When Peeves screamed to entire library,lying that Jessie kissed Raven. Then her boyfriend going mad and leave her alone.

She flopped down on the bed and looked at the ceiling "And Jaemin, that's his name, just left me when I thought we were working together!" She was getting riled up. Her eyes widened at Jessies day "You went into the greenhouses? are we allowed to? I've been wanting to since I got here but I've only talked to Professor Myers- Herbology is my favorite subject, yours too?" "I don't want to generalize the Slytherins because that's what they do to us but I'm just saying that so far, everyone I've met in green hasn't been the most friendly"
She sat up again when the boyfriend was mentioned "Ooo is it girl talk time?, I must warn you I'm inexperienced with this but ready to learn so please, spill" She grinned
Kaycee didn't wait for an invitation. Instead, she went straight to the bed next to Amur's. She sat on it crossing her legs. She placed her notepad in her lap and looked at her coleader.
"You ready to do this thing?" she asked. Because she might have popped a headache potion just in case the answer to that was an over enthusiastic yes.
At first, Amur didn't notice who had sat down on the bed next to her's. She thought it was a dorm mate returning from wherever they had been, and she was used to a lack of questions from said returning bodies.
So, when a question WAS posed, it caught Amur a little off guard. She paused, blinked at her paper and listened into the extending silence. A silence that meant the question hadn't been asked to someone else. That meant the question was for her.
Slowly, Amur lifted her head and glanced over. As soon as Kaycee came into sight, Amur's grin went wide. "Hey!" Over-enthusiastic yes in the making. "Most definitely!"
Scooting about a bit on the bed, Amur rearranged her collection of socks and notes, pulled her parchment onto her lap and settled herself. "So. Where should we start?"
She had ideas. SOOO many ideas, but if she started, she'd likely never stop. So, she'd TRY to refrain.

a grin appear in her face "Yes, I did. Greenhouse four! the most dangerous greenhouse." Jessie trying to hide her proud but failed.
" Aaahh... let's say that I get lost in my exploring hogwarts journey and landed in that place. Greenhouse four is forbidden. Full of very dangerous plants.But I accidentally landed in there and professor Myers can't stop me."
Jessie smirked.
"I didn't know about herbology,Robin. But when professor Myers offered US to help him watering the plants, I start to love it. "
Jessie staring at Robin in sad look "You're right. I shouldn't judge peoples by their house or ancestor,sorry".
Then she change her expression before speaks again "And I know Jaemin. Song Jaemin,isn't he? I met him in the greenhouse .We are in the same greenhouse for a long time. And what he did just ignore me. "
Jessie giggled and continuing "No worries, Mate. He's my first boyfriend!Hahahaha.... "
Once again Jessie cannot hold her laughter. She felt relief to know that she got really nice roommate.
