Which was a splendid toss. Went right to him. Catching the yellow ball, he placed it on the platform, turning it red. "NICE!" |

Maybe luck was on his side, but he found himself being struck by a ball mid air. Instinctively, he grabbed it as he was falling back to the ground, taking notice that it was indeed another red ball. What... WHAT EVEN. |
Post 5 :: Stealing from Gryffindor (Also, WAR.) Quote:
"Are you SERIOUS?" Ariadne asked, unsure if she could even be heard. The SAME Gryffindor boy that had JUST stolen her thunder not even five minutes ago had done the exact same thing again. "Alright, Gryffindor boys! This means WAR!" Yes. Specifically YOU, Gryffindor boys. She was determined. She was fierce, and she was GOING to steal all the red balls off the Gryffindor platform. Frown set firmly in place, the tiny first year pushed her way toward the Gryffindor platform and plucked another red ball off the top. LANCELOT. TENACIUS. |

Deffending attempt again xD Quote:
And just when he saw the ball go to the other boy-- his teammate (Lancelot) charged in intercepting it. YAAS! But yeah there goes Ariadne again. This is war? "Bring it!" the curly top cackled. And there he goes, zooming straight for Ariadne's hands. CHAAARRGGEE! |
Post 6 :: Trying to pass, hee hee. Quote:
Ariadne didn't waste any time. She wanted to get the ball passed to the Slytherin boy before the Gryffindor boys found out about it. BOYS. She always heard they were just a load of trouble! Heh. Ariadne quickly nodded and, on a whim, decided to fly in a different direction to try and get a better aim toward her teammate. There were no Gryffindors around this time, so unless one just apparated right smack in the middle of them, the pass should go through beautifully! That was the plan! Ariadne hurled the ball through the air toward the Slytherin boy. GOOOOO, SLYTHERIN! |

Post 6 : Stealing from Gryffindor Ilia was looking for a good place to steal, with all of the middle balls out of play as she watched the events unfold. Things were close for sure. She looked to see who was the best target, not the easiest mind you, but the best. Watching, she w a few baby snakes trying to pillage Gryffindor's pyramid. It was looking a bit too high wasn't it? A smirk played to the older snake's lips as she crouched to build up her momentum. Incoming kiddies. She sprang herself onto the Gryffindor platform with the baby snakette. Hello little one. The taller snakette smirked as she snatched a ball from the red pile, beside her cohort. War had been called lions. |
Post 8..oh just hanging out on top of a lion. No biggie *grins* Quote:
"You're dreaming, Browne. And while Gryffindors give great hugs I wouldn't want to make the girlfriend jealous." Tia retorted, snorting a little. "However, I would like that ravenclaw property returned to me and our pyramid, please" she reached for where he was holding out, hoping that by being on top of him was enough... |

""Yo Snakes! The Lions aint hosting an open bar ok?? And there goes the curly top after the little Snakette. GIVE THAT BACK! |
Stealing Attempt from Slytherin Confused as all get out, he glanced up to the Gryffindor platform, only to see that one Slytherin girl there. DID SHE... it didn't matter. He still had a red ball to put back where it came from, but he kept an eye out for where that Slytherin was going. At least it looked like she was moving away from the Gryffindor platform? She had another one of their balls, though. Which was already passed to another Slytherin and... it was gone. OK, no, NOW it was war! Hopping up to the back side of the Slytherin platform, he lunged for one of the green balls, grabbing whichever his hands connected with first. Not exactly stealthy. He kinda stumbled on a few of them, which luckily none of them fell overboard. Or maybe that was unlucky. |

#7 still tackling with Tia, and kicking the blue ball SPOILER!!: Tia He never would understand this whole thing of people tackling him. They were welcome to, he didn't mind, but as it was... it wasn't working in her favour. Legs failing in midair, he managed to somewhat right them, but they were still floating on a slight angle. He was dreaming? Nooooooo. But she did have a point, a jealous Maggie would do neither of them any good. "Good thing my dreams are only of her then," he mused shrugging. And shrugging some more, because GET OFF NOW PLEASE? If she thought she was going to get the ball back, she could think again. "Fat chance of that happening," he chuckled some more. It was amusing for so many reasons. 1) Because she sucked at tackling 2) because he was sure his arms were longer than hers 3) he was sure he was stronger and her 4) being on top didn't necessarily give you an advantage and 5) because he had a plan. He made sure to keep a firm grip on her arm with one hand and loosed his hold on the ball with the other, enough to be able to get a foot to it, and BAM! ... "Incoming!" Dammit Lions! CATCH! |
Stealing Attempt from Slytherin! Pass Attempt! Quote:
Until he maneuvered so he grabbed the ball with his underarm and lunged backward... Off the platform... Quote:
Speaking of awesomeness... He looked up to the Gryffindor side, noticing the lion that was really good at trying to defend their side. "CATCH!" he called up, throwing the ball towards him. |

Post 4; intercepting kicked ball from Zeke-Tia tackle pile :) SPOILER!!: Zeke & Tia There was a problem. A big problem when said partner was suddenly out for the take!! Browne down! Browne down! ....More or less. Which meant tactics had to change. Which mean the tackler had to become the tackled so the tackledee could be free. Or some such. Either way, too much thinking and not enough action was going on. Hoping down from the Gryffindor platform, Amur made a mad break for the Raven-engaged-Gryffin duo, and there might have been a bit of a war cry in there. After all, someone had called war. She had heard it. She was about five paces, or two and a half hops, from Zeke and Tia, when Zeke decided to change tactics again. All of a sudden the ball was a free-bee, rolling about on the ground. Amur squeaked, dug her heels in and lunged. The anti-gravity propelled her forward, and she almost swallowed the ball rather than catching it with her hands. Thankfully the impact with the ground drove said ball and air out of her mouth and into her hands, and as she bounced up off the ground and skittered a few feet away, she pulled the ball in close and tucked her arms and legs around it. She HAD it. Now.....she had to get back to the Gryffindor platform. |

Quote:
But time was not on their side! He noticed the Gryffie boy moving from his post on the lion's side, deciding to take his place in hopes of defending or catching. Whichever came first. Leaping up to the Gryffindor platform, he turned and waited. Which seemed pointless, but waiting was sometimes good. Or so his grandmother says. NO WAIT. WAITING WAS GOOD. "HERE!" he waved his arms towards the great defense lion. |

Catch! Quote:
Reaching out as far over the platform as he could, his fingers wiggled and stretched until they grasped the green ball flying in his direction. Though it was difficult to hold onto while trying to keep your balance and not topple over the edge, he managed to drop it on the Gryffindor platform, turning it red. BAM! Another for Gryffindor! |
Stealing from Gryffindor xD Quote:
She danced around the platform a little to snatch another red ball. If they wanted to keep it at war, she'd oblige. Ilia was fiercely competitive and protective when it came to her own house. "Look alive little snakes." She grinned as she sized up her next pass partner. |

It'd just end up in cracked squeaks nowadays... Back to business. He looked out for that one boy to see where he was, and if he needed another lion to pass to. LUCK was with him today it seemed! "YO!" he called over, noting that he was by the Hufflepuff side this time. We were open! Again. |

Steal attempt: Slytherin THIS WAS HAPPENING AGAIN. Looking at all the people stealing form Gryffindor was annoying her…it was, it was bad. It was like watching people refuse to feed animals! Well, no, that was worse way worse. BUT THIS WAS GOING DOWN NOW. This time she wasn’t even trying to be discrete with her attempt as she ran and jumped up toward the slytherin platform and tried to steal the ball from their pit. “FOR GRYFFINDOR” she added a little whoop there as she grabbed the green ball. |

"COME TO ME BABYYY!!" -- OOF! Gosh that smacked straight at the heart But there he scores! WOOHOOO! Ball turn Red booyeah! |
stealing attempt from Ravenclaw He watched as the ball that was coming toward him was snatched from his grasp. If it was a war Gryffindor wanted then a war they would get. At this rate they were just recycling balls. He needed a fresh start. Elliot darted over to the Ravenclaw platform and leapt up snatching a blue ball down looking for a fellow snake to take the pass |
Catching for Slytherin There were too many crazy baby lions and the older snakette didn't like it much. She saw her little passing buddy move to a new place though and she thought she might have gotten his idea. Ilia bounded from the lion platform back onto her own. She could possibly play defense and catch from here. "I'm open." She called to the firstie snake. |

Skirts were cool. Jumping down from the platform, he hurled himself over towards the middle and leaped up, arms reaching out for whatever came his way since that seemed like a GREAT plan. Everyone was passing to someone, he just needed to catch one. Like this one! Reaching out, he grasped the blue ball. For GRYFFINDOR! |
Steal attempt: Slytherin oh nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo was that going missed? Her heart was racing as she watched the ball floating and slowly dropping toward the ground….what was going on? Was the soaring ball going to die alone in no-mans-land…..wait Ace caught it! YES, right before Ilia tried to snag it back. Oh. Few. So now on the floor she moved again thrusting her self back into the air….wait, could she just sit on their platform and toss balls at people? That would make things SO much easier and sneakier and was probably why the sorting hat had said she would have been a Slytherin if she wasn’t so whatever…ugh, hats. Now, hands outstretched she grabbed one of the balls off of the platform and using the platform turned around to face any of the gryffindors in the room. WHO HAD HER? |

stealing with Slytherin It was CHAOS.... and the best kind. "WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHOOOOOOOOOO!" Zeke howled as he shook off Tia and managed to bounce away, back into the fray. He was torn which way to go. On the one hand he was rather enjoying stealing, on the other, Gryffindor could do with defending, and thirdly... there were ickles that needed putting in their places. Weehee! Nevertheless, right now his Gryffie senses were tingling, and he was only too happy to bound his way up to the Slytherin platform, sneaking one of their green ball things and dropping back down with it. "Who wants it?!" he called, searching for RED. |

"Comin atchu!" he called, pitching the ball in the firstie's direction! He really wanted to roar now, but he refrained from doing so. Kepp calm and Gryffindor on. Zeke was quick to keep moving (bouncing) on, hoping the ickle was as skilled with the ball as they needed him to be. |

Post 5; returning Hufflepuff ball to Gryffindor Platform Peaking her head out from under her arms, Amur was surprised that no one had yet tried to take it back from her or trampled her. Which meant that she was free. Free to try and get the ball back to the platform. Pushing herself up, Amur used all four limbs to do a type of frog hop off the ground and back onto her feet. It was so much easier than scrambling, and took off a lot of the distance too. The rest of the way was conquered by doing a few quick hops, the last of which put her teetering on the edge of the platform. Once there, Amur wasted no time in dropping the ball into place, watching the change from yellow to red. Roar roar Gryffindor! Turning, Amur surveyed the madness below. What next? |

“noooooooooo the ball” she watched as it fell toward the ground…wait the ground. IT WASN’T ON THEIR PLATFORM! Catch! Steal? What is this xD Quote:

Post 5 - Stealing from Gryffindor "Oh that's good llia! I almost had a heart attack!" Henric chuckled as he stopped himself in front of her. He was distracted making sure llia was alright, but Ava came sneaking back in and stole his ball.. again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! He shook his head at his little Gryffindor 'bestfrienemy'. Then llia told him, he should save his balls first! "I am! I'm trying," he pouted and then realised what llia had just said to him. His cheeks flushed. WHAT?!... Anyway, he saw his Hufflepuff platform kept losing balls because the other students kept attacking their house platform! "I'll be right back, going to get Ava for this." He bounced back to the Gryffindor house platform and quickly stole another red one for the THIRD time. "AAAAAVVAAA." He grumbled. |
Sorry for this xD Snake hissy fit Quote:

Steal attempt: Slytherin ”Thanks,” she muttered as she slowly sank down…grabbing another ball right as she began to sink toward the ground. Why not steal it when she didn’t have to jump for it. "how's now?" She smirked and held tightly to the ball looking for someone to pass to....or drop to. |

Oops. Didn’t hurt. She was fine. Still moving forward she ran over to the ravenclaw platform and launched herself up there this time. SHE was going to go back to Slytherin later of course…when they were less wary of her. STEAL ATTEMPT: SLYTHERIN (xo) Mel was watching the platforms with ease as she returned to the ground and looked around…it seemed like they were going to need a lot of hard work in order to keep their house from falling behind and they still had time left…okay, breathing a bit she was ready to go again. Little hair petter girl was back at it. Running through the classroom she jumped up again and grabbed onto one of the green balls. This time, not using the platform as her own personal bench. |

Winking at the Slytherin, the astronomer began to descend towards the ground with the ball clutched between his hands. SPOILER!!: DAXTON Sweet solstice WHAT?! There had been some discussion in the break room over some students trying to drop out early of lessons and the Gryffindor Head of House had had some inklings as to just who those students were, and right now was confirmation of ONE of those students. "Mr. Prince," he voice bellowed, stern but not without a mild tone of concern. "You have not been dismissed yet." Feet now on the ground, he bound over towards the Ravenclaw with an 'explain yourself NOW' sort of expression plastered across his face. Meanwhile, in all chaos above, standings were almost the same. Gryffindor had turned it up to ridiculous speed, however, and were charging forward like there was no tomorrow. Slytherin, however, were not going to go down without a fight and the astronomer had no doubts that a come back could be made. Trailing behind were Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff, although Hufflepuff soon would have nothing to defend. OOC: 1. Gryffindor 2. Slytherin 3. Ravenclaw 4. Hufflepuff |

4. Just..... Charlotting. Idk man. Charlotte had been gonna go STEAL A BALL but honestly she got DISTRACTED by the low gravity again, and decided to try what that first year was doing and somersault. WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Maybe she could get her dad to make her room all low gravity on Christmas and then they could all jump around TOGETHER. ALL THE KETTLEBURNS. The AIR IS SPACE would be a far more fun game than THE FLOOR IS LAVA. Like she was SUPPOSED to be there, Charlotte had GRAVITATED (lulz) towards the Ravenclaw platform. She wanted one of those blue balls! WHEEEEEEE! |
SPOILER!!: #awkward Earmuffs or no earmuffs, there was no mistaking that yell, and even as Daxton started in surprise he cursed his rotten luck. Letting go of the door handle like it was electrified, Daxton quickly turned to see Airey Flamsteed barrelling towards him. He thought about insisting that he had not done anything, but the door was still very much ajar behind him. Perhaps an argument that he had only come over to close it? But then he would have to remain in the lesson. For a moment, Daxton's gaze drifted past Airey Flamsteed and back to the chaos that was the rest of the classroom. He regarded the proceedings with no small amount of discomfort, then looked to the professor once again. Another pause, then the Ravenclaw gestured at his own head, signing 'headache' and even mouthing the word too, by way of explanation as to why he was leaving. It was not strictly true, of course, but neither was it very far off. Overstimulating environments and overwhelmed senses could easily lead to... well. It was never good. And he wanted to leave. Which was what he had been doing. Watching Airey Flamsteed uncertainly, Daxton awaited his response, one hand creeping back behind him to the handle of the door once more, in case he needed to make an extra fast exit from the classroom and potentially furious professor. |
Steal attempt: Slytherin Okay….Professor Flamsteed was busy and not giving up his ball apparently. Sad. That was sad. So Mel was determined to get her place back as the Gryffindor team stealer. She was going to WIN this right? Win it. They were…awesome…yes, Gryffindor was still in the lead – that was obvious by the pile right? Obvious. Jumping up and catching the edge of the platform she simply sat down on it and looked around. Grabbing a ball she was ready. The green ball was SO going red anytime soon. “HEY SOMEONE CATCH THIS” she called out to her housemates….and every non slytherin in the room. This was personal because no one calls Melbourne Johanson Ma’am and gets away with it. No one. |
Quote:
"STILL HERE!" he called up. Wiggle wiggle the arms! |

“I’m Mel by the way” she hadn’t introduced him yet and yelled down to him. Maybe the ball would get there soon? She hoped….it seemed like the Ma’am-er wasn’t paying attention anymore. |
Catch! Quote:
With a bit of a leap, maybe two or so feet off the ground, he reached up and grasped the green ball, tucking it safely inwards towards his chest. Bonus points, this was probably the most gentle landing he'd had since the game started as well. It was almost like landing on a dainty flower petal. Sweeeet. "Hey Mel," he beamed, giving a bit of a wave back up to the platform. "I'm Lance. Be right back! Get another green ball!" Besides his soft landing, he jogged back over to the Gryffindor side, leaping up to their platform and forced the green ball onto the surface with their growing pile of treasure, turning it red. |
still got the Slytherin ball (still bludger sized despite gif's appearance *ahem*) Quote:
SPOILER!!: #awkwardpalmtree Attention back on the fleeing Ravenclaw, the professor folded his arms across his chest in preparation of waiting for the young man to pull out his notebook and pen to relay the message to him....only to find that his assumptions about the proceedings to be incredibly false. Surprise was written all over the man's face, the pleasant sort with wide eyes and a slightly dropped jaw, and he took great care in how he responded to this milestone. "Understood, Mr. Prince," he nodded, taking time to enunciate his words slowly. "And should the need be real I will expect you to check in with the school's Healer upon leaving this room." His eyes narrowed slightly at the boy, an indication that he WOULD be checking. "Stay, and we will find a suitable alternative to making up for not participating now." Meaning if he left that he would have to take up extra time out of class to make up for it. But the choice was in the second year's hands right now. He was just going to stand here waiting for a response playing with the green ball until further notice. |
zomg... lulz and stealing another slytherin ball Quote:
Okay. Being pushed back though, well now, that was rude. Pushing pushing pushing... Zeke chuckled a little. "Not your platform," he mused, deciding to jump ship, literally, and leave the platforms edge. Only... he waited at the bottom before finding his footing, hovering slightly without the gravity. It took one good push to jump to a height great enough to be able to grab hold of the platforms edge... and that he did, before swinging himself on, and rolling to claim a ball before rolling back off the edge. HAHA! "Who wants it?!" he called, the bludger sized ball firmly held in both hands. |
SPOILER!!: sigh. airey. Why was he looking at him like that? Granted, Airey Flamsteed's expression was nowhere near the anger Daxton had been expecting, but that only meant he then had to spend more time attempting to decipher it. He had only just developed the beginnings of a solid theory when the professor was talking again. In the interests of hearing Airey Flamsteed more clearly and not needing to revert to lip-reading - something he was learning but still far from flawless at - Daxton reached up and gently nudged one 'ear' of his earmuffs away from its optimal position. It made the noise of the room all the more striking, and Daxton did his best to fight off a pained expression as he looked off at the proceedings in the classroom, and then back at the astronomer. Mention of the Healer brought about a very sudden response. Sudden, but subtle, though present nevertheless. Daxton tensed ever so slightly, his own eyes widening as he shook his head just a little. No Healer. Absolutely not a chance. And what if he left anyway, and avoided the Healer? Daxton had a sudden mental image of said Healer seeking him out, somehow informed of the fake ailment. It was too much to risk, and the Ravenclaw shook his head again, more vehemently this time, though his expression had been reigned in from hints of fear to its usual unreadable state. But that left staying, which Daxton was not exactly keen on either. He kept his eyes fixed on Airey Flamsteed, before his attention was predictably drawn to the mesmerising progress of the green ball, and he watched it closely for several long moments. Eventually, once several more moments had passed, Daxton released the handle of the door and let it swing gently closed behind him, and let that simple action speak for him. Dragging his eyes away from the green ball, he glanced at the other students in the room again, and then at Airey Flamsteed once more. Fine. He would stay. Fine. But only because he did not want to risk the Healer coming anywhere near him. Maybe he could just sit on the sidelines, and wait out the rest of the activity, and Airey Flamsteed could forget about him having to 'make up' for anything. Technically, he had not missed any of the lesson. Technically, he had been present for the entire thing. |

There was a first year on his arm.... and the ball. What? "Getoff," Zeke hissed through his teeth, giving his arm a shake, both hands still fixed around the object. Like, kid, really? We could probably break you. Not that he would have, of course, because 1) ickle and 2) Professor. |
Sorry she is very competititve xD Quote:
She rushed to the side of the platform with jerk face and his new attachment. Gotta save the ball and the baby. At this point....she ran up behind him and threw one arm around his neck. "I want it. That is ours, go steal someone else's lion boy." That might have been a hiss. Her other arm went onto the ball that was still held by him and the firstie. "Let the baby snake have our ball back." She definitely hissed at him as she used all of her might to tackle him and try to take her ball and firstie back by force. |
#1: Steal attempt from Hufflepuff (by accio) . . . No. Just no. This was disorder. This was chaos. This was competition- people were going to get ambitious, angry, competitive; it was going to be ugly and - no. As soon as action started, Katherine backed off to a corner. Remember that she liked this professor? FORGET IT. ALL LOVE CANCELLED. She HATED physical competition and she hated THIS. She didn't even get just HOW this type of COMPLETE physical cometition was going to teach them anything. It was going to be ugly, she was sure. Was she going to JUMP in her OWLs? WHY couldn't they have one. single. normal. lesson?????? First charms, now this. Why couldn't they sit down at desks and learn by taking notes? She didn't want to participate at all, but she wasn't as brave as Daxton. So, from the corner, she watched with big and scared eyes. She somehow had to participate, though. She could not afford to break down at this class. So she brought out her wand. The professor had never specifically mentioned that they couldn't use magic, and if they weren't going to teach her anything useful, she was going to teach herself. Although she had never practised it before (not to mention being just a first year at her second class), she went through the usual steps: She practised the right wand movement a few times (a half circle), then whispered the incantation a few times "AK-see-oh," till it felt right, and visualised the charm: a yellow ball detaching from the Hufflepuff batch and flying towards her. When all felt right, she pointed her wand at the balls and spoke clearly, while visualising the ball movement "Accio Hufflepuff ball." |
Post 8ish: Speaking to snakes and Zeke :/ Whoa. This was an activity. A GAME! What in the name of anything at all good was going on here? Why were people shouting and grabbing onto one another...and tackling? Really? This was a game of collecting a ball and bringing it to your houses platform. Not muggle football people! Honestly Hady was done. Just so done with it all. Her own house members were acting like three years throwing a tantrum when they had started off so strong too. It it wasn't for the fact that she had a feeling her house would lose some serious points for this she wouldn't have done a darn thing...and well also the fact that the boy in question getting teamed up against was Zeke. Blinking and running a hand through her already messy from jumping all around hair the fifth year made her way over to the small struggling group (Zeke, Ilia and Jaemin). "I really doubt this was what Professor Airey meant when he said we can defend our platform. Rather then attack Zeke.." she paused and glanced at her friend, "You okay?" she asked him before looking at her house mates. "You both let him go and get back into the activity fairly. Collecting balls from other teams not attack each other before we lose house points we can't afford to lose." Or make her any angrier then she was already getting. No either let go of her friend of she would really have to step in which she didn't want to do. Normally she was such a pleasant girl. |
2: Accio failed, stealing attempt by jumping now from Hufflepuff The spell... didn't work. Of course. Katherine didn't know if it was because she was too young (probably) or if the professor had prohibited it. Well, in any case, she would practise it in the dormitory. For now, though, she didn't dare cast another spell. She didn't want the wrath of the professor. Everyone was jumping and no one died... so far. So, she was oblivious to the Slytherin drama, but she wouldn't go over to their pool anyway. They were too clever for her quarter-hearted attempt. She would never ever go over to Gryffindors too because she didn't think she would make it out alive, so Hufflepuff it was. She walked towards their pool (or as well as she could walk, she almost fell twice and her face fell more) and when she was casually under it, just... jumped to steal a ball. If this didn't work, Katherine was probably going to give up. |

COULD PEOPLE PLEASE CONTROL THEIR URGES?! He didn't need people that were not Maggie. Shooo Illyawhateveryournameis. Simply because something was green it didn't make it 'Slytherin' property, he was fairly certain the whole setup belonged to Flamsteed... so, yeah. "You again," he sighed, a slow deep laugh escaping him. Merlin. MERLIN. On top of that, she could want the ball all she wanted, she wasn't going to get it... not without a fight. Did she know? He didn't mind hitting girls. Or well, he could dish it out as good as they gave. "Get your own ball back," he retorted, head-nodding to another platform. Go! Get! Fetch you crazy girl. Seriously... wasn't she dating Henric? What the heck did that dude see in this psycho? But before he could say or do anything else.... Hady was there. ... Quote:
"I'm fine," he assured her when she asked directly if he was okay, "it'll take more than a squirt and a psycho to bring me down." Cue more grinning. His charm was showing, he only hoped little miss grabby hands wouldn't take a liking to that and hold on tighter. Like, could he please have his neck back now? Hady could give them whatever talk he wanted, he was quite at his leisure here... distracting THREE Slytherin's while the rest of his team were hopefully capitalising. Fingers crossed. |
Post 7 :: Trying to catch Airey's stolen ball! Quote:
*sulk* She made a quick turn to head to the Hufflepuff's platform, when... "Professor Airey!" she called out. The Astronomy professor had a SLYTHERIN BALL. So that just sealed the deal. Gryffindor MALES, because it wasn't just the BOYS now, were going to be the death of her. Maybe she could trick him. Did he know she was a Slytherin? Probably... Maybe she could catch him off guard, though... "I'm WIDE OPEN!" she called out, raising her hands. "Give me your best throw!" She HAD to get that ball back before any of the Gryffindor boys saw what was going on. |
3: Pass Attempt Well, yet again Katherine was proud of her wits. Stealing from Hufflepuff proved to be the EASIEST thing ever. Why hadn't she tried this before accio? Could she finish the whole lesson emptying Hufflepuff balls? She didn't know. She figured that the Hufflepuff balls wouldn't be enough to win anything to Ravenclaw, though, so she had to steal from other houses as well. But for now, she jumped as straightly as she could and grabbed one yellow ball. Then, as soon as she landed, she started jumping towards Ravenclaws before a Hufflepuff could see her. The jumping stuff was... actuallymaybealittle fun. Once she was two steps (or rather, jumps) away, she threw it towards a Ravenclaw. Pick iiiiiiiiiit, c'mon. |
5: Interception Quote:
He spotted a girl throwing a ball. She was a Ravenclaw, but he was closer than who she was throwing toward. So Olly leaped. The gravity in the room carried him up higher than he could have jumped normally. He snatched the ball out of the air and sent the girl a grin. Thanks. He hurried back to his own platform and set the ball down, so it turned green. |
