Located on the fifth floor corridor is a classroom dedicated to teaching Music, wizarding and muggle alike, by occasional guests from outside the school. The room features rows of music stands and stools, a drum kit, a piano and a conductor's stand as well as a blackboard on the wall. This classroom also holds host to a mixture of both vocal and instrumental practices, so talented or interested students can make use of the instruments here as long as they don't take or spoil anything away.
If only Dante knew just how yummy her cinnamon rolls were. She was kind of wanting one right now. "Next batch I make you'll get the first one." But the art project had been nagging at her since she made those paint balloons. And now she was getting ready to make it happen.
"Great. I think it will be a lot of fun." At least she though that the concept of it sounded great. "I've got the supplies in my dorm. I'll have to go grab them. Do you know where the spare office on the sixth floor?" Clearly a nice music room like this wasn't the best place to be throwing balloons filled with paint.
"I will hold you to that" And now he was getting hungry and cinnamon rolls were sounding more delicious by the second. Though anything would do at this point. Maybe a trip down to the kitchens was in order tonight and maybe pizza. It was that type of day.
"Sounds like a a lot of fun" And she already had the supplies. So she must have had this thought for a while. though he guessed you do need to plan this thing out. Since spontaneously going to an office and throwing paint around sounds like something Peeves would do.
"Yeah i do. Is that where you want to do this?"
At least it would be a empty office

Yep, Adi was going to teach Marsha at least a little about this instrument. "After I graduate, you could always come here and play when you miss me,'' he told her with a wink. Yes, he knew he would be missed. But hey! That frown was gone and giggling was happening. Adi was quite tempted to dig his fingers into her side for fun but no need! Marsha was giggling on her own again. "Did someone cast the Cheering Charm on you?'' he wondered aloud jokingly.
The Hufflepuff grinned at the Gryffindor's keen observation. "Excellent question!'' Adjusting himself more comfortably, he pointed too the two free white keys between Marsha's thumbs. "Those are A and B respectively.'' Did that put her keen mind to ease now? He supposed it would. Happily he went back to explaining the keys. The black ones this time. "For the black keys, you get to them by moving the corresponding finger up and to the right except for thumbs since you'll ruin the positions of your hands."
Adi gently tapped the little sister's hands. "Want to try out moving those fingers to the black keys?"
Smiling as she rested her head on Adi’s shoulder, she heaved in a few deep breaths trying to breath normally again. ”Musical Marsha… that’s me! … Although, I can’t play an instrument. Ha.” More giggles.
Giggles were completely stopped and gone when he mentioned the fact that he wouldn’t be here next term. Frowning, she looked down at the piano. She didn’t want him to go. She didn’t want him to not be here. She wanted to be able to find him for cuddles… why was her big brother so much older? This time, she moved to wrap her arms around Adi - just for a cuddle to remind herself that he WAS still here this year. She had a fuuullll term with him yet. She just needed to remember not to waste it. ”No, no cheering charm. I’m just a happy bunny… that’s what my mum always says.” Nodnod.

Black notes… She watched as he showed her. ”So, are those the ones that play the sharp notes and things?” She didn’t know much about playing music herself, but she had enough relatives to have heard them talking about music. Eyeing the size of the piano versus the size of her hands though, she pouted. ”I don’t know if I have big enough hands…” She said as she attempted to leave her thumbs where they were but still reach all of the black notes as asked. Hmm...

Adi dipped his head to lightly bump Marsha's when she laid hers on his shoulder. He laughed. "Before your second year is out, I bet you'll be able to play the piano at least a little.'' Maybe one or two songs, too. That would be just awesome!
Umm, maybe he shouldn't have brought up graduation. He disliked her frowning and looking sad but he had just wanted her to know that if this room was here for the rest of her school life, she could always use it so that she wouldn't miss him too much. Or maybe it was a good thing he had? More hugs and squishes were happening! Adi squished her back. All that sibling like love... But a happy bunny! He smiled. "Your mom would be right, of course!'' And if anyone dared make Marsha a sad bunny, he was personally going to hex them. Or pull such a prank on them, they were going to regret it for the rest of their lives. #ProtectiveBigBro In attempt to get her more cheered up, he asked, "How would you like to be in charge of Ana and Boom? I wouldn't mind leaving them with you.''
"You got it, kiddo!'' Adi was enthusiastic about his pupil. She was a fast learner, yo. No wonder she kicked those class lessons' butts. Hehe. Awwh! Adi had totally forgotten about the fact that Marsha's hands were smaller than his. "Woops. That's a minor setback.'' He watched her hands. "You can try out the keys as you like them then.'' He gave her some time to do so. Hey, he still considered this a part of the learning process. "What's your favourite song?'' Maybe he could play it for her.

Now this was a place of enjoyment.
Hady strayed away from everyone for a few minutes of alone time. Music is what she needed now to clear her head and put her in a more upbeat mood. It worked wonders for her back home so maybe the same could be said for her here at the school.
Slowly entering the room her gaze wandered over each instrument. What she was searching for Hady didn't even know until.... there!
The Slytherin's eyes landed on the lone set of drums and before she could register what she was doing her feet were already moving towards it. Dropping her bag on the floor near the wall she pushed her sleeves up on her hoodie and grabbed the drum sticks before sitting herself down on the stool behind the set.
Closing her eyes and letting out a slow breath the brunette spun one of the drum sticks between her fingers before she lightly tapped it against the snare as if testing it. Satisfied with the sound she quickly picked up a rhythm alternating between the snare, toms and her foot resting gently on the bass drum petal only using it when needed.
Right now she was simply getting herself used to playing again after not having touched a drum set in several months.

"Uh... hi," Maxon said to her, smiling and giving a small wave before stuffing his hands in his pockets. "I'm Maxon. You're pretty good." He nodded to the drums she was sitting behind. "How long have you been playing?" Okay... smooth. Yes, this was going well. He hadn't stuttered, and he'd achieved the uber-human task of small talk. Amazing.

Maxon wandered into the music room, curious as to what all it held. It'd been a while since he last played guitar... he'd left his in its case in his dorm, worried that he'd get in trouble for the noise if he played it. But he'd missed it. He'd missed singing, too. Really, he just missed being loud. He was quiet and kept to himself here because he didn't know anyone yet.
But perhaps that was something he could get back to... now that he'd found this room. Surely he wouldn't get in trouble for noise here. He was heading over to a guitar sitting in a corner when something else caught his eye: a girl playing the drums. She was good at it, too. Maxon smiled to himself and made his way over to her, figuring he could be friendly and speak to her. He still hadn't made any friends, but surely this girl was harmless... right? Right. She was small compared to him, and cute, too. His cheeks reddened at the thought.
"Uh... hi," Maxon said to her, smiling and giving a small wave before stuffing his hands in his pockets. "I'm Maxon. You're pretty good." He nodded to the drums she was sitting behind. "How long have you been playing?" Okay... smooth. Yes, this was going well. He hadn't stuttered, and he'd achieved the uber-human task of small talk. Amazing.
This was nice. Just having the drum sticks in her hands felt like home again. Just like how it was when she danced or coming back to Hogwarts after each summer and getting to preform magic again. The feeling was undescribable.
Keeping a steady rhythm Hady was lost in the sound for several minutes. A voice breaking through the music making her head snap in the persons direction. Where had he come from?
"Hello," She grinned a little bit at the taller boy. He was new she knew that much and he kept to himself. Now though he was talking to her and-and complimenting her. She wasn't that good really. "Thanks, I'm Hady." Everyone called her that. No one used her real name. "Not long really, I've mostly taught myself over the summer breaks. Do you play?" If he did maybe he could teach her a bit sometime. She gave him a light smile looking up at him. Geez she needed to grow a few inches everyone was always taller then her.

Not much more but it was a start. Clearly though, didn't the green streaks in her hair kinda give it away? "Fourth year snake," she replied proudly. A snake. The house no one every seemed to think she was in.

A deer caught in the headlights. That's what this kid reminder her of. He was just looking at her like...like...well okay she had no clue. Only that it was strange but not in a bad way. Guys didn't look at her that way. They were her friends, brothers. She was used to laughter, grins, smirks and teasing. And what was up with his answer? Didn't he know if he could play or not? Hady laughed quietly. "Wanna play something now then?" Either together. Him on the guitar and her on the drums or he could just play alone if he wanted to.
Cue the odd looks again. What did she do? Say? Hady blinked up at him pushing her hair off her face. "Slytherin. I'm a Slytherin. No need to say it I know I don't fit the whole snake mold thing but deep inside...somewhere...I do." She sent shrugged giving him the typical Hady trademark grin. Hearing he was a fourth year too had her nod her head a little smile forming on her lips. "I know your a Hufflepuff but I didn't know you're a fourth year too." This was good. Mhmm. Did he know Adi?

He was smitten. "I, um... Yes?" He didn't want to come off as arrogant about his skills, but guitar was like, the one thing he was confident in himself with. He didn't think he was cute, or smart, or good at much anything else... but guitar? That was what he was good at. Oh, and reading comics. And eating a whole dozen donuts without a) getting sick or b) gaining weight. He was still a tall, lanky stick figure, yup.
Oh no. She was smirking. Why? Had he said something stupid? His mind was racing, searching for what he'd last said... before he got all distracted by staring at her. Umm, he'd asked her what year and house she was in. What was silly about that? He didn't much pay attention to his surroundings... so it's not like he'd noticed much about everyone at Hogwarts. "I... Oh... What?" His jaw fell open a little. A Slytherin? But she was so... NICE. And from what he could tell, Slytherins didn't have the best reputations for being cute and cuddly and full of rainbows, sunshine, and smiles. Which is what Maxon was sure Hady was made of. Not that he'd ever admit that aloud. ANYWAYS. "I'm a fourth year, too... um... Hufflepuff." He'd said the last part softly, hoping she wouldn't make fun of him.

A deer caught in the headlights. That's what this kid reminder her of. He was just looking at her like...like...well okay she had no clue. Only that it was strange but not in a bad way. ...She was staring at him. With big hazel eyes. SUCH PRETTY EYES. Maxon had to look away before he did something stupid. So he walked over to pick up that acoustic guitar he'd been eyeing before and brought it back over to her, pulling up a stool and sitting down next to her. He started strumming softly, playing the tune of some muggle song his mother was rather fond of. It was pretty, and he figured Hady would probably like it.
He played quietly as she spoke. Maybe? Well... "I'm not afraid of you." Now, nervous because of her... That was a whole different subject. Wait, she'd seen him in lessons? "We have lessons together?" Watching his fingers move over the strings Hady silently listened to the tune he played. Which song it was she wasn't sure but she did know one thing...Maxon knew how to play. So much so that she didn't do anything but listen.
