Since it was April, the weather outside was quite nice. The subtle wind was enough to refresh on a particularly sunny day. It wasn’t too hot. It felt pleasant inside Greenhouse Three, and Paul was sitting atop the table in front of the room. He was seated in the lotus position, his eyes were closed, and he hummed softly to himself, waiting for the students to enter.
There are four trees floating in midair about the sunny room. They are not moving quickly, just….going wherever the air took them. Currently one had stopped next to Paul, blocked from moving by the table. “Please come in, drop your things, and get in the circle for our meditations.” Paul said as students wandered in. “You do not have to compliment anyone as we come in--but feel free to continue giving flowers to those that touch you during my class.” He thought they had had enough of complimenting each other...and many repeated compliments were starting to emerge. The basket of flowers was on Paul’s right.
He was hoping the students would enjoy today’s lesson. It was quite...different. And these trees had taken just about FOREVER to order and come in. Merlin.
OOC: Hi guys! Make sure you are familiar with our rules and adhere to the SS rules as well.
The trees in the picture are not IDENTICAL to how I imagine them in my head, but they are the closest I can find on the interwebs. They are not quite so large as to cramp up the Greenhouse, but they are pretty big and tree-sized, lol.
Angel was totally enjoying this and she sort of felt like peter pan, moving around off in the air, seriously why couldn't she fly without a broomstick that would just be epic and she hoped that someone would invent flying as a thing, because that would be totally out of this world.
Angel totally trusted this professor, though she did have a question for him and she was going to ask him now and hope he didn't mind it. "Professor, how do these tree's get sick?" Angel thought that with the fact it was in the greenhouse it would be better protected from getting ill.
"Aguamenti!" Angel pointed her wand at the roots and then she watches as a spray of water came out, she made sure that she didn't put too much water in on the tree because that could cause more harm than good, she then stopped the spell.
Angel pointed her wand at another part of the roots. ""Aguamenti!" She made sure that she didn't put too much water on the roots again and then once she was satisfied she stopped the spell again and looked at the Professor once more. "Now what Professor?"
So she was watering the roots, and she seemed to be doing just fine. Paul was so proud of her, just like his other students, too! Ahh.
Once Angel was done, Paul sloooooowly lifted her back down, waiting until she was on her feet to start talking. "So...now you lift me up. And I will...I guess I can tackle some of the bugs--" He slipped his gloves on. "And then I'll probably take some of the dead bark off of the trunk, too." Just so she was prepared to move him around. "Are you ready, Angel?" He grinned.
He glanced around at everyone else. "KEEP up the wonderful work, everyone!"

Davie had never cast mobilicorpus before, but he was willing to give it a shot if Olly was willing to take the risk. "Ready? On three... one...two... MOBILICORPUS!"
The Ravenclaw MIGHT have shouted the spell a BIT too loud, shooting Oliver up into the air and almost above the tree. But Davie let out a giggle and straightened his wand out, so the Slytherin was levitating more normally, and with more stability now. "Sorry bout that," he called up to his partner. "You see anything wrong with the tree?" What kind of bugs were on it, eh?
If Davie was going to claim to be fine, Olly was not going to argue with that. It was none of his business, anyway. And they had work to attend to. Like a sick tree that needed some help. Well Olly the tree doctor was on his way.
"Whoa!" He flew up into the air, faster than he had been expecting. It was a weird feeling, especially since he did not really have control over his movements. That was all on Davie. "It's okay," he called back. "Just don't drop me." Yeah, he did not want to be dropped from that height thank you very much.
"There's a lot of dead bark here." He took out his own wand and pointed toward some of it. "Diffindo." He sliced off some dead wood. It was looking better, but there was still some more of it. So Olly repeated the spell a few more times until he had gotten all the dead wood off the trunk. There were some dead branches and dead leaves, but it was about time to switch. "Wanna switch now?" He called down to Davie.

When Zander asked to be lowered, Janelle carefully brought him down a bit. Hopefully he could reach the bark now. "How's that?", she asked. "Can you get to it?" If Zander needed to be moved to a better position, she knew that he would let her know.
Keeping her concentration wasn't too hard. Janelle just had to tune out all of the other students as they were working. Holding her arm up, well that was another story. Janelle was starting to get a little tired, but she was strong. She was positive that she could hold on for as long as Zander needed her to. She would not falter and she would not let on that she was a tiny bit tired. Smile still on her face, she shouted out encouragement to her partner. "You're doing great. The tree's looking a lot better." No problem here. Everything is A OK.
Zander had to admit, Janelle was doing a better job than he thought she would. Guess it's best not to doubt someone's ability based on age. See, he was learning too. He gave her a thumbs up from where he was up in the air, just so she KNEW that he thought she was doing a great job. Not that she needed any kind of positive affirmation or anything... But it was a nice thing to give, y'know?
"Perfect!" He exclaimed, now that he was lowered just a biiiiit he could easily get to parts of the bark that needed to be sliced off. "Diffindo!" Oh uh, also look out below.... Yes. Though he wasn't really chopping off any huge bits of the bark, so that was er... Fine. "Diffindo!" He cut off a bit more before deciding the tree looked pretty nice and healthy.
They made a pretty good team, or at least Zander thought so. "Alright, I think I'm done up here!" Which meant, "Think you could lower me down?" Sweet Merlin. The landing was always harder than the takeoff... So hopefully this would prove to be a smooth process. 'Cause no injuries were the best injuries RIGHT, PROFESSOR?
Ahem. Yeah.

He heard the Professor asking if anyone wanted his assistance and he wanted to but also didn't. Merlin's beard he was bad at making decisions wasn't he? But before he could say anything, he was distracted by a familiar voice calling his name.
Turning around, the Gryffindor saw Tia, his dueling opponent from some time ago. "Huh? yeah i'm fine?" he frowned, waited for a few seconds and bit his lower lip. He was EVERYTHING but fine. He bit his nails nervously as he looked up at the tree. "It's just ...it's uh..its a bit high isn't it?" he laughed though it wasn't his usual cheerful laughter.
"Alright let's cure this floating ...high...in the air...tree!" and he marched towards it, faking bravery. And trying not to cry. Cause he's NOT a coward.
A bit high up? Well then, if someone was ever so nervous, Tia was pretty sure she just picked out the most anxious person in the room. Some gryffindor, at that too. Weren't they supposed to be brave? Because she was pretty sure Yoongi was acting like the very opposite of that.
"It's not that high. But I'll tell you what, you shoot me into the air, and I'll do the bug digging." Tia nodded at him, as she went over towards the floating tree where there weren't too many groups working. "I'd just, recommend maybe keeping your mouth closed once I start." You know, unless he liked that source of protein and whatever else; but if it made the trees sick, she wasn't going to eat it. Ahem. Yeah.
Janelle was happy to see that Zander was in a good position. It seemed that he was able to reach the bark for trimming. She did her best to keep him still so he could do his job. And then, before she had a chance to think about her arm starting to ache, he was finished. Oh and now it was time for her to bring him down. Janelle held her wand with two hands, just to be safe. Then she slowly and carefully guided Zander down. Concentrating with all her might, she tried to make sure he had an easy landing.
Once Zander was down, Janelle reached up to give him a high five. "We did it!', she said to her partner. "Do you think the tree will be alright now?" Janelle certainly hoped so. Looking up at the seventh year, she smiled. "Thanks for being my partner. I really had fun." Janelle was glad she had gotten the chance to work with Zander again........cause you know.......he'd be graduating soon. Suddenly, Janelle had an idea. "I'll be right back", she said to Zander. In no time, she had returned. Moving her hand from behind her back, Janelle produced a flower and gave it to her partner. "It's for you. Thanks again." That's what they did in Herbology, right?

Angel was enjoying this, but soon it was time to come back down to earth and she waited until she got down before she looked at her wand and smiled. She was going to lift the Professor into the air, a lot of people would be so happy to be able to lift a professor into the air. "Don't worry Professor, I've got this." Angel was sure she had this.
"Mobilicorpus!" Angel said the incantation confidently and then she did the wand movement and made sure that she was confident in her spell, she watched as the spell worked, she didn't want to have to explain to the Healer that she had hurt the Professor, so she was being careful.

Paul didn't think Angel would have ANY issues lifting him! He had the utmost of faith in her! So he wasn't really afraid at all, and when she finally did the spell, he waited until he was in front of one of the hollows in the tree and reached in to dig out some of the bugs infesting the trees.
It was very gratifying! Paul scooped them out and let them fall to the ground...he didn't mind bugs crawling around his greenhouse! It was good for plants' SOIL after all! He did his best to get out every LAST bug and hoped none of them fell on anyone's heads O___O
"Okay, Angel! Move me slightly to the left so I can get this dead bark off!" he called down at her, taking off his gloves and shoving them in his pocket as he pulled out his wand. He was READY.

Paul was REALLY having fun!
Angel was totally enjoying this and she was watching the Professor scooping out the bugs, she would be doing that one day, when she was exploring in the future, she couldn't wait and now it was only a few years away, where was the time going.
"Okay Professor." Angel smiled as she moved the Professor slowly and carefully, she knew it was important that you took care of the person who's you was lifting up. "I think you can get them from there Professor." Angel had moved the Professor a bit to the left, if he couldn't she was sure she could move him a little more.

OKAY. As soon as Paul was near the little flakes of dead bark, he brandished his wand and aimed. "Diffindo!" he cried, slashing his wand...and repeating the spell with each scrape until all of the dead pieces were GONE. Nice, fresh bark. He patted the tree trunk gently. "Good tree." He smiled and looked down at Angel. "OKAY--I am all done, Miss Valentine--you can set me down--GENTLY PLEASE--" he chuckled.
Once he was set down, Paul hurried back to the front of the classroom.
"AHEM--" he cleared his throat a couple of times. "OKAY--everyone finish up! Go back to your spots and we'll start wrapping up the class! I have a few conclusion statements to make!" He smiled and sat on the table in front of the room, kicking his feet a little. "Now...these trees are very different from normal ones, but also....VERY SIMILAR in the way they need to be taken care of, which I find SO interesting! The upkeep is a little hard, I must say." He nodded. "Only serious SERIOUS Herbologists should take on taking care of these plants...and I neglected to mention this in the beginning of class--but these are a NEWER breed of Gravity Resistant Trees." He paused for a minute, in case anyone had anything to add.
"The older breed....which is more common in Europe now...is based off of a maple tree. Bred from them, I suppose. So...please, when you study, don't get the two confused." He nodded. "I do not expect you to know anything about those since we did not cover them in class!" That would be absolutely silly of him!
"Now, earlier, Mr. Truebridge mentioned the seeds..." he smirked. "And...well...I was planning on giving you ALL a seed." He had them in a container in the front of the class. "Does anyone have any idea how the seeds might work? Mr. Truebridge suggested...similiarly to seeds grown hydroponically...any other thoughts? Any EXPANSION on his thoughts?"
OOC: WHEW okay good work everyone! <3 I AM moving on, and class will be over soon after, but if you haven't finished your required posts for caring for the trees, please feel free to keep doing that. I will probably post again tomorrow around this time(hopefully earlier) <3

Poor little things.

"Okay. That's great," she called up to him. "Do you want to do your other task before coming down? I think that would be easier than alternating." Since he was already up there.
He had gotten closer and was able to see that he had done a decent job of the de-bugging. Success!
He peered down at his partner though when she made a suggestion, a smart one at that. She should have been in Ravenclaw. "Sure... I'll just, trim these dead leaf bits..." and stuff. Yep. They looked dead dead. As dead as a leaf could be.
Instead of using the trimming charm though, a few well placed "Diffindo,"s seemed to work more effectively.
Bye bye nasty leaf/branch bits. He caught them in his free hand before letting them drop to the ground below, ensuring he didn't hit anyone with it on its way down.
"I'm good," he called out when he was satisfied with his work. Her turn!
A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.

It’s not that high? IT’S NOT THAT HIGH?!
It WAS okay? The floating trees WERE HIGH UP IN THE AIR was she blind or something?
Although he had this reaction in his mind, he didn’t say anything out loud because he had to focus on the task at hand. Luckily, the Ravenclaw girl volunteered to be the first one to be shot into the air and the very brave Gryffindor nodded his head. “That sounds like a great plan” he said and repeated his words at her ‘keeping his mouth closed’ as well. Like he had nothing better to say.
“I’ll use the spell on the count of three” he warned as he watched Tia get ready and he pointed his wand at her. “one…two…three… Mobilicorpus!” he said and a second later he lifted her off of the ground.

SPOILER!!: Brooklyn
As usual, they’d sort of gotten right to the point. Brooklyn had nodded again as Hady had answered her question, as well as to let her know that she was ready. Since apparently an unspoken decision was that she’d be going first, too, but she hardly minded. At least then she’d know exactly how much they had to do to heal their tree, and she’d made sure she had a strong grip on her wand as she heard Hady cast the spell to move her. Okay, that felt really strange, shooting up toward the roots. “Over a little bit!,” she called down, wondering if she was going to have to cast Sonorus just to be heard. She was an awful lot higher than she’d thought, but she balanced her free hand against the trunk of the tree as she’d come up alongside it.
Now she had to figure out what to fix. There were some dead leaves hanging from a branch just above her head. “Diffindo!,” she cast, slicing the leaves off the branch deftly and shaking her head to make sure they didn’t land in her hair. That was just what she needed. Leaves caught in her hair. Once she’d made sure that wasn’t the case, she let her blue eyes flicker over the tree once more. Oh, some dead branches over there. Another quick Diffindo and those fell to the floor too. Another quick watering, and she called down once more. “Okay! I think I’ve gotten everything I can see.”
Hady's entire focus was on Brooklyn. It had to be that way really. With her fellow snake and partner high up in the air held there only by the use of Hady's wand that's where her attention had to be. She wouldn't be dropping her at all. Fixing her eyes on the tree and her friend she carefully moved her wand/and Brooklyn in the direction requested.
Things seemed to be moving along well. Some branches and leaves came tumbling downwards but Hady didn't mind it much. She'd clean herself off afterwards. Before she knew it she was lowering Brooklyn back down onto the floor carefully. "There you go. I'm ready when you are." She had confidence in the fact that she wouldn't be dropped.

Okay. AJ was lime green jello about her sister being able to levitate the professor. If only she had known that was an option. It went without saying that the NEXT time Meyers would be going in the air, it would be done by HER wand. Yes? Yes!
Now that was settled, she attempted the listening thing again as Myers called for their attention. SEE! These were HARD trees, and she still thought her answer to the earlier question was right, but whatever.
And, they were all getting seeds. Um, no thanks? Who wants to take care of a hard tree? On second thought, that sounded like a challenge, and AJ was all in. "Wicked, professor." Because he needed to know when he was being cool.
Ohhh... was that a question?
NOPE.
HER quota...
Instead AJ feigned interest in the students that were still working. Man, that is some nice work they are doing. Mmhmm...

Hadn't there been evidence enough of that over the years? How about a high five, boyfriend? Adi's hand was already raised.
Hmm? Myers was calling for their attention. Adi turned to look in the man's direction, listening keenly. Newer breeds, huh? So these were like Gravity Resistant Trees 2.0. But onto the seed question! Hand up, the Hufflepuff stated his thought. "Maybe we use Herbivicus to help with that.'' You know... that spell that makes plants grow reaaaaally fast?

"You're doing a good job. Keep up the fine work. See what else you can do while you're up there." Might as well.
-----------------------------------
As for the professor's question, "Well if they're grown like hydroponic plants, the trick is making sure they still get enough oxygen and sunlight, right? Maybe we use a levitation charm to ensure the trees stay at a correct height?" He was just guessing, for once, and not rifling through Meyers' textbook. Davie LIKED how many times his name had been mentioned. It was almost enough to cheer him up.

Okay. She figured that would make him feel more confident. And she was totally ready to get this tree-healing big on the road. It seemed like many of those who already were working on this particular tree had already sliced off some of the dead bark, although Tia did notice just a couple dead branches from her angle now that she was up closer. "Diffindo," she flicked her wand and watched as the dead branch fell below. Least it wasn't too big that it might hurt someone if it landed on their head.
Ugh, there were bugs crawling ALL over this trunk. That would figure that no one would want to get them out. Myers had said to remove them manually, but the infestation was beyond manual help, she considered options. "Aguamenti," she cast and watched as a stream of water directed at the holes in the trunks washed some of the bugs down. Once it was clear enough from the major infestation, Tia cast "Finite" and slipped her gloves on to get some bug stragglers from deep within. At least she didn't have the heart of a lamb when it came to bugs.
"Alright, Yoongi," Tia called down. "I think we're alright on bugs now. But these roots could definitely use some fertilizer. If you want to do that, you can, or just lower me a bit down and I'll do it." She'd give him a choice, but given how he reacted when he said the trees were high up, she wasn't quite sure he wanted to at all.
-------
And what was that? Was Myers really asking them a question while she was up in the air? How these seeds might work? "Well if I had to guess, Professor, then I'd say those seeds might work similarly to how the grown tree works. Without gravity. So you don't need to plant them in soil or anything, like other seeds, but just watering them in the air. Maybe even use of a levitating charm to keep them floating until they're able to float on their own." And answering questions from above was definitely a challenge . . .

Angel looked at the Professor and smiled as he went back to his desk, this had been such an awesome lesson and she had enjoyed ever single second of it.
Angel raised her hand. "Professor, do you put them in soil for a little bit?" Angel thought she would ask. "Them move them into the air when they have grown a bit?" Angel had no idea but she thought it was worth a guess.

The activity was so fun! Ava was glad that she partnered up with AJ this time and the older Gryffindor believed that she could send her up in the air. Seriously, maybe the other older students wouldn't let her doing that. Aaaaand... thank Merlin that their task had finished because Professor Myers already wrapped up the activity and moved on to another question.
Seeds... right.
And how those seeds would work? "Maybe we can use the spell that making it growing faster or levitating it?" Dunno. She wasn't really good in herbology though.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddd feet on the floor.
Perfect!
He beamed down at Janelle, returning her highfive. "I reckon now that we've helped it, it should be," he glanced back up at the tree. It was already looking loads healthier. Which hopefully meant it'd grow without any problems now. Zander was sure it'd be fine. It took a lot to keep trees from doing their things, well, a lot more than it took for smaller plants anyways. They were tougher.
"Oh yeah, me too," Zander grinned. Man, she was so thankful. It was just a class activity, plus Zander needed a partner too. So really there wasn't a need for a thank you, but Zander appreciated her sentiment regardless. And even he had to admit, the activity actually was sort of fun. Who knew Myers had it in him!? Anywaaaaaaaays, Janelle had run off for the moment (why?) so Zander turned his attention back to his Professor.
Just as the man went to pose his next question, Zander noticed Janelle return with a flower in her hand. "Oh thanks, Janelle, you really didn't have to...But thanks," and instead of answering the question... Zander decided to go grab a flower for the girl as well. Because how lame would it look if he didn't show her that he appreciated the work they did together too? He'd just look like a jerk.
So after arriving back with a flower for Janelle, he held it out for her with a grin and then turned his attention back to the class. He liked Angel's answer, though Davie had some good points as well.

Janelle was feeling good about the whole activity. She hoped that Zander liked his flower. She just wanted him to know that she appreciated him working with her. What she did not expect was getting a flower in return. "Thank you", she said quietly while beaming. That was really nice of Zander. She could see why Sophie Brown liked him so much.
Brought back to reality by Professor Myers, Janelle listened to the question he posed. She thought about it for a moment and then raised her hand. "Professor, are the seeds gravity resistant from the beginning or does that develop as they grow? I mean, can you grow the seeds in water or something until they sprout and then let them live in the air?" It was just a thought.

Her turn!
Class was starting to wrap up, and Paulina really wanted to answer the next question, but it was more important that she keep her attention on her partner so that nothing happened to him. She did listen carefully to what the Professor was saying, however.
As Zeke looked down at her, Paulina gave him a thumbs up. Things were going great so far and it would be her turn soon. He began removing dead leaves and branches from the tree so she made sure not to let any hit her while also keeping him in place. Wasn't by any means easy, but she felt that she was doing a good job.
With the branches taken care of, she carefully lowered him back to the floor of the greenhouse. "Great job!" Now she needed to apply the fertilizer and strip off the dead bark and then they would be done.

There hadn’t really been any worry in Brooklyn over Hady’s spell casting capabilities. She trusted that she’d keep her in the air for as long as she needed to, and she trusted that somehow she wasn’t pelting her housemate with all the leaves and branches she’d trimmed from the tree. There hadn’t been any complaints, anyway, but then she had a feeling there wouldn’t be. It almost seemed inevitable, just due to the nature of the activity. Although she was curious if it was possible to cast the spell and not have to stand almost directly below. She’d let her blue eyes glance over at the others who were doing the activity still, just to see what they were doing. But then she’d felt herself lowering, the signal that she’d been done having been received.
Back on the ground, her feet securely under her, she’d shifted her hold on her wand to make it more comfortable as her partner had spoken. “Okay then,” she replied, readying her wand again. She wanted to give the other girl a few more seconds to get ready, even if she said she had been. However, after those few seconds, she’d raised her wand again. “Mobilicorpus!” The casting had been focused, and slowly Hady had started lifting off the ground and up toward the tree. All that was left was holding her wand steady and staying focused, even though there had also been the announcement from the professor to pay attention to. That could wait. She wasn’t going to drop Hady, or run her into the tree. She was just going to wait for instruction from her.

Mmhmm...
While Aj didn’t answer the question, her thinking it was cool was good enough to get a smile from Myers. “It is, I know, AJ, thank you.” He shot her a thumbs up.

Hand up, the Hufflepuff stated his thought. "Maybe we use Herbivicus to help with that.'' You know... that spell that makes plants grow reaaaaally fast?
Paul smiled. “I...well, you have to be careful with that spell. Certainly, I think it used in some instances...but typically, I wouldn’t recommend using that spell. Not on a breed so new...and not fully developed as well as some other plant species.” He smiled though. It was a very logical guess, in his opinion.

Davie LIKED how many times his name had been mentioned. It was almost enough to cheer him up.
Hehehe. David Truebridge was truly a Herbologist’s son, wasn’t he? “Good guess, Davie. But wouldn’t that be...so much work? All the time--making sure the seed was being levitated? But you’re right--it does need sunlight and oxygen--but remember, the seeds ARE still gravity resistent…”

So you don't need to plant them in soil or anything, like other seeds, but just watering them in the air. Maybe even use of a levitating charm to keep them floating until they're able to float on their own." And answering questions from above was definitely a challenge . . .
HEH! Tia was REALLY answering his question while being levitated?! He wouldn’t have blamed her if she stayed quiet for this one! He almost died of laughter!
[B]“TIA! DO be careful, all right?” [?B]Heh. “But...yes. they do require being watered in the air eventually!” She was right in that aspect.

Paul glanced over at Angel. “Well...no soil, Miss Valentine, not for these trees!” He smiled, though.
SPOILER!!: [QUOTE=RandomRaven;11822537
The activity was so fun! Ava was glad that she partnered up with AJ this time and the older Gryffindor believed that she could send her up in the air. Seriously, maybe the other older students wouldn't let her doing that. Aaaaand... thank Merlin that their task had finished because Professor Myers already wrapped up the activity and moved on to another question.
Seeds... right.
And how those seeds would work? "Maybe we can use the spell that making it growing faster or levitating it?" Dunno. She wasn't really good in herbology though.
Ava said things other people had voiced, and he just chuckled a little. “Well, not quite, Miss Burton! But I applaud the guess!” As he always did.
SPOILER!!: Janelle

Myers nodded at Janelle. [B]“Well..yes. Davie had mentioned earlier in class that they might be grown in water--but the thing is...they stay in little dishes of water and nutrients...until they are able to get a hold of enough to keep them going...and once the growing process has begun--usually before anything has even sprouted--they will begin to float. Not very high...slightly above the glass...maybe still JUST touching the water--”[B] he smiled. The chalk was writing all of this on the board.
“SO--” he pulled out a pouch from his pocket. “These are seeds….and they must be started in dishes of water. These can be collected by the door--” he gestured at the door of the greenhouse. “They need...water and sunlight. So in your little seed nurseries--” he grinned. “Just put some water in the dish, place the seed in the water...and watch as...throughout the week...the seed will begin to float...more and more...until it is just above the surface of the water...eventually, they’ll float completely, and the dish can be removed from the seed. It just needs to get a kick start! There are also little packets of seed fertlizer at the door, too. Collect one of these as well on your way out.” He was SO EXCITED.
“Now! Once your seed starts to float--DON’T LOSE IT! Keep TRACK of it. They can’t float very FAR--they’re tiny right now and don’t have much energy like these big guys--” he patted the trunk of one of the trees. “As you can guess, for homework, I want you all to track your progress of these little babies for a few weeks…” he began to drop a seed in front of each student. “Some of you still going the activity--go on! You still have a few minutes. Once you have your seed, a dish, and the fertilizer, you are free to go!” He hoped they enjoyed class!
OOC: GAH Thanks for bearing with me! I got a little swamped over the weekend! I will officially post what I want for homework either tomorrow or the next day, so keep a look out! I’ll keep this open for another 12 hours or so, if you want to make any catch up posts! Thanks for being wonderful!

SPOILER!!: Brooklyn
There hadn’t really been any worry in Brooklyn over Hady’s spell casting capabilities. She wasn’t going to drop Hady, or run her into the tree. She was just going to wait for instruction from her.
It was a good thing Hady was more then ready to be levitated. Brooklyn only gave her a few seconds before casting the charm. All the more reason why one should always pay attention to their partner. She didn't have anything to worry about being they both worked well enough together.
Feeling her feet leave the floor Hady focused on what needed to be down and let Brooklyn focus on keeping her from falling. Raising her wand she used 'Diffindo' to get rid of some of the dead bark on the trees trunk. This took a little bit of time since she had to be careful not to harm the tree at all and or cut off to much. Once she had that finished she carefully removed any of the the little bugs that were hiding out under some of the dead tree bark. It wasn't to bad really and she didn't mind it much since it wasn't spiders.
"Okay I think I'm done!" she called down to Brooklyn when she felt she'd done all she could for the tree. Plus there was only a few minutes left to the lesson and she had to get a seed, dish and fertilizer or something. She had been so focused on what she was doing she didn't catch everything that had been said...it was alright though she'd ask once her feet were back on the floor.
