The Greenhouses are all kept neat and tidy by Professor Myers. Each one is evenly spaced out in their residing spot outside of the castle. There are five greenhouses, all of them done up to Professor Myer's idea of organization, which carefully follows past organization of the greenhouses with just a few changes. The air is a little crisper out here, students.
Greenhouses one through three are open to student aid and experimentation. If you're careful and confident, you can feel free to tend to the Venemous Tentaculas in Greenhouse Three or engage in a playful tug-of-war with the Devil's Snare in the Greenhouse Two. If you traipse through each greenhouse, you will identify almost every sort of magical plant that has ever been taught at Hogwarts. Bubotubers, puffapods, fanged geraniums, biting toadstools, flesh-eating shrubs, and so on..... and that's not even mentioning the assortment of Muggle flowers in Greenhouse One!
Each greenhouse has little shelves for cute or ordinary pots, as well as racks of tools and any other necessities you may need in the large corner cabinets. There's plenty of lab tables for setting up your own tinkering station, and sinks to clean up in too. Don't forget to add to the compost pile behind the greenhouses when you're done with your trimming!
OOC: Here's a basic guide of what you might find in each greenhouse; please remember to play realistically based on your character's age and skill level!

Bunbury's Marvelous Malignant Gillyweed Maze [from Lesson Two of Term 22]
There were needles crawling all over him, tiny, prickly needles that were tickling his skin and he was dying to itch and run to the showers, but he felt slightly obligated to stay a bit after all that screaming nonsense and the yelling at Myers thing. This was the least Gryffindor moment of his life and Damien knew that very well, thank you, very much. "Uh... Yeah.. Maybe you should put a little disclaimer... " Damien said, taking out his wand and doing a quick, but unsatisfying scourgify on his hair and clothes.
since I saved your life and all... a little favor...
Damien glanced at the Professor, a feeling of foreboding was settling in the back of his head at his words. "Uh... Yeah, okay, Professor." He replied, flicking off some more little needles. He didn't actually owe the man, but Damien wasn't about to say no, that would be uncool and honestly, he was still a little ticked at Myers, but he wasn't going to be a jerk.
"Homework, sir. Transfiguration and potions essays." Both had been giving him more trouble than they were worth, but he needed a well balanced resume for... well, whatever he ended up doing. "What do you need me to do, sir?"
It was certainly an idea. A disclaimer might be nice but...."I suppose it is assumed that students will know about the tree..." apparently Damien didn't know. Nothing wrong with that, though. Paul wasn't judging. People couldn't possibly know EVERYTHING ever!
"I may just do that. Just so...no one is frightened anymore..."
It was interesting, also, that Damien chose to do non-Herbology related homework in the greenhouses. "How curious, Mr. Anderson-Belfort." He said as he scratched his chin in thought. Did he do Herbology in...the DUNGEONS? It certainly must keep things fresh. "Oh! I want you trim the fir for me--I can see some dead needles littered throughout the tree--poor thing--" he clicked his tongue. And WHY was he making Damien do this? "I'll be in here--just give the branches a good ole' WHACK if they bother you--I should probably water some of my shrubs..." he smiled.
