The trophy room houses the various trophies earned by students over the centuries. From plaques with the names of Quidditch Cup winners to those who earned the prestigious Special Services to the School, all trophies are awesome looking and so shiny you can see your reflection in them!
Be careful if you're here to admire, or you might just end up polishing your own reflection over and over and over again if you damage any of these precious trophies.

Mr Kitridge thought you were my cousin, rather than my cousin Benedetta.. who also goes by Benny to our family… but not really with classes so you both don’t get confused.” Woah. now that was confused. Sorry, man. Silently, she wondered if the Benny in front of her, knew that Benedetta liked being called Benny as well. Surely they could have had some fun there over the past few years. Hehe.
”She’s in Ravenclaw.” She added as an after thought, to help him remember.
Why… was the trying to have this conversation? Her extended family was much to confusing for people who didn’t know them to understand.
He seemed to have taken her by surprise but it didn't last long as the girl's face turned from shocked...to a smile...to almost curious or something. Ben inwardly winched as she called him Benny, having regulated that nickname to being taboo giving the status of his relationship with the boy who gave it to him. "Yeah...that'd me," he said finally, taking it on as his own. The sixth year then proceeded to listen to his young companion describe another Benny that had apparently confused the librarian.
"Well...its not too common a nickname," he mused with a shrug in response. "A...good house," Ben absently added at the mention she was an eagle. Certainly not as troublesome as Hufflepuff had proven to be. His gaze falling onto one of the other walls, the Gryffindor wondered if perhaps they should just paint the entire room red. The House of Godric was certainly leading in the house point race so it seemed fitting.
”Colovaria!” he cast again, this time taking aim at the wall that lay perpendicular to the current red wall. It took a lot of focus but it did turn red like its fellow stone surface.

Marsha watched Benny and her smile dropped a little. She seemed to have made him sad… though he had seemed sad in classes and around the common room lately too. She didn’t know why, and she wasn’t really sure that she wanted to know. Afterall, Sha liked being happy… but maybe she could rub off on him? A little? Maybe?
Hmm, well, to rub off on him that meant they needed to spend a litttttle bit more time together.
Smiling as Benny managed to colour the WHOLE wall at once, Marsha gasped a little. ”Woah… My charms aren’t that strong that was incredible.” Her eyes were wide as she looked at him. ”You know… between us both, I bet it wouldn’t take us long to charm the other two walls gold as well… After all, we are winning the points race currently, the house cup will hopefully be ours at the end of term.” She could only hope, really.
Turning to one of the natural stone walls, she held her wand out pointing it high towards the top of the room and thinking only of the color gold, she said, ”Colovaria!” With a deep sense of achievement, she watched the gold ebb and leak its way down the wall. How COOL was that. With a big grin she looked at Benny as if to say, your turn!

Ben didn't take notice of the brightness of her smile, or the fact that she had noticed his twinge of sadness. It was hardly really noticable to him anyway since he simply let it awash over him because there was no hope in it fixing. Wherther alone or in a group...in a classroom or during free time in the common room. It was all the same to the lonely sixth year dealing with his issues.
He did however her surprise when he managed to change his target wall entirely to the color he wanted. Gryffindor red like the other two walls. "Thanks..." the sixth year remarked on the compliment. It was far easier on an item that wasn't moving in a breeze surrounded by people trying to change the same item into another color entirely. Or keep it the color it originally was in the first place. As for her idea it had some merit...a red and gold trophy room to match the decor that usually marked the winners of the term's house cup.
Unfortunately he realized too late that it wouldn't work with the assignment. The third wall turning gold at his companion's command as he remembered it had to be red as gold could be seen as the yellow of Hufflepuff. "As cool as it looks," Ben mused as he took it in before turning to the final wall. And it did look awesome. "You'd be giving the badgers a spot," he explained before taking aim once more.
Time for...well, another color change. She headed up from the second floor and wandered around the third, and had a thought...she'd just change the color of a trophy, yeah!
Skipping into the room whilst humming cheerfully to herself, Eden pulled out her wand and tried to decide...hmm. WHICH trophy should she change..one of the old Quidditch trophies, a Ravenclaw one, actually. Eden smirked as she examined the year and the...snitch-shaped top of it. It was a pretty COOL trophy. And now..it would be BLUE.
"COLOVARIA!" she cried, pointing at the trophy. It went right through the glass and touched the trophy...and she smirked.
Okay. BLUE RAVENCLAW TROPHY. She kind of wanted to turn one of the other trophies, too..hmm..
<--- Random | Funfetti | Lima Bean | Slytherpuff | PURPLE | Hoarder of pens | ALWAYS Severus
Nothing else really stuck out to her on the second floor, so she made her way to the next floor up. Walking around aimlessly was her thing. Really, if she would have been thinking she would have done all five things in one place. A spot on the floor, a piece of a wall, a door frame, a stair and the bronze knocker that she had originally done. WHYYYY didn't she think of this sooner?
No time to dwell on that now. She had two more lousy things to do, and she would be done. AJ kept thinking about the chocolate that awaited her in her dorm. She could do this.
Ohhh... the trophy room. Now THAT was a good idea. So many trophies. She saw loads that had to do with quidditch. Man, she was still super bummed out that she never got to give that sport a chance. She just knew she would be awesome at it. Anything physical came naturally to her. Such a bummer.
Deciding that a Slytherin trophy could use some Gryffindor flare, she pointed her wand at one at random. "Colovaria." And done. Red really was a prettier color than green anyhow. So, they were welcome.

”Colovaria!” There...a wavy of Gryffie pride.
Marsha grinned, looking at the room. How awesome and bright and … just BETTER did this room look? Hehehe. Silently, she thought that Professor Quiggley should skip returning this room when he graded their homework. Hehehe. Could use the spruce, as her Grandpa used to say.
”Oh, what was that?” She asked, looking back to Ben when she realised that he was actually talking to her. Listening, she realised that what he was saying rang true - and more than likely was. ”Whoops! Nice catch. Sorry.” She shot him a look that tried to blame homework, tiredness and just not thinking properly… but really she probably just looked like she was shrugging her shoulders and making a face. Whoooops.
[b]”Should we turn the last wall red as well?”[b] It was the only normal wall now… which was just silly. Surely they should all be red? RAAWWWRRRR.
Was there a such thing as a leash for a sugar glider? If not then Beverly would invent the very first one, Chomper her model example. It shouldn't surprise her that the marsupial would off and go his own direction. The thing had no boundaries.
"Chomper--Chomper come back!" She chased after it, not looking where she was going. Not until a glimmer of light caught her eye.

Oh. Trophy room. Well. Hello.
Finn was strolling along the corridors, minding time to his own business and self, as if he didn't already do that on the regular, when some noise disrupted his serenity. Honestly, the person didn't need to be that loud, well, unless a Gryffindor was in his sight, that might explain things... but still. Quiet, yeah, that was nice.
What was that? He stopped in his tracks and listened. Chomper? What was a chomper? Sounded like some gnarly teeth to him. Maybe...maybe that person needed help, perhaps they had dentures they'd like to call chomper. And-and it had fallen out of their mouth and came to life..... and they gave their teeth a special name.
"Are you-are you looking for your um-well-did your dentures come out?" He asked from the back of the head of the closest person he saw running around. Did any of the Professors or adults here at Hogwarts have dentures? That was the real question.
Beverly groaned when, not only she noticed the trophies, but cobwebs as well. This was getting annoying. Actually, it had gotten annoying a long time ago, but now the situation was worse. She swatted cobwebs from her face before it even touched her, only to have it tangle between her fingers. Ugh.
While she did that, the Prefect had not noticed the tiny marsupial dash by her feet and hop onto the elf Tippin's sack, clawing his way up its back. Well, hello fella. Watchu doing?
She did hear someone's voice. A familiar voice. But all attempts to remember who the voice belonged to went out the window when their words settled on her.
Dentures?
HER dentures?
Well. Excuuuuse you. "I do not have or need dentures." Were they looking to get hexed? Because she did a stellar job at that. Ask any of her victims. Beverly was ready to have a word with this disrespectful person when she turned on her heel and...
Oh.
"Finn." Her scowl disappeared, her cool mask coming back over her face. Oops. Almost hexed Mister Quotes.
Mr. Unicorn: Kim's daughter: Jenn's sister : MILKSHAKES: Lita Daley: The Sun: Its so Fluffy!
He continued watching as the person slapped and slapped away the cobwebs before them, even laughed slightly, but he did stop almost immediately.
Uh-oh. Ok, so, yes he had been very wrong about the dentures thing, but it could be a plausible and realistic thing, ok? Enhanced with magic or something, don't make it seem he was crazy for thinking it. "Oh-um, I'm sorry. I mean-no. I'm not sorry." Because it was a good thing this person didn't need to deal with such a time consuming thing like that. So, yes, he wasn't sorry for that. "Oh-hi Beverly." At least that was a sight of relief. She wouldn't actually go at him for his earlier comment, right?
"What's-what's this about your Chomper?" Because, if it wasn't about what he had assumed then what was it?
His attention, though was then turned to the elf who was doing none other than it's job and having a bit of a laughing fit. Finn furrowed his eyebrows watching it, Elves were always weird. An, now it was asking for them to help it? "Emmm-but, that's your job..." He said speaking to the elf from a distance.
"Hi. You're not sorry?" Beverly folded her arms across her chest, and raised an eyebrow. She was playing the tough card, she always did when the chance appeared. It was fun. Especially when she made people squirm.
Ohhh. He heard her yelling at Chomper. Maybe he could help look for him. Yes! "My Chomper ran away from me." She turned her gaze toward the elf. Finn might not be able to spot Chomper hidden behind the elf's head, but she could make out it tiny tail. She knew her Chomper.
"He's right there." She jabbed her thumb toward the elf.
Elf was saying what? It wanted Finn and her to help. Um. No. "I believe that's your job," she said. Really. They've been slacking this year. Was there an elf shortage? Who gave them clothes?
While the humans spoke, Chomper sniffed the elf's head. It was huge. And those things sticking out of its head, those looked fun to nibble on. Maybe even sharpen his teeth on. He wanted those. So Chomper went forth, climbing the elf's head to reach those magnificent ears.

Why not help Tippins? It was clear as daylight elves were there to clean up the castle and to feed the students, not to ask them for help at their own job. Besides, what if helping them actually got the elves in trouble because they weren't doing anything they were supposed to. No sir, Finn was not helping out. It was also a good sign that Beverly had been thinking the same thoughts when Tippins had asked for the students help.
Right, he slipped his gaze away from Tippins and returned it to his fellow slytherin. "Yeah-because..." He started but soon he realized she was getting down to serious business. Crossing the arms, with girls especially, was a scary sight. "I'm not-not sorry because you don't have dentures... I mean-I would feel bad for you if... you did." He said nodding at her several times.
Ok, so, he had been have right about this Chomper being alive and mobile. The slytherin squinted at the direction his friend was pointing at but was having a slightly hard time figuring out exactly what it was. It was attacking the elf it seemed, as it let out little yelps of pain. "Your Chomper? It's a... well-what is it exactly?" He couldn't make out what type of animal it was. Finn looked back at the elf and walked closer to it. Well, it wasn't nice to see Tippins in pain, even if the elves were a bit weird sometimes. "Wait-stand still. We'll help you." He said to Tippins. This was the only time, ok. He tried to grab that weird bat looking thing, or Chomper, stretching out his hand Finn quickly retracted, scared that he would get bit or attacked as well.
It was Beverly's pet after all. She should be doing this part.
Instead of growing annoyed with the elf, Beverly was amused. "Careful, Chomper might think your ears are treats." Even if they were about the same size as he was. Meh. It was Chomper. He took after her in the fear department. He lacked one half the time. "Chomper, no biting," she scolded once the elf complained.
Oops. Biting is his specialty besides gliding.
So Finn wasn't sorry because she didn't really have dentures. Beverly shrugged. "Fair enough," she said, dropping her arms and nudging him. No need to be scared. She didn't bite like Chomper did. Not as often anyway.
"Chomper is a sugar-glider," Beverly smiled with an air of pride. Sure, it was a tiny thing. A feisty thing. "He's not intending to hurt Tippin." Not exactly. "Finn--I wouldn't." She stepped forward as Finn walked towards them, already sensing Chomper's next move. "He's just...playing."
HUMAN was getting TOO CLOSE. Chomper made a clicking sound and snapped as the boy got close. Not touching, no touching the almighty Chomper! He clicked some more, perching himself at the top of the elf's head as if he was King Kong.
His beady eyes glided toward his Beverly. HI HI. Did she see?!?!?! He made a new friend. With chewy, large ears. Chomper rubbed his face on the elf's head. Hiiii.
Mr. Unicorn: Kim's daughter: Jenn's sister : MILKSHAKES: Lita Daley: The Sun: Its so Fluffy!
Was Chomper going to listen to Beverly's words? There was only one way to know, wait out the game.
He let out a little sigh of relief when Beverly gave him a little playful nudge. Ok, good. Never a good sign to anger a girl, never. Would he still be in somewhat trouble if he hadn't had a decent enough of explanation? Probably. "Good. I'm still in the clearing."
"A sugar glider? That's one brilliant name for an animal. Sugar glider." And it looked like a cute version of a bat, so the name seemed to be fitting for the animal-pet. Oh, he wasn't trying to hurt the elf? Because to Finn that's exactly what it looked like to him, then again, he didn't personally know Chomper, so he was wrong. Yeah, yeah, backing up now, with all that snapping and weird noises it was making at him Finn had definitely taken a step or two back. "Not scary. Nope." He mumbled, nodding a lot and crossing his own arms together, trying to seem tough. Chomper wanted to put up a fight with him? Not today.
Finn continued watching the sugar glider and Tippin, enjoy this odd manner of meeting, it seemed? He even laughed a little bit after a while. "What an unlikely friendship." He said quietly. Hey, as long as Chomper kept Tippins occupied he and Beverly would probably never have to help out with any cleaning. Not that he wouldn't do it in the first place.
See, there was nothing to worry about. Chomper was playing nice now.
Beverly raised an eyebrow at Finn, then shook her head, smiling softly. "Did you really think you were in trouble?" Okay, okay. She admits she could be scary at times, but she could be nice too.
"Yep," she agreed. "Whoever came up with that name for it was pretty brilliant." It didn't take an expert to know why, but pretty creative nonetheless. Beverly's eyes roamed over to Chomper then back to Finn. "Chomper can be defensive." She was amused. "Are you challenging him?" Because Finn looked all tough-like standing the way he was.
Unlikely friendship it was.
"Well, congrats Tippin. Meet your very first and feisty sugar glider." Seemed like those two clicked right away. Ha! Who would have known. Back in the dorms she gets lots of complains from her roommates. Chomper likes tormenting kneazles. "I think he likes you too."
Chomper DID like Tippin. Tippin had a smooth head and Chomper likes it. Crawling close to edge of the elf's head, Chomper peek his head down. OH! Big eye. Tippin had a big, round eye. OHHH. He had TWO big, round eyes. Could he touch 'em?
Mr. Unicorn: Kim's daughter: Jenn's sister : MILKSHAKES: Lita Daley: The Sun: Its so Fluffy!
"Well-yeah, I don't know, maybe." Maybe he should've gone a different route when he had made his first comment. What was done was done and, at the very least, he was off the hook. Played it cool, he did, of course. And you always had to be careful, tempers could run short at Hogwarts, especially with having to deal with some many whacky things around here, annoyance could come rather quickly.
"I'm sure you enjoyed your own compliment about yourself." He said laughing at her. She had just said Chomper was her own pet, so she had only brought her spirits up with those words. "Yeah-no kidding." He said, looking at that little thing climbing all over the elf. "No no, no challenges. Just-just trying to help the elf." Which it didn't need anymore. It was enjoying the new company it had, by the way.
Well, if climbing all over an elf meant that Chomper liked him, Finn didn't want to see what Chomper was like when it didn't like something, or someone. Maybe perhaps like him? That sugar glider definitely wasn't going to take nothing from no one. "Yes-yes, I think he's your new friend now." He said at the elf. A very curious and defensive friend who could hurt Tippins. But Chomper wouldn't be that mean, right?
How long was Beverly going to let Chomper be the almighty one today? It looked like he wouldn't be backing down any time soon.
