Hayley didn't want to think about what he was up to, but she was certain whatever it was - and wherever he was, - the Krum would be fine.
If nothing else, he would find her. Right? Right.
Sweeping a dark lock of hair back behind one ear and away from her face, Hayley glanced here and there as she wandered the train corridor, careful not to run into anyone or be the one being ran into, not particularly interested at all in finding the compartments which held her friends. She wasn't quite ready to see Benzi at the moment, and Merlin.. definitely not Noel. Chloe was an option, as was Grace, but.. hm.
Brushing off absent thoughts, Hayley slid open what she had initially thought to be an empty compartment and paused in the doorway, spotting a certain Gryffindor. "Oh, sorry. Hi, Chance." Hayley bit her lower lip, and shifted her crup in her arms. "I didn't realize this one was taken."
Chance was twirling his wand in his hand. He hadn't done magic all summer and was itching to do some. He'd actually learned quite a bit last year and was taught things they hadn't learned in class. He was actually anxious to practice more. He had a feeling he would be spending a lot of time into library this year. Who knew books could actually be quite entertaining?
Hearing a familiar voice, Chance looked up and saw Hayley. He instantly smiled. She had that effect on him. He'd blown his chance though because he had been stuck on a girl that ... Was scared of commitment.
"Hey Hales!" He said scooting over. "You can come in if you want to. I will be quiet if you don't want to talk to me." He didn't know where he stood with her. He started twirling his wand again as he watched the little crup in her hands. He had a ferret this year that was riding in his cage. He would be grabbing him as soon as he got into his room.

Well.
That hadn't been fun.
Rubbing his eyes as the train had taken off, he'd leaned against the door for a while and tried to get the image of a quite literally distraught Suri out of his head. He hadn't been away from her and Mum for more than two days in a very long time. This would take some getting used to.
But. That was that. New school year at Hogwarts. Slinging his backpack over his shoulder, Benzi made his way down the busy train, checking compartments and finding almost all of them full. That's what he got for not finding one as soon as he got in.
Figuring he might as well just settle for a compartment with the least amount of people in it, he paused as he recognised the silhouette of the person standing just inside the compartment on his left. "Hey Digs.. oh," he blinked when he saw there was someone else in there with her. Someone who, judging by the look on her face and various descriptions he'd received over the last few months of him, was that Chace guy. Chance?
Regardless, he wasn't in the mood to play hero at the moment. Perhaps later. "I'll catch up with you later," he said, and with a serious nod to the whatever-his-name-was guy, continued down the aisle to slip into an empty compartment in the next car over. Right. Opening up a book, Benz put in his headphones - he would miss muggle technology - and with a long sigh, zoned out of the world.

Imposter Puck was too much, seriously how could they not tell that she was the real deal? 100% pure Puck, a completely unique experience…sure, it was kind of sweet in a demented way that someone had tried to impersonate her and well, she could use it to her advantage later…tell them that she wouldn’t expose their little secret if they posed at her for those rounds she had to run with one Banner.
Scouring the train for empty compartment was taking forever, heck, she didn’t care if it was empty at all. Nearly empty and Imposter-Puck-Free sounded like a good idea right about now.
Slipping her head into a compartment she just grinned at the guy from the summer. Rider, funny hot guy. Yep. She was going in. Slowly making her way forward she simply pulled one of his headphones off and grinned, “Hey…Pizza guy,” she winked and simply sat next to him before grabbing a gummy worm out of the bag in her hand. “Want some? What are you reading?” She asked kindly, still looking slightly perturbed.

The instant someone opened the compartment door Benz was on alert but he kept his eyes on his old, worn out copy of Sherlock Holmes. The person may just want to sleep is all, and the sixteen year old was completely fine with that. As long as the person didn't snore. Then he might have a problem.
He was surprised when delicate fingers brushed against his face and pulled out his headphone. "Oi!" he exclaimed, and was about to tell this person exactly what he thought of them when he noticed who it was and his face relaxed into a grin. Puck the Pixie, from Diagon Alley.
"Chili Peppers girls," he shot back, and put his book down to shove his hand into the gummy worm bag. "Sherlock Holmes stories," he answered with a non-committal shrug, and popped two worms in his mouth, munching happily. He didn't ask about her expression because quite frankly, he didn't notice. He was too busy remembering that fun day in Diagon Alley.
"So what's up?"

What does noona mean?
"Oh! It's uh..." He tried to explain. "So, in my homeland it's necessary to call a senior with this... call, yeah. If I met a girl senior so I call her noona and if I met a guy I call him hyung. Although I'm not in Korea anymore but I still like to use that... You understand my speak, by the way?" He asked back. "Sorry uh... This is my first time here. I'm from Seoul and I still need to.. work with my English. So.." He chuckled. "Anyway my name is Jackson, I will be fifth year." He said as he extended his hand.
Zhenya just shrugged slightly, "All good. Thanks for the company." Really. Senior? Zhenya tried not to laugh at the thought of being called a senior, after all it was a custom for the boy, but it was the first time Zhenya had ever been referred to as senior. So she nodded as she learned about this Korean tradition, glad to be learning something new. But she just blinked at his apologies and mentions that english was not his first language. "Yes I do understand you. Don't worry, your English is fine," she nodded. "I went through the same thing when I moved here from Russia, though I already spoke fluent English because of my family." But she knew what it was like, moving somewhere that didn't speak the first language, learning all the big parts and the tiny details of the english language. "But Seoul, what was that like?" She'd never done much travelling before, but she enjoyed hearing about different countries and the places others had lived and visited. After all, the legal aged Russian had enjoyed her adventures in Eastern Europe over the years.
"Jackson," she said, repeating his name, "Hi I'm Zhenya, I'm a seventh year." She closed the distance and shook his hand with a smile.
SPOILER!!: ADI!
Straight from the luggage compartment after pausing a few time to say hello to persons, Adi continued down the train corridor, glancing into occasional compartments. Gus was still with him, still on the shoulder and seemed to be just as happy as his owner to be back with all that croaking he was doing.
"Can't keep quiet, eh, Guster?'' Adi asked cheerfully as he looked through the glass to another compartment and catching sight of... ZHENYA! There was another guy talking to her but Adi went up to the compartment and waved to the girl inside, a broad grin on his face.[/QUOTE]
Zhenya looked to the side and saw her friend Adi! "Adi! Hey," she greeted happily, beaming at her friend and ushering him inside. "
Good to see you again, how was your holiday?
" she asked.
She looked back at her new friend (yes) and said "Jackson this is my friend Adi, and Adi, this is my new friend Jackson. Transfer from Korea," she said, introducing the two cool dudes.

Zhenya smiled at this, glad to hear that others were being greeted in the same fashion. She would have to remember those greetings. "So what do you say to greet those younger than you?" Was there such a thing?

Bored, Lux decided that it would be a fun idea to venture over to the other compartments and visit with her friends. This was going to be a long trip and sitting in one place for too long always made her antsy.
Making her way down from the front, she peeked into compartment windows and waved at familiar faces. It seemed that a lot of people were in groups. Normally, she would join them, but Lux decided that it might be better to keep someone all by themselves company. No one should be alone on the train ride.
Oooh, it was Kace.
He seemed to be busy drawing something, so hopefully he wouldn't be bothered by her presence. Opening the door, she stood hovering outside. "Is it okay if I join you? Or are you waiting for Emmy and Cinna?" Yeaaah, she didn't want to feel awkward.
As Kace was into his sketching once again, he didn't even hear the door open. He looked up and noticed the cart was open and out of the corner of his eye he saw a little red head girl. He knew exactly who it was. He grinned and looked up and heard her question. He scoffed and gestured for her to come over. "Come on in. I don't mind you joining me. I think they don't notice I am here. I kind of wanted the compartment to myself for a bit before seeing them. It helps me sketch.." he tapped on his book.
"So tell me what has been going on Miss. Cucumber. I mean you know you can tell me anything right?" He one armed hugged her and then went back to sketching a bit.

Oh, good. She could join him.
Making her way over to Kace, Lux smiled as he one-arm hugged her before getting back to his sketch. She was glad he wasn't expecting Emmy because she couldn't deal with the awkwardness even though she realized that she still missed her old friend. It was better for everyone if she wasn't around Emmy.
"Oh, just the usual," she answered while being purposefully vague. Hehe. What she was really wondering about was what Kace was drawing. Curiously she watched him work.
Albeit she didn't quite feel like smiling right then, it was as if she had no control over it at all, as Chance grinned at her. Her own lips tugged upward, if only slightly, into a small smile which grew just a tiny bit at his greeting. Hayls. Shifting Tulip once more as the crup wiggled a bit, Hayley gave Chance a rather funny look. "Why wouldn't I want to talk to you?" It was a genuine question, mostly out of curiosity though she could just as easily guessed. And probably been right, too. "If I didn't, I wouldn't be here." She added, reassuringly.
Even if she hadn't meant to happen upon him, nor had she been looking for company to begin with - but now that she was standing just inside the door of his compartment, scooting over to make room for her, company didn't seem like such a bad idea anymore. At least, not within Chance.
Just about to take the Gryffindor up on his offer, Hayley was interrupted by an all too familiar voice addressing her - Digs. Merlin. Grey-blue eyes flickered from Chance to Benzi, casting a sideways look at the boy. "Hey Benz.."Oh? What was the oh for? .. Hayley raised an eyebrow, offering a rather questioning look as Benzi excused himself just as suddenly as he had came to begin with. ... Really? "Okay."
Back to nibbling on her lower lip as she watched him disappear into a compartment, only to be followed in by a Gryffindor girl Hayley was most certainly familiar with, the Ravenclaw found herself rolling her eyes as she released an almost inaudible sigh, gaze returning to meet Chance's. "Are you sure you don't mind if I join you?"

Benzi looked down at his book. "It's really good actually, I like reading about how his mind works," he said, and bounced the book on his knee. His mother had given it to him some time ago, telling him to give the classics a try for once. He'd figured he could really get into it on the butt long train ride to Hogwarts, but eating gummy worms with Puck the pretty pixie was definitely better.
"You... what?" he blinked, staring at her as he tried to figure out if that was some sort of metaphor for something. ... It wasn't, and he was very confused until she elaborated. Actually, nope, he was still confused. "An imposter Puck? Like, two of you?" the thought of two Pucks temporarily had him smirking but he quickly schooled his features into a harmless judgmental frown. "Polyjuiced? That's really weird. Do you know anyone who desperately wants to be you?" Because that really was a very desperate move to pull, even for a girl.
And he was almost positive it was a girl. Why would a guy want to polyjuice himself into a girl? Would be bizarre.

Okay, maybe he should stop calling noona or hyung since he's not in Seoul anymore. Buuuut... kinda weird if he didn't since he was taught to respect the people who is older than him, even they're just one year above him. Kinda rude not referent them as senior, right? Right. "Oh, glad to hear that. I still need to.. speak fluently." The Korean guy said. Some people didn't really understand his English very well because it still mixed up with the accent and Korean pronounce. Maybe because she wasn't a British too. "Oh, very nice to meet you. Zhenya noona..." He did pronounce her name correctly, right?
Seoul? Every time he wanted to tell people about his home, Jackson always felt a bit homesick. "It's pretty." He nodded. Maybe it sounded a little bit biased but... IT'S VERY PRETTY, OKAY? "You can enjoy the cruise to enjoy the Han river or shopping. But outside the city, there's also a pretty island named Jeju and it's very famous because it's the place for the most popular Korean drama." He often heard about that. If Winter Sonata didn't take a place in Jeju, maybe that island wouldn't be that famous.
Then Zhenya introduced another guy, Adi. "It's hyung by the way." he said and slightly chuckled. "Never mind, Korean is difficult for the.. foreigners. It's so nice to meet you, Adi hyung," So much F and he still needed to work to pronounce his F letter perfectly. Did he really mean that his English was good enough or just to make him feel better? Just take it as compliment, okay? "Oh, thank you. But I still need to... make it fluent." He nodded. "And I really hope that I can enjoy Hogwarts." Because until now, he still hoped that right now he still went to Kirin instead of being on a train to Hogwarts.
"So what do you say to greet those younger than you?"
The Korean guy thought for a while, then he shook his head. "I don't think there's a... specific call... People in Korea really... respect the people who is older. So the calling is to show that we respect the seniors. Also, there's a... different calling that the girls use." He explained. "The girls usually called the guy senior as Oppa and girl senior as Unnie. I don't know why it has to be.. different." He shrugged. But Oppa and Unnie sounded cuter so kinda weird if the guys use that.

He just didn't know how to feel? Should be be SAD because he was probably going to miss Jade's first word and he wouldn't be able to hug his mum ever day? Or should he be HAPPY because now he could see Maddie and Dima and Dot whenever he wanted?
It was weird.
Taking a deep breath he peaked into all the compartments until he found an empty one. YEAH. His friends would come to HIM and then they would play games and- swinging open the door of the empty compartment, Kyroh blinked because....well....it wasn't empty at all.
"Oh....sorry...Hullo!!"
After settling into the compartment, Grace kicked her shoes off. Wouldn't be needing them for a few hours, and it was always more comfy without shoes on. She hummed to herself, settling her back against the side of the train, and stretching out over three of the seats in the compartment. It was much more comfy like this. Well she was until someone came into the apartment. Oh. He was pretty. "Hi..." She mused with a smile. Was he going to join her? Because he was very welcome.

Well, perhaps having never been there, he doesn't know the magnificent castle that is Hogwarts. She just smiled and said "I'm certain you will enjoy it. It's magnificent, it truly is." She was sure everyone would agree, right? Right.
Zhenya listened to Jackson explaining the terms they used in Korea. But she wasn't all that surprised there wasn't anything for the younger people, it was like that wasn't it? Traditionally, one must respect their elders. Oppa and Unnie.

Puck watched as he described the book and grinned. “Honestly, I love older books” she grinned, “not that people know that they probably think I’m some vapid designer girl” she sighed and leaned her head on her friend’s shoulder. “I actually brought the book The Mists of Avalon for the train ride…I mean, it’s just interesting to see the muggle view on Merlin because nine times out of ten they were way off” she shrugged and grinned over to him.
When she spotted the look on his face she just laughed. “Yeah two of me,” she laughed and shook her head, she couldn’t help but raise her eyebrow at him when she saw the smirk playing on his lips. “Oh I don’t know if they want to be me – I feel like I know who it was,” she grinned and shook her head.
“And I’m sure he was just trying to see how I’d react in a weird situation…if I’d take it or defend myself…I threatened to burn his collection of hair” she nodded. “I have a feeling it was Cutty Mordaunt” she shrugged her shoulder and laughed. “I’m so going to get him for this though,” she muttered and grinned. Yep, her mind was working on a way to mess with him in return.

Chance noticed that Hayley wasn't her usual bubbly self. Chance studied her a moment before a voice interrupted them. Chance looked at the boy who seemed to be about their age walk in. He didn't seem thrilled to see chance and chance cocked an eyebrow at him. The boy left, however, before Chance had gotten a chance to introduce himself.
Chance looked back at Hayley with his brows raised. "Did I do something?" He asked tilting his head at her before answering her lingering question about why wouldn't she want to talk to him. "And the answer to that question is because we kinda ended on somewhat bad terms last year." Chance bit his lip, unsure if they were still at that bad stage.
Chance motioned beside him again and mimicked what she said, "if I didn't want you here, I wouldn't have invited you to sit." He grinned up at her. He tucked his wand into its holster and waited for her to sit. "You uh, seem to have something bothering you. Everything alright?" He asked.

"I don't know you're name but you punched a wall last year, yeah?" And he had given her hugs! After her boyfriend had broken up with her. But he wasn't about to bring that up because what if he just made her sad? Nope. He wasn't going to do it.
Oh? He wasn't in Slytherin. "That's a shame for you then...." Grace mused, grinning a little. It was a shame because he didn't get to be in a house with her. And that was just tragic. "What house are you in then?" Obviously wasn't as cool as her house, but it was okay. All the houses were okay. But only Slytherin was awesome. Because it had Grace in it. And everything with a Grace in was a awesome thing.
"Uh.... yeah I did...." She mused, frowning a little. "That hurt..." She'd had a bruised hand for a while after that. But he didn't know her name? Better change that. "But... I'm Grace. Grace Paton"
