The walk down the first floor corridor is quieter than what one might be accustomed to when heading towards History of Magic class as there is no music to greet you today. But once you arrive at the classroom door you are greeted with the large sign that hangs outside - one that a returning student probably was already expecting.

Make an Entrance
Respectfully
Just inside the classroom is a long table covered with a cloth. It is apparent that there are several.. somethings under that cloth, but just what they are is not easily discernible. You'll probably find out soon enough. Professor Glendower is waiting at her podium for students to arrive, a cheerful welcoming smile on her face.
Norah's face fell when Professor Glendower announced the end of class, setting her quill down halfway through a swirly border on one of the pages. Did time pass faster when they were coloring or WHAT? Her face brightened immediately, though, when Glendower answered the very question she'd been meaning to ask. And it was the right answer, too, which made it all even better. They could come and color whenever they wanted! Man, that was awesome. She'd have to plan out some more pages and everything.
The fourth year scooped up her rainbow of pencils and the golden ink before walking slowly back to the table to return them. She couldn't just drop it all, that'd be a disaster. Once her bag was packed, she walked past Professor Glendower with an excited spring in her step and gave the woman a little wave. "Thanks for the cool lesson, Professor!" Cool was an UNDERSTATEMENT, but watcha gonna do. She couldn't just start shouting about the coolness 'cause apparently that wasn't polite. Lame.

As cool as making the books were, AJ knew there was going to be lots of writing involved. Glendower was a trickster, she was. Let them get all flaily about dancing unicorns and then say that they needed to write about their lives. Nice move, professor. Nice move. That sounded like an awful lot of work. Her hand started to cramp at the though. Could she bride some underclassmen to do her work for her? AJ had very convincing ways about her.
Picking up her supplies, she headed up to the front to put them away. She noticed Adi up there and was just about to turn around when she heard what he said to Benny. Say what? "What's going on? What's with the hostility, my little hufflepuff?" AJ was trying to joke about it because did puffs even get mad? Adi was always happy. This was a first for him. It had to be a joke... only Adi was gone. AJ frowned, and turned her attention back to Benny. "Everything okay?" Dumb question, Valentine. It was so obvious that it wasn't.
Debating on whether or not to drag Benny out the door to find Adi and fix this right now, she bit her lip in concentration. What a weird spot to be in. Her main focus was Adi, but Ben was one of her best friends too. Boys and their drama. Wasn't this a chick thing?
Angel was just finishing off everything and was just putting her stuff away when suddenly everything kicked off between Adi and Benny, boy was this going to be interesting... she really had no idea what to do and seriously what had gotten into them both, they were both acting like spoilt children, seriously she wanted to know what this was about and she was going to get to the bottom of this or her name wasn't Angel Valentine... she watched as Adi went out and then saw what Benny had done.
"Need a hand Ben?" Angel asked, to afraid to use his nickname in case he decided to snap at her and before he could say or argue she was on her knees picking a few of the things he had dropped up.

Ben hadn't even registered others still in the classroom, even AJ, until she spoke up besides the table as well having clearly witnessed what had just transpired. She questioned her boyfriend but Adi seemed to ignore her. And then her attention was turned to him and the older Gryffindor didn't know what to say.
Everything okay?
How could everything be okay when your best friend just told you you weren't his best friend anymore? Forget that he tried to blame him for it....that would only serve to dig the wound deeper. "Everything's peachy...." he mused lowering his head as he wanted to hide the emotions that he was sure were playing out over his face.
Angel was there next and while she didn't directly respond to the situation that had just happened between him and Adi, she seemed wanting to help. With the mess anyway...the mess he hadn't even registered he had made yet. Ben didn't answer her at first, starring instead at his ink stained hands. "You don't need to..." he assured her as he moved to squat down himself to clean up the mess.
The last thing he needed to do was get a professor mad at him too.

Oh man, Zhenya was just about ready to do the next step when Professor Glandower informed them that the lesson was over. That was all. She wanted to draw more, or start writing, but for now she had to pack up. Zhenya capped the ink and took it back to the front with the coloured pencils and put them neatly in their place. She was glad to know that the supplies would still be available for use if they wanted to use them, because once she got to writing her history she was sure she'd like to draw some more pictures.
Zhenya carefully put her new book into her bag, along with her other supplies she had brought to class, and slung her bag on her shoulder. "Bye Professor Glendower, that was a great lesson, I can't wait to use my book," she said happily.

Henric was never a good artist so he made incredibly horrendous interpretation of how a Swedish Short snout dragon would look like in his cover page. Ehh...good enough, he would paint it later with silver once he was done attaching all the pages together with a spell,Adhero.
After administrating all that needed to be done, he painted his dragon and breathe life into it.WoOoo. He was going to love this Animate spell. He already thinking up ways to make his book special. Wait..they were going to make a history of their lives? Henric wasn't sure if he was going to like this. He wouldn't want anyone to know about his secretive past.Hmm...should he make it up? It was a long term project so he would have time to think it over again. He got up and packed his things. Henric nodded to Adi"Yeah sure...just let me pack up all of these first,"he said. And when he was done, he followed Adi out but stopped himself when he saw what happened between Benny and Adi. Oh merlin...he rushed to Benny. "Hey are you okay?"Henric asked, concerned for his good friend. He had no idea why Adi just did that. it was really not nice of Adi, he really should intervene and stop whatever their row was about, it was getting out of hand.
Standing up, Marsha picked up all of the inks and supplies that she had been using and moved over to the table beside Professor Glendower. ”Professor, I’m nowhere near finished illustrating, would it be okay to come down every so often and do a few more pages?” She didn’t like leaving a project half done.
Smiling, Nessa watched as Marsha brought up her supplies to put away before leaving. "Oh of course you can! That room is always open, come whenever and how ever often you like." There were plenty of art supplies in there and she would always encourage creativity.

After saluting Glendower with his free hand, Toby left the classroom, blissfully oblivious to, uh... any angst in the room.
Nessa returned Toby's smile as he put his things away, intent on leaving the classroom. "Bye Toby," she said pleasantly, returning his salute. "You are welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed it." It was a different pace than many of her lessons, but he did seem to have a rather good time drawing in his book. It was nice to see all different aspects of creativity from her students.

She really seemed to be into creating visual arts. "I hope you'll make use of the Wizarding Suite next door as much as you want." All sorts of arts and crafts supplies there.

SPOILER!!: Adi and Benny, mentions of AJ, Angel, and Henric too

The duo could walk back to the Common room together if the other boy had no other thing to do.
With his bag on his left shoulder and the artsy stuff in his arms, he stalked over to the table, not realising Benny was there. "Awesome lesson, Professor, though I do miss the dress up part of the lesson.'' Down the Hufflepuff set all of the borrowed things, Benny's movement catching his eyes. He gripped the container with the gold ink he had used, anger creeping over him again. "You're NOT my best friend anymore since that's the way you seem to want it,'' he managed to say in a firm voice.
Adi plonked down the ink container before heading for the door. Was Henric coming, anyway? If he was, he could catch up with the sixth year.

"Wha---" he made out, unconsciously dropping the items in his grasp on the table. The inks spilling onto the parchments. "You were the one wh--" Ben said, trying to speak, but Adi was already turned away from him and heading quickly out the door. The boy calling for Henric to follow him out of the room.
His legs grew wobbly and only him putting his hands on the table, getting his palms covered in the spilled in kept him up as everything seemed to freeze. Why did it feel like time had stopped and everything had gone wrong....so very wrong.

As more students began taking their supplies back to the table and started to file out of the room, Nessa smiled brightly at them all, bidding them farewell as they left. Adi was next to leave and the bright smile remained on her face even if he had laid the shocking revelation that he thought history dull mere moments before. "I'm glad you like the dressing up that we often do, but we don't want things to get too predictable.. changing things up keeps it fun!" Or.. at least she thought so. "That may make a reappearance later in term though," she added with a wink.
And what she heard next caused her to frown. She had thought she noticed some sort of tension surrounding the two boys, but the words spoken by the prefect were awfully unkind and it rather stunned her for a moment, not expecting anything like that to be uttered by the boy to his friend. Before she had time to react, some of the other students on their way out either heard the comment or could see the distress it caused Benjamin. Or noticed the inky mess caused. Oh dear.
While she was glad that Benjamin had some friends that were quick to make sure he was alright, she felt a responsibility to intervene. "Prefect Rehman, please come back here," she called to the boy who was on his way out of the room. Turning to Benjamin, she gave him a warm smile. "Why don't we get you cleaned up... I'd like you and Adi help me put the supplies away. Then we can stop in my office for some tea and cookies." Though it may have sounded like a request, it wasn't, but she thought showing some kindness and understanding would go a long way in getting things resolved. "Thank you ladies and Henric for your help," she remained smiling as she spoke to them. She very much appreciated their thoughtfulness but she'd take it from there.

Oh dear gosh. There was NO WAY Adi could disrespect a Professor by ignoring them... although he could always say he hadn't heard the woman. Nonono. That would be lying... sort of? Contrary to what Benny may think, the Puffer wasn't one. He reluctantly shuffled back into the class.
"Professor?'' he asked, really wanting to get out of the classroom. He hadn't heard what she said about wanting help. He just stood there toying with the MU badge and occasionally his prefect one. Ben winched with his shoulders, hearing Henric ask after him. "I'm fine..." he said, a bit more stern then he would have normally used. But then it was the friend-stealer...the one he surely didn't want to deal with right now. Besides, what did he care. He won...he got Adi out of the deal.
And then there was Professor Glendower coming into the situation. Ben sighed softly as she called Adi back, sure to use his title. He in turn got to his feet bracing himself for whatever it was that was coming. The smile, cleaning up with his ex-best friend and tea and cookies in her office certainly wasn't what he expected. No...his first order to the dungeons seemed more likely in all honesty.
Or wait...it was with Adi.
Punishment enough.
And he still registered it as an order, something Adi seemed to do as well as he returned. "Yes Professor." Ben couldn't look at him...or Henric...yet he wished the girls were allowed to stay. If only to temper the negativity. But alas the other three were excused and the sixth year could only stand there, awaiting what came next.
Henric was a little taken aback by Benny's tone towards him, it caught him off guard for a moment. Why did everyone he was close to getting mad or ignoring him? What did he do wrong? He was only trying to help Benny...he didn't mean to upset him further. But all Henric could do was to bit back his tongue, and stood back a little. He turned around to hear the professor finally intervened, she was going to repimand Adi and Benny? Were they going to get punished together? He hoped Professor Glendower could fix whatever broken relationship they had...he really did. He nodded solemnly back at the professor while staring at the mess on the floor. He heard AdI's voice and looked back up again. He still did not approve of what he did... Adi was acting the same way he was bullied in the past and he didn't want that sort of thing repeated all over again right in front of his eyes. He furrowed his brows and decided it was best to leave everything to the teacher in charge. But as soon as Adi came back to the commonroom, he would want to have a serious chat with him. Giving them a last look and a nod to the professor, he walked out of the classroom.

Nessa began picking up some of the knocked over supplies and cast Tergeo over the spilled ink. Something was certainly going on with these two boys, but first things first. They'd help her put her things away and then they'd all have a nice little chat to get to the bottom of it, hopefully resolve their issues with each other, and be well on their way to being great friends again.
Still smiling, she looked up at Adi as he came back over. She really had no doubts that he would. Nessa knew he was a responsible and respectful boy, there was just something else going on. But as it appeared that he did not hear her instructions to Benjamin as he was near the door, she felt the need to repeat herself for his benefit. "As I told Benjamin, I'd like the two of you to help me put these supplies away." Even if she hadn't felt a need to help them resolve things, she could still use a hand as there was a lot to return. "Then once we are done with that, I'd like the two of you to spend a little time in my office. We can talk a little bit over tea and cookies."
Her firm but friendly smile remained on her face to let Adi know just as she did Benjamin that this was not just a request. "Good.." she said, still smiling, and nodded to the Griffindor as he expressed his compliance, before giving Henric a smile as well as he turned to leave. "Have a nice rest of your day, Henric." Then she turned to the two boys remaining as she loaded up her arms with stacks of leftover parchment. "If you could take what you can, we'll go next door to put everything away." And she knew that they'd remain civil to each other as she would stay in close proximity. She headed for the door, expect them to pick up supplies and do the same.

Yeah, that was a sarcastic "just peachy". Well, she didn't have to worry about going after Adi because the professor was calling him back. Henric, Angel and herself were all being dismissed at this point. As much as AJ wanted to stay this wasn't really her place. Maybe Glendower would be able to get the boys to see reason.
"Yes ma'am. Thanks for the awesome lesson." AJ clapped Benny on the shoulder and tried to send him a mental message saying that everything was going to be all right.
As Adi made his way back into the room, she gave him a hard look. "He's your best friend..." So remember that. What could have happened that was so bad that he would throw all that away? She would find out soon enough.
Without another word she waltzed out of the classroom.
Toothless - Napoleon of Crime - Gryffinclaw - Owl Emissary - Pirate Auror - DoctorDonna
He wasn't paying any attention to Henric, not even noticing the younger boy's reaction to his own tone. The Hufflepuff was of no care to him since Ben was sure that he wanted to blame everything that was happening right now on him. Best Friend Stealer. That would be his nickname...not Henny. Un-loyal Badger....just like Adi--no...Aditya. That was for sure.
Instead Ben followed Professor Glendower's lead to start to clean up. "Scourgify," he cast on his hands to clean them up a bit while the woman removed the spilled ink from where it had fallen. With his skin no longer in danger of making any more of a mess than he already had, the Gryffindor began silently gathering various items up while the situation was explained to the other boy in the room.
The boy who shall not be named.
Feeling a hand on his shoulder, he froze in place. He turned to spot AJ and tried to decipher the look she was giving. It was the look that was aimed as Adi, plus the words that said more however.
Was the younger lion sticking up for him with her boyfriend?
He pushed the thought aside knowing he didn't want the girls in the middle of his fighting with Adi. A brief glance was sent to Angel before he moved on. The sixth year switched gears, moving to follow Professor Glendower so he could return what he held to wherever it belonged.
~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.
Adi said nothing in return to AJ's remark. Yeah, he KNEW that but when he had tried explaining that to Benny earlier, the Gryffindor had chosen to ignore it and be all jealousy. He instead now focused his attention on Glendower and her friendly smile. "Sure, Professor.'' He could do that and at the same time pretend Benny was not around. Mhmmm. Oh! Cookies! Yes! Adi would like cookies. Though he had a feeling what sitting in her office would entail, no one could ever keep him away from the treats.
And grabbed as many of the things as his hands would allow him to before following Glendower and a certain Gryffindor out of the room. Adi was careful to remain at a fair distance away from said Lion lest the urge to dump all the supplies on him took over especially since he had calmed himself down before re-entering the room. He would just think of those cookies now. Yup.
