Henric nodded and grinned,"Good good, yeah...wow OWLs,not something I would look forward to...but hope for the best in your studying mate, rooting for ya...yeah...I know right, I saw your group performance in ruins, it was really great,"he commented, remembering his role as Loki.However, he did notice the exchange between Leah and Jackson after their act. He had shrugged that off though, simply believing that they were nothing more than friends.Well...he hoped...there wasn't anything...no...definitely not.No way...why would he be thinking this? Henric helped himself by scooping up more scramble eggs and put it on his plate. He was chewing a mouthful of the scramble eggs but was startled by Jackson's question about Leah's whereabouts. Thankfully, he didn't choked on his eggs.That would be embarrassing...

He coughed and drank some water before speaking,"Leah? Uhh..noo...I hadn't seen her..you're looking for her?"he asked him.Wait...was that the reason why he was glancing over at the Hufflepuff table so much? When did they get so close to each other?

Henric had yet to talk to her, it was as if she was avoiding him for the past week. He did spotted her though, but whenever their eyes met, she was there one second and gone the next.It was hard to even catch her after class too. Should he left her a note like last time? But he doubt she would come meet him.He wondered why Jackson had been asking about her, Henric wasn't a ghost right...he wasn't invisible. He should pinch himself...just in case...okay..oww.Yeah...he was there alright.

Good luck. Yeah, it's a nice gesture to tell him good luck because apparently Henric didn't know what to do. Helping him study? He hasn't face the OWLs yet so... Yeah, just a good luck. The Korean guy just smiled at the Puff boy. "Thank you." Then he went back to his pancake. Great performances at Ancient runes class? He just smiled sheepishly because Ethan really nailed it and so did Leah while he... Well, he wasn't that bad according to others too. "You too were great." He said.

Why, why did Henric cough when he mention Leah? Leah is his friend and secretly he had feelings toward her and he asked because he cared about her. He hadn't seen her too? Oh... "I just... wondered if she already got breakfast or not. Lately she often came right before the class had started. It seemed like she is so stressed with OWLs and often stayed up late for studying." Jackson was stressed out with incoming OWLs too but he's not that type of person who study all night long and resulted in short time of sleep because lack of sleep is bad. As bad as skipping breakfast.

Maybe he should pack a breakfast box to Leah. Finishing with his breakfast, he grabbed a slice of English muffin, then put the bacon, scrambled eggs, more bacon, cheese and muffin again. Breakfast sandwich made by Chef Hwang, hehehe. Putting on the sandwich in his lunchbox, he also grabbed a banana and then put some warm milk to his tumbler. Jackson prepared this for her because he cares, okay? She's about to face an exam and she couldn't be sick because of skipping meals.

"Narhh...you guys are better but thanks man,"Henric grinned back at the Korean Gryffin boy. He wanted to see more of their performance still, especially Leah's part. He wanted to congratulate them for their performance at the end but everyone was rushing to their next class as soon as Professor Botros released them so he didn't manage to.

Henric listened to him talked about Leah and couldn't help feel a little envious towards Jackson. It felt like everyone else knew about what was happening with Leah lately except for him. Of course, O.W.L could take a toll on everyone and he understood the pressures it could bring but he still felt a little left-out. She was her friend too right...why didn't she confide with him too? He could make her smile and forget about studying for a moment if it helped make her feel better. Henric could only reply Jackson with a,"Ohh....I'm sorry to hear that...I understand..." He glanced down silently and picked the eggs with his fork.

Yay! Zeke was on his feet and they could get going! Giving another small bounce or two on the balls of her feet she grinned at him. He seemed pleased about where they'd be going. She was too since it was quiet and if she happened to mess up big time no one would see it.

Hady easily kept up with him as they left the Great Hall together. "Um yeah mostly now...I do remember some ballet and a bit of tap and jazz from when I was really small but it's not really my style anymore." As she got older her taste in dance changed a bit as she grew more daring. She did know more fancy dancing as well like ballroom dancing and stuff but yeah that wasn't her thing either.

He just smiled when Henric really complimented their performance. He did miss being on-stage and at ancient runes class, he had a chance to perform again after he left Kirin and it was great. Glad that many people loved his performance. He really hoped that there's other lessons like ancient runes, make them perform drama or anything like that.

"Yeah, fifth year was rough. I bet she's really busy with OWLs so you rarely see her around." The Korean boy gave an opinion. "You're gonna experience that next year so... Beware." He smirked. OWLs really make the fifth year students crazy and stressful. Not to mention that the homework that some Professors gave to them. He thought that they shouldn't give a bunch of homework for fifth year and seventh year students because they were too busy preparing themselves for those exams. "You know what? Maybe we should hang out together sometime. You, me, Leah, and... your Slytherin girl friend... What's her name?" Jackson often saw them together in class and sometimes outside the class too.

The lunchbox? Oh.. "It's uh.. not for me. I made this for Leah, in case if she forgot to have breakfast again but... If she doesn't want it, that's fine. I don't mind eating them for lunch." He grinned sheepishly. But the Korean guy really hoped that his Hufflepuff girl friend wouldn't refuse this because he cared to her, very much.

Ian found dinosaur bones? That sounded really awesome!! "Do you know what kind of dinosaur it was from? Like were their GIANT teeth?" Because Lux knew that there had been plant eating dinosaurs and meat eating dinosaurs - just like with animals today!

Exploring was loads of fun, and she supposed exploring with him might not be a bad thing if he was good at it...They could both be professional explorers together, and if he tried something she could kick him where it hurts. "Yeah, if you wanna!" After food of course. Food was important.

Henric sighed,"Yeah I know mate...I am not looking forward for my O.W.L's, but I'm trying...from now on, I'm going to study smartly and finish up all my homework in time so I have ample time to revise for my other subjects..."Henric told him. If he wanted to become a dragonologist/explorer, he needed to start early too.And not to forget, abolishing his procrastination habits and distractions he might be prone to.

Henric's eyes widened at the mention of wanting them to hang out together when clearly it wasn't the right time considering his current situation with Leah.If Henric only knew what was going on with her at first, he would already ask them out to Hogsmeade..and wait...did Jackson thought llia was his girlfriend?
"You mean llia? No no...she isn't my girlfriend, what makes you think that she and I...what..no...that's ridiculous,"Henric shook his head, a little amused. He was pretty sure llia would think it be funny too if someone else thought they were more than friends,right? Honestly, he was a little conflicted himself, lately llia was acting strangely towards him too. Sometimes he wished he had some inkling of understanding what in girl's mind so he wouldn't have to figure them out too much.Hmm...

Back to the topic of why Jackson was packing extra, Henric couldn't help frown a little at his friend,"Oh..is that for Leah?"he repeated, trying to understand why would Jackson go an extra mile and pack her a lunchbox unless he was...pfft...noway..it couldn't be, Jackson just transferred here,maybe he was just being a caring friend to Leah, that's all...maybe it was in his culture...maybe...Okay,stop Henric...you're overthinking again.

"I mean...that is 'awfully' kind of you to bring it to her..."Henric told him, picking on his eggs again and pretended it did not affect him in any way..none whatsoever....wrong.Did anyone else notice the hint of jealousy in his tone?

Zander nodded, but really... Excellent readings or not, he wasn't exactly sure how he felt about this gas divination stuff. It was kind of too strange to believe, you know? And most of divination was generally strange to begin with so this is saying something. Speaking of strange... AJ was probably the strangest of them all. And though she tried to convince him that she was completely normal, the eye twitch gave it away. Yeah, he noticed that one. Yeah... Sure AJ, whatever you say..."

OH SWEET MERLIN, please DON'T fart!!

There is a time and a place and right here and right now wasn't either one so PLEASE NO!!! The Gryffindor wasted no time setting down his food and getting up on his feet. Quickly, he pulled out the stephoscope from class and held it to her stomach. Listening. Praying for no farts. A little bit of both. "UH I here gurgling???" THAT MEANT SOMETHING. Right!?! "They're close together, I think?" Zander was speaking very quickly at this point, too by the way!

"That means you might be worried about something," LIKE MAYBE LETTING ONE RIP!!! K BYE. Zander was ducking under the table now. Taking shelter before the storm. Ahem. But he did peak his head out incase, "You can do mine now by the way." never mind that he was under a table. Ahem.

Ian shook his head. “Nope. It was a… verteabrerea bone?” - the boy mean vertebrae, of course, but Ian had never been good with vocabulary - “But I think it must’ve been from a big dinosaur ‘cause that sh—thing was huge.”

The Gryffindor took another bite from his toast, then dumped it on the plate and finished the last of his pumpkin juice. Did he want to go exploring with Mermaid Chick? “…Sure. But if I find some amazing secret treasure, I’m taking it for myself.” Psh, Ian didn’t believe in ‘sharing is caring’. That was for babies.

How much did it suck to be missing out on fashion week? A lot. As a model, Bianca wanted to be able to walk in a show and make connections. As an average teenage girl, she really just wanted to fangirl over models and see all the clothes and feel the rush of just being in the same room of such great people. But her ever so unreasonable mother had said no to all of it. Which was incredibly rude of her to do so.

Sighing, she pushed all of that to the back of her mind because Ruby had the best idea ever - to have a fashion show at school. Which was precisely why she was here in the Great Hall. To discuss this with the brilliant girl and some designers.

Bianca looked around the place before taking a seat the Gryffindor table. Since she was the first one there, she got to decide where they would all be sitting. She set down a notebook on the table and waited for the rest of the group to come and discuss Hogwarts first ever fashion show.

He remembered! Brownie points for him, right? Right?

Zeke couldn't say he really knew much about hip hop, or ballet, or jazz or whatever, and he couldn't really say that he had a liking for one style over another, he just kinda... didn't dance at all. So this was bound to be a growing experience for him. He hoped though, that for the most part, he would only be watching... there was no need to traumatise his friend with his lack of coordination.

"Cool," he nodded as he continued to walk, exiting the great hall.

You know what sucked? Being invited to walk in Wizarding Fashion Week and not being allowed to go? That's what sucked. She'd been moping about it mostly, and then after talking to Bianca, suddenly had the idea of having their OWN fashion show right here at Hogwarts. Why not? That would be SUPER exclusive and everything, right?

As arranged, she'd told Dot, and then headed to the Great Hall. Gryffindor table? That made sense given three of the five girls who were about to discuss this whole thing were actually Gryffindors. She made her entrance with an appropriate hair flip, and sashayed her way over to the lion table.

"Hey!" Chirpy greeting from Ruby as she sat down. Hopefully the other girls would arrive soon. "I'm SO excited!"

Sweet baby unicorns! The old taco was a bead idea. Mission abort. Mission abort. Only it was too late because the damage was done. She was trying her best to hold everything in because Zander was looking as if he would pass out at any moment. He definitely wasn't taking this assignment as lightly as Zeke had. Weren't all boys in love with farts? Obviously not. Well then...

Butt cheeks clenched mainly because she wasn't sure if it was just farts, and people were trying to eat around her. Respect was a thing that she possessed most of the time. Zander really needed to hurry up. "Yeah, uh huh," was all she could mutter as he was going over her reading. She couldn't think about anything other than not releasing the beast. Yeah, you could say she was worried about something all right.

Was it just her or was it really hot in here? She closed her eyes for a moment and tried to breathe through it. The cramp seemed to be lowering itself on down her belly. Please no. Please no. Now, normally AJ was not the type of girl that would hold anything back, but she knew this was going to be bad, and she was laying on the lion table for crying out loud. After a few minutes of pure silence, and most likely tons of judgement from Zander, AJ rose of the table. "I think the worst is over."

"Why are you down there?" she asked as soon as she realized he was under the table. Definitely not one to judge, AJ sort of flopped/rolled on to the bench while clenching, just in case, and hung her down to meet Zander's face. "Sonorus!" Yeah, she was going to go the spell route because leaning over and reaching wasn't a good thing in her current predicament. Lions did know their limits for the most part.

Dang, Zander's belly was making lots of noises. Was hers that bad? She honestly couldn't remember because she was in a dark place when that happened. The loud noises were pretty close together too. "Are you sure you don't have to fart?" because AJ would be okay with that. In fact it would probably make her feel more comfortable given everything that had just happened between them. No? Okay.

Then one really long and loud noise happened. Was that it? Could she do the diving part now? Reaching oh so carefully into her bag, she pulled out her notes. "It looks to me like something is causing you high stress, and a difficult challenge will be coming your way." Or was it already here? When it came to the tons of noises... "You are very stressed and bad things may come." Sort of worried about her friend, she gave him a pained look. "Is everything all right?" Not that she really took stock into Divination. It was more for farts and giggles.

It's not that Zander wasn't a fan of farts... 'Cause you gotta go when you gotta go. But they were just eating. And Zander was still hungry. And there's nothing like a smelly fart that could go and ruin an appetite. Zander would know. He grew up with two older brothers. So taking shelter seemed like the only appropriate approach to this matter. And he'd just have to hope that Professor Morgan wouldn't focus on this particular branch of divination during the next lesson. Because to be honest, he wasn't quite sure how much more of it he'd be willing to take.

"Thank Merlin," what? It was true. A very good thing that the worst was over. 'Cause AJ looked like she was going to explode. Like a ticking time bomb or something. Just waiting and waiting. He even had his nose plugged and everything just incase, but now he could finally poke his head back up and sit normally again. Ahem. As he rose, he looked over at AJ. "Erm, sorry. Was just taking precautions." He didn't want to get a face full of fart, okay? Could she really blame him?

And then it was his turn to be listened to, well his stomach's turn. And man, he forgot how weird this was. Having someone else hear your tummy. It was strange. Like this entire assignment. Gassiometry or whatever it was, was the absolute worst. Even worse than the crying-scrying stuff. "Uh, yeah I'm pretty sure?" HOPING. Farting in public wasn't a huge deal or anything. But in front of girls? No way. And AJ was a girl... Sort of.

Her explanation sort of did make sense. Maybe this divination thing wasn't as inaccurate as he thought? Maybe. Or maybe his stomach noises just so happened to be relevant by chance. "Maybe I'm just stressed about this homework stuff?" Actually, he was just stressed about the fact that there might be farting happening any moment now to ruin his appetite. But the homework thing sounded better. "And uh, about that.... We're done now, right?" You know, incase AJ wanted to run to the bathroom or something.

Dot was SO excited to be invited to do anything at all with Ruby and her friends, and to do something that had to do with fashion and designing... she kept pinching herself all the way down to the Great Hall. Just in case she was dreaming or something.

And then she was there, and she hadn't woken up yet, so Dot decided it was for real.

Even if she had to sit at the Gryffindor table. "Hi. Hi, Ruby. Hi, Ruby's friend." Now, then, baby Snake, shut up and look pleasant until someone speaks to you. Dot sat on her hands and bit her lip and tried very hard to convince herself to just stay shut up.

Lux stared at Ian in confusion for a moment before realizing that he had probably meant to say vertebrae. "Whoa, I would love to see it some time." She had only seen dinosaur bones at the museum, never up close and personal. It would be so cool to touch one and know that it came from a creature that lived MILLIONS of years ago.

Welp. Looked like they were in for some exploring. Of course he would keep the treasure for himself; she didn't expect anything different from him because he clearly didn't know that sharing was caring. "Have you ever found treasure before?" Or just a dinosaur bone? Lux supposed in a way that could be considered treasure... Picking up some toast, she took a bite. And ooooh, there was also bacon!

Hungry? Yeah, he was kind of starved. Damien had been off practicing his free throws in the Room of Requirement and all that exercise had caused the lanky Chicago bot to work up a most serious appetite.

He could've eaten a manticore with the right seasoning and the right drink to pair it with. Damien had showered and changed and was casually dressed in a t-shirt and fitted grey sweatpants as he sat at the Gryffindor table for a late-ish lunch.. Or perhaps it was an early dinner? No matter, he was there for food.

The boy had barely settled into his seat before his hands started to move, grabbing whatever was in immediate reach (which, turned out to be baked ham, peas, sweet potato casserole and a large hunk of bread) for his consumption.

I really freaking love Hogwarts. The boy thought before diving into his plate with an uncharacteristic abandon.

Fashion week and they were stuck at school. Major bummer.So when Bianca had invited her to this thing with Ruby, Cinna was very excited, Although her mind was a bit more focused on her up coming art show over break. That seemed to take over a lot of her free time lately. So sketching designs had taken the back burner.

Except for the outfits that she made for Bianca, to cheer her up over not being at fashion week. Her friend had enjoyed them. Cinna had a great time making them so it was a win win for both of them. From the great hall she headed over to the Gryffindor table.

"Hey, Ladies." She took a seat beside of Bianca. Ruby was there already, too and Dot. Was that all? Just the four of them? She sat quietly, She was there to listen because she was pretty much clueless on how fashion week worked. Novice status. Lame.

Puck was so excited for this because hello who wouldn’t be? It was THEIR own personal fashion week…wait should they hire a photographer for the day? Maybe Noel since Bianca would obviously be walking? She wondered and made her way over to Bianca.

“Hey babe,” she grinned and sat next to Cinna. “Hey Cinna, Hi Dot!” She grinned and then turned to Ruby, still smiling of course, “Hey Ruby” she grinned over to the girls. “This is going to be SO much fun,” she beamed because of course she was having ideas already.

Designing was fun, she loved it.

“Whoa, I would love to see it some time.”
“You can’t.” Ian shook his head. And left it at that. Plain and simple - NOPE. No dinosaur bones for you, Mermaid Chick. Nopety nope, not today.
…Because the bone was in a museum back in his native Pennsylvania. But Ian wasn’t known for being terribly detailed and specific, so bits of relevant information often went… unsaid.

Ian was distractedly scrolling through his beaten gold iPhone 6+ as he waited for Lux to finish eating. When she spoke, asking about treasure, he shrugged. “Besides the bone? Not really. My sister found an old medal from the Civil War once, though,” he replied, then grinned smugly. “But my find was cooler, obviously.”

He stole a slice of bacon from her plate and munched on it.

Kace decided to go to the great hall to get a nice snack. I mean he was a growing boy and he wanted some food. Sure his mother's home cooking was good but it was nothing compared to Hogwarts food. As he made his way down to the hall, he smelled all types of smells that made his mouth watered. He licked his lips and went to sit at his table but retraced his steps. He wanted to see if he could find Emmy here. He hadn't seen her in a while. He kind of missed her. I mean sure it had only been like what a week but still that felt like a long time.

He went over to the lions table and saw she wasn't there yet. He shrugged and went over to sit there anyways I mean eventually she would show up right? He took a piece of toast and got some jam to spread it on. I mean of course he was gonna go for pancakes but he was craving toast first.

She didn't want to be back here after Christmas break. SIGH. She wanted to be hanging out with her Uncle Axel but then again while she was with him she really missed Aunt Raeanne, Uncle Cam, Cinna, Chase and Zoe so much. She had pretty much spent her whole summer in Tutshill this past summer. The sixth year missed Kace too but he's her boyfriend and that wasn't something that needed to be asked or thought about because she already knew how she felt about being away from him. Next term was going to be a really long term without Kace.

Emmylou was running a little late. Today wasn't her day at all. She couldn't find the clothes she wanted to wear today, she couldn't find her favorite cowboy boots so she was stuck wearing her riding boots. She got woken up by god knows what at 2:30AM and couldn't get back to sleep so she was stuck staring at the ceiling for hours and hours. She also had bags under her eyes from not getting any sleep. She had also tripped on her way to the moving staircase and now had bruise forming on her arm and knee. It was a good thing she was wearing a sweater and jeans. Today was a no dress wearing day for her. The sixth year had made her way to the Gryffindor table and looked around for Kace. After a second or two she finally found Kace but that wasn't so hard because she knew everyone's face's that sat at the Gryffindor table on a daily basis. Emmylou took a seat next to him. "Hey." she said managing a smile on this horrible day.

...She couldn't see the dinosaur bone? Okay, this was Ian, so Lux was not going to be offended. It was to be expected from him and quite frankly she was just relieved that he didn't act all gross around her because yeah. It was ewww.

"The Civil War? You live in the US?" Or was he referring to another civil war? There had been a lot of them over the course of history, but she knew that a lot of the time 'the Civil War' was mentioned it referred to the one in the States.

Eyeing the bacon he stole off of her plate, Lux decided to ignore it and keep eating until she was done. "Okay, you ready?"

A tall, slender boy of about 14 that nobody recalled seeing before pulls up a chair, nodding to the people near him. Looking over to the saying "Civil War" he joins in.

"You be talking about the Round Head rebellion, a few hundred years ago. The event in the U.S. is more properly known as The War Between The States."

He reaches for a bisket, err, scone.
