Girls Only!! (That includes you Misters Potter and Weasley!)
A funny inscription etched on the door with a potions knife reminds us all of the great deeds Harry Potter and his friends performed in this very bathroom during their time at Hogwarts. While this second floor bathroom is indeed still haunted by Moaning Myrtle, it is no longer nearly as shifty as it used to be in Harry Potter's time.
And hopefully, these days the toilets are only being used for.... well, toilety things, not for brewing potions.
OOC Note: All SS Board Rules and School Rules apply in this bathroom. Violators may be punished both OOC and IC should they break any of those rules.

She had PUDDING in her hair. That was a fact. What wasn't a fact was that it was all Damien's fault, but she was gonna blame him anyway because he was the only one who was around her at the time that it happened. And now that boy was being dragged down the hallway by a tall, brown-skin, sleek haired girl who was determined to get said putting out and fix her hair. With his help, of course. Besides that, she wanted to keep an eye on him because his life was more depressing than a 500 page novel of Moaning Myrtle's eternal woes of life.
"In here," she said, tugging Damien into the girl's bathroom with her. She wasn't worried; not many girls used this bathroom anyway. And they'd only be in there for just a moment, just to fix her hair. Evie planted herself in front of a mirror and got out her wand. Time to de-pudding.

He was being dragged. Dragged across the castle and to a girl's loo. A place Damien Anderson-Belfort had never thought to enter. One, because it was unneeded, and to? Because it was ungentlemanly like, and Damien was a lot of things, but he was always a gentleman.
Honestly though, only Evangeline Shacklebolt would get pudding in her hair, and only she would deem it necessary to blame it on Damien and force him to help. Damien sighed. the things I do for love. He thought to himself as he was led (rather roughly) into the bathroom. "Evieeeeeeeeeeee. You could just scourgify it, you know?" He teased, his bright eyes twinkling with amusement as he watched the beautiful girl in her attempts. "You didn't need a mirror for that." He added, sitting himself cross legged on the bathroom floor, it was cold, but thankfully not wet and that was what mattered.
Resigning himself to his fate, Damien pulled out his bubble pipe, tapped it once with his wand and blew on it experimentally. He hadn't been trying for golden glittery bubbles... Weird.

"Damieeeeeeeeeeeeeeen," she mocked teasingly at his little whine. She loved him, honestly. He was one of her best friends, which was WHY she teased him and dragged him in here with her. "That would make it frizzy. Besides, I'm almost done." Her hair lay flat these days (which, consequently, made her hair look smaller), which was nice and sleek looking, but the constant worry of frizz was more present. She'd have to have her mom owl her some more hair potions.
Evangeline glanced past her reflection in the mirror and saw Damien on the floor blowing glittery bubbles. Odd, but she wouldn't question it. "You should try opening the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets," she suggested, half joking, half totally serious. All he had to do was act like he could speak parseltongue. That kid did it last year and Evie was PRETTY sure it wasn't actually real parseltongue.

Damien rolled his eyes, laughter following the gesture and showing just how amused he actually was. Evie was, as always, a shining, bubbly distraction that Damien was all to happy to indulge in. Not in a creepy way, Damien certainly didn't mean that in a creepy way, it was a wholesome, innocent thought, okay? Okay. Anyway.
It was nice to be around the lanky girl, to hang out and talk about nothing and pretend his little world wasn't absolutely falling apart. Even if it was, maybe especially because it was. ANYWAY. "The Chamber of secrets? Like that's even a thing." Damien teased. He was more than sure that the Chamber and all it's dark mystery was a myth, a legend completely fabricated. "How are yo even supposed to do it? Hiss?" Damien added, making a soft hissing noise that filled the air of the bathroom, echoing off the pearly white walls with a strange echo.
Push, this wasn't a thing, nah. No way.
And then suddenly the sinks began to shift, move and slide apart leaving only a large caping hole where once the mirrors and mortar had stood.

Damien Anderson-Belfort was speechless.
It was nice to hear Damien laugh. He had a nice laugh and she knew he probably wasn't laughing a lot lately, so it made her feel good. "It IS a thing. That kid opened it last year when we did that map-drawing thing." Evie had kind of believed it was just a joke, though, because it opened so easily and the Headmistress didn't even seem worried about the Chamber opening up.
Evie paused at the mirror when she heard the sink creak and groan and she watched it open up again, right in front of them. So, clearly, the Chamber wasn't a threat anymore. Just a myth. Or just an empty chamber with a dark history. Evie walked over to Damien with a grin on her face. "Dare you to jump in." Do iiiiiiiit.

"I don't remember that." Damien flippantly replied, waving his hand dismissively. Was that during his lack of soul? Pre-re-souled Damien? It had to be, because all the memories around that time was fuzzier than a Pgymy Puff.
...... "I jump you jump, Jack." The words were out of his mouth before his brain could even catch them and dissect and judge their stupidity. This was too much of a cool opportunity to pass up... To visit the Chamber of myth... "You know, I was almost in Slytherin." He said conversationally, as if he weren't staring into a black pit of possible doom...
He reached out his hand to Evie, and once she had taken hold.....

"GERONIMOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Into the darkness they fell.
Evie didn't press the matter. Now that she thought about it, it probably was when Damien was 'soulless' (his words, not hers), so there was no way he would remember and she didn't to, like... trigger something and take him back there. This was a HAPPY DAY, so, that was the end of that.
... Jack? It was probably one of Damien's weird song lyrics or something which she had learned to ignore because they never made sense. Evie stared down into the dark pit in which she could not see anything. Damien, almost a Slytherin? "Oh, is that right?" How interesting.
Evie took Damien's hand, suddenly a tad nervous... but mostly excited. She had nothing clever to say when they jumped, so it was just a ear-piercing squeal of terrific excitement.

Feeling a little tired but not in the mood for a nap, Lux decided to pop into the bathroom and freshen up. Since she was on the second floor, it made total sense for her to visit Moaning Myrtle's old hang out.
Opening the door, the redhead peered inside. Looked like the ghost was nowhere in sight. Shame, because it might be interesting to talk to her. Lux hadn't spoken to many ghosts over her time at Hogwarts, and she was so happy to have conquered that fear. Now if only she could be okay with heights...
Stepping further into the room, she spotted an odd sight; the Chamber of Secrets had been opened. Well, that called for one thing: an adventure! Time to get in touch with her Gryffindor side. Not like she hadn't been down there last term. She was not scared in the least.

Caleb had SEEN that boy go into the girls bathroom. He wasn't sure WHY he had wandered in there, but it a clear violation of the rules, and Caleb hadn't gotten to yell at anyone in a while. Gryffindors, thinking they were all exempt from the rules cause they were BRAVE and all. Ugh. Drove him nuts.
As he waited to see if the guy would come out of the bathroom - and watching a few other girls go in there as well - he sighed and realized if he wanted to catch him, he'd have to go IN there. Embarrassing, but necessary if he was going to catch him. Plus having an audience might give Caleb some more authority points, ya know?
Slowly peeking around to make sure no one else was about to go in, Caleb hurried down the hall and wandered into the bathroom. It was...empty. Huh. That was...
WAIT.
There was a slide in the middle of the bathroom. Confused and wrinkling his dark eyebrows, he took a few steps closer and peered at it. The pieces were slowly starting to come together in his brain...
This was the Chamber of Secrets!
But...why was it OPEN!? Had one of the people who came in the bathroom opened it?! He tried to backtrack who he had seen come in - none of them were Slytherins. Weren't only Parseltongues supposed to be able to work this?!
If he had been a Gryffindor, he probably would have gone in. But he wasn't. And to make it worse...he heard SCREAMING come out of the tunnel. And yelling. Oh no, this was not good, not good, not good at ALL...
He crouched down to the entrance of the tunnel and cleared his throat. "HELLO!? WHO'S DOWN THERE?!" he cried. It was probably a STUPID move to make, yelling out to them, but it was better than the alternative - actually going DOWN there...

Maggie had SEEN Caleb go in. SHE HAD SEEN IT! And she couldn't believe he'd done it. Recently she'd discovered that some of the Prefects ahem Zander ahem hi were NOT the brightest people in this castle. But up until now she hadn't thought her own Prefect was one of them.
Like?? He?? Was?? A?? Slytherin??
Was he trying to lose them points?? On purpose? What if someone had seen him?? So naturally, Maggie had followed him inside, completely set on getting him out of there as quickly as possible. "What are you doing?!" The changes in interior design the bathroom had undergone went by unnoticed for now. Her eyes were on Caleb and him alone. Actually, maybe yelling had not been her best move. What if somebody had heard??

"Get out of here!"
Caleb jumped, as someone very LOUDLY came in and started yelling at him about this being a girl's bathroom. He was very tempted to turn on the intruder and silence them, because HELLO THINGS WERE HAPPENING and this was OFFICIAL PREFECT BUSINESS! But knowing that using his wand would only make the situation worse, he turned to the girl and glared at her. He recognized her as a Slytherin but he wasn't sure he'd ever talked to her before, just seen her around the common room and what not.
"Is it really? I thought I was in the library!" he said sarcastically before turning back to the hole in the ground where people were CLEARLY in trouble. "Now SHUSH! This is official prefect business - someone is DOWN there and they're clearly in trouble, I'm trying to listen to what's happening!" he hissed at her.
And clearly he could not do that with girls SHOUTING AT HIM.
Had she even noticed the giant opening over her? Did she know where she even WAS? Women, honestly.

Funny.
Caleb made a funny.
So funny, Caleb.
Now get out.
That was what Maggie's face clearly said when she glared right back at him. And he made it even worse. "DON'T SHUSH ME!!!!!!" She was so tempted to take out her wand right now. If it had been anyone other than her own Prefect she probably would have. As it were though she did in fact have some self restraint. Sort of. Yes. Maybe she could just push him down that hole and pretend it was an accide-
Hang on.
What?
Hole?
It was only then that the rest of Caleb's words registered within her brain. Down there. Down that...hole. Maggie blinked. And then blinked some more. She was torn. Torn between making him apologize for shushing her and asking what on EARTH was going on. Out of curiosity, you know.

Eh.
"What kind of trouble?"
Good, she'd finally NOTICED things. Caleb could relax a bit now...just a bit though, because there were still people DOWN that hole and they sounded like they were in trouble. Hmmm. How many galleons would it take to pay this one to go down for him and investigate? Because he certainly was NOT stepping down there anytime soon.
"I don't know...I just here yelling and screaming, it sounds like there are a couple people down there...I wonder if they're fighting?" he suggested, only half-believing it himself. Everyone KNEW the stories about what used to be down there...but there couldn't REALLY be any creepy crawly things alive down there after all this time...right?
He tried to think back to how many people he'd seen slip into the bathroom before he got here. The one Gryffindor guy...Lux...another Gryffindor girl...and Evie was down there too! HE LIKED ALL THOSE PEOPLE! Or at least had no qualms with them. Was it possible that they all got into some sort of fight down there? Or had something even more sinister happened?
He couldn't hear all that much. Just yelling. He couldn't tell if this was a simple case of kids being kids...or if he needed to go get someone. WHAT TO DO WHAT TO DO. And he couldn't wait too long...because if it WAS bad...well, he wouldn't think about that JUST yet.

Maggie stepped a little closer to Caleb and the hole. Not TOO close though. What if somebody had similar thoughts she'd had earlier and tried to push her into the hole? What if all this was a trap? She glanced around but didn't really see anything out of the ordinary. Except the hole of course. That.
Also a BOY in the girl's bathroom.
"Who's down there?" That was an important question. So she would know if she was supposed to be worried or not. "Maybe we should find someone to go down and see?" Because there was NO way she was going and Caleb was still here too so you know. Maybe a Hufflepuff. They were all for helping others right?

And finding things. It was perfect.
Caleb mentally went over the list of people in his head again. "I think, um...at least three people. Evie is down there, and that Gryffindor kid, and Lux for sure," he told her. Those were the ones he'd seen before he decided to try and ambush the Gryffindor and bust him for sneaking into the ladies room.
Suddenly, something occurred to him. "Oh no...there's just a slide here. If people ARE down there, how are they going to get back up?" he thought aloud. He remembered someone telling him, in a passing, about a secret passage from the cartographers club, but he'd missed all those last term. He had IMPORTANT OWL STUDIES TO COMPLETE obviously. He couldn't go looking for secret passages! He had no idea if that was real or if he was making up things in his head, though. And if it was true - it certainly didn't end up here. Would they even be able to get out? Or had something really bad happened and they were STUCK there?!
"Ok, um...stay here. I'm getting Murdoch," he informed the Slytherin. She was the healer, so if someone WAS hurt, it made sense to get HER right?!
He stood up and without waiting for a response from her, he turned and headed out the door to go get help.

Evie, that Gryffindor kid and Lux.
Oh how precise. Except for Lux, Maggie didn't know who he was talking about. But then again none of her friends met the other two's description so she relaxed a little. At least there was no need for her to get extra worried or anything. Maybe she could just leave. It wasn't her responsibility to get Caleb out of the bathroom. There were more pressing matters right now.
Like that hole in the ground.
"They should've probably thought of that before going down there." Maggie replied evenly. Seriously though? How was this their problem? Especially hers. Omg why did she come in here? Now she was involved. Usually the first to get involved, this was NOT one of those moments. It sounded like a rescue mission. And she was not looking forward to one of those.
Because once again....why?
WAIT!
Was he for real???? Maggie opened her mouth to protest but by the time she'd found the right words Caleb was already out the door. UGH! REALLY??????????????? Now she couldn't leave because he'd told her to wait and it would definitely not look good if he told people she hadn't listened to him. Or had abandoned those people down in the hole. Ugh why was being perfect so hard???
So with a sigh Maggie drew her wand, cast a protection spell around herself and...waited.

She had been getting major headaches, the chatter was so loud and so negative. She was worried and she felt she had to do something. She knew it could be dangerous, but she would be there and so would Nessa. They could do this. She had to do something and she had been planning for a week now. Getting things they would need, there was just one more thing and her group was a great group to do the job.
Walking into the bathroom she stared at the opening. Her heart was racing a bit, she could sense things and it just wasn't good. Taking a deep breath she kept her thoughts for the meeting in check. Looking at her watch she noticed the time. They would all be here soon.
Pulling out her wand she flicked it trying to clean up some of the cobwebs that had the place overrun.

SNAC meeting.
Of course Adi ALWAYS attended these and today was no different. He had no problem walking into the girls' bathroom that wasn't used anymore and that was used as the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets. Nope.
Hey! At least he wasn't the only one there! "Heya, Professor!'' the Hufflepuff announced himself cheerfully. Ugh! Webs were there too. Keep them away from him, please? His dislike for the things had grown over the past few weeks. Anywayyy, back to Cassie. Was it him or was she not as bouncy today? Maybe it was because she was focused on the Chamber's entrance.

Kate had never been to a SNAC meeting before. She'd joined last school year, but she didn't remember attending any meetings. It was odd that her very first meeting was here in the girls' bathroom. Heh. She made her way down the corridor and into the bathroom, seeing right away that the professor was already here. "Hello, Professor," she said.
"Need some help?" she asked, noticing that she was trying to rid the bathroom of the cobwebs. "They just keeping coming back, it seems." She frowned but started trying to clean some of them away anyway. Not much else she could so, since it seemed she was the first one here. Besides the professor, that is. Oh, and there was Adi! It was weird seeing him in here. "Hey, Adi," she greeted.
Nessa hurried up to the second floor and down the corridor towards the girls bathroom. She had a few troubling discussions with Cassie lately but she knew her friend would have the best instincts in this situation given her special gifts. And she thought her ideas for what to do for their SNAC Meeting as perfect, even if she was a bit nervous.
But she would present a confident front, knowing that she needed to do so for the students as she was one they looked up to for guidance. Taking a deep breath to calm her nerves, she stepped into the bathroom to see that Cassie was already there. "Hello!" she greeted her, trying not to startle her as she could see the blonde was a little preoccupied, and she put on her best smile. They could do this! Smiling, she saw they were not alone as a couple of the SNAC members had gotten there already. "Hi Kate.. hi Adi," she greeted the students as well wearing the same smile before glancing at the cobwebs overrun in here as well. What a mess.

Reason: gosh, missing students everywhere >.<
Angel walked into the girls bathroom and giggled. "Hey Adi wrong one." Angel winked at him, she could be such a tease sometimes though she only meant it as a bit of fun.
"Hello Professors." Angel suddenly realised that the Divination and History of Magic Professors were both here already, was she late? "How are you both?" Angel thought it was polite to ask. "Oh and hi Kate." Angel was sure that Kate was going to enjoy today it was going to be very amazing.

Interesting venue for the latest SNAC meeting...the girl's loo.
Though Benny supposed it wasn't like it was much different then most anywhere else in the castle given the cobweb infestations plaguing everywhere. So he made his way towards the second floor room, stepping inside to see two professors, Adi, Angel and another vaguely familair younger girl already there. At least that meant he wasn't late, unless there were going to be a really small group this time. He had to admit, he might have missed a few gatherings.
"Hello Professors," he greeted the adults before moving to stand beside Adi and Angel. "Hey guys," he added, carefully avoiding a web along his way. Benny wondered just what they would be on about this time.

They were having a SNAC meeting in a girls bathroom. The bathroom that was also the entrance to the chamber of secrets. It seemed like an odd place to have a meeting. Walking into the bathroom, she looked around to see who else was here for the SNAC meeting. She just sort of stared at Adi and Benny for a few seconds. Boys being in the girls bathroom seemed really weird. "Hello Professors." Professor Cassie and Professor Glendower were two of her favorite professors. Penelope stared at the entrance to the chamber of secrets. They wouldn't be going down there, would they? She really didn't want to go into the chamber. It could be dangerous down there and the opening looked scary.

Excitement was coursing through her veins. She had no idea what was going on other than the fact that the meeting was urgent. They were meeting in a girl's bathroom for crying out loud. It sounded like a good time. As she made her way inside she noticed it was just two professors, a younger Ravenclaw girl, and all of members of her group. "Hey guys! Hello professors."
Cassie seemed off. This meant that this meeting wasn't a good one? This was going to be a dangerous mission. AJ was excited. She was ready. The fourth year was clinging to her wand just in case. Constant vigilance. Yeah?

She had her wand in hand when she heard the first student. Jumping a bit she turned, “Hello Adi, how are you?” As she turned to face him she noticed another student coming in. “They aren’t going to be leaving anytime soon I’m afraid.” She had no smile on her face and her eyes were filled with concern as they moved around the bathroom watching. She might have even missed the second year asking to help with her mind in other places. Seeing the door open again she felt a bit relieved knowing Nessa was there. Her green eyes fell on her friend and saw the confident smile which made her smile as well. A deep breath she felt the tension leave her a little bit and her focus was there. “Hello Professor Glendower, thank you for joining us.” She knew she wouldn’t miss the meeting, but she had to thank her again, because Cassie had a horrible fear of spiders, so this just had her on edge.
“I’m good Angel, how are you?” She answered as more SNAC members came into the room. The bathroom wasn’t very big so they would be crowded quickly, but it would all be okay once they got started. Letting her eyes move back to the entrance she wasn’t wanting to leave that unattended for long. No her instincts were in full throttle and the chatter was so very loud. It had been loud for a while and her headaches were proving it. More members followed and Cassie gave them each a nod, “Hello Penelope, Aj, we will be getting started soon.”
Clearing out a few more cobwebs Cassie moved to be able to see the entire group, “Well we are going to get started if more come in they can catch up. Please take out your wands and keep them out the entire time.” This was very important and she hoped they were all listening. “We usually meet to do a form of divination or explore more advance methods, today however we are going to use our meeting for something more important. All of you have noticed the cobwebs around the school and more and more students have been having issues with these cobwebs.” She took a breath before going on, “We all know what makes cobwebs and these creatures are the hardest for someone like me to sense, because there are usually so many of them and the chatter so quick.” It’s always been the reason she had been so uneasy by them. She wanted to shiver just thinking about their creepy little legs. “I want to help protect all of you and not just you but all of the school if we can and there is hopefully something down in this chamber that can do this. Does anyone know what could be in this chamber that could ward off our unwanted guest?”
