OOC Note: This thread, as well as the office, is meant for non-patient meetings and greetings. If your character is ill or injured, please post in the Check-in Area for Patients then the Waiting Room for Patients and Visitors.

Please do not post past this point until Healer Murdoch has invited you inside her office.

Just past the entrance to the Hospital Wing and to the left is a long hallway that leads to the office of Healer Cecelia "Cece" Murdoch. Her office is the ideal place to find her if you do not need any medical attention and wish to simply visit the Healer, or if you are a Slytherin student wishing to speak to your Head of House.

The door is currently closed so please knock and wait for her to call you inside. While you're waiting, feel free to take a seat on the little bench just to the left of the office door.

OOC: You must post here first then wait to be invited into the office. Those brave enough to try entering without permission will suffer the consequences.

Having a bit of free time on her hands before lessons really had a chance to began the third year made her way towards the hospital wing and then down the long hallway near it. She wasn't sick and she wasn't injured. Today she had something she wanted to know and hoped the Healer Murdoch could help her.

Reaching the closed door to the office Hady shuffled slightly on the spot for a second before raising her hand and knocking on the door. Dropping her hand to her side she glanced around the the small space before taking a seat on the bench that was there. Now all there was left was to wait until she was called inside.

Echo hasn't been this way, even last year she didn't have a reason to come up here... and she still doesn't she just wanted to go for an mini adventure and figure out the school some more. Also she had heard that their head of house Healer Murdoch's office was up here somewhere.

Walking around she could tell that these halls have seen alot of crazy things but Echo shivered just at the thought of what exactly.

Looking in her book with her quill in her mouth she found the page she was on and, took the quill out of her mouth. Scratching off Healing wing she looked down at her page to see where else she hasn't been yet. Totally in her own world, not paying attention to anything.

Healer Murdoch was sitting at her desk going through the names of all the students in Slytherin. Most of the names were familiar, only a few new students this term, which meant it was going to be easy for her to get to know who the new little snakes were. Of course, being the school healer she would have to get to know the new students from the other houses too, but right now she was in head of house mode, so yeah, Slytherin students first.

A knock on the door broke her concentration from her task at hand. "Come in," she called out as she pointed her wand at the door causing it to swing open.

Healer Murdoch had just left her office and was heading out for a walk on the grounds when a student nearly ran into her. "Hey now, you might want to pay attention to where you're going little one." Okay, maybe she wasn't that little, but she was smaller than Cece so that made her little in the healer's eyes.

Truthfully, Murdoch scared him, he was always scared to see her because he was afraid she'd find SOME fault in his prefect-ness. But she was by far the best person to consult about this matter, and there was no time to waste!

A bit out of breath from running - how was that even possible? He was a jogger! Maybe it was the craziness of this whole situation that was making his blood pressure rise - he ran up to the door and started knocking loudly. "Professor! Professor, it's an emergency!" he cried.

He hoped she wasn't in the middle of some important meeting or something. Not that he cared, really, but it would just be better if she wasn't.

Merlin's Beard!

Someone sure wanted to get the healer's attention didn't they. Unless they were at the wrong office, because clearly Cece was not a professor. Although this wouldn't be the first time, and most likely not the last time someone would mistakenly call her a professor.

Opening the door to her office she found none other than one of her very own prefects standing there. "Prefect Newell, what seems to be the problem?" She gave him a once over and didn't notice anything that appeared to be wrong with him.

Oh good, she was here! And didn't seem too frazzled by his constant knowing on her door either. Yes, that was good, he had clearly made the right choice! Feeling just an ounce of anxiety lifted at that knowledge, he hurriedly explained what was happening.

"I was doing my patrols and saw a guy go into the girls bathroom, you know...THE girls bathroom, and so I went in there to bust him, and found the Chamber of Secrets opened!" he told her in a rush. "And then...there was yelling coming out of it. Lots of loud screaming it sounded like. People are definitely down there and I think something bad is happening!" he finished.

Ok, his job was done. Time for the adults to take care of this situation!

So there's something going on in THE girls bathroom on the second floor, and Caleb decides to run to the THIRD floor to get help? Did the boy not think maybe to get someone closer to the situation? Someone like the headmistress, whose office happens to be on the SECOND floor. Apparently not.

"Calm down Caleb. We'll go find out what's going on in there," she said as she closed and locked her office door behind her. "Lead the way."

Sorry mister prefect, your job here is not done.

I'll go post in the bathroom too! :D

"Ok...I think someone is hurt. Or they're fighting. I couldn't tell," Caleb explained with a hurry. Hopefully that girl was still standing there, standing guard like he had told her to do. If she wasn't he was TOTALLY referring her for detention for disobeying prefects!

Not wanting to RUN, because he wasn't sure if Murdoch would be a fan of that, he...power walked down the hall, heading straight for the bathroom.
