Hady gave a shrug of her shoulders. She didn't really think she was lucky but maybe she was. Either way she just learned to do what needed to be done first before doing anything else. "I guess I can be sometimes."

Abby smiled and said "Well i am surprised i got away with so much during the summer there cause my parents worked so much that i got away with doing my chores just before they got home"

"At least you got it done before you got into trouble over it." She smiled lightly glancing up and down the hallway. Was there anything they could do around here other then just stand in the hallway and talk? Not that she minded at all cause honestly she didn't but yeah.

Abby shrugged and said "Yeah that is true and really there was one occasion where i was close to get into trouble as i had just finished my chores just 5 minutes before my mum had got home from work"

A house elf materialized out of thin air. She held rags in one hand a bucket of soapy water in the other. Her little elfsy ears twitched at the sight of two studentsies. "Studentsies mind if Tinka clean mirror? Tinka like to clean, Tinka be good elf!"

Hugh wanted to have some peace and quiet, THANK YOU. Everyone was always up on his griiiiiiill being sociable. And he wasn't opposed to that, but he couldn't seem to connect.

He was always JUST missing something.

Which was fine, yo, he was the best company. His thoughts. Not himself. The essence.

So with some quiet found he plopped on down and curled his body into a pretzel. A range of motion he did NOT have, but it didn't keep him from stopping. He thought better under physical strain. Gave an urgency to philosophical theory.

Once he was nice and uncomfortable.....he started to think.

You wouldn't happen to know who come the image inside the mirror is different then the actual hallway here, do you?" She asked curiously. Maybe the elf would know?

The little elf flapped her ears in delight. "Oh goody Tinka love be cleaning!" Right away the elf got to work bathing the glass in warm soapy water. "Tinka not knowing about wizard magic, miss. Tinka not having wand." House elves were not allowed such things under the law.

Hady giggled softly watching the elf clean with such happiness. "Oh." She answered quietly in a moment of thoughtfulness. She had known they didn't have wands she she hoped that maybe the elf had some idea to it. "Well that's alright then... I suppose I'll have to just figure it out on my own."

Quirly know Tinka going to clean mirror, so she decides to help. Materializing out of thin air, Quirly holds rags in one hand and bucket of soapy water in other. "Quirly helps Tinka!" she says in her squeaky voice before seeing young Mistress. "Mistress needs anything of Quirly?"

Glancing over at Abby, Hady was just about to ask her if she'd like to accompany her to the library when another elfie appeared! This one was asking if she needed anything. Nope not exactly except she wanted to know what was up with the mirror. Shaking her head she answered softly, "No I'm alright. I was only wondering about this mirror here."

Bianca leaned against the wall opposite the mirror. She found herself staring into it, imagining what it would be like to live in that mirror. She'd probably be able to scare everyone who passed by too. That would definitely be hilarious. She had a piece of the wall in her hand and she tossed it up and down without really looking.

Mostly because her focus was on the mirror. It really was a beautiful mirror. She wondered how it'd look in her dorm.

Damien had heard about this mirror, Nemo had mentioned it, or at least, he thought Nemo had mentioned it, it might not have been him, it might have been someone else, Damien could forget things like that sometimes. The mirror reflected the person before it, but it also reflected things that weren't there and that sort of weirdness was right up the curious Gryffindor's alley.

As he walked up to the glass his eyes fell on a petite form that he had now become quite familiar with. "Beautiful Bianca with a B?" He said, standing in the space beside her. a wry grin on his face. It wasn't just a nickname, she really was beautiful; with that thick, dark hair and her clear, smooth skin... Seriously gorgeous girl.

Bianca kept tossing the stone up and down and dropped it when she heard a voice. Only one person she knew who called her that. Immediately putting a smile on her face, she tossed her hair over her shoulder and looked over at him. "Hottie McHot, what are you doing here?"

She didn't know many people who stopped by here. Maybe he'd heard of the beauty this mirror held... other than her face. "Come to admire the mirror or me?" And then she winked. Heh. Because pretty people flirted with other pretty people. It was almost a crime to not do so.

That hair flip, though. It was a nice move, especially coupled with the aforementioned pretty smile. Effortlessly he mirrored that smile, his blue eyes lighting up with that natural, happy light of theirs. "Me? I could ask you the same thing... " His gaze shifted from her face to the ground here she'd dropped- "A stone?" He smirked. "What were you planning with this?"

He quirked an eyebrow and grinned, adopting the practice of tossing the stone up and down in the air. "Maybe a little of both? Though... You're maybe just a bit more interesting." Damien playfully teased, leaning his back against wall beside the mirror. He couldn't help himself, Bianca was funny, and beautiful and it was be a crying shame not to flirt with her.

'sides, it was all harmless fun.

Pretty boys would always be pretty. Bianca was always going to appreciate the beauty that was them. She turned her attention to the stone that he had pointed out. Ah yes... the stone. She was going to pick it up but just let it sit there. "Nothing. I just quite like it here. Fun fact, this is part of the wall behind the mirror." And she was always going to remember trying to demolish it and get to the beautiful, fancy place that it reflected.

Such a shame the entrance was not behind the actual mirror.

"Just a bit more interesting?" Bianca asked, laughing. "I like to think that I am way more interesting, being a descendant of Beyonce and all."

She was related to the Queen Bey herself. Everyone who said otherwise was clearly lying. Obviously.

Grayson was meeting Ruby, which wasn't new. But, Grayson was meeting Ruby in the library which was VERY new.

Lulz. All the lulz.

The boy had thoughts that were enough to make him smirk to himself as he headed along the fourth floor corridor and towards the direction of the library. This was meant to be a studying thing but let's face it: not a lot of studying was gonna get done today. This was probably the reason why he was kinda eager to get to the library in the first place. There was always a first time for every--

Confused, the boy approached the mirror cautiously and peered into the........ was that a ROOM?! Didn't look like it could be part of anywhere in Hogwarts, to be honest. Did that mean that it wasn't IN Hogwarts? Could he go there and snoop around? Dude was curious and kinda needed an overly brave Gryffindor to test things out first before he went himself. Wasn't gonna risk his own neck. No way.

So, he stood there. Peering into the mirror at the room beyond. If it wasn't gonna show his face -- which was kinda rude, to be honest -- at least show him something else that was interesting and good to look at.

It wasn't exactly a date because it was at the school and it was too casual for that, but Ruby was still excited for one on one time with Grayson. As usual. Even if it wasn't even the first time this week. Even more reason for it to not even be a big deal.

She was a bit early though, because she didn't want to rush and she could go and sit where they were going to meet and she could arrange herself, best angles and everything. Ruby came around the corner though and theeeere was Grayson right there. She lit up and just sort of watched him for a second. Appreciating. Mhmm. But only for a second because honestly she'd rather just be over there with him than watching like a creeper. Sooo she tackled him, of course.

Hug!tackle. Arms slipping around his waist.

"Graaaay." She leaned up and kissed the back of his neck.

To be honest, Grayson was dead confused. And he was starting to get a little bored of the mirror as well. It wasn't gonna show him anything, was it? It kinda looked like a painting that was made to look like a mirror. Some people were just THAT good at painting and had a lot of patience, none of which Grayson had.

Despite stumbling forwards slightly, the sixteen year old's face lit up immediately when he heard that voice and felt that kiss at the back of his neck. "Ruuuuubes! Mmmm, that feels good" he said softly, before wiggling around to give her a proper hug. Just because. HEY!

"Have you been spying on me?" Was he THAT irresistible?

'course it did. And she appreciated proper hugs. Ruby reached up and tweaked his nose. "Spying on you? Me? Suuuure, I have nothing at all better to do. I've secretly been following you around for hours, just dying to get a glimpse." She was laying it on thick and she smiled up at him mischievously . "And look at me, one big glimpse. I'm soooo lucky. Be still my heart." All the theatrics here. Bosom heaving, eyelashes fluttering... did he get the point?

"Where DID you just come from anyway, you're early!" Which she didn't mind by the way. More Grayson time was a good thing in her eyes. She'd just come from the owlery herself, spending a bit of time with Zahra who'd insisted on talking there because she was sending stuff to Mikey and everything. Ruby wasn't such a fan and had taken precautions to be sure she wouldn't end up with owl poop on her. Couldn't risk that after all. She had missed a tiny feather that was stuck in her hair though, unbeknownst to her.
