The Slytherin Dungeon, also known as Slytherin Common Room, is located behind a wall in the cellars of Hogwarts. To get into the common room you must first know the password to the room (it changes every fortnight) and then you must know which wall to whisper this password to.
If you don't know either, then you'll just be left standing there, literally talking to a wall. If you're not a lost Slytherin then I wouldn't bother trying to talk to the walls around here; they're quite damp from the humidity of the lake above and sometimes they make noises....
You can hang around the hidden entrance to the common room here (especially if you're waiting on a friend) but be careful... snake pits aren't pleasant places for outsiders.

So they wouldn't be going inside her house common room? Well that was a bit strange since the were supposed to be sketching EVERYTHING. Though she did understand why there weren't going inside. She could easily sketch it all out herself if need be otherwise she wouldn't exactly worry about it at that moment.
However Culloden said they would be going inside his office. That in itself seemed pretty cool and the young snake was up for it. Closing her sketch book and holding it firmly to her chest with both hands she waited on what was next.
Glancing over at Zeke she noticed he seemed a bit well...crestfallen maybe. He had really wanted to check out the Slythern common room, she knew that. When he whispered to her as he passed Hady gave him a sweet innocent grin added by a quick but firm nod of her head in clear agreement. Both were accompanied with a return whisper of, "Just let me know when." |

The Professor looked like he was contemplating his idea and it did help that Zeke got his back as well. He was sure they could enter the Common Room now! Until...no. And a sorry. If he hadn't said sorry this Gryffindor would have created a scene. Instead, he groaned loudly, making sure that the Potion's Professor knew he was not happy and then turned around.
He drew the corridor they were standing in and when he was finished, he turned around. His office? He had been there once. And he had stormed out of it after the man had refused to help him with his potions career. which he later agreed to So off to his office right? Which way was it even? ....He'd just follow the rest.
And WHAT were Zeke and Hady whispering about?!

Cosgrach was pleased that they didn't protest it loudly. Every house had its own students to map them, after all. Instead, because almost all of them knew his office so it wouldn't take them long to map that, he also said "Then, you can check out the detention halls as well. I hope you never have to visit those." Although Kevin had to, right before this expedition, he knew.
Poor kid.
"Now, I'll see what the Secret Passage people are doing." With that, he left their side to enter the passage... although they were practically only a few feet away.

Their plan still stood. Operation shrinkage was going ahead... yep... soon... eventually... hopefully. HE WAS KEEN. And... what was Kevin looking at? Meh. Grinning and winking at Hady he then nod his head toward their new destinations. There was more to be mapped!!!! Exciting stuff.
He had started off that way when Culloden said they could check the detention halls too. Now THAT was more interesting than a dusty office. Hehehehe. Consider him there. Pen and pad still in hand, Zeke started off with a slight spring to his step, whistling as he walked.

Clearly spotting the wink from her friend Hady grinned back at him. This was gonna be fun and she couldn't wait to give it a try. They were turning out to be really great friends which is what she always knew they would be.
Hearing the Professor telling them they'd keep moving forward she was ready. Sticking close to the group, namely a certain lion she quickened her step following in their lead. | |
