Sophie nodded at her best friend. "She went straight to the Gryffindor table. Charlie's there too." So it was a bit obvious her cousin wouldn't come to the Hufflepuff table that soon, if at all. Then all of the questions regarding her cousin and Mordred. "Well, she did like the ring, actually. I'm... not sure she thinks I'm crazy, but she wasn't happy at first and" Sophie paused to laaaugh at the next point. "threatening Mordred was the first thing she did after she calmed down." Shruug. She was already used to that, she supposed. Not that she appreciated her lovely fiancé being threatened all the time. That wasn't fun at all.

Ella made Sophie laugh once again when she said she could believe it. "You're right. It is Hogwarts, after all..." It was a brilliant place, but Sophie had to admit it was a bit strange. Okay, it was very strange. But lovely nonetheless.

"He is!" Sophie beamed at Ella and Treyen.

The 20 year-old hugged her old friend back and smiled brightly at her. "Min! Long time no see!" Merlin, talk about long time! Over three years, yeah? "I've been great! Started my last year of uni now, got two part time jobs and..." The girl held her left hand up to flash the looveeelyyy ring her most precious fiancé had given her. HEHEHE!! BEAM!!! "What about you??"

Oh, and Ethan was there! That meant they were still together!! Brilliant! Sophie smiled and waaaved at Min's partner. Long time no see as well!!

Flies. Heh. Nope that wasn't funny even though they'd just been talking about quidditch. Isobel completely ignored it and focused on Nessie's answers to her questions. "Dancing? Wow that sounds cool. I'm glad you love it, I'm sure you're amazing." Of course she was. Isobel was a big believer that everyone could be amazing at the thing they loved. She was glad her former classmate was happy.

"I've been playing for the harpies for the last year or so," she said with a smile. She couldn't even remember how long it had been, it just seemed like her whole life. Well, she realized as she looked around, she basically had been playing quidditch her whole life. "What's New York like?" Isobel had been staying pretty local, and New York was pretty far away. A completely different country.

Isobel did notice the new arrivals. There were a few of them, but she didn't know all of them. A few, though. One in particular made her smile. "Hey Treyen." She couldn't help but hug the boy. Hopefully he didn't think it was weird but she didn't care too much at the moment because she was happy to see him. They hadn't been extremely close while at school but she still liked him and missed him. "How have you been?"

And someone else she knew! "Hi Jake, how are you?" A cheerful smile for him, but not a hug. She didn't know him nearly well enough for that. They hadn't really interacted while at school but she knew him from quidditch. And it was nice to see a familiar face. Plus, she was a nice person. So smile for Jake and the boy with him even though she didn't know who he was.

Elliot had excused herself from Max--he had gotten off to somewhere she thought--but here she was.

Hufflepuff table.

Pulling her dress down a bit, because it did that DREADED riding up thing as she walked over, her heels clacking rhythmically as she approached. She looked for Sophie or Minerva--Ethan? She hadn't even gone her house table yet to see who was there.

Not that cared.

Her blue eyes scanned the area--hmm--Merlin. LOts of people. And Elliot had a hand on her stomach--did she look like she had recently had a baby? She had worked so hard to look normal--and she felt just.....a tiny bit nervous.

Ugh.

Belle smiled and it was nice to see Ethan so happy. He had a girl he was in love with since she was in school. I guess you can call them the high school sweethearts. "Yeah everything is still going well. I am going for a job interview soon so fingers crossed." she grinned. She was excited and hopefully would get a potions career at this University. She would be an assistant but hey it was something!

He smiled when Ethan showed affection for Minnie in front of them. She couldn't help but feel happy for both of her best friends.

Turning her head she began talking to Ronnie. She smiled and was glad to be talking to one of her old friends. Now onto seeing the ring, she took her hand and examined the ring closely. Man it was gorgeous and she smirked and commented, "Jory does have good taste." She just seemed so excited for the wedding as a girl who was in love should be.

Belle nodded and left the two lovebirds Ethan and Minnie to go get some drinks with Ronnie. "Sooo tell me how the ministry is working out for you. I mean I am thinking of falling back into the Ministry if my potion assistant job interview doesn't go too well.." she grinned sheepishly and ordered some drinks.


As she came back with some drink, she noticed Minnie was busy catching up with other people and it seemed she came back just in time. She saw Minnie turned her attention onto Belle and she grinned and sipped her drink when Minnie mentioned they were playing great music. Was she here with someone? Was it that obvious? She shook her head and feeling kind of embarrassed. "Noo I am not at the moment. Just leading the single life you know." she shrugged.

Now onto the topic of the kids. Kids were always a good topic to talk about. Aww they were at their grandparents that was so sweet. "Oh my...Gunnar is gonna be three! Where did the time go? I remember coming for his first birthday." She couldn't believe how fast children grew. "How is your little girl?" she asked.

Woaah now that was cool living in New York. She nodded impressed to hear that piece of information. "Where in New York do you work?" I mean maybe the location would be some place she visited. Belle loved exploring NYC with her friends. "What is your job exactly?" Belle asked curiously. She never got the chance to ask Nessie. Belle nodded and said, "I did student teach at Salem for a bit. It was great and I asked for job openings and there was none. So now I gotta go on a job hunt. I actually am applying for this teacher assistant. I hope it goes well." she said and crossed her fingers.

Now that Belle didn't see coming. It was interesting to know that Nessie loved to dance. "Wow I didn't see that coming." she laughed and joked with her a bit. "So are you doing like Broadway shows in NYC or being a backup dancer in movies?" she grinned and top a sip of her drink. She was curious to know all about it.

At the mention of her husband-to-be, the twenty-eight year old BLUSHED and let out a small giggle. "Yes, he is and it's really good to have him back home." She liked it, could Cassie tell? "Of COURSE you're going to be planning the wedding! Do you think I'd go to anyone else?" BEAM! "Oh! Oh my darling Cassie! Jai wanted to bump up the dates!!" Which was her cue to SQUEAL.

Salander was TALKING to her? "Yes, that's right. It's good to see you too, Salander! Long time no see!" She remembered that he was with Lexi Kennedy at some point but that wasn't the case now, was it? No, there was a ginger here. One she didn't recognise, which wasn't surprising. The former Quidditch Captain had hardly had a chance to talk to the former Head Boy during their Hogwarts years and yet....

... he was making snarky comments.

She let out a giggle at those words, the memory of the lesson coming back to her. Vintage was in, wasn't it, Salander? "Only if you want to wear some rotten food along with that." BEAM. Teasing. Totally.

Giggling, Ronnie nodded eagerly. Jory did indeed. She took a glance at him and smiled. He was just perfect.

She then turned her attention back to Belle who was getting out of her seat. Ronnie did the same and walked with her towards the drinks. "Oh, the ministry," she said, giving a thoughtful look. "It's going great. I'm the personal assistant for the head in my department and I really like it, he's super nice and all the other workers are great too." She smiled, raising her eyebrows as she mentioned her interview. "Potion assistant, eh?" She asked as she grabbed herself a drink and took a sip. "Y'know, I think you'll do just fine in your interview. You should have confidence." The red head said reasurringly, nodding. It would be nice to see Belle in the Ministry, though, especially if they worked in the same department!

"Good to see you too!" Ronnie replied with a nod. She then smiled as he caught her up on his life. "That's great, Alec!" Him and Ella were so cute together... they were definitely one of Ronnie's favorite couples. Heh. "Oh me? It's been great. Works been good at the Ministry oh and...Jory just proposed the other day so..." she smiled a small smile.

Nessa looked at the man expectantly with a cheerful smile, brightening even more as he spoke. That name was as familiar as his face, even if she was pretty terrible with names. She was certain that she knew him even if it didn't all immediately click. Perhaps if they kept talking, something would spark her memory even more. "Oh, Gabben Gardner, of course! Yes, I was in Hufflepuff, perhaps a couple years below you in school." She quickly scanned through the faces and names that might be in the common room at any one time that she might be putting on a little play or show.

"Nessarose Glendower," she added with a dramatic flourish of her hands. "No need to apologize, names often escape me too!" she added with a good-natured giggle. "So how have the years been treating you, Gabben?" She propped her chin in her hands, giving him his full attention, always interested in hearing stories from others.

Ethan smiled as Minerva greeted Sophie with a hug. He was sure he hadn't seen the younger former Hufflepuff since he left school and vaguely wondered what she had been doing since then. Of course, she hadn't been out of Hogwarts that long either. But he listened as the women spoke, then green eyes fell on the sparkly ring as she held up her hand. "Oh.. are you engaged?" he suddenly interjected. "Congrats!" To Mordred, right? He hoped they were still together, but he didn't immediately say anything in case he was mistaken..

He listened attentively as Ness talked about her time in New York, glancing to Min for just a second when she mentioned being there. That was one part of the US he had never been, but he thought he remembered that she had been. "Well, that's great," he said with a grin to Ness, glad that she seemed happy. "I hear New York is a good place for that kind of thing." Or at least he thought. "Probably a little early for that," he chuckled as she mentioned the kids. Chloe is just a year and a half.. But Gunnar is almost three, maybe next year." It seemed to soon that they'd be ready for school already, but they were growing up fast.

Ethan nodded as Belle updated him in what she was doing, soon grinning at her words. "An interview? That's great! Is it in Potions?" He knew she had a long-standing interest in the subject and had studied it in school, so he hoped it was related to that. She deserved to get a good job in something that she enjoyed. "Good luck.. let us know how it goes."

Smiling as Alec talked about his children, Ethan chuckled as he mentioned the paintings they had done. "Yeah, Min likes helping them do that kind of thing. She has a lot of patience." Not that he wouldn't do that with them too once in a while, but she always seemed to find time while he was working. "Glad you like them." It was good to hear that Alec was still doing well with Quidditch. "Yeah, I don't miss those early morning jogs," he chuckled. He still jogged once in a while, but he wasn't such a crack of dawn kind of person. And he was sure he couldn't do that for a job. "Yeah.. I work in the Environmental Department at the German Ministry." Had that topic not come up in the past three years? Ethan was sure that it had as he had been there for that long, but maybe it had slipped his mind.

As conversation lulled a bit, Ethan turned back to Minerva again, smiling as she kissed his cheek. This was really nice and he was glad that they had decided to come. "Oh a dinner party would be really nice." Maybe they should try to see some of their friends a little more often than just at reunions. And he knew that she liked to entertain like that. "Oh, sure, whenever," he said, glancing back at the Ravenclaw table. Maybe they should head there sooner than later so that time didn't get away from them, but it was nice catching up with everyone here too.

And before he could think anymore about Ravenclaws, one of his former housemates presented herself at this table. He watched Elliot as she looked around a moment, thinking that she appeared nervous or out of sorts. That shouldn't be. He gave her a friendly smile as he waved a bit to catch her attention. "Elliot.. why don't you join us.."

*Taking the woman's hand he shook it and gave her a warm smile. He could sort of remember the woman in front of him. But then again he was having a hard time remembering anything right now. He wondered if she would be here.*

"I'm doing okay. I'm an ambassador to the Magical Lands of Sweden. Mostly deal with Swedish short snout trading... Have two kids of my own. They started Hogwarts this year in fact. How about you? What have you been up to since school?"

“Oh, you did go here? Thats cool, and my boyfriend was in Slytherin!” She said a little louder and more excited than need be. It was just cool. “So what year did you graduate? I'm class of 79. Oh, I kind of knew him too.” As much as a first year could have known her hero.

She smiled and touched the place on Sal's chest where the headboy badge would have gone . “You were a great headboy. Good practice for you job.” Shaking her head, and nudging him in the ribs. “Think you did just brag, but at least we had that” she said pointing to where Fletcher was with his trophy. Which one she was pointing at was anyone's guess.

Sitting with him, she scooted closer to him. For some reason, her heart was feeling strange. “Hey, we're not that old yet. Anyways, you're the old one, at eight years to my five?” or yeah, something. She gave him a small smile, and returned his squeeze of her hand with a tight squeeze of her own. “You better not, because you're mine.” She grinned and gave him a kiss. “You want to dance with someone as clumsy as me?” Not like Sal dancing wasn't dangerous in itself, but she still loved it.

“Yep,” she said grinning. Sal, boyfriend, yes. Oh, and a double date? That sounded... fun. She nodded. “Yeah, sounds good to me.” Except it meant they couldn't do normal date things. But since they didn't normally, or ever doing things like that it would be nice. “Yeah, whats a normal double date thing to do?”

Emmaleigh looked between the three of them talking about a gift. Were they going to be expected to bring gifts on their date? And Trophy! “Can I touch it?” she asked leaning forward She'd never sen it that close before.

And now that Fletcher was back in perfect timing, Jessa just grinned mischievously at Salander concerning the gift. Heheheehe. They soooo should've brought the gift, the former head boy got himself a girlfriend even! Jessa grinned more and ignored Fletcher's weak attempt of being mature and appropriate. Didn't fit him, didn't look good on him.

Did they.. were they.... they were asking HER to plan the double date? Was that what they were doing?!? EEEEP, Jessa was up for it!!! She continued to grin at everyone, and just let herself go with ideas. "Normal?" She shared a special, meaningful playful look with Fletcher and then waved her hand. "Nahhh, we wouldn't know normal. Any preferences?" Pause. Pause. "OH! We should go to one of those muggles' neon paint parties." Happy, sparkly eyes at all of them. It would BREAK her heart if they said no. Break. Her. Heart.

... the trophy was plopped on the table, and Jessa's attention and enthusiasm were instantly on that. "Aww, it's so beautiful." Her distorted face was reflected on the shiny parts of it. So pretty. Emmaleigh asked to touch it, such a sweet girl gosh, so Jessa waited for her to do that before it was her turn. But she wasn't going to just touch it.

When it was HER turn, she stood up and reached forward to grab it clumsily. "OOPS! It's heavy." She pretended to drop it, but let it fall on her other arm and raised thigh. Giggle giggle, just to freak Fletcher out a little, giggle giggle. Ahem, no, really. "It's so nice, we're proud of you, darling." Jessa started acting all lovey-dovey like Sal and his nice and mature girlfriend, even if it wasn't Jessa's nature but she was an actress for a reason, hehe. She cradled the trophy then to her chest and went in to kiss Fletcher, a proud kiss and to let everybody on the table know that this stud was hers. But the trophy kinda came between them and jabbed them both in the chest, but Jessa was determined to take that bloody kiss even if the dumb thing punctured her lung.

"What's a NORMAL date like?" he chuckled along with his gf. Yeah, if it didn't involve hot air balloons or portkeys to Las Vegas, then it was hardly a date worth having, was he right or was he right?

She wondered exactly what the Swedish ambassador did though, and her imagination ran wild with thoughts of overseeing lands and issuing important decrees. Sh let out a gasp as he said he had kids that were starting school. "Oh you do? How wonderful! What are their names? I'll be teaching them then." What could be more exciting than teaching the children of a former housemate? She'd guess that they were Hufflepuffs too.

She beamed proudly as he then asked what she was doing. "Wellll.. I've been doing some theater, acting in some shows.. but the last couple of years I've been teaching History of Magic here at Hogwarts!" She was still very excited for the opportunity and she ad such a great time doing it.

He smiled back, even bigger than his current smile. "Fair enough!" Treyen couldn't possibly blame her or anything, after all, he had a favorite of his own as well, so he understood. His favorite refused to wear a dress. As usual. "Thank you, Miss Ella," he replied, before laughing as she complimented herself (nice!), "We should, you know, I'm a great dancer, and I'm sure Alec wouldn't mind if I steal you for a bit." A bit. “I've been taking classes out at the Ambleside WU campus. Studying magical engineering, learning how brooms and things are made.” And you know, spending all his free time with brooms too.“Oh, erm,” he rubbed the back of his neck as his ears when incredibly pink. “No.” he glanced in the direction of the Ravenclaw table wondering if the girl who had broken his heart twice now, was here. Wondering if he should go check, or even if he wanted to see her. “How er, about you?”

And he grinned at his favorite Keeper Lady. Straightening his tie from where he was perched ontop of the table he replied. “Thanks. I figured this was better than shorts and a tee shirt.” And if his mother had found out that he had worn anything less than his best, she might have killed him. “So, how goes the um, creatures?” That’s what she was studying right? At least at one time, and he assumed she still was?

“Pretty... okay.” Kaiden replied to the mildly attractive Keeper Boy. “Studying all things brooms,” he said to the question posed by Mouse. “Well, brooms, and anything they falls under the heading of Magical Engineering. And they're not too bad, could be worse, could be Arithmancy.” Shudder. That class was always the worst. “Yeah? Thats good. Where are they at tonight?” Kaiden looked at her husbund. He was still hot? “Er, if you say so.” But good thing he was allowed to call him that... since well, he couldn't exactly remember his name.

“I'm studying magical engineering, so I'm actually learning how brooms are manufactured.” and tinkering with how to make his broom faster, and trying to make one himself. Or well, trying to gather materials right now. Speaking of which, was anyone here a herboligist? He could really use help with locating a good source of wood for the broom handle. He grinned at the Sir. “You're still with the same team right?” He hadn't heard any news of him making a switch. And he was living with Keeper Lady? That was nice. His eyes flicked over to the claw table once more, thoughts floating around his head. “Oh, um, yeah. Same here. I miss getting to hang out with you. Just let me know when you are free.”



Emmaleigh studied her boyfriend’s face. She saw so proud of him, for everything. She squeezed his hand, hoping to communicate all the things she was feeling, but couldn't say right now. And he still knew exactly what to say to make her blush. “Sal, I would love to dance with you.” Maybe by then she would sort out all thing things she was feeling. Why was her heart feeling weird all of a sudden?

“Oh, so you met up with him some of the hotels?” She gave an eyebrow raise to Sal, before laughing. “So what did you stay there for?” Because not everyone could afford to stay there, even with Sal's special friend rates. “And which ones?” were they ones she's been to?

Griiiiiins. She could touch the trophy. Pulling it slightly towards her, she ran her fingers over the inscription, and down one of the handles. She was touching history right here. When her hand bumped against Sal's she grinned at him. “Its still so amazing. You know,” she said looking to the Champion. “They should've really put your picture up in the common room.”

Okay, so theses guys weren't really for normal. She could handle that, probably. It was funny, her dates with Sal hadn't started out as normal, they had all been adventures. Partly because it was a date with Sal, and partly because it was a Sal date, one he had planed himself. Over time though, their dates had become less about the adventure, and more about being with each other, learning all about what made the other tick. And while they still had adventures, and went on dates, their lives had mostly turned into quite evenings at home. Eating dinner together, taking care of Ace, and really just, being a family. It wasn't bad for Fletcher and Jessa, it was just, Emmaleigh knew she wouldn't trade what she had for the world. She loved her boys so much. But the important thing was she didn't know what they were talking about. “What's a neon paint party?” It sounded... interesting. The red head gave rib nudges to her boyfriend. “You knoooow that I meant going on a ride with me, or helping out with the petting zoo.” He sounded much to much like Vickers, refusing to get dirty with her.

Em grinned at Cassie. “I thought so, I feel like I saw you around the common room a few times back then.” She slid her hand into Sal's “You graduated about the same time as Sal, right?” or well, definitely before her fifth year. That much she knew for sure.

Violet was sweet, and Em smiled at her. “I've been very good. I finished up at WU last year, and I've been working part time at my friend's kennel, and also running a petting zoo. And just really happy.” She squeezed the hand she was holding underneath the table. “Really. How are you? What are you up to these days?”

And Sal and Fletcher were both calling Treyen over? Em gripped her boyfriend's hand even tighter. She hadn't seen or spoken to him in ages. Not since she had said things, and stuff happened. Trying to give him her best smile, she greeted him. “Hey, Treyen.”

"I think it was the hotel near lake Windermere here in Britain." Jessa answered with a wide smile, looking at Salander for confirmation. "My grandmother's gift for passing some of my WADA classes that year, I think. I can't remember, I get a nice break in one of his hotels every now and then for all sorts of reasons." And she was one of the few remaining witches in her wealthy pureblood family, so the expenses were not even an issue.

Everybody seemed to be EXCITED for the neon paint party idea. Well not as EXCITED as she wanted them to be, no one was bouncing and squeaking like she was but at least Fletcher was grinning and beaming. Good boyfriend, hehe. "It's not a party, it's a concert." She corrected them ALL before she turned to explain to the poor Emmaleigh who obviously had never been to one before. POOR GIRL. "It starts out as all concerts do, but then midway through the lights go out and showers of neon paint start synched with the music, it's so much FUN." Jessa clapped her hands together happily, waiting for Em to explode in excitement just like her.

Oh Treyen! She grinned at her showbiz colleague, eyes bright and happy when she heard her name. Hehehe. Did he know she and Fletcher were an item now? Hmm? She hadn't seen Treyen in a while so probably not. Jessa looked at Fletcher expectantly, waiting for a DRAMATIC announcement from him now.

Hahaha. Yes! THAT was the reaction she was fishing for. "You, of course," Ellie answered with a BEAM stuck on her face. "Also, I know Hufflepuffs." Duh, she lived with one. She married one. So maybe Arya was around here. Or Ella or Alec who she would say hi to in lieu of Treyen's presence.

"Why are you at the Hufflepuff table?" He was a professor he should be.........well, not here. Thinking of Reyn as a student was just....weird. But he was definitely a Hufflepuff. Heh.

Violet was completely baffled by this! How could Ella doubt herself so?! She really had grown into such a beautiful creature, not that she wasn't beautiful before, but Violet really meant it! Did Ella know? She really hoped she did! And Violet was certainly positive that Ella was probably going to look just as stunning at her wedding coming up! But, Violet would try her best not to make the younger blonde blush any longer, promise!

Just as Violet was ready to ask her a question, Ella reacted to the blonde's big news about her exciting event coming up! She nodded eagerly in response to Ella's words & she held up her left hand showing her stunning ring! It actually was a bit nerve-wracking wearing a ring like this on your finger all of the time, not to mention the fear of losing it, THAT was something that would make the poor young woman go mental! But nevertheless, back to Ella! "Mhmm, this winter! I'm so ecstatic, but I'm a bit nervous actually! To think that it's not that far away! Not to mention, you'll be able to see how excited & stressed out I will be when you are there! My fiancee & I sent out our wedding invitations just a few days ago, I expect yours & Alec's will be arriving soon..If you'd like to attend that is.." Did Ella Bean honestly not believe that she wasn't going to be there for such a grande event?! Bonkers! The thought was absolutely bonkers! Now Violet was finding herself blushing a bit when Ella had complimented her for her height & looking pretty. But she still smiled warmly, "Thank you very much Ella Bean.."

Enough about her though, now Ella was telling her of her life! Apparently she had moved in with Alec, was attending University in Edinburgh & she was happy! That was simply bliss to her ears! "I am so happy to hear that Ella Bean! You deserve such happiness! You are enjoying University I hope, yes?!" A pout was then seen upon the blonde's lower lip as Ella told her there was no use slowing down her growing up process. She let out a dramatic sigh before smiling, "I suppose I'll just have to accept that for now..Suppose it's for the best though.."



The blonde perked up at the sound of Nessie's voice, recognizing it almost instantly & immediately turned to face the redhead coming towards her a hug. The twenty three year old did not hesitate at all as she opened her arms wide for a hug until Nessie had reached her. She giggled & let out a tiny squeal as she gave her good friend a good squeeze. Releasing Nessie after a few moments, the blonde took a step back to just smile at her former team mate. "Renesmee Dixon! How ARE you?! It has been too long!" She couldn't resist it, another hug was called for & that's exactly what she went for!

Hopefully Nessie wouldn't feel too uncomfortable with all of these sudden signs of affection like this, but honestly it had been too long since Violet had seen her former classmates, especially housemates!

..That certainly had to change..



No crying Violet. No crying. This was a happy time!

Her bright smile still plastered on her face as Alec spoke to her & told her that things were going well! "Ahh, perfect! C'est magnifique! What music to my ears! This makes me very happy to hear you are well, it certainly has been too long since I've seen you & Ella Bean & Nessie & just...Ugh, I've missed ALL of you!" Just like with Ella telling her that she could not slow down time, Alec was also telling her the same thing & Violet couldn't help flailing for a brief moment to say desperately, "I'm not alright with this! You all used to be so adorable little things! Now this! Just..there's just a lot of emotions honestly..."

Judging by Alec's gaping look when she had announced her engagement made her feel like a terrible person for not telling her old friends about this glorious news when it had happened. There was just a lot going on. Hopefully this wouldn't upset Alec or Ella Bean for not knowing! At least they were learning of it now! "Mhmm, it is, it's very exciting news! Thank you so much Alec!" She nodded in response to his question & replied with a smile of her own, "Yes, it will be happening this winter..The date my fiancee & I decided on was I believe the 20th of December..You & Ella are of course going to be there I hope, yes?! I was telling Ella Bean before that we had just sent out our wedding invitations a few days ago, so I believe you should be receiving them with all of the details for you to look over, I do hope the both of you can attend! It'd mean the world to me!"

She quickly added, "OH-And my fiancee as well, he's been so anxious to meet all of my close friends & former housemates! He's something special.." The blonde smiled a bit & almost frowned for a moment at the thought of him not being at her side. "He wasn't able to come with me tonight unfortunately..He's actually a healer at St. Mungo's & he unfortunately had to go in to work at the last moment..But, he sends his regards though & hopes to meet you all soon.." The blonde nodded before smiling once more. She really wished he could have been here with her.



Violet smiled warmly as she listened to Emmaleigh speak & felt very happy to hear that she too was doing very well. "That's wonderful Emmaleigh! Really?! A petting zoo?! I love petting zoos! That sounds like so much fun!" She giggled at the thought! That sounded like quite the fun job one could possibly have! "I actually just completed my last term at the Wizarding Academy for Dramatic Arts..I've been accepted to dance with the Royal Ballet Company at the Royal Opera House in London..And I've had the opportunity to tour the country doing what I love & it's been very exciting.." The blonde had managed to accomplish her dream & had finally become a Prima Ballerina after all of her years of training. But that wasn't the only good news she'd had! "OH! And I'm also getting married this winter.." How could she have forgotten. Violet lifted her left hand so that Emmaleigh could see the ring & her smile was still brighter than ever.

It was so nice to be here with Ness, because Mia couldn't spot any other friends that she knew from Hogwarts days. Was she unpopular? Maybe, though she sure hadn't felt that way until tonight. Oh well, she was probably being silly and pouty because Zayden hadn't come with her.

Taking a seat, she smiled. "Oh, I look alright I suppose." Well, actually she looked fabulous and knew it, but she did need to appear humble about it. "Sometimes I miss Hogwarts too, though I think back on how bad I used to treat people when I was sick and I hate it..." Sigh.

It was nice that Belle remembered her though. For a moment she had wondered since it had been a while. "Oh, it's wonderful. I am so happy to be back though I don't seem to know very many people at this table." In fact she only knew two, but that was okay. "I've been doing well. Busy being a mom and studying to be a Healer. I'm almost done school." Thank goodness.

Watching Belle and Alec made Ella smile to herself, especially with the mention of how tall he was. He heard that, yeah? The blonde was totally giving him a 'see what I mean?' look. Tall boyfriend was tall but she liked it, even if it did mean he had to pick her up sometimes. She casually looked down for blushing reasons when Belle called attention to them being together now. It made her happy, hearing it and getting to be his so yeah-blushing.

Leading man? The blonde smiled sheepishly. "He is kind of handsome, isn't he? She smiled over at Alec and then green eyes fell on Belle once more. "Really? I hope that means I've gotten a bit taller." Wishful thinking but they could pretend, right? "I've been studying dragons, actually." And she loved it, so much that she was already looking into what jobs she might pursue after graduation. Speaking of, "Potions? Belle, that's brilliant! So what are you doing now?" The options with a potions degree were kind of endless, yeah?




Ella smiled at Min and Ethan, happy that their family was doing well. She remember when Min had told her that she was going to have Gunnar and how nervous she'd seemed but everything had worked out and the blonde couldn't be happier that it did. "I'm glad things are good and stopping by for a visit sounds great to me! I'm sure Alec would be up for it too." Seeing as Min was like a sister to him and he was such a fan of Ethan and the kids. Did she mention Alec was adorable around the kids?

As for how she was doing, Ella didn't really have any complaints. "Things are going good. Been busy but I'm enjoying studying dragons. It helps that I've kept in touch with Kurumi. She's sort of an expert on them these days." And the blonde was always eager to pick the older girl's brain.



"It is, yeah. It'd be nice if this became a regular thing. Y'know, getting to do this every so often to catch up with people. It feels good to be back." And she'd missed the people most of all so any occasion that let her see them all in one place was an occasion she'd enjoy.

"I've been busy," Ella answered honestly. "School sort of rules my life these days but I'm enjoying it. Oh and Alec and I got another dog so they're ruling whatever uni isn't." She laughed, shrugging her shoulders. "What about you?"




Hugs were her favorite, did Ness know. Of course she was partial to super!hugs from a certain boyfriend person but Ness hugs weren't too far behind. "Same! I miss seeing you guys so often." The blonde smiled at the red head and nodded at her series of questions. "Things have been, yeah. Uni is keeping me really busy but I think that's a good thing and Alec's been great. It's so nice getting to live with him." Cue the sheepish smiling. Ness was probably used to her gushing over the seeker by now, though. It was sort of a regular thing. "But I want to hear about you? How's everything?"



Charlie was sort of scary, did Soph agree? Like Ella admired her spunk but she'd also decided she'd never want to be left alone in a room with that woman. She'd probably end up tattooed all over and a bit sassier than anyone was used to. "Morded did do good with the ring. It's lovely." Ella smiled at her best and even wider at the rest of her story. "If it makes you feel any better, I doubt he's intimidated by Mandy. She just loves you, Soph. I'd do the same for you, y'know." The threatening him thing. It was just what you did for your friends and family.

"Is it completely weird to say that I sort of miss the craziness sometimes?" She glanced around at the other tables and then her gaze rested on Soph. "I just mean, well we never had a dull moment here, huh?"



His. It never got old, hearing that. Ella couldn't stop smiling and the two of them probably looked silly, considering where they were. She honestly couldn't help it if she tried. It was just him and that face and the hair and jhfdhflk. All Alec Summers' fault.

"That was sort of the plan, Summers." Ella liked kisses, didn't he know? He'd probably have to save them for later, though. Just like he COULD have saved the compliment for later because more blushing. She was probably so red right now. The blonde brought her hands up to cover her cheeks, hoping nobody was seeing this. "Alec, please." She was so not amazing but he was sweet. "We both know who the amazing one in this relationship is." And she wasn't it.




Nice save indeed. Ella smiled from Alec to Sir Treyen and nodded her head. It was true. Both were favorite people, just in different ways. That was allowed, wasn't it?

"You're welcome." It was really great to see him, did he know? Ella pretty much missed Sir Treyen all the time. But dancing! Bouncing happened, oh it did. "I'm sure he wouldn't mind at all! Puppy dog eyes were happening, ones directed at Alec. He was going to let her go dance for a bit, right? Really, she was doing him a favor. She knew how he felt about dancing. Nudging Treyen, she motioned towards the dance floor. "Shall we?"



"Much more appropriate, I'd say." The blonde smiled, nodding her head. "Dragons, actually. That's my focus. Seems Professor Williamson had a bigger impact on me than I realized." And no, it wasn't just because she'd had a teeny tiny crush on the man. "I'm enjoying it, even if it can be a bit stressful. What about you? How's school?"



That ring! Ella just stared, resisting the urge to reach out and touch it. It was beautiful and big and really, the blonde couldn't help but wonder what something like that would cost. That was probably wrong of her, huh? She couldn't help it. The thing was amazing! "A winter wedding! That'll be so pretty, Vi." The smaller blonde grinned, especially at the bit about her receiving an invite. "Don't stress too much! I'm sure everything will be wonderful and I can't wait to see you in your dress! Bet you'll look like a princess." It was just a feeling she had. As for her wanting to attend, "Of course I do! I wouldn't miss it! And she be dragging Alec along too. And awww, Violet was blushing. It was actually kind of nice not being the one turning red for a chance. "Just telling the truth," The blonde responded with a smile. What? She was.

"I'm really enjoying uni, yeah." Ella had her moments when the stress got to be a bit much but overall, she was doing well and interested int he field she was pursing. "Been focusing on dragons so I'm learning and seeing all kinds of interesting stuff. Can't really complain about that." Things, overall, were great. Vi's dramatic sigh earned a giggle and Ella smiled too. Growing up isn't so bad, I suppose. It means new adventures and that's pretty exciting." Scary sometimes, but definitely exciting. And look at her being all Tobias Tempus positive.

...She couldn't sneak off to find him, could she? Hmm.

Sophie was enjoying herself at her old house table and looked around to see if she spotted more housemates she knew. But instead of seeing other Hufflepuffs, she saw a Ravenclaw.

A very Slytherin one, for that matter.

She deadpanned for a second before smiling awkwardly at Elliot once the girl looked her way, giving her a small wave. Hii...... hehehe.... hehe.... he.

"We haven't decided that yet, I don't think." Unless Mordred had and hadn't told her? She'd be fine with that, anyway. Whatever floated his boat was good with her because she luuuurved hiiiiim oh so much. "Hopefully sooner than later!" Sophie grinned at Alec. She had to resist a HUGE urge to ask when HIS big day would be with her best friend, but she COULDN'T. Ella would probably be mad at her because the question would make Alec all awkward and Sophie knew the couple well enough.

WELL then.

'As though a lot of time has passed since then.' "I know!! Two years of uni feel a lot more than just two years..." She wasn't sure whether that was good or bad, but welp, at least she was enjoying her course. The former badger laughed at Alec's remark on drama-free Hogwarts. "I don't think there is such a thing... did you read the Daily Prophet the past two years??" Merlin, she was glad she hadn't been there for that long winter. And about them visiting the Common Room. "Oh, I wish they would! But all of the students might be there right now... it would be a bit strange, wouldn't it? Although I'd be up for it!" Nodnodnod!!



Sophie BEAMED when Ethan said it. "I am! Thank you!!" The former Hufflepuff was all smiles. Yes, yes, wasn't her Mordred LOVELY? He was, yes. Yes, he was. HE WAS. <333333 "I wish Mordred could've come tonight." She added before shrugging. "His university gets the best of him most of the time. He's a brilliant student." True story!

And she wasn't done talking about him either, hehehehehe!



The 20 year-old couldn't help but beam at Treyen. Merlin, he looked a bit different... yet not really. It had been ages since she had seen him last, hadn't it?? "I know!! How's everything??" His life was probably really interesting, right?? Treyen was such a cool person, so his life must be pretty cool too!!! Or so Sophie thought.



Sophie smiled at Ella when she said Mordred did good with the ring. "It was his mother's." She held it up for them both to see it better. Ugh, that thought always made her feel like somone was squeezing her heart. "He said it was a family tradition." Wasn't he PRECIOUS? Okay, Sophie's eyes were definitely watery now. Merlin.

SHE WANTED TO HUG HIM NOW. Sigh.

But there was Ella, making her laugh again. "I know he's not intimidated by her. But... I would be if I were him." Poker face. Mandy was wild when she wanted to be, seriously. It scared the heck out of Sophie sometimes. BUT Mordred was amazing at Defense Against the Dark Arts, wasn't he? NOT that Mandy DID any Dark Arts, but STILL. If he was good at the subject, surely he could deal with white magic just fine too. He was awesome. "I know you would. You have done that before." The brunette smiled. She couldn't even be mad at Ella, to be fair. She could kind of understand their point of view.

But they didn't fully understand hersssssss, because Mordred was everything like <33333

"Haha, Alec said he'd attend another year here if it was drama-free." Never a dull moment, that was for sure. "It was interesting, though! I really can't complain. Although I wasn't the one who was reeeeeally old in our seventh year." Hehehe.
