Sybil half-smiled at the person who said hello. (Jory) She didn't know this person, maybe seen him around school or heard about them through the man on her arm, but it was still nice to meet some of her husband's friend's. And while the brunette didn't want to hang around him all night, no matter how UTTERLY ADORABLE he could be, she didn't see many Griffins she recognized. So the tall one was hiding out amongst the Badgers for the evening. It was like being a Frenchie in disguise. Super spy Sybill. Agent 5 ft 9. However, that didn't mean the woman wasn't going to look over at the Gryffie table to search for any old friends. Yes Nate, she loved you, but there was some catch-up to play, and catch up always won.


"Bonjour everyone." The young woman fixed her pixie cut, making the fringe swoop more to where she wanted it. It was hanging juuuuuust over her left eye to the point where she could still see, but there was a strand right in her vision. And that strand needed to be either cut off of her head or tied back or something. Why did short hair never lay right on her? Then again, long hair always curled awkwardly and took forever to brush. Stupid hair. If the daycare she worked at would let her buzz it off, she totally would. Would if she could. But people apparently weren't nice, so there.

Okay, so her husband was apparently pretty popular here at Hogwarts! At least a few people had already said hi to him, which was exciting because it meant that Sybill would finally be able to place faces and stories to names. Because when you reminisce about your non-adult life to someone who wasn't around to share it with you for a lot of it, things got confused, buddy. However, she was sure as sugar that all of this would be explained tonight after they left and he talked about who he knew from when.

To be honest though, she was just happy they were here. Beat working the last shift at the daycare and dealing with all of the kids who's parents had to work nights. While that was fun, it also meant dealing with the sleepy kids and the hungry kids and the kids who didn't play well with others when they were sleepy or hungry. Yeah, reunions were like twelve times more fun than that. Not that she hated her job, the kids could be complete angels sometimes, but it was still fun to have a night off.

Belle was excited to be here for the reunion. She knew she made it here kind of late. Well fashionably late but I mean she wanted to look her best. As she walked over to the Hufflepuff table, her heart swelled up and she saw the original black and yellow colors. Her eyes teared up a bit and she realized how much she missed Hogwarts. She was quite jealous of Kace being there right now. But now onto finding familiar faces. As she began to look around she found some!

The first person she saw was Minnie! I mean she wasn't hard to find since she knew her best friend so well. She saw her talking to Arianna. Maybe she could say hi to both of them and hopefully she wasn't interrupting? "Hey Minnie and Ari.." he said to them and waved to them both. "How are you girls doing?" She knew she kept in touch with Minnie last time at Ronnie's house but Arianna she hadn't seen her in a while.

Then she saw Alec, woaaahh he had grown up soo much. She remembered him a first year. She couldn't believe how time has flown. She saw him with Ella. She grinned and knew the couple couldn't be separated after all these years. She went over to them and decided to talk to both of them. "Hey Ella and Alec, how have you been?" she asked.

After saying hello to the lovely couple, she saw Laura roaming around the hufflepuff table. She clicked her boots to walk over to her and tapped her shoulder. "Hey Laura..." she greeted her. "Have you missed me?" she asked smiling. She remembered helping her out when she was doing her prefect duties. She tried to not get her into trouble and helped her out. Man those times were long gone now.

Belle saw the famous Quidditch captain Nessie sitting at the table. Why not plop over and say hi? She walked over to her and said, "Hey Nessie long time no see.." she smiled. Wait a minute did she still go by Nessie? Did she stil like the nickname? Woops well she said it so let's see if she still responds to it. After she said her hello's to the quidditch captain back in her day, she saw her fellow prefect Oakey. Man he looked like he really grown up as well. She wondered if he still remembered her?

Worth a shot! She turned her head and waved to Oakey. "Heyy Oakey, how have you been? Do you remember me?" she asked.

When Wade arrived back through the halls of Hogwarts, it was like he had never left. It only felt like yesterday instead of three years ago when he was last here in the Great Hall as Head Boy. It was a little weird, but in a good kind of way, heh. "Feels good to be back." He smiled at his wife, Indy as he gently squeezed her hand that he was holding.

She said it was okay for them to stop by his table first, as they made their way over. Wow, it really was like he never left with the familiar people before him. Though they had grown too. "Hey guys!" Waving with his free hand. "How are you all doing?"

After having seen that the Snakes table still standing in the same place looking as posh as he remembered it, Salander made his way towards the Badger table. Because dreamgirl was a Hufflehoney. And he wouldn’t have it any other way.

It wasn’t that hard to spot her radiant red hair with her golden blazer “Heyyyy Emmy!” he crooned as he snuck from behind her and stole a kiss on her cheek. “Miss me?” silly grinning. Its not like they were parted across continents.

So Hufflepuff table also means the Hufflejock’s domain “Fletcher!” he greeted his best bud. Kitchen Snake is here! Wheres the (butter)beer? hehe

Quick surreptitious scanning of the area, theres a certain brunette Snogglepuff he had wondered if she would—oh wouldja lookitdat she did show up. Quick wave to Mia. Hiiii.

Oh wait.... double taking here “Jessa?” well she sure made her home right at the Hufflepuff tables. “Good to see you... been a while yeah?” not as far back as grad day but yeah, a while.

They were starting here.

As soon as they entered the Great Hall, Adam made a bee line for the yellow and black clad table, the perfect compliment to the beautiful, yellow clad goddess on his arm. He grinned at Lorelai, squeezing her hand as they bypassed the Ravenclaw table, and offered nods to people he vaguely recognised.

Thinking back to his seventh year, and the amount of time spent at this table (because, clearly, he had always been such a gentleman), he found himself giddy. Never had he thought that he would return. Let alone married. And to Lorelai Dakoka Bristol, of all people. As good as he was, she was still as out of his league as the day they'd left this place.

Probably more so. Last time they were here, he'd never ever thought he'd end up with kids. And how many were they on now? Nine? Maybe he lost count.

After they had taken a break from dancing and had gotten something to drink, Ethan turned to Minerva as she began speaking. He really didn't care much where else they went or where they went first, so he'd take her lead anyway. "Sure, we can go there first," he told her with a grin and squeezed her hand before she led him over there. She was always much more social than he had ever been so it was more than fine. And, by the looks of it as they approached, it appeared that there were a few people that they knew already sat there.

He hung back just a bit as Minerva chatted with a few of their old classmates, offering a few of his own, "hello"s and "hi"s to those he knew. He smiled at Jory who asked about their kids. How nice that he remembered their names. "That they are.. my parents can't get enough of them." They were pretty lucky with that, he supposed. "And congratulations on your engagement. Have you two set a date yet?" That had to be a pretty exciting time for him and Ronnie. Ethan glanced at Minerva and nodded. "Sure, we can sit here.." But if she was actually going to sit any time soon still remained to be seen as she was still socializing.

Seeing that she still wasn't recognizing faces at the Lions table, Ronnie decided to venture to the Hufflepuff table since she knew there'd be more people there she was buddies with...and Adi was there of course. She had to be with her lovely soon-to-be husband. The thought made her smile.

When she reached the table, she spotted a familiar face and she tried to remember the name...ah...what was his name...? Oh, yes! Oakey. Smiling, she gave him a wave. "Hey, Oakey!" she said.

The red head found Jory in a second and she took the empty seat beside him, taking his hand in hers and beaming at him. "Hey," she said. "I wasn't seeing many familiar faces so I thought I'd come over here." She told him with a chuckle, squeezing his hand in hers.

Spotting a familiar blonde, Ronnie gave her friend an excited wave. "Hey, Ella!" She said. Merlin's beard, it had been ages! Ella was all grown up now...They had been such good friends during their times at Hogwarts, and didn't really end up catching up afterwards, sadly. They'd have to do that sometime during the reunion.

And then Minnie joined the table just when Ronnie did, it seemed. Giving her friend a wave, she smiled. "Hey, Minnie! Long time no see." She joked, remembering the party she had had her and Ethan come too not long ago...which Jory had proposed to her at. Ronnie glanced down at her ring and smiled. It always gave her butterflies, looking at that ring.

Oh, and there was Belle! She got a wave too from the Gryffindor. "Hiya, Belle!" She greeted, beaming. It was so nice being back with everyone, catching up and all.

Was that...Wade?! Ronnie excitedly waved at her old friend. It had been so long! "Hey, Wade! How have you been? It's been a while!" She said with a laugh. Now that she was with all these people back at Hogwarts, she realized how much she actually missed it. Being with her friends, going on adventures, all the exciting memories...she did miss it at times.

The boy gave his former housemate a very strange look, since you know, Oakey was giving him one too. And he was acting weird. Weirder than normal too. “Everything alright there? Are you er, hiding from someone?”Weren't they all a little old to be hiding from professors? Unless it was that one professor, or one of his engineering ones.

“Mouse!” Kaiden exclaimed. He had a huge stupid grin on his face. He hadn't smiled like this in a long time and it was so good seeing all these people again. He gave her a huge hug. “I'm good.” No lies here. “How have you been since last time I saw you? And the kids? And hey Hot Keeper Boy.”Yeah, okay, he could admit that it was still a very awkward nickname, but he didn't wasn't the one that picked it.

And more grins at the next arrival. “Captain! Hey, I missed you!” She had always been important to him. “What are you um, up to these days?”

He nodded at Jory and gave him a wave. “Hey dude, Its going good, Starting up classes again and stuff. How are you doing?” Kaiden flopped down and sat sideways on the bench. This really did feel like old times, kind of. There were still a few people missing. Like some of the others from his old team, but unfortunately they were either not here yet, or not graduates yet. But look who was here. “Cool Man Wade! Hey, did you bring pickles?”



Um, yes lady holding Fletcher's hand she was speaking to him. She grinned at her as well. And Fletcher hug! Em wrapped her arm around his back to return the hug. “Very good, just checking things out. You?” she asked before extending her hand out for a shake to the other girl. “Nice to meet you Jessa. Oh, and Fletcher, Sal's over at his old table, but he said he'd be over here in a while. Had to check on things over there first. Once a headboy, always a headboy I guess?” That, or his Slytherin was showing.

When the champion stepped away, Em turned to Jessa. “So, did you attend Hogwarts too, or are you just accompanying Fletch?”

And ohhh, boyfriend was here. She beamed at the kiss, and turned to look up at him. “Always. Was everything alright over there?” She reached down to hold his hand. And glanced over at who he was waving at. Mia? she knew her!! and added a wave as well. Quietly, so only he could hear her, "It feels different, and not all at the same time." Leaning against Sal just a bit, she squeezed his hand. "I'm glad you're here with me."

This was weird. Amelia never expected she would get the opportunity to walk the Hogwarts corridors again especially now that her three children were all at Hogwarts.

The former Prefect and Quidditch Captain barely noticed the lack of her husband at her side as she shuffled into the Great Hall, amazed at how much and how little had changed. Well maybe it was the how little because of her children and how they kept her updated on the latest and greatest at Hogwarts.

Actually forget the Great Hall and the Yearbook display; what the redhead wanted more than anything was to see the Quidditch Pitch but with an ache in her heart, she inhaled deeply as she realized it may never happen again.

Finally sitting down she turned back to Ethan, "Are you having fun?" She hoped he was having fun and glanced towards his old house to see who was there. "I wonder if Elise is coming and I thought Elliot was." She thought the Lupin's were coming, though she wasn't fully sure. Listening to him talk to Jory about the kids she chuckled, "Chloe and Gunnar can't get enough of them either. They love to go to his parents. It's so wonderful to be able to have them so close." It worked out nicely she had to admit and the fact that always had made her feel like part of the family, she truly appriciated. Then Ethan asked about the engagment and her blue eyes turned back to her friend. "Yes, when's the big day?" Just as she asked she heard Ronnie come up to the table. "There she is." Beaming up at Ronnie, "Let's see the ring again." She took her friend's hand excited for them both.

Seeing another face join the table she grinned, "Ness" She hadn't seen her in awhile, "How are things goin?" Last time she talked ot her she remembered she was making some big decisions and wondered how it all went. Then she saw Laura and gave her a wave. "Laura, how are the twins?" Another person she had not seen in awhile.

Then there was the best friend, "I wondered where you were. I asked Oakey, but he's a bit busy." or possibly ignoring her, but either was fine. She didn't care, she was having too much fun. So many people it was just too excited.

Turning towards Bella she grinned, "Hey Bella, thinks are going great. Ethan and I just got done dancing." She looked at her husband smiling, "I think he at least had fun dancing with me, didn't you E?" Of course he did, he never seemed to mind it and she was always trying to get opportunities to dance with him. She heard another voice that made her grin, "Wade" This was just like old times. They were just back at the table, all of them together, but better. Better because E was sittin there with her, not like her final term when he wasn't. So yes much better. "Hey Indy, how are you two doing? How's the baby?" She'd love to see pictures if they had some.

Mouse! She hadn't heard Mouse in so long and it just made her smile bigger, "Kaiden, how are you?" It was great seeing him and she started laughing as he called Ethan Keeper boy. He was still her Hot Keeper Boy, but it was a name that she hadn't heard in awhile, why was that? She'd have to start using it again, it was too fitting not to.



Victoria had gotten there and looked around. She hadn't been in the school for sometime and now being back for a reunion she was a bit nervous. When she had left these walls she had been with a slytherin, off to get married, and move to Austriala. Now she was married to a different slytherin, back in London, and running for Minister. How times had changed her and the things around her.
Walking into the Great Hall she noticed her table and many younger kids. Maybe she was too old for reunions, but she knew Cossy would be here soon, so she thought she'd just go over and say hello to possibly Wade until he got there, but someone caught her eye and she stopped for a second.

Was it? No, yes it really seemed to be, "Amelia?" It had been years since she saw her old Captain, but it certainly looked like her.

The sound of her heels echoed in the castle as she made her way into the Great Hall. You catch a small glimpse of her stature & it looks very elegant & poised, almost as if she was trained in dance of some sort. Taking another close look, you catch sight of a familiar pair of violet eyes & golden blonde hair trailing down her back. It's when you see those violet eyes that you finally come to realize that it's Violet Le Veela, only a bit taller & obviously featured with more...matured features? She couldn't believe that she was actually back. It was very surreal. Would anyone even remember the young woman? Recognize her? Was she overdressed? Was her makeup alright? Was her engagement ring still on her finger?! (Which it was thankfully, otherwise there would be a very upset Liam!)

Was she breathing? She had to have been breathing, otherwise she wouldn't have been able to make it into this familiar place without fainting. Although, fainting might have been something that could've happened at any moment with the amount of stress she was feeling right now. It was definitely a bit overwhelming to be back at Hogwarts, especially inside the castle. It had been about 3 years since the twenty three year old had attended a Quidditch match, but it was the fact that it had been 5 years since she had graduated this school & left her childhood behind in these halls.

A lot had changed in those few years, both good & bad, but mainly good thankfully. Which made her think how her former fellow classmates had been doing with their lives over the passed couple of years. Only one way to find out was she could ponder as she anxiously made her way towards the Hufflepuff table she remember so well.

Once there, the blonde lifted her left hand before giving an eager wave & plastering on one of her bright smiles upon her lips before saying in her happy tone, "Hello Former Badgers!"

..Hopefully someone would recognize her - wait was that Nessie?! Ella?! Alec?!

Mia chuckled softly. Oh yes she definitely knew how to get his attention now, but it was probably not a good idea to say it right now, with all these people around. Hehe. But she couldn't help but say..."Nikolai, all I need to do is walk into the room to get your attention." She gave his cheek a pinch and grinned. Of course it was the same for her. He had her attention the moment he walked into the room especially when he looked like he did at the moment.

She rolled her eyes at him and gave him a poke with her finger. She had thought that he would get over the argument they'd had when they first met, but apparently not so she decided it was best to just leave it alone.

A young woman (Nessie) came and sat down at the table looking pretty nervous. Mia was she recognised her but could not recall her name. Her memory was woeful but she did wave and smile at her anyway.

With her salad all finished, Mia went back to eating her tartlet. And she shook her head slightly as her husband spoke. "Don't you like miss any of them?" Although she knew that answer already. "Do you think we should check in with dad soon? Dimitri was being a little fussy today which is not like him."

She paused in her thoughts for a moment when she spotted a familiar figure (Fletcher) racing off to get his Triwizard Trophy and she rolled her eyes, it seems that he hadn't changed at all.




She was just turning back to her food when another familiar figure caught her attention. Salander. It had been along time since she had seen him and they had not exactly parted on good terms, but that was ancient history now. So she gave him a smile as she returned his wave.

Mia finally went back to eating her food but she gave her husband a sideways glance to see if he was going to react to seeing Sal, because he had turned to look to see who she was waving at.

This most certainly had to be the ex-Hufflepuff's first stop. One she knew most of her friends would probably end up here school house or not and two, she wanted to be the one to glomptackle the life out of Kita...right here for old time sake.

Heh.

She ran her fingers lovingly over the table before looking around for familiar faces.

She spotted Mia and smiled at her..and Salander!

"Sal!" Royal wave...hey buddy hey!

Well, I knew him--" She rolled her eyes like 'duh, he was the champion'. "--but never was friends with him." She was younger, too, so that just put her in the fangirls category sadly. Hehe. Not that it mattered now!

Where was he now? Canoodling with his trophy? Well, Jessa wanted to touch the trophy TOO. Her perfect puppy eyes followed Fletcher where he went to his trophy.

OH SAL! Jessa grinned at the former Head Boy, giving her cheeks a faint blushy color. "Hey! Oh Emmaleigh's your girlfriend? OH we must go on a double date thing!" She squeaked, looking at Fletcher for an equally excited 'yes, girlfriend!' reaction.

... also, since Sal was here and all... Jessa turned to Fletcher all innocently and, "We should've brought the gift we wanted to give him today." Inner!giggle. Remember? Hmm? Remember the satin things they wanted to give the former head boy? GIGGLE.

It felt very weird to be back at Hogwarts. It had only been a few years but her life had changed so much. "It does..." She smiled up at her husband. She was glad of the reunion. It was nice to be able to see everyone. With little Teddy it was hard to see everyone. So she was glad of a night off to be able to catch up with everyone. "I've missed this place..." It was nice to be back.

The hufflepuff table had been a favorite of hers, so she was glad that Wade wanted to go over there. "Hey guys..." She murmured with a smile as they got over to the table.

Whatever difference he and Mia had in the past, its almost assuredly been forgotten given that there were worse things that have broken his heart since then and he was just glad that the Snogglepuff is at least civil with him. And yes he can see the gorilla man who won her heart. Is all good. Besides, they would always have Diagon Alley right?



“Yeah, feels good to be sitting at that table again, and seeing my badge and our trophies...” he started then paused “But we’re not gonna brag about that.” playful nudging, although he had reasons to be proud of them shinies. If he had known the current state of the Slytherin hourglass he would’ve laughed the great big Salander laugh. The Snakes were in far deeper negative territory before they pulled the double trifecta under his watch, so forgive him for being a bit Slytheriny

He took a seat next to her their seats are not as plushy as the Snakes! ok dragging the girlfriend out after this “Well sure it feels different, been nearly 10 years or something right?” Less for her he knew but still theres been a gap. Was she anxious about something? He could sense it. He squeezed her hand assuredly “Well I aint goin’ anywhere Miss so you better be glad.” he chuckled “We could hit the dance floor later yeah? Show you mah moooovves.” Which is probably cue for her to start cushioning the tip of her shoes because she should know how such twinkle-toes he is. NOT

Oh wait what? “What gift?” griiiinning. He loves receiving gifts just as much as giving them. But PAUSE. Wait this is Jessa. AND Fletcher. He should expect a trap door to suddenly open from under him innit?




“Well now if it isn’t Ms Supermodel Wedding Coordinator Extraordinaire!” he greeted her with that Salander charm “How you doin’ Cas?” a lot better he hoped. She has such radiant smile that shouldn’t be darkened by the sad clouds.

Cassie beamed brightly and went over for a hug."Look at you Sal!" He looked good and it had been far too long. And eep..if she was anymore excited right now she'd clap..or skip on spot.

"You look great!" Oh oops. She smiled at Salander's girlfriend as well and extended a hand to her. "Hi...Cassie Storm."

She was pretty. Salander got a gently elbow. Nice one. "So Sal, how are you? What are you doing?..." She pouted. "I miss you." All things Cassie were on full force. Being back at Hogwarts did that.

It was Ethan who she used to have a crush on in Hogwarts but he seemed to be happier with Minnie and she couldn't be happier for the both of them. She walked over and hugged Ethan. "Hey Ethan long time no see." she greeted him. I mean the last time they saw each other was at Ronnie's and even then seemed like a while.

"The twins are amazing and starting to make a lot of noise." Laura giggled. "I think that they will take after me." Laura thought that they were actually going to be as bad as she was when she was a kid.

Oohhh, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!! This was brilliant!! Way TOO brilliant and Sophie couldn't contain her excitement. It was just as good as Charms lessons! She was back at Hogwarts again!!!!

It was weird arriving with her much older cousin, but hey, it had been a fun and different experience! Though she would've loved it even more if they could've gone the old way, as in taking the Hogwarts Express and everything! Imagine riding the train with all of her classmates again! Merlin, it would've been too good to be true! Imagine if they were all wearing their uniformas too???? Hahahaha!

Sophie had the biggest and brightest smile on her face as she walked to her old table. Hufflepuff table!! Merlin, she had missed this place so much! And AAAAHHHHH!!!! Most of her friends were already there!!!!!!!!!!!

"Ella! Laura!!" She beamed at them, going to take a seat next to her best friend. "Merlin, this is brilliant!! I missed this place so much!!" What a WONDERFUL day! It'd only be more perfect if Mordred were there. But apart from that, there was nothing that could make this day better! Ohai, Oakey, Jory, Min and wow EVERYBODY!!! HAAAI! Sophie sent them aaaaall some enthusiastic waves!

Fletcher had juuust put his fingertips on the handle of his shiny Triwizard Trophy when lo and behold... one of his former professors caught him redhanded! Fletcher stared at the older man at first, then remembered his manners and quickly brought the trophy closer to where he was actually sitting.

"Professor... Reynolds?!" Yes, he remembered the Divination Dude. Barely, but the guy looked the SAME. And look, he was at the Puff table too! Hey! "Cool! You were a Hufflepuff!" He held out his hand for an enthusiastic shake.

By the by, Miss 'I'm Too Good for Hufflepuffs' didn't go unnoticed either. "Mia," Fletcher called down to her with his usual charming grin, "glad to see you and Onion-Breath made it. How's your tattoo working out?" Want to get another yet? Man, he'd missed annoying some people. Speaking of, was her better half Destiny here?

Actually, don't answer that. Destiny reminded him too much of his ex. It was a good thing that he HADN'T seen her yet.



Back to his group of friends, Fletcher rejoined them just in time to hear Jessa mentioning a GIFT for Salander. "Ohhhhhhh no," he chuckled darkly, wagging his finger at his naughty GF, "we didn't bring THAT." That... gift, shall he say, was in his closet. And not coming out, except maybe at Christmas, heh. Actually, maybe he WOULD re-gift it to Sal sometime. It still wasn't a bad idea and just brought up funny memories for Fletcher... maybe he could bring it to him on this supposed double-date the girls were planning...?

Anyway. More important things were afoot. "Look what I found!" Fletcher announced proudly to all of them, plopping down his trophy on the shiny table. This pride and joy was hard-fought by him. "Brings back good times, doesn't it?"

Her pink nails sat on the back of his hand and she leant in to give him a kiss. "The last time we were in this room was when I told you we'd get married." And look at them now! Married and with children, and potentially discussing a tenth, or just a new dog. Either or. That wasn't even Lori's main thought right then, though. It was about their children though.

She didn't voice it right then, only let her gaze grace her house table and the memories she had there from her one few years in the castle. How funny was it that she had once called this home? Funny enough to make her laugh lightly, it was. Her first home was the castle. Her home now was their house in Somerset, or wherever they were with their children. Their family was her home.

Because she was a family woman. The one thing she'd never had when she grew up.

"I can't believe the twins will be here in a few years."

She was already drafting her apology letters to the staff.

So, he was back. And it felt... well, there were mixed emotions. As a student, Alec didn't see how he would be able to move on from the school and not come back every September 1st. But now? Now all of that seemed like a distant memory.

Feeling his hand being squeezed, the Seeker glanced over at Ells and grinned sheepishly. Head Boyfriend? He was the Head Boyfriend? "In that case, I should've gotten you a Head Girlfriend badge that has an elephant on it." Nodnod. "And you look really beautiful, by the way." Had he said that already today?

Reaching the familiar table with the yellow and black banners, Alec glanced around and grinned at the people there. First person he saw? "Hey Oakey! How's it..."

... ... going?

His voice trailed off as he watched Oakey get up and... hide behind him? What? Was he hiding from Ariana? He hadn't accidentally left dirty diapers lying around, had he? And speaking of... "Congrats on the newest addition to the family!" he said, awkwardly reaching behind him to give the older guy a pat on the shoulder.

And speaking of Ariana, Alec shot her a smile and a, "Hey! Congrats on the new addition to your family." If he said that one more time, he was going to start sounding like a broken record.

The other familiar faces at the table? "Jory! Ronnie! Hey! Long time no see." It really had been. The last time they talked had to be... during the two's graduation party, yeah? Had that been it? Alec could hardly remember any other time he'd seen them so he was going to assume it was that, which, thinking about it, had been a very long time ago. A little too long. "How've you guys been?"

The sound of someone calling his name reached his ears and he turned his head to see-- Wait... WAIT! Nate got MARRIED?! They had been dormmates for seven years and he was finding out NOW?! Alec gaped at the two of them before finally saying, "That's... that's amazing! Congrats! It's nice to meet you, Sybil." At that, he shot her a smile before turning his attention towards Nate again. "I can't believe you didn't invite me to your wedding." Kind of joking, he was.

Seeker Sir. There was only one person who called him that. "General Kaid!" he called, grinning at the younger former Hufflepuff and trying his hardest to resist ruffling his hair. Which was very hard to do, by the way. The guy's hair was practically calling for it, according to this Hair Ruffler. "It's been ages. How are things with you, mate?" And how had they not kept in touch with each other a little better?

The grin only stayed in place when he saw Minnie and Ethan approaching the table. Reaching over, Alec wrapped Minnie up in a BIG hug, a little bit for old time's sake and another bit because he was VERY happy to see her here. " Hey Minnie! It's good to see you, you know," he said, letting go of her and turning to Ethan to give him a two finger salute, "Hey Ethan! How's it going? How are the kids?" And was he allowed to give them toy broomsticks yet? Because that was a nice idea, wasn't it? ... He hopes.

You know who else it was good to see again? Nessie. Something tug at his heart as he thought back to the days when she'd pinch his cheeks and how weird he'd found it as a new student here. Because they had only just met but soon afterwards, it became the thing he knew her by, minus the Captaining and screeching. "Hey LochNessie! You okay?" She looked a bit... down. Maybe.

It had been a REALLY long time since he'd last seen Belle. He couldn't remember when but her own graduating feast came back to him. Had it been then? "Hey Belle! Long time no see." Same case with Jory... and quite a few people here. Not a good sign, was it? "I've been great! It's really good to see everyone again." And to think he had been nervous about this event. "What about you?"

And HERE was someone he saw all the time! Nearly. "Hey Curly! Glad you could make it." Was it time for their signature move? YEAH! Reaching over, the Seeker ruffled the Chaser's hair, something he made sure to do as often as possible. It only felt right. "Hey, Indy! You okay?" And how was Teddy? Alec owed the little guy a basketful of hugs and probably some gifts. Did he already have a Tornados baby!onesie?

Before he could open his mouth to ask, the sound of a girl making her way towards them reached his ears and he ended up grinning at the newest arrival. "Hey Violet!" Waaaaaave! Hadn't seen her in a long time either. Like a REALLY long time. And she looked a little... different now. "How've you been?" How many times had he asked that question already? Too many times? Yeah... he really was starting to sound like a broken record now.

Sophs was really excited, did she know? Alec couldn't help but smile as he watched her sit down next to the girlfriend. Sure, they weren't close or anything but it was good to see her again. "Hey Sophs!" Enthusiastic waves for you too, Charms Queen. "Congrats on your engagement!" Because he'd found out, thanks to the blonde over here. She wouldn't mind, right?

Those were the sound of a former Hufflepuff Captain's heels as she made her way into the Great Hall and--

Oh look at the place! It was just like she remembered! Or tried to remember. Her memory of the place had been poor lately and she hardly remembered much. Something she did remember was munching on chocolate cake in this very hall with one Caroline Delgado. Speaking of the girl, was she here yet? Because they had to have a whole cake for themselves. For old time's sake. And reunions were on the list of events where you can break your diet and it doesn't matter. She knew it. This was sci--

"CASSIE!" she squealed, running over to her roommate as fast as she could in the heels she was wearing. Lovely shoes, they were, simply GORGEOUS, but they weren't ideal for small run ups to old friends. The LAST thing she wanted was to get the dress dirty. It must be protected at all costs!!

When she finally reached Cassie, the woman wrapped her arms around the former dormmate and gave her a giant, squeezy hug. The dresses would survive this, surely.

Oh.. hehe.

There were quite a FEW things he wanted to respond back to his wife with, like how she could get his attention by leaving the room, too, but since he had promised her that he would behave, although, he thought that promise was more of a 'be nice to people' type of promise, apparently not anymore, he decided not to say anything back to her and instead just grinned at her. Besides, all that ogling? He didn't think anything needed to be said, right? Did she need to go up and get some more food? He would be more than happy to sit at the table and save her her seat.

Or maybe she wanted to get up and talk to the people she recognized. He had managed to tear his eyes away from his wife once or twice since sitting down, and while he didn't really know anyone.. or want to know anyone.. or want to acknowledge the few people that he kind of sort of did know, he knew she would. It was the whole point of her coming to this thing, after all.

Nik pushed his plate away from himself once again, really done with it this time, and hearing Mia's question caused him to raise his eyebrows. She probably just wanted to hear him say it. "Not really." Sure, it might've been nice to see some of them, but the whole catching up with them.. he wasn't good with that kind of stuff. Marriage had made him antisocial. "I can go and check on him and Lilyana, if you want me to. You can go and say hello to people." Not that she needed his approval or anything, he was just saying.

Of course he had seen Salander. And yes he saw Mia wave to him. And because he was doing that being nice thing, he even raised his own hand up to him. See? NICE. He still liked the guy a whole lot better when his head is in the mouth of a giant squid, though.

Onion Breath? How matuuuuure. Nikolai didn't even bother turning around to LOOK at Fletcher the Triwizard Champion who he was NOT jealous of for WINNING that thing. Did he STILL eat of the floor? Nikolai was tempted to drop a sandwich down to see. Pffft.

Heading over to the Hufflepuf table, Mia was really wishing that her husband had come with her to the reunion, but knew that she would manage fine on her own. She had Ness and other friends here, but especially Ness because they were so close. Ness would never treat her the way that Jasper had and Mia was so thankful to have her friend in her life.

Making a beeline to the Puff table, she headed straight for Ness. "Hey there! Looking good!" she said before taking a seat. There were not too many faces that Mia recognized, but she did know Belle!! "Hey, Belle! How are you tonight?" Did the other woman remember her from the broomstick thing? Hopefully, or she would look foolish.
