The Badgers sit under a beautiful gold and black banner representing their house. Their solid, shiny wooden table is nicely polished with all the place settings perfectly set. The food will arrive after the Headmistress' traditional feast speech. To all Hufflepuffs, both new and old: enjoy the feast!
~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.
FEAST!
That meant FOOD!
But it also meant that another school year had come to an end. Despite all the ups and downs during the previous months, Adi had to admit it had been a SUPER fun term. Annnnd he was looking forward to the summer holidays. A few months that would allow him to recuperate from all that studying and what not.
Anyyywayy! It looked like he was rather early. Where were his fellow Puffers? Adi wanted to hang out with them as usual. They had all worked hard this term, putting forward great teamwork. Professor Botros must be so proud.

Marigold hurried to the Hufflepuff table as quickly as possible - they were her family, after all - and wasn't that surprised to see that she had been beaten by only one person, Adi. "Hey, Adi," she said, slipping into a seat nearby, and craning her head back to see other students entering. "Term all right for you?" Was she the only one that thought that it was pretty low key? Not even studying for major exams - she had passed all of her tests all year with flying colors.
Well, she did drop two courses, so she had more free time to study, but that was besides the point. It wasn't her fault that she failed two OWLs. More like her RPer's fault.

YAYYY feast! MORE YAYYY for the end of term!!
Leah could not believe that she had actually made it to this. She thought she would not survive until the end of term, what with a couple of the other Fourth years already gone. Nevertheless, it was a fun and interesting term. She had made new friends, made up with Angel, turned fifteen and *gasps* her House won the House Cup AND the Gobstones Cup. Preeetty cool. Leah headed to the Hufflepuff House table smiling, finally able to relax.
Only two Puffers were seated - her favorite Prefects. She plopped down onto a seat opposite the two of them and waved excitedly. "Hi Adi, Marigold," the fourth year had not talked to the two of them in AGES, hopefully they recognized her and she was finally going to be together with aaalll her Badger buddies. "Are you guys excited for the summer holidays?" Leah asked. She had a lot of plans for the summer already that she was really looking forward to.

Henric casually stroll into the great hall and went to sit at his Hufflepuff table. He sat at his usual place which was somewhere in the middle where his fellow third years dorm roommates were situated. Seemed like they weren't here yet, so he took a look around. Looked like the prefects were already here and another girl who sat across from them. He didn't want to intrude with their conversation and patiently waited for the feast to start. He reminisced the months he spend here, relieved he had passed his examinations and looking forward to come back home again. He hoped Hufflepuff was going to win the housecup this year, looking at the Gryffindor hourglass moments ago, it looked as if they were close.

As Leah took a sip of pumpkin juice from her goblet, she noticed from the corner of her eye another Hufflepuff sitting down at the Table. She recognized him as a cute third year boy. As per usual, he sat at the middle of the table where his group of friends normally sat. He looked like he was on his own for now, so she shifted over a seat when her conversation with the Prefects was over.
"Hello," she said with a smile. "I'm Leah, fourth year... well, soon to be fifth year." The words fifth year sounded strange when she said it out loud. It seemed like only yesterday she was introducing herself as "firstieee Leah Abbott".
Where did the time go?

Henric turned to look up and was almost taken aback by the sudden introduction by a beautiful fourth year he has been seeing around in the common room but never had the guts to introduce himself. It was a secret he'd been admiring her from afar, even in their classes he would sneak a glance or two at the oriental beauty. He dropped everything he was holding and stood up to introduce himself. "Uhh hi....yeah I know who you are...I mean...you've been in our classes...uhh..what I mean to say is...my name Henric by the way,"he stuttered.Real smooth...Henric..real smooth....

Ugh, she really needed to stop scaring people. She pretty much popped out of nowhere, and knew how frightening that was. Just look, the handsome little guy looked slightly taken aback.
??
Actually, he looked more nervous than anything. Not many people Leah have met dropped everything and stood up when they introduced themselves. It was so cuuute that she wanted to squish his face. But it was their first time properly seeing each other so that would be rude. "Hi Henric," she smiled reassuringly. "uh, you can sit down," she gestured. "Did you have a good term, Henric?"

Looks like he wasn't going to be alone for long! Here came his fellow Puff Prefect! "Mariii!'' She got a cheerful smile from him. "Yup, it has been for the most part. All that studying though... glad that's over.'' He was freeeeeeeee for now and he could worry about results later. ''All done with your packing?'' Packing was something Adi was lagging behind on. Woops.
"Leah! Hello!'' Another Hufflepuff that Adi was fond of. "How's it going? Hey, great job with Gobstones this term. Looking forward to you playing a lot more next term.'' Leah was one of those hard working students so he knew she would take up the challenge... but since when had she gotten to being a fourth year? He could still remember first year leah!
Ah looky! Another Puffer! (Henric). "Hey, dude!'' Adi wasn't sure he knew the guy that well but he had seen him all over the Puff common room of course and classes as well. "Had a good term?''

Leah grinned. All the cheerful energy coming from Adi made her happier than she already was. "I'm doing great, how have you been?" she said. Great was the best word to describe what she was feeling at the moment. She was going back home the next day! "Thank you. We make the best Gobstones Club Hogwarts has ever had," she raised her hand up for a high five. "Congratulations for Player of the Match too! You were seriously good with the game." She was kind of feeling bad that she did not get to play as much, but clearly the fifth year had better skills.
Fifth year. That reminded her of one more thing. "How did you do on your OWLs?" she asked. Adi was a top student, so he probably did really good on the tests too. She was just worried about whether or not she would be crying in a corner this time next year.
She certainly hoped not.

Henric blinked, not realising he was still standing up when already Leah had sat down.He guessed he blamed it on his drilled-in manners, having learnt it from the waiter that worked in his parents restaurant back home.
"Oh yeah...sorry,"he muttered and quickly took his seat. He wondered what was the reason she came to introduce herself to a mere third year like himself.
"Umm..yeah..it was great," he replied, trying not to avert his gaze from her. It was getting difficult, he wasn't use to talking to a girl before.() He rarely did.Think...Henric..think...he should say something back.
"H-how...is..yo-"he finally spoke but was cut short when the prefect came and introduce himself to him. He quickly put on his cool demeanor facade.
"Hello! Yeah it was great, thanks for asking,"he answered, smiling slightly. He watched as the two of them conversed, thankful there was somebody to stop him from having a nervous breakdown.()
"Yeah, congratulations on winning player of the match, really great game,"he chipped in as well.
He had made it! Noel Wallace was officially done with his fourth year. And although in the last couple of weeks it had seem like he wouldn't, he still had. The feast was here, and a smile was plastered on the fifteen year old's face. He was SO ready to go back.
Pushing his untrimmed hair back through his fingers, Noel made his way to the puff table. Taking a seat next to Leah, he smiled at her before looking at everyone else and greeting them: "Hey Adi, Hey Mari. Good term?"
And just then a boy stood up to introduce himself to Leah. Noel eyed him before breaking into a grin, elbowing her lightly on the side he whispered to her: "Think he likes you," It was funny. The boy couldn't take his eyes off her at all.

Even though they were definitely long overdue to sit amongst Noel's housemates, instead of her own, Hayley was grumpy about it. Not because she didn't like this table, she DID. Though she didn't know very many of them, she enjoyed Noel's Hufflepuff family. She had wanted to be one of them, not that long ago, apart of the house her parents had been in. It was the simple fact that a certain Ravenclaw girl would be sitting at their house table, comfortably and happily, and Hayley didn't think she deserved such a thing.
She would have MUCH rather have been sitting with Noel at her own house table, so said ridiculous heartbreaker Ravenclaw girl could feel the discomfort of Noel sitting with them TOO. Happily, apparently.
Grey-blue eyes blinked, seeing the smile - the corners of her own lips tugging upward, if only slightly. Quietly, the fourth year planted herself on his other side - the side opposite Leah. "We made it." Through another year at Hogwarts, alive and well.. for the most part.
It had been a rough year.

Dylan entered the Great Hall and he made his way towards the Hufflepuff table, an eager look on his face. He was excited to stuff his face - er, I mean, eat some delicious Hogwarts food. The feasts were always so mouthwatering-ly heavenly. He could already taste the chicken... mmmm!

As he neared the table, he scanned it over, searching for his girlfriend Bleu. Seeing that she hadn't arrived quite yet, he shrugged and spotted an empty spot next to one of his good friends, Adi! Grinning, he made his way over to his friend. "Hey mate, mind if I sit by you?" He asked.

Marigold grinned at her fellow prefect. Oh, right, he had just taken OWLs. Man, she almost missed that studying. Studying gave her a sense of purpose, and made her happy. She would probably teach herself something over the summer - like singing or something like that, something you could learn from a book. "Well, now you have a good long summer to relax! Do you have any plans?" Oh, packing. She was supposed to do that. "I'll wake up early tomorrow and do that. I always forget." Oops.

Was it bad that Lux only felt excitement at this feast? She was so over Hogwarts and all she wanted right now was to go home. Soon she would be able to see her boyfriend and family again, and that prospect was AMAZING.
Practically bouncing, the redhead made her way over to the Hufflepuff table. Ooooh, there were already people there though at least she hadn't missed the food. What was the point of coming to a feast if you missed the food that went along so well with company?? Talking to friends was amazing, but she'd rather not do it on an empty stomach.
"Hello, guys!" she said as she sat down at the bench. Some of her friends were here and she knew that they would never ignore her.

Leah smiiiled at the boy as he sat back down awkwardly. She liked this one, really. She pretended to not notice his continued awkwardness as the conversation went on, but nodded at his reply. "That's nice, I found my third year quite boring," she said too truthfully. There was nothing special, she did not turn into a fairytale character, everything was the same for her.
Was she the only one who noticed Henric's change in attitude when Adi came? He looked more relaxed than before. Maybe he was just nervous around girls. As she chatted with the Prefect, she realized that the boy was excluded. "Do you play Gobstones?" Leah asked. They needed more people participating in the game. But it was amazing and fun, so who wouldn't want to play it?

Still, the girl was surprised when she felt him sit next to her. She returned the smile and unspoken greeting to him silently.
O_o Whaaat? Leah's face reddened at what he said. She frowned at the boy before glancing at Henric. It did make sense, his behavior matched with what people normally did around their crush. Noel probably knew those stuff better because he was a guy too. But Leah was not going to admit that she agreed. "Think YOU do," she whispered back with a slight punch on the arm.

More and more awesome puffer friends were arriving at the feast. One of them was a guy Leah did not know well, but she KNEW they had talked at least once over her four years at Hogwarts. "Hi, Dylan right?" Juuust to make sure. Didn't want to get people mixed up, nope. "How are you doing?" she asked upon hearing his reply.

Hah, so Marigold had not forgotten her YAY! "I finished packing literally just now," she said. So much to pack and too less time. She also had to decide what to leave out because technically there was still one more day of school left mhm. Leah listened to the sixth year's summer plans excitedly. It sounded fascinating and a great way to spend a two month long holiday. "Are you planning to do something related to animals after you graduate?" she asked. She did not want Marigold to leave.. but it was bound to happen.
"Oh, I am going to the Summer field trip, then there is a Quidditch camp a few days after that. Also I'm planning to have a sleepover at my best friend Angel's place sometime," Leah said. She was looking to every single one of the activities. There was also the annual school supplies shopping to do. She would have SO much more to buy this year because of the upcoming OWLs. Ugh.

Leah glanced around at the sound of a somewhat familiar voice. It was Lux the fifth year pretty girl. She was not very close with her, they did not talk much either, but Lux was always such an approachable person that the younger girl knew she would not mind her going over for a chat.
So that was what she did. "Hi Lux," she said with a friendly smile. "How was your term?"

Henric turned to Leah again when he asked him a question.Gobstones? No he hadn't have the opportunity to play it. Even if he did, he might not be good at it partly due to him not familiar with the ancient wizarding game. Although,he rather enjoyed watching the game from the sidelines. Besides,he probably spent more time outside caring for magical creatures than he was inside the vicinity of the castle. He wondered if they had seen the winged horse-like skeletal creature before but he better not talked about them now. "Umm no...not yet but I've seen the game before.Maybe I'll get to see you guys play it again sometime,"he added.

Another forth year came by, Henric often saw him in the common room but didn't know him well. His smile faltered a little when the boy whispered to Leah's ear, he wondered what were they whispering about. He noticed her cheeks turned slightly red...ohh... he thought he might be her new beau. He turned away, trying not to show his flustered facial expression. As more Hufflepuffs came in and greeted each other, Henric couldn't be more overwhelmed. He felt a little apprehensive but he didn't want to be rude, so he gave them all a genuine smile and a small wave. "Hi,I'm Henric..."he introduced himself while tuning in to their conversation.

"I sure do. I'll be spending it mostly on a camping trip with some muggle friends.'' The great outdoors. Nothing beats that though it was possible that he would be getting a bit browner. Heh. "What about you?'' He also wondered if Mari looking forward to seventh year? Or perhaps she was dreading it? Adi had to laugh at what was said next. "Just don't forget about it tomorrow morning.''
"Same, same.'' Adi had the energy, man! With OWLs behind him, he was not feeling as drained as he had been over the last few months. "I couldn't agree with that more!'' High five for the awesome Gobstones partner! "Thank you. I just did as best as I could. Our hard work sure paid off but next term you can take the Player of the Match status from me.'' Adi grinned broadly. Leah would very much deserve that. "You can be Queen of the Puffer Gobstones club until you graduate.'' Hehe.
Ah. Talk of the OWL exams. "I think I did reasonably. Some of them were more challenging than others.'' This was true and Adi decided he would tell Leah straight up since she was taking the exams next year. "The key is to stay focused on what you're aiming for so if you aim to do excellently, keep thinking that and you'll see those results.'' Adi believed in the power of positive thoughts, yo.
"Henric, right?" Adi asked the other dude Leah was talking to. Was it just him or did the younger guy seem to be nervous? Hmmm. Honestly, he could see no reason why he needed to be or maybe Adi was missing something. "Thanks! You should play next term too. We can use all the help we can get.'' Yep, the fifth year needed to get more of the Puffs involved in Gobstones.
Looky! It was his new pal Noel! "Heya, Noel. You didn't take naps in the Corner room, did you?" LOL. The two Hufflepuffs had agreed Mr Kitridge had set a trap in that room with those extra comfy sofas. Wait... what was that Noel was saying? Henric liked Leah? As in... that like? Gosh, that would explain Henric's nervousness! "You're not dating him until I determine he's boyfriend material for you, Leah,'' Adi whispered loud enough for Henric to hear.. Uh oh. That instinct to protect one of his friends was surfacing again.
Hearing the voice of Dylan, Adi nodded brightly. "You sure can!'' he told his first ever guitar instructor. "How's it going? Did you find your cat after it got into the Chamber of Secrets?" He had never quite gotten around to asking that but he figured the creature had returned safe and sound to Dylan.
Next came Lux, the Hufflepuff whom he was probably closest to. "Heya, Lux!'' Just look at her. She had a great amount of energy too! There was just something about Hufflepuffs and that, wasn't there? "Got through OWLs alright? Looking forward to seeing Bay? Tell him I said hi, please.'' Adi didn't say more to Lux because he saw a Valentine approach the table. But it was neither AJ nor Angel. "Hey, Abby! How's it going?"

Abby smiled at Adi and said "Hey Adi it is going pretty well actually i am ready to be going home for the summer aside from the field trip which i am looking forward to"
Woah it was the end of his sixth year. Bloody merlin where did the time go? He just remembered going to Hogwarts for the first time and now next term he was going to be a seventh year. He wasn't gonna think about that now because that means he would leave Emmy behind and all his other friends. He was going to live in the moment now. As he made his way down the table and see his fellow puffs, he found an open seat.
He climbed over and plopped down. He didn't see any food yet though so the feast didn't start yet. Phewww thank the lord. He was quite hungry. He saw Adi talking up a storm being the Puffer prefect he was. He grinned and was glad he was still his friend. He saw the head girl (Marigold) and he gave her a friendly wave. He didn't see Lux here yet. Where was his cucumber friend? As he turned around he noticed Lux was sitting down the table from him.
He chuckled to himself and he went over and hugged her from behind. "Heyyy Cucumber." he greeted her with a friendly smile.

Dylan laughed as Mari hugged him back and he stumbled a little at the impact of her hug. Then she was shooting questions at him and he decided to sit beside her since it might take a bit for them to catch up.
"Life's pretty good, I have a girlfriend now." The fifth year smiled sheepishly when he said this, his cheeks turning slightly pink. "Not much else that's exciting other than that. As for favorite class, it's always been potions," He chuckled. "And for summer, I'm gonna stay at home for most of it but go camping once or twice." He added with a small shrug. "What about yourself?" He then asked. It was a bummer they hadn't gotten the chance to hang out this year, they'd have to more next year.
SPOILER!!: Lux! :)

Spotting a familiar red head join the table, Dylan smiled and gave Lux a wave. "Hey, Lux!" He said, noticing how excited she looked. He smiled. She was probably eager to see Bay, yeah?
SPOILER!!: Leah!

"Hi, Dylan right?" Juuust to make sure. Didn't want to get people mixed up, nope. "How are you doing?" she asked upon hearing his reply.
Hearing his name, he turned to see another fellow Puffer and he smiled, giving her a wave. "Hello-" He paused, trying to remember her name. Oh Merlin's beard...it was on the tip of his tongue! .... oh! It was Leah, wasn't it? "....Leah!" He said, hoping he was right. They had in fact met before, they just hadn't talked much.
"Oh, I'm pretty good," He answered with a nod. "Kinda hungry though." Good thing the food would be coming soon! Mmm, Dylan could almost taste it! "What about you?"
SPOILER!!: Adi!

"Thanks!" Dylan said as he slid into the seat beside Adi. He then looked around, seeing the table was really filling up now. That meant food would be arriving soon too, right? Oh he hoped so. It was all that was on his mind right now!
"It's going great!" He answered, chuckling when Adi mentioned the Chamber of Secrets. The Puffer had nearly forgotten about that whole incident! "Yeah, I found her. I dunno why on earth she went down there, but it was pretty cool to actually see." He explained with a nod. Dylan had never thought he'd actually see the Chamber of Secrets during his years at Hogwarts... he had no idea it'd ever be open to go into. It'd sure make an interesting story when he got home!
"So, what about you? How are you doing?" He then asked. It had actually been awhile since the two friends had really talked.

Just then, Kace had joined the table. Smiling, Dylan gave his friend a wave. "Hey Kace, how's your head doing?" He asked. He had been wondering (and worrying a bit) about it since the two had played frisbee that one day not too long ago.
Margo couldn't believe that her first year at Hogwarts was done! She had such wonderful adventures. Starting with falling into the Lake at the very beginning to meeting to the Giant Squid! She had made such wonderful friends in Kace and Adi and several others. Margo was a little sad to be leaving!
But this summer was going to be great! She was hoping that she would get to see all of her friends in Diagon Alley! And that she would meet every more new people! Looking around Margo was trying to see if she knew anyone around her.

As Kace was sitting at the table, he noticed Dylan made his way over to him. Huh...he guessed he must have passed him. He shrugged and replied, "It is feeling better. Emmy never suspected a thing." he winked. He didn't need for her to worry. "You excited for the summer? I can't believe how fast the term went.." he said looking around and seeing all the students at their house table. "What are you doing this summer?" This question could pose summer plans you know.

As he was waiting for Dylan's answer, he noticed Margo was coming to the table. Man he hadn't seen in her in a while. He smiled and got up from his seat and went up to hug her from behind. He had to squish the first year I mean next term she is gonna be a second year. She won't be so little anymore. "How is my favorite first year?" he asked still giving her a bear hug.
