Astronomy!!!! Margo's favorite thing in the entire world!!!! She simply could not wait to watch the stars and learn what the heavens had to offer!! Margo had a fasination with constelations and such!

So with out further ado, Margo used the lint roller on the the table as directed, making sure to get all her little kitten care off her robes and bounced on her toes reaady for action. She pulled out her text book, some parchment and a quill just as directed....oops and her wand, good thing she didn't forget to bring her wand! She loved this thing!!!!! Her wand was the best thing about being a witch hands down.

Margo was ready for this!!!

Nemo Grimm walked into the classroom, His Astronomy book under his arm and his head held high. He ignored the lint roller that hung there because Nemo didn't have lint on this clothing. Thank you very much!

He stepped up to a randomly chosen desk since no one he disliked was here yet and took a seat. Looking at the pumpkin on his desk. What an odd thing.. Apparently it was just there for show as he wasn't allowed to do anything with it. How weird, he thought this class was about the stars, not pumpkins. But whatever, He wouldn't openly complain for once, he liked Flamsteed. Even if he was a bit weird.

"Hello, Professor. How was your summer?" He asked because there wasn't a lot of that going around at the Gryffindor Party, asking about summers seemed very dull compared to Bungee Jumping.

Lint roller used?

"Yeah, yeah,'' muttered the slightly irritable Adi. He bustled into the classroom after he set the thing down, eyes already scanning it for AJ. She wasn't there as yet... only Margo and a fellow fifth year. And Professor Pirate Flamsteed. Obviously.

And darn! That light. Adi reached into his robes for his glasses to put them on before one of those famous headaches came along. "Good afternoon, Professor,'' he greeted with a little smile, not at all his usual bouncy self.

"Hey, Margo.'' Smiles for his little friend as he took a seat next to her, barely noticing the pumpkins.

Five years of attending Astronomy lessons in this classroom meant that Toby had well and truly established where his favourite place to sit was. He'd sat the same seat, one by the window, ever since his first ever class up here, and today would be no exception.

Once he'd passed the lint roller over his uniform, with the efficient and fluid motion of someone who was used to this and had done it many times before, Toby stepped into the room and looked around for any clues that might give away what they were doing today. By the time he reached that regular seat of his, Toby had of course noticed the pumpkins on each desk. There was no way that even HE could miss them.

"Afternoon, Professor Airey. Having a good day?" Toby greeted the astronomer as he took his seat and immediately picked up the pumpkin (fidgety idle hands, you see) before noticing the message on the board. Oh. Uh. Well... was this considered manhandling it? Toby's gaze went back to Airey and he slowly made to put the pumpkin back on the desk with a sort of questioning look, as if to say 'yes? no? can I hold Pumpkin?'

As Hady made her way towards the Astronomy classroom she wondered if the lint roller was still in it's place beside the door. Sure enough it was just where it had been last year making the young girl smile to herself.

Picking up the lint roller she rolled it over her robes and such even though she knew she was clean of fur or lint but that's alright. Setting it down again she made her way inside the classroom already enjoying the light breeze that swept through from the open windows. "Hello, Professor Flamsteed. How are you today?" She asked cheerfully giving the man a light wave in greeting as well.

It wasn't until she choose a seat that she noticed the pumpkins on the desks. Before she could ask what they needed them for she say the board and decided to wait until class began. Setting her bag down at her feet she removed her textbook, quill, parchment and wand setting them all on the desk beside the pumpkin.

Now all she had to do was wait for her friends to arrive and class to begin.

Yes Yes Yes! Finally Aegis will get to see the Wizard of Wizards at work! To Commemorate this momentous occasion of Aegis' first class with his Head of House he took to heart what the Professor told him at the Lion Party. The Tall Blonde finished un-linting himself, and walked into the classroom. His School Robe covering the suit and tie mostly, but he put enough swag into his walk to let them flow so that his suit was visible beneath. "Hello, Professor Sir." Aegis gave him a Thumbs up and took a seat near the front of the Semi-Circle row of Desks. He nearly had his rear in the seat when he felt he had forgotten to say something else...

...AH OF COURSE! Aegis shot back up and stood still facing the Astronomy Professor. "Padawan Aegis! Ready to learn all I can!"

Look at that signature. Dante did not even remember seeing that last year. Though it must have been there. Though he did not remember some parts of last year. Strange. Though he did remember putting Professor Airey in the bag with Thornton. Fun Times. Dante made sure he was lint free and made his entrance to see Pumpkins. Last time Dante checked it was only the very beginning of October.

Right?

"What's Up, Professor. Just a little early for Halloween, isn't it?"

Not the Dante would complain if they made jack o lanterns the whole class.

Angel was totally looking forwards to Astronomy, she used the lint roller like she had done since she had realised it was there. "Hi Professor." Angel smiled, "Good day so far?" Angel thought she might as well ask since she it was only the polite thing to do, she looked around for clues to see what she could be learning today but at the minute she decided that she would sit and wait and see what was going on with the lesson.

Damien had debated and debated all morning. Was he really going to do this? He didn’t want trouble, he was just trying to… Be himself, and those robes. Those God-awful, disgustingly unfashionable robes were an affront to Damien Anderson-Belfort’s entire being.

So it was not his robes, but a suit he used the lint brush on, careful to get any tiny speck that might have attached itself to the grey tweed of his suit jacket and pants. He cleared his throat and walked into class, his hand coming up to adjust the perfect knot on his navy blue tie. “Morning, Professor Airey.” He said, taking the seat next to Nemo, and grinning at him. "Pumpkins... Righteous."

“What up, dude.” Damien said, fist bumping Nemo, before nodding to Aegis, his other blond dorm mate. “Sup Dane,” Did they like the duds? Of course they would, it was a beautiful suit.

Anxious energy was bubbling within him despite his cool demeanor, would he get in trouble for this? Get kicked out of class? Detention like Rorie with the… Slime? He hoped not, he wasn’t asking for trouble, he just wanted a little individuality.

WOOOT Astronomy! Caleb actually really liked this class. The actual material wasn't exactly the most exciting stuff, but Flamsteed always found a way to make it more interesting and fun. He wasn't at all worried about THIS OWL. That was for sure.

He sat down in his usual desk, finding...a pumpkin. Of course. Nothing surprised him anymore. "Good day, Professor Flamsteed," he said with a smile to the man, although he looked like he was in the middle of something so he didn't say anything else.

Echo bounced excitedly to her next class and it was about stars and things, a subject she was very eager to learn. Spotting the professor she said hello "Hello Professor" she wasn't sure of his name yet so she introduced herself.

"Im Echo Duchannes" she stuck her hand out for him to shake. before going to find a seat with the nice pumpkins sitting on them.. "I wonder if we get to carve them??" making jack-o-lanterns would be a fun way to spend a lesson.

Normally AJ looked forward to Astronomy because Flamsteed always came through and made his lessons interesting, but this time she wasn't and if didn't have a thing to do with the subject. Her and Adi had a fight, and right now she didn't even want to look at him. The situation wasn't really his fault, but he didn't have to go and lose his patience with her either. She was innocent!

As she walked into the room, she walked past the lint roller, and had to turn around to retrieve it. Did she contaminate the room by doing so? Either way she didn't really care. The lint rollers did there thing and she tossed it back in position.

Now she was "ready" to enter the classroom properly. The professor was there and he got a smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. "Hello, professor." She was not going to look for him, she was NOT going to look for him. Annnd, her eyes scanned the room in search of her boyfriend. There he was. Her eyes quickly cut away from him, and she made a point to go and sit at a table furthest from him. She was still mad at him, and the whole situation really.

AJ also noticed that her sister was there, but she decided to sit away from her too because she didn't feel like answering any questions, and she definitely didn't feel like being asked a million times over what was wrong. Now was not the time for anybody to approach that subject with her.

Oh, look... pumpkins. FROWN.

She had seen the rule about the lint roller and it rose questions about the professor. When Evie got to the classroom, she glanced at the roller, then at her robes. She plucked a cat hair off her skirt but decided that she really wasn't very linty, so she stepped inside and looked around for a seat.

Evie was tempted to sit by the boy with the green badge, but she settled for sitting a row back and a few seats away with a clear view of the professor; he might have friends he'd want to sit by, after all. Speaking of the professor, he looked like he was reading something very intensely, so she watched him. Intensely.

After using the lint roller, Austin walked into the classroom ready to prove he was a Ravenclaw. He knew he had to think outside the box in order to prove that. So he was going to. He smiled and nodded at the professor and found his way to an empty seat that wasn't near anyone. He said he was ready to think like a Ravenclaw, not be social. He wasn't ready for that at the moment.

Instead he pulled out his parchment, quill, and his mother's Pheonix feather quill. He hoped it didn't attract too much attention to himself, for he just wanted to attend class and leave. Dilly dallying was not something that was going to happen after class. Unless, of course, Ophelia decided she wanted to talk to him. But he doubted that, after the fiasco at the feast. So, he just placed his things on the desk, and leaned back in the chair, hoping for class to start soon.

Time for the first Astronomy lesson of the year, and Lux was excited even though she wasn't the best at the subject. Professor Flamsteed was awesome and she always loved his lessons because they were zany and fun like him.

Spotting her friends, Lux waved to them all before taking a seat beside Damien and sending him a smile. She felt no ill will towards him after the tree incident, and he was still her friend. "Hello," she said to him before finally noticing the pumpkin on her desk. Okay, what was with that?

"Hello, Professor Flamsteed. Getting into the Halloween spirit early this year?"

Time for Astronomy! This was one of Kace's favorite subjects and he couldn't be more happy to be back. He looked around the classroom and noticed the pumpkin. He chuckled at the notice and yeah the first thing he wanted to do was man handle the pumpkin. Professor Airey saw right through him. He smirked and saw the brush too. Hmm...he wondered what it could be for? Curiosity aside, he went to his desk and plopped down.

As he looked up he noticed the Professor was in the room. He smiled and greeted him, "Hello Professor is our activity today to carve pumpkins? Because that would be kind of awesome." He was hoping for it but something tells him they won't. "Maybe we can carve constellations?" he suggested.

Abby made her way towards the first Astronomy lesson of the year and she used the lint roller over her robes and made sure they were lint free and proceeded into the classroom and said "Good day Professor" Abby took a seat quite close to the front she had no idea what would happen in this lesson so she was looking forward to it

Eden slipped into the classroom, de-linting her robes as per USUAL in this weird class. Professor Flamy was quite quirky, wasn't he? Eden didn't mind so much. Weren't they all a little quirky? She smiled as she saw Nemo almost instantly, giving him a VERY enthusiastic wave. He was such a..well. She did like her some Nemo Grimm. And of course, he was sitting next to Damien...who she still wasn't sure how she felt about. With his friendship with Rorie--and--yeah, past THINGS...hmm. She did shoot him a smile though. Hi hi.

"Aye, Professor--" she waved and smiled brightly as him.

She raised an eyebrow at Aegis--"Padawan Aegis? Then I'm Padawan Eden." If he got to be one, SHE wanted to be one, TOO. Because...you know...Star Wars was...only her favorite thing in all of the UNIVERSE. She smiled at the new Gryffindor, though, and waved at Toby and Adi as she walked by them...and even ruffled Lux's hair. She was thinking of sitting next to Lux--when she noticed Aj.

AJ...who was dating...Adi, right? Or was she getting them all confused? Why wasn't she BY Adi, though? That was the weird thing--and Eden--Eden plopped down next to her. "Hi, AJ!" she said cheerfully, giving her a smile and a nod. "How's is going?" she asked as she pulled out her notebook.

Astronomy class...

Something that had proven quite interesting last term. As such, Ben had a little more curiousity for the subject. Not to mention, it was Professor Flamsteed's class and he liked the man overall, even before he became the leader of Gryffindor house. "Good afternoon, Professor," he said, greeting his head of house before going any further.

Then looking for a place to sit, Benny spotted Adi, Angel and AJ all already there. Was he running late or something? The thought was drawn away as he noticed the third amigo seemed a little off and she wasn't sitting with Adi or Angel. Uh oh...was something up? Chancing a look at his bestie, he silently searched for clues before deciding to simply sit by Adi. "Hey," he greeted quietly as he took a seat, getting out his belongings from his bag to be ready.

Right, astronomy. Let's see how this goes. Finn walked right into the classroom, not bothering to use the lint roller, he had no use for it. Nor was he a clean freak. He also didn't say hello to the Professor, he seemed to be absorbed in his own business and it was rude to bother him when he was focused on something else. So he went straight past him and found himself a desk to sit on.

Only said desk had a pumpkin on it, then Finn saw the message written onto the chalkboard. Who would even attempt to eat a pumpkin like this or smash it? Not so smart people. It was on everyone's desk so obviously it meant it was for class. Anyway Finn put his hands on his desk, cupped them together and waited quietly for class to start, looking at everyone else filing in.

Margo flashed her pearly whites at Adi, she was beginning to really like him. He was so helpful in all her classes and was always there when she needed help.

"Hey Adi, what do you think the pumpkins are for" She asked looking at her and smiling. She always loved carving pumpkins, but the Professor had asked them not to. "I hope we get to use our telescopes soon!" Margo said smiling, she loved watching the stars!

Okay! Her second lesson for that day and… She was really curious about it! She always had thought about this lesson as bored but… She never actually had followed a lesson like this so she still wasn’t able to judge, not jet anyway! “Stay inside my pocket and DON’T move!” Hissed Cahira to her rat Nabber because she knew that animals weren’t allowed during a lesson but… She had forgotten to bring her rat back to the common room and she NEVER would allow her rat to walk back to the common room ALONE because she didn’t trusted all the cats here at Hogwarts, not that cats were a problem… Her rat was really EVIL to others and she wouldn’t be surprised if her rat had attacked a cat! Out of self defense, of course! But… Still she didn’t wanted to risk it that her rat would get eaten alive, risking it that the cat would be stronger!

So, entering the classroom she first looked at the teacher, she stared him RIGHT into his eyes, trying to judge him and see who he was, he wasn’t a cat like the other professor so that was already a good thing! “Hello, professor” spoke Cahira slowly, one eyebrow raised because she still wasn’t sure if she would like this lesson AND the professor who was teaching it! She saw the roller on the table but because she just thought that it was stupid to use she only grabbed it, turning her back toward the teacher so that he wouldn’t see it if she actually was doing it she only moved it close before her uniform but NOT actually touching it! Yeah! She wasn’t going to use that thing while everybody else also had used it! Bleh, she didn’t wanted to touch their dirt!

Walking to a seat what was still free she stared at the orange pumpkin on her desk… Why… Was it laying there? And what was she supposed to do with it? Hmm… This lesson was already starting strange!

Margo was all smiles. If Adi hadn't been so distracted, his smiles would have been just as big as hers. He was, however, managing small ones for her. "I have no idea. Maybe we're carving jack-o-lanterns,'' he joked lamely. "Telescopes are one of the most fun equipment in Astronomy. Have you tried it out before coming to Hogwarts?"

Watching... he was watching the door for her and pretty soon he was rewarded when AJ strolled in... and out... and in again. Adi instantly straightened up, intending to talk to her. Or at least try to but when her his met his and then she looked away, he knew it would be futile. That and the fact AJ took a seat that far away from him got him annoyed though not as much as hurt. It was his fault... he shouldn't have lost his cool that day. But it wasn't his fault she badgered him until he told her what was bothering him and then she couldn't handle the answer. He should have just kept his mouth shut.

Adi lapsed into a moody silence as he watched Benny come in who no doubt was going to go sit next to Angel. Great. Both his best friends leaving him... it was as if his worst fear was coming throu- oh. Benny chose to sit with him. But then again, his bestie knew what was going on. "Hi, Benny.'' Pause. "Thanks,'' Adi added as he waved to Eden and gave her a weak smile. Thanks for the wise words earlier and for choosing to sit next to him. Benny would know what he meant. And with that, he sat silently, hoping the lesson would start soon and distract him.

Zhenya walked up and up to the Astronomy tower. She wasn't really looking forward to it, because she wasn't very good at it. Just before she entered, she saw that there was a lint roller. She looked down at her clothes and saw they were perfectly BLACK black, and she didn't use it. She had taken Healer Murdoch and Professor Belaire's suggestions and ensured her uniform was immaculate.

She entered the room, said a "Hello Professor," to the Professor, waved at all the familiar faces, and sat down in a chair near them. She pulled out her text book, parchment and quill, and tapped her robes to make sure her wand was safely inside.
