Behind a large, gilded, and beautifully restored mirror on the fourth floor is a secret passageway. Unfortunately it doesn't lead anywhere because of a cave in, but if one could get the mirror off the wall, one could find a neat hiding place...
Oddly enough, the mirror always reflects a scene of handsome chandeliers, elegant landscape oil paintings, and golden draperies, which is not at all the corridor opposite it.

Bianca's eyes widened when he hit the mirror. "C-Squared, calm down," she said, putting a hand on his arm.
There was no need to take it out the mirror. It was a nice mirror that didn't do what they had wanted or exploded but still. It was a nice mirror. The next time they removed it, Bianca wanted it put into her dorm room so she could see her face every day in it. Yup.
And he was talking about this room of requirement thing again. Seeing that smile made her feel better. Cause sad friends were bad. Bianca didn't do sad. She had two settings - happy or extremely happy. Sad was not an option. Neither was bored. Anyways. Room of Requirement. Grinning, she nodded. "I'd be down with that."
Bezey touched Chance's arm and Chance grinned. He decided to make a point that she hadn't let go of his arm. He eyed her hand on his arm, and a big goofy grin crossed his face. "So sad makes you touch people then? Ill have to remember that." He said with a chuckle before patting her hand on his arm.
So this mirror was a no go.... for now. Chance wouldnt let it beat him down forever. he was just taking a break from it... Yea. That was it.
"Ok..." Chance said, rubbing his hands together and looking at Bezey with excitement pouring back into his eyes. "Room of Requirement! Whats the plan??" He asked.

Why was he patting her hand? Pffft.
She dropped it and stuck it in her pocket. "I wasn't sad. And I touch people all time. I do hug people," she said, sticking her tongue out at him. Hmph. Bianca Caruso was a very mature fourteen-year-old. Besides what was he doing patting her hand anyways? That was silly. It hadn't magically turned into a puppy... though that was a really good idea... she could do that. Or figure out how to.
Now this crazy look in his eyes? Bianca liked that. "WE SHALL DEFEAT THE MIRROR ANOTHER DAY!" She said dramatically, grinning.
But for now, fancy dinner in the Room of Requirement? What about yes?
"The plan is... we find out where it is." Because Bianca did not know where it was. At all.

Chance nodded and bit his bottom lip to keep from laughing at Bezey. So she touched people all the time. Mmmhhh.. Chance nodded again, the look in his eyes amused. "Wonder how many germs you are carrying there with all the people touching you do." Chance said sticking his tongue back out at Bezey. He wiggled his eyebrows at her but decided to let her off the hook. "It's okay. I dont really touch a whole lot of people so I'll keep my hands to myself." he said indicating the pat of her hand.
"Okay! Right, Room of Requirement. So... I hear it is by the kitchens. Maybe one of the house elves have seen it around lately, because I can't exactly remember where it was." Chance said a little sheepishly. He gave another boyish grin and a shrug. He wasn't perfect! "But, once we find it. Fancy dinner for ya. Ill be pinky holding it up!"

"I don't have germs. I own hand sanitizer," she said proudly. And it smelled like girly stuff. Which meant flowers and fruits. They were really nice and brightly colors and Bianca loved them all.
Keep his hands to himself? He had grabbed her wrist when they had known each other for like fifteen seconds. She raised a brow and laughed, shaking her head.
The Room of Requirement was by the kitchens...?
She stared at him for a second, mouth slightly agape.
"IF IT'S BY THE KITCHENS WHY ARE WE STILL HERE?!" Her eyes were wide and she grabbed his hand. "You can hold up your pinky while we eat. Time to get food!" See. Bianca didn't care about germs and stuff. PFFFT.

One thing Layla did know about fairies was that they were incredibly vain little creatures who were all about their appearance. That was why they were happy to float about in jars and be admired as decorative objects. That was the exact reason that the Ravenclaw had brought her two fairies, Snook and Pook or whatever the heck it was that Eden had decided to name them to this mirror to let their wings loose once more.
It had been about eleven hours since she last did this and she thought she’d let them have a fly about before she took them elsewhere to feed. As soon as she arrived she sat herself down nearby facing away from the mirror. She unscrewed the lid of the jar where she released the fairies up and out. Much to her amusement and her sense of knowledge they immediately headed towards the ornate piece of furniture and admired themselves.
She let them do what they wanted for a bit instead glancing down at a textbook she had brought along with her. She had to get revision in at some point after all. It was quite some while before she decided that she had best reel them in. “Come on then you too, think you’ve admired yourselves enough now.” There she went again, talking to fairies and sounding like a complete weirdo.
With a sigh she collected them back in her jar, shoved her textbook into her bag and swung it over her shoulder. She proceeded to leave the mirror and head elsewhere.

Ah. The mirror. The wonderful mirror that was. Chance entered the room where the mirror stood, and he smiled at it in a knowing way. He looked behind the mirror and toched a small scorch mark that was underneath the mirror. He almost laughed. This was where, at the beginning of the year, he had tried to get into the mirror with Beezey. That was the first time he had met her. With her feather in her hat.
Chance took a step back and watched the mirror. He was in the room again looking not so fancy in the fancy room. Man, how he wished he could be in that room. He had tried everything to get into it, but it was impossible. He could maybe go ask a professor how to get in, but then, it would take all the fun out of it. What if he were to turn the room that they were in, to look exaclty like the mirror? Would the mirror turn into somewhere not so fancy? Or into a much fancier room?
Oh, the questions!

Dec walked down the fourth floor, sketching materials in hand. With all the nerve-wracking waiting for letters from universities, his inspiration for drawing had diminished a bit. Now, that everything is great and he had sense of where he was going after Hogwarts, his mojo was back and flying with colors.
All he needed was something to draw and so he set out from the Hufflepuff common room in search of something he hadn't yet put on paper. That's when he found this elegant looking mirror. It was beautiful and to see his wonderful face in it was even greater. What made it fantastic, though, was the fact that it was reflecting an entirely different setting than what was behind him. He looked behind him and then back at the mirror, "Huh." Looks like this is it and plop! went his bum on the floor, where he began sketching out the particular mirror.

He had just about sketched the outside frame when he heard a little voice from above him. The 18 year-old looked up from his sketch pad to see a young Ravenclaw looking down at him. "Oh, hey. Um, I'm just drawing this mirror here." He said, gesturing to reflective surface in front of him.

Abby smiled and said "That is good, I am Abby Valentine i am in my second year and a ravenclaw" Abby hoped that she was not disturbing the boy from his drawing

Dec smiled back and reached up a hand to shake hers, "I'm Declan Hazelwood, seventh year Hufflepuff." Saying that out loud always made him feel old. He was old, kinda. He looked back at the mirror and realized the girl's reflection was just what his drawing needed. "Um, you don't mind if I ask you to stand there for a bit, do you?" Maybe she had somewhere to be. Second years were busy little bees.

Abby smiled at Declan and said "I don't mind at all Declan, was only on my way back up to my common room anyway so really not in any rush" Abby didn't mind being asked to stand by the mirror for a bit anyway

He grinned at her, "Great, thanks!" The boy readjusted himself to get view on her facial features. "So, to make things less awkward," Dec chuckled, "Why don't you tell me a bit 'bout yourself?"
