The Lions sit under a beautiful scarlet and gold banner representing their house. Their solid, shiny wooden table is nicely polished with all the place settings perfectly set. The food will arrive after the Headmistress' traditional feast speech. To all Gryffindors, both new and old: enjoy the feast!
Angel had just been sat there, wondering when she could go up-to the staff table to give the Professor her gift when she noticed Adi talking to Benny... oh she shouldn't should she?
O__________o
The temptation was too much, she snuck behind her fake big bro Adi.
"WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS MY FRIEND, AND WE'LL KEEP ON FIGHTING UNTIL THE END, BECAUSE WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, NO TIME FOR LOSING, BECAUSE WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD." Angel giggled as she looked at Adi. "Hi Adi." Angel then turned to Benny.
"Hey Benny." Angel was totally happy. "Congrats on getting so many points." Angel held out her present she had gotten him." She hoped he would like it, it was a nice hanky with his name on. "Don't worry Adi, I got something for you as well." Angel didn't know if he had mars bars at his house, so she had gotten him a box of them. "There you go Adi."

The tables were starting to fill up as more and more students entered the hall. And then one person you usually didn't want to join your house table...did. The headmistress clearly not enjoying the so-called protest the older lion was doing, the banter between them resulting in the boy leaving. So much for that...no more weird showings at the table which might have made dinner meh.
Besides Angel had decided to take the moment after to join them at the table. Well not to join them since she walked right past and took a spot near the front end of the Gryffindor benches. Uh oh...this wasn't going to be like the Opening Feast...right? Or was there another reason entirely why she had taken that spot and watching the staff table in front of her. He decided to leave her be, for now, lest she get annoyed with him, turning instead back to Adi as his bestie spoke up once more.
"Its going alright..." Ben answered to the spew of questions sent his way. Clearly either Adi was just really hyped up or he was being baited to speak. Or both. "Haven't seen AJ and your guess is as good as mine about the speech." Sometimes it came quickly and other times it linger far too much. He simply strugged at the last two, as he wasn't all too sure of things really. Thankfully the Hufflepuff's attention seemed to wander...
...Long enough for Angel to come up and catch him by surprise with a song.
Benny had to admit it was somewhat amusing, a smile gracing his face as they waited for reaction. "Hey Angel..." he answered as her attention turned to him. "You too," the fourth year both surprised at his own progress and proud of his girlfriend's continued success. She had gotten him a present? Um...was it bad that he hadn't one to give her in return. "Oh...you didn't...um..have to," he said as he accepted it anyway. After her last present to him, she wasn't sure it was safe to open at the feast.

Zander was still watching the boy with the skirt. It was honestly the BEST way to handle things at the moment-- things being his every so conflicted feelings about the feast entirely. So though the skirt was a bit weird, Zander appreciated the momentary distraction. As he turned his head over, he noticed the Headmistress making her way over and oh no. This was going to get bad real fast and last time he checked, Gryffindor had the lead and what if they were going to lose points and-- Oh. Well that was anti-climatic. The Gryffindor was half expected the skirt boy to take a lap around the great hall or put up more of a fight or something. But it was probably better that he didn't anyways.
Now uh, he should probably get to sitting down, huh?
As he went to take a seat towards the mid-end section of the table, he noticed yet another coming towards the table. It didn't seem as full as some of the others, but Zander knew that Lex would be here soon. Which meant that Lottie would also be here soon. Which meant, could some other boy show up wearing a skirt please? Ahem. ANYWAYS. He gave a faint smile to the girl (Heather), whom he hadn't really met yet. Before turning in the direction Justine.
SPOILER!!: Justine

" Justine said, not waiting for the boy to reply before taking the seat next to him. "would you be a darling and pass them to me?" She asked, leaning closer than necessary to the easily startled boy and giving him a soft, but flirtatious smile.
Yes, yes, she ought to be easy on the boy, but she couldn't help teasing him, he was just so adorable... Honestly, if he'd been a few years older she would have teased him much, much more.
He smiled politely at her and opened his mouth to stutter something that resented a yes, but she had beat him to it and sat down without an answer. Well, that was Justine for you. Though the girl did have a tendency of putting Zander on edge... He would miss her too. She had taught him a lot actually, most of which he couldn't learn in proper school lessons and that in of itself was very kind of her. He didn't even protest when she had sat down next to him, though he was trying to save the seat for Kevin in all honesty. There was another chair on his other side, so Kevin could just sit there. They'd get through the feast together.
As the Ravenclaw leaned forward, Zander found himself blushing a violent red and doing some unnecessary goofy grinning thing. Way to be sentimental, Justine. "I-uh-yeah-sure-Justine," he could just feel his cheeks burning up. Zander knew the feast would be difficult, just not this difficult. Or even difficult in this way, you know? ANYWAYS, he reached over, though the macaroons weren't in his immediate reach and after a few seconds of extending his arm as far as it could go, he finally managed to get ahold the of macaroons Justine was talking about.
Again, with a completely goofy grin on his face, he pushed it towards her. Hopefully she wouldn't notice the red in his cheeks, though it wasn't that hard to spot.

The Gryffindor turned around at the sound of a really loud and really obnoxious boy (Jordan) screaming something about Gryffindor. Not that Zander didn't agree, it was the best house ever, only there was a time and a place. Didn't the guy realize that the seventh years were leaving!? Honestly, the fourth year would give the house cup to Slytherin if it meant that he didn't have to say goodbye to his favorite seventh years. Speaking of which, Lex and Lotus didn't go unnoticed. He just wasn't sure how to approach them yet, especially the latter of the two. So he pretended as if he hadn't seen them yet (even Sophie's Tobrial). And thankfully, Adi had spoken up so he had a legitimate excuse. So he acknowledged the Badger and one of his Valentine twin counterparts instead. Giving the girl (Angel) a little nod before turning to the boy who had just addressed him.
Though his thoughts weren't really collected and he could actually careless about the whole Cruppie situation at the moment, Zander did appreciate the conversation the Hufflepuff Prefect always had in him. "Um, well, I no not at the moment," he admitted still trying to focus on whatever it was he was saying. "I'm going to get one over the summer though, I even got advice from..." Who did he get advice from? He got a lot of advice from Lottie, who happened to be sitting at the other end of the table. Uh. "Botros." Right. That was the one. Not the seventh year that was about to leave Hogwarts forever.

Was it really already time for the end of term feast? Like really where had the time gone. No really it had been a long term and she was ready to go home. Even with her new baby brother at home. She was actually excited to meet him, even though you wouldn't think it. She still hadn't heard back from the summer art program. She had sent in her best pieces. It would be great to get into the program.
So yeah, end of term feast was sounding really good right now. Except for having to say Good bye to the seventh years, Bay and Justine, Justine who she has just met and gotten very fond of was leaving. It was kind of like with Vesper last term.
She headed on over the lions table, her and Bart had walked in together but he went over the Slytherin table to see if Cutty was there, yet. To see him or something. But he was coming back over in a bit. So Cinna went on over to save him a seat. She scanned the table thinking that Emmy would already be there. Or maybe she was with Kace at the Hufflepuff table. Lux wasn't there yet either or was Bay they would probably come together too. If not she knew that Lux would come seat at the Gryffindor table either way.
Phoenix passed by as she walked along the table. She didn't get a chance to stop and say hey. He looked like he was on a mission.... in a skirt too. Okay. She shook her head thinking that she had though she seen him in a skirt. When she went to take a double take he was already gone. Positive she seen him wearing a skirt.
Finally she headed over to people she knew. Justine and Zander she plopped down beside Justine." Hey Jus... Last feast Its here. Are you ready?" She askeed before turning to Zander. "Hey Zander, What's up?" She was sooooo glad that him and Lux were talking again. Thinks to her and her awesome advice, NOW if he would take her other piece of advice he would be all set.

Kace decided to go over to the Lion table. He wanted to go see Emmy and Cinna before he left for the term. He might not seem them for a while and while he was looking he saw Cinna at the table. He smirked and went over to join. But waitt....should he scare her? Psshhh yeah of course why shouldn't he? He crept behind her slowly and went, "BOO!" and then lightly tapped her back. He chuckled at his attempt. "Heyy Cinna, have you seen Emmy around?" he asked looking around for her.
Then he noticed Zander and he went over to chill with one of his mates. "Heyy Zander.." he greeted him. "What are you up to this summer?" he asked his fellow lion friend. He also saw Alexa and thought why not say goodbye to the seventh year. He went over to her and smiled. "Hey Miss. Head Girl I am gonna miss seeing your face around here next term.." He remembered all his adventures he did with her and practicing with her in lessons.

Arriving at the Gryffindor table in his usual, and now ceremonial, fashion up from the floor and through the middle of the long table, Sir Nicholas spread his translucent arms wide.
"Good evening and congratulations, Gryffindors!" he announced while giving the table a proper glance over. "And visitors to the Gryffindor table! I trust we are all having a splendid evening, yes?"
He floated down and through the table a bit, his spectral body appearing from the waist up, and politely bowed his head to students as he went.
We see you, Zander, we do. He looked quite busy, by the way, all sorts of students gathering around him. She supposed that was nice, she didn't particularly like that, so she was perfectly fine with Lex.

When it was no longer enough to keep her interest, Lex looked across the Great Hall to the memory book where Lottie was doing her signing now. Maybe she'd ask her what she wrote. Later.
She grinned as Lottie took the seat next to her. "Thought this night would never come, like the book rigged time or something." But it was HERE and the Gryffindor was in the absolute best mood of the entire term. "Alice, Cassia and Louisa said they'd be at the station when I get there--I trust Tag'll be there too?" There was literally so much to look forward to tomorrow. It was a big deal, not like some kid that wanted to explore his feminine side. That could happen any time at Hogwarts.
Also, she was just REALLY excited. Could you tell? Oh and look, there was Toby and a white rose and HI.
Speaking of...
...she beamed at her and nodded once. "I know! Though, I never encountered the book, so this is simply the usual 'time slows down when you need it to go faster' thing." HONEST. This week had been the worst, and she just couldn't wait for it to be over. And guess what? It was over. Relatively. She won't be here tomorrow. And she'll never have to come back. That was brilliant. Tonight was, without a doubt, the best night ever. Sort of.
Oh? Alice, Cassia AND Louisa? Why so many people? She blinked at Lex's list and shook her head, "No, he won't be there. He'll meet me at home." One, she didn't want to spend too much time at the station, truth be told. The second she gets out of the train she'll be gone. Two, it's been too long and it was a very public place filled with people (most of which she didn't care for), so... no. He'll meet her at home two seconds later. She can wait two more seconds, you know?

With a little smile on his face, Toby headed on over to the seventh year, twirling a specially made origami white rose between his index finger and thumb. He tapped on her shoulder once he reached her, just in case she'd not noticed him yet.
"Lottie," was all he said, positively beaming at her. Because she'd made it! Freedom!
The direction her bestie's eyes took gave him away. Sort of. The tap on the shoulder truly helped. The Hogwartian turned to face him and gave him a smile, "Tobias...," her eyes suddenly landed on the paper rose. WHITE paper rose. "...is that one for me?" She had requested white, after all.
Now, she'd heard Tobias talking of the meaning of colors in certain flowers, particularly roses, hence why he wanted to give away yellow ones, for they speak 'friendship'. She knew the traditional meaning of the white rose didn't apply here, but she wondered and she asked, eyes on him the entire time, "Do you know what it means? The color?" There were different meanings, but there was one in particular that could fit this occasion.
Also, this was a paper rose, not to be confused with a real one. "You made it, yes?" she asked.

Brilliant evening, Sir Nicholas! BRILLIANT EVENING.
She couldn't tear her eyes away from Tobias, so Sir Nicholas merely got a nod and one of the widest smiles possible. Brilliant evening. They get to go home.
Justine watched him with sparkling eyes, far too amused with his efforts, and his blushing too do anything else, least she would laugh aloud, and though she was an evil thing, laughing out loud at Zander was beneath her. “Thank you, cutie.” Justine said, winking playfully at the blond boy before daintily eating one of the little macaroons. Each was a different, unusual, but delicious flavor and it was one of the things she would miss most about the school.
“Have you had these? You really should, Zander,” Justine said, pushing the plate toward the younger boy. She had half a mind to try feeding him the macaroons just to further tease him, but a minute later Cinna had arrived and the thought momentarily slipped from her mind.
"Hey Love," She smiled at the Lion girl, though they hadn’t spoken very often, she had grown very fond of the charming, feisty and fashionable young girl and she would miss their talks. “Hm… I’m not sure, do I look ready?” Justine playfully asked, dabbing her lips with a napkin before posing elegantly.
Oh, and that rockstar boy, shame he’d been reprimanded, Justine had thought his little show rather amusing and honestly the Headmistress was a little too tense on the subject in Justine’s opinion.
She hadn’t intended to stick to the Lion table, but with Cinna on one side and Zander on the other, she decided it might be nice to spend a bit of time with them both. After all, it would be some time before she saw ether…

The fact Zander was ignoring them (because yes that's what he was doing) went completely unnoticed by the Gryffindor in light of everything that this night signified. Vaguely, she could remember her first feast, her crying because Vivi would be leaving forever but now she was on the other side of that. SHE was the one leaving and she'd never felt better!!
Wait, what?
"Never? Not even in passing? You're kidding. If I'd known we could have snuck into the Restriction Section to have a look after they did their weird 'happy ever after' rubbish to bind it again. I mean, what's the worst they'd have done? Expelled us?" And a highly amused smirk. You were allowed to make those types of jokes when you were leaving because honestly what difference did it make if she got sent home a few days earlier?--Except, you know, no annoying children to ride home with on her birthday. Come to think of it, why didn't they get expelled? Huh.
She nodded slowly hearing that Tag would have met her at home instead. "Shame, I'd have liked to see him again. It's been weird not seeing him and the lot of them from last year around the castle." Something that wouldn't be such a problem after tonight because she wouldn't be here in the castle anymore either. Things just kept getting better and better.
"It'll be good being back in my own bed...til I figure what I'll do after." Because her grandparents had been tempting in their offer. Truth be told, just getting out of here would be good enough for a start.

Oh hey, Kace had made it over to the table too. In past, and even at the start of term feast, it annoyed her to no end that the Puffers had flooded over but now absolutely NOTHING could ruin the good mood she'd found herself in. Hell, the more the merrier, it was all the same to her. Lex grinned at the Hufflepuff. "Nah, you'll forget my face around this place before you know it. Gonna have new students coming in and that universal struggle of trying to stay alive." See? Lots to keep him well occupied long after she and Lottie had left. "Make sure the new Head Girl doesn't take herself too seriously, yeah?" Or she could. It was all the same to her now. Life was grand.

Sir Nicholas!--Sir Nicholas. Shoot, she'd forgotten to find a spell to exorcise him, dammit! It was all that books fault. Lex could remember going in search of the information but it had gotten to her before she could put it to use then everything went down hill from there. Merlin.
"Good evening Sir Nicholas, I trust you like the decor as much as we do." They'd talked about having the hall this colour again during the end of term feast just last school year and look at this now, scarlet and gold. THIS was how you left school; a champion. It took years, but Lex was finally able to sit basking in the colours of her own house. Twice in a row and no chance to see it go back to someone else because she was leaving!
"Tell me you've been bragging."

As Jordan turned his head he realized that his favorite ghost, Sir Nicholas, had entered and came across the Gryffindor House Table (why wouldn't you anyways?). "Good evening Sir Nicholas. How do you do?" Jordan said trying to strike up a conversation as the Ghost of Gryffindor was floating by effortlessly. Not that he really had a choice.
Jordan was mainly thinking about all the food he was about to chow down on and destroy like playing Quidditch with a bunch of toddlers. He could feel his stomach growl as he got more hungry as the feast went on.

OKAYTHEWINKTHOUGH. Zander wasn't sure whether he was thankful for the opportunity to think about something else other than the fact that the seventh years were leaving. OR whether to worry about the fact that he was both absolutely mortified and super red in the middle of the great hall. Trying to focus on the former, though, he returned THATWINK with a small, embarrassed smile. "I-you-uh," MERLIN "You're-uh-welcome, Justine." Maybe it would be better for everyone if the girl didn't return. It would definitely save him from turning bright colors in public.
But no, he would definitely miss her. And the lessons. He liked those. "I actually haven't," he admitted PRAYING that his cheeks were starting to return back to normal, though he knew better than to assume. Grabbing one macaroon (that was almost as vibrant as his face), he took a small bite and smiled. "You're right... They are good," It was going to be weird when she wasn't here. Different. Empty, even. "Justine, it's not going to be without you here, you know?" GAH. He wasn't supposed to be thinking about this.
IT WASN'T A PART OF THE PLAN.

And as if it was a gift from Merlin himself, Cinna arrived just in time to save the day. Or to save him from making an utter fool of himself, though the ever-so-present red in his cheeks already proved that the damage had been done. "Hi, Cinna," he said allowing himself to give her a weak smile. There wasn't too much pep in his step at the moment. What with knowing that Lottie was leaving and all. Speaking of which, he still hadn't gone over to say anything yet and his time was running out. But, he didn't want to have to think about it. But he put on a smile nevertheless because he knew Cinna would question it and the last thing he wanted was questions when he was trying not to think about it all. "Nothing much, just preparing to go home I guess..." He lazily lifted his hands from his lap and set them on the table. "How 'bout you?... Ready to leave?"
And also, had she heard that he and Lux were on good terms again? Because though he did sorta tell her, she didn't really get many details.

AND it looked like ALL of Hogwarts was here to talk to Zander Adair, the one time he didn't want to talk to anybody. Because talking required thinking and he really, really didn't want to think right now. But he gave Kace a polite smile either way, because the guy was nice and a friend. So yes. But of course the fifth year wasn't just here to talk to him an Cinna, he had a valid excuse for stopping by Gryffindor. For Emmylou. Speaking of which, Zander actually hadn't seen her all term-- well, aside from the occasional passbys around the castle, but that hardly even counted. Anyways. "Hi, Kace," he said smiling a little though he really didn't feel like it. "Well... I think I'm going to buy my own skateboard," he said looking over to Cinna, "So that I don't have to borrow Cinna's all the time." He was really going to try the practicing thing. If girls like boys who could skateboard, then Zander would become one of those boys. Eventually. It was worth a shot, okay? "Hopefully I'll get some time to practice.... How about you? Any summer plans?" Though his eyes were on the Hufflepuff, his mind was else where.

The Gryffindor turned his attention back to the entrance hall, oh-so-desperately looking for any sign of Kevin Hirase. Where was the third year when you needed him? Anyways, upon turning back to the Gryffindor table, he noticed Kace making his way down to the seventh years. The two he was sort of avoiding eye contact with at the moment. Yet, something told him that he should be doing otherwise. With the Headmistress's speech soon to be underway, he didn't have much time left with the older students and though every fiber of his body was telling him not to move, he stood up anyways.
He was going to say goodbye. He was always planning to, but he just didn't want to. As if saying goodbye would solidify the fact that they were going. Would solidify the fact that there wouldn't be a Headgirl Lex to yell at the little ones, that there wouldn't be a Victor Bay to look up to, and lastly, that there wouldn't be a Lottie to run to for advice. It was both the best and the worst feeling, the end of the term feast. But mostly, it consisted of conflicting feelings that Zander didn't want to deal with, but by standing up, had already confirmed. Making his way towards their end now, he looked down at his feet while he approached. Once reaching the pair, he cleared his throat quietly. "I-uh, Hi Lex," he smiled faintly before turning to Lotus, "Lottie," and here goes nothing. He had to say things before they said anything to make him feel even worse about the whole end of the term.
"First off, uh, congratulations on graduating," though he didn't really feel like congratulating, he knew-- a little too well-- that they were both more than ecstatic to leave. Who would blame them? They'd get a chance to really live their lives outside of the castle. To go explore, to adventure, and to move on from things that were kind of hard to move on from when you had all the reminders sitting in classrooms, standing as a little memorial token, or even as portraits hanging up in the Gryffindor Common Room Library. "You were a great Prefect and an awesome Headgirl, Lex. And don't worry, I'll make sure to keep Kevin in line next year," Kevin sort of listened to him? Sometimes. Okay so that promise was a bit of an empty one, but really he'd try. They didn't really get into much trouble this year, right? Other than that one time in potions... Or when they were going to egg the herbology greenhouse... Or when they were trying to steal plants or when--- Okay. Point taken. Maybe not.
And then, turning to the other seventh year at the table. The one that didn't technically belong at the Gryffindor table, but really did belong here in every possible way. Quite possibly, the one he'd miss the most. And before he could stop himself from saying anything stupid, his mouth did the talking for him, "I'm going to miss you, a lot." Lotus had taught him so many great lessons in only the course of a year. And in the fourth year's opinion, those lessons were way more important than anything he could possibly learn in a classroom. And this was probably why he felt so horrible about this particular end of the term feast. If he wanted any old lesson, he just had to visit a Professor's office hours. But there was so much more to learn at Hogwarts and Lotus never judged him for any of his clueless questions or even his quick opinions or tendency to jump to conclusions. She always had this strange sense of understanding, yet was able to change his outlook without forcing any of her own opinions on him.
And that's precisely why he extended his arms and gave her a small hug. For understanding, always. "It's going to be so weird without you," both for Hogwarts in general and for Zander himself. But weird was kinda an understatement.

Zeke hadn't bothered to come straight to his table... nope, he'd taken a detour to visit Paige first. But now that he was done with visiting, he meandered over to the Lion's table and squeezed into a spare seat - avoiding sitting at the end. It was always so lonely at the end.
It was official though. He'd survived his FIRST year at Hogwarts, which practically made him a second year now, right? Ehhh, something like that.
He looked up at the staff table, but the Headmistress wasn't even there!?!?!?!......... HE WANTED HIS FOOOOOD DAMMIT!
Zeke shoved a hand into his pocket and withdrew the chocolate frog he'd been saving. Sustenance was key. KEY!
While stuffing his face, he listened to the conversations going on around him, not all too eager to just insert himself just yet. Chew chew chew.
A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.
It was finally time for the end of term feast. He was going to miss so many people this year and he felt like crying thinking about having to continue school next term with a few gone....oh who was he kidding? He wasn't going to miss anyone. He was actually glad that SOME left. Yes, Lex you. Hehehe. Walking to the Gryffindor table, Kevin sat down at the edge and while turning his cap around and began lifting the goblet in front of him with the levitating spell.

Bet cha cauldron? Well that was a new one... and Adi liked it!He grinned at the hyped up Jordy as the boy took a seat next to him. "I'm good, good. What about you?" Adi eyed him before continuing. "Why were you that quiet at the Viewing Area? We could have done with your big mouth.'' Another joke! Of course, he knew by now that Jordy didn't take offense to the stuff he said. Which was awesome!
So Benny answered SOME of his questions but remained silent after that. Typical bestie Benny. The Hufflepuff was considering another round of questions but he decided to try something different. He just kept looking at the Lion... not saying anything... because Benny would speak to him... asking something about Adi's plans for the holidays maybe. RIGHT? Adi could be quite comfortable in silence too. Kind of.
But the silence didn't last long. Someone was BELTING OUT a song in his ear "Hey! I'm going to go deaf!'' Well, it was true but he was mainly joking. He turned to look at the singer and his face lit up. "Angelfish! Hello. You're quite the diva.'' Ohhhh, a gift for him too? "Thank you, Angel,'' he said and gave her a quick hug. Mmmm... Mars Bars! Delish! Adi was just going to nom on one of them while he waited for the speech. Yep.
Apparently Zander had not gotten rid of his weirdness over the school year which left Adi wondering if the Lion boy had some issue with him. But he had no problem with Zander. "Awesome. I look forward to seeing what kind you choose. Don't forget I suggested a Lion.'' Hehe. Lion...geddit?
Ah! Nearly Headless Nick! "Good evening, Sir Nick,'' Adi said politely. Also, Zeke and Kevin had arrived. "Hey, guys!''

Time had completely gotten away from her, and before she knew it, it was past time to be down at the feast. How did she ever get so sidetracked especially when food was involved? No matter because she had finally made her way down to the great hall. As soon as she stepped foot inside a huge grin was on her face. Gryffindor had won the house cup AGAIN. As soon as the Valentine sisters joined the Gryffindor house they had been champions ever since, coincidence? I think not.
Several familiar faces were there including Zander, Zeke, and Lex. They all got a huge smile and a wave. Her eyes wandered over to her boyfriend Adi, who accompanied by Benny and Angel. Man, was she going to miss Adi when she got back home. "Hey guys," she said as she plopped down beside her boyfriend. how much longer before the speech? This girl was hungry and she was ready to start shoveling in some food.

There she was!
FINALLY.
"Hey, you,'' Adi said as AJ sat down beside him. He reached for her hand to quickly give her fingers a light squeeze. "Been hiding from me, huh?'' He was kidding as usual. Gosh, he was going to miss her so much over the holidays and it was the first time he wished they would just hurry and be over.
"All done packing?'' the Puffer asked as his stomach decided to give a low rumble. Eh... was it speech time yet?

Jordy laughed as Adi made a side joke to being loud here, he was right. He definitely should've been like this at the Gobstones Match. "Yeah just something about the feast that gets me super hyped up, yanno? Jordan said thinking about all the times he was bummed down or not feeling it during the course of the school year this year. The feast made that all go away. Funny how that is.
Big big biiiiig smiles for Lottie at that question. Tobias nodded his head in response, still sort of twirling the paper rose between finger and thumb.
"Yep. I remembered what you said, and this is one is specially for you." Yep. Nodnodnod. "Until I can get a real one, anyway, from my section of my grandma's garden back home." In any case, the paper rose was more likely to last forever, though his intention had always been to send out ones he'd grown on his own.
Tobias absolutely knew what white roses meant, yep. He was pretty good with Herbology, of course, but this information wasn't really the type of thing to appear in their textbooks. No, Toby had done his OWN research for his little rose project, and when Lottie had requested a white rose he'd scoured all the sources he could find to see if there was a meaning to apply to the gifting of the white rose in this situation.
So he nodded again. "Uh-huh. Well, usually it means, like, innocence and purity and all that, but it can also mean honour and reverence, and..." Toby paused, looked down at the rose, then back at Lottie. "... and they're also given to friends for farewells... and new beginnings." Here, Toby smiled again and held out the specially made origami rose. "Congratulations, Lottie. You made it."
Aaaaaaand he'd not forgotten Lex, either. He'd congratulate and give her a rose too, if she wanted one, but a yellow one (he always carried some paper with him). 'Cause they were FRIENDS TOO. But... yeah. Heartfelt Lottie moment first, heh.

Angel giggled as she looked at Adi and then she decided that if he thought she was a diva, she'd do a diva pose. "Is that alright for you Adi." Angel was totally just messing with him and well she could sing some more if she wanted to but at the minute she didn't want too.
Angel then turned to Benny. "I'm going to miss you this summer." Angel really was going to and for the first time in her life she wasn't looking forwards for the summer because of the fact that she was going to be missing her boyfriend.
Angel smile as her sister came over. "Sis." Angel beamed. "I've missed you." Angel really had missed her sister and she was wondering if her sister was still cross at her because of what had happened this term.
As Kace was busy talking to his friends at the lions table he noticed the head ghost came to visit. He smiled and waved to Nick. He was so nice and friendly but the Fat Friar was too for his house. He liked both of them. "Yes I am Nick.." he said answering his question about having a splendid evening. He was curious about this so he asked, "Do you have any summer plans Nick?"

"Make sure the new Head Girl doesn't take herself too seriously, yeah?" Or she could. It was all the same to her now. Life was grand.

"Sup mate?" he greeted Zander when he said his greetings. Ooooh he was getting his new skateboard!? That was pretty impressive. I guess Kace's skateboarding hobby rubbed off on the lion right? He was proud of him. I guess when he will come back for next term, he may have new skills and be a pro. How knows? "Well when you come back I expect to see some improvement." he grinned and winked at his buddy. "I am sure you will have some time to practice just bring your skateboard with you and it helps." he nodded and now onto him? He smiled and shook his head. "I do not know my summer plans actually mate. I think it is all up in the air unless my mom and my family have surprises and I am not aware of it yet.." he shrugged. He heard some rumors they may take a vacation but he couldn't be sure of it. "But I hope to see you in Diagon Alley during the summer yeah?" he asked.

Ah Sir Nicholas had joined them for the feast as always. "Good evening, Sir Nicholas," Benny greeted in return to the ghost's greeting to the house as a whole. "And thank you." The fourth year had nearly forgotten the over abundance of red and gold that festuned the Great Hall in celebration of their win. Actually their double win with the house cup and gobstones.

Benny almost expected another barage of questions from Adi but none seemed to arise once he was done answering his own. He absently tilted his head curiously as if thinking something was off, yet pushed it away in the end. "What about you?" he decided to ask, returning the question of summer plans to his best friend. Surely time with the duo there with him. Well trio when AJ finally arrived and made the group complete. "Hey AJ," he returned with a polite smile.
While the Hufflepuff and Angel spoke, the 4th Year went to cautiously open his own gift from his girlfriend. Thankfully this time it was a bit tamer in the form of a personalized hankerchief. "Thanks An--" he started to thank her, breaking off as she turned to him and said that she would miss him. Yeah, there was that topic again. Why was it he didn't mind part of a summer from Adi as long as they spent some time together but it felt weird not having Angel always around?
"I...um...am going to miss you too." Can it feel anymore awkward?
Big big biiiiig smiles for Lottie at that question. Tobias nodded his head in response, still sort of twirling the paper rose between finger and thumb.
"Yep. I remembered what you said, and this is one is specially for you." Yep. Nodnodnod. "Until I can get a real one, anyway, from my section of my grandma's garden back home." You know, he looked mighty suspicious with all that smiling. And she couldn't help but smile back at him. A smile that widened as he answered. The paper rose is for her, and the night just got even better. Who knew the final feast could be so amazing, right? "You remembered." THAT is what she loved most, the fact that he remembered. Why, Tobias Tempus you've got great memory. Though Lotus had made a fair point about colors that one time, no one could possibly forget that. Also, BEAMING cuz 'specially for you'. "This is really nice of you, Tobias," she nodded, her eyes momentarily on the rose he kept on twirling... was he gonna give it to her tonight? Any minute now? When?
YES! EXACTLY! That was the meaning she was hoping he'd give her, so she nodded again, "Farewells and new beginnings. Seems quite fitting, doesn't it?" Now she couldn't wait for tomorrow. Why can't tomorrow come today?
Finally! The rose! Did you know Lottie loved getting flowers, by the way? She took it, carefully, and stood up to give him a hug, a quick one, and then another smile, "Thank you, Tobias! Congrats to you, too. You survived OWLs."Wink.

Wait, what?
Okay, now she was laughing. "Nope. I didn't really want to see the book, anyway, it's a good thing I never encountered it." Merlin knows which fairy-tale character she'd been. It would've been annoying, hence why she kept a constant vigilance on every and all books. Especially those who glowed or giggled. Granted, none of the ones she saw did any of those things.
And that is why she was meeting Tag at home. Lotus didn't feel like sharing him tomorrow, and she doubted he'd want to share her, too. So, she shook her head at Lex, "It's not like you won't see him ever again. Though I really don't know when you might get the chance." Their visits didn't exactly overlap.
Wait a minute..., "What do you mean what you'll do after?" Cue confused look to her bestie.

Oh, here he came! Lottie gave him a smile as her name was said. "Hey, Zander," he was looking slightly down, she sincerely hoped it wasn't because of her, because of them. Because he was talking to both her and Lex.
The Hogwartian listened, but mostly watched his actions. She had no idea who Kevin was, but she found it amusing that Zander would keep someone in line. The people we listen to is sometimes the one you least expect. She should know this.
Her eyes were still on him when he finally decided to address her, by now she was wishing she could keep him. Like in her pocket, you know? Always around. He was such a sweet boy, and while they had different views on many things, she liked that he kept his stance. He listened, yes, but his opinions weren't easily changed by what anyone, Lotus in this case, had to say. You know, he'd been very stubborn at the feast last year. But she quite liked that. "I'm going to miss you, too." He was the only one she'd miss (and Tobias, of course) out of everyone here. So feel special, boy.
N'awwww. How adorable. Lotus wrapped her arms around him as he hugged her, and still smiling pulled away. "You'll get used to it. And you can write whenever, you know?"Nod, nod, literally 'whenever', she didn't mind. In fact, she wanted him to write to her, as many times as possible. "I left something for you in the memory book, it should be reachable at all times, unless the Headmistress decides to keep it locked up somewhere no one can see." Actually, he could go and look right now. She wouldn't stop him from doing that.
Those words she'd written applied to this occasion, too.
"Hey Miss. Head Girl* I am gonna miss seeing your face around here next term.." He remembered all his adventures he did with her and practicing with her in lessons.
Cinna was sitting there striving. Okay not really but it was going to happen soon if she didn't get some food and soon. OMG. The hungry gryffindor was impatient. FOOD NOW.* Gas she was going to start nawing on her arm or something. End of term feast means she didn't eat lunch today.
Now exactly who was booing at her. They should know that she didn't fall for that stuff so easily. She jerked it the poke. KACE that was so not funny. Did he want a punch in the face like his cousin? Nah she wouldn't punch Kace. Never ever. He was big brother material.
"Kace. That scare didn't me. Nah. I did earlier." She laughed. Really Kace he needed to work up on his sneaking skills. Had she seem Emmy? Not since this morning in the dorms. She should be here though there was food here. Well not right now yet.

He floated down and through the table a bit, his spectral body appearing from the waist up, and politely bowed his head to students as he went.
Finally the headmistress had gone over to staff table. So food was coming soon, right? Soon Where were her besties? There was no Emmy anywhere. Or Lux or Bay. So where was everyone? Yeah she had ran out on everyone during last terms feast. Which she had a good reason to.
But really don't leave her hanging. Not that the company of Kace, Justine, and Zander wasn't nice. It was great. Speaking of hanging, the almost fifth year, spotted Sir Nicholas coming to hanging with the Gryffindors. "Good evening Sir Nicholas." She gave him a nod. Awwww look and she spotted Little Zeke. She waved at him even though she hadn't talked to him in a while.
SPOILER!!: Justine and Zander

Just as Cinna was passing by Zander and Justine. She over heard Justine called Zander a cutie pie. He totally was!!! Hehe. So much so that she wanted to pinch those cute little red cheeks. Could she pinch them. PFFFF She didn't care she was Cinna. She was totally pinching his cheeks. And she did!
Hahaha Zander you have all summer to get her back for this. "Awww ickle cutie Zander. Are you going to miss Justine?" Because she was. A lot. She grinned and turned to Justine now. Smiling softly at her. " Yes, yes you do. You look fierce and ready to take on the big girl world." She laughed a bit. The Grad was awesome. Too bad she didn't meet her sooner.
Hopefully she didn't embarrass Zander too much by pinching his cheek. Hehe she still*thought it was funny though. "Yep, me too. Got any awesome plans?" Mmmmmm. Like taking her advice and finding a hottie snog buddy this summer. "Zander, I'm not leaving leaving like Justine. I'll be back next term." To annoy and advise him with whatever he needed.
She overheard Kace and Zander talking about skateboarding. Which someone was getting better at it. Yep he was. "Zander really keep my board. On the train ride home tomorrow l can customize it however you want." She was really over her little skateboarding phase of her life. She had other things to keep her busy now. She REALLY didn't need a skateboard any more.

Puck was silent or nearly silent as she made her way to the Gryffindor table. She didn’t even make much of a sound at all really as she made her way toward Cinna and Kace, that is until she was there near them. “Splendid evening indeed” she grinned as she took a seat near Cinna.
“Hey Zander any plans for the summer?” She asked even though the most she had ever really done was sent him a friendly valentine card…that might have been awkward but she didn’t care really at all. “So any plans this summer you two?” She asked Kace and Cinna happily. “I’m really looking forward to the music thing I read about…I mean it’ll be awesome” she grinned and pulled a tin of mints out of her pocket. She was hungry alright.

"It's all because of the food, Jordy, it's all because of the food,'' Adi said with a grin. Who would know better? He felt the same way... even though he was always happy and hyper so maybe it didn't show any differently during Feast time. Anywaaay... "Next year, we're gonna shout the Viewing Area down. You, me and Professor Flamsteed.'' Because the Gryffindor Head of House could be LOUD too! Even when speaking klingon.
The Hufflepuff grinned and raised his hands to form and imaginary camera. "Smile for the camera, Angelfish,'' he joked as he pretended to snap a few pictures of her as she posed. "Looking good.'' Hehe. "Thanks again for these,'' he added, holding up a Mars Bar... which he had already taken a bite of. Om nom nom.
The silence was killing him! Silence did not suit Adi quite well. He liked to talk and he liked people to talk back with him. He was about to admit defeat but Benny FINALLY spoke. Woot! "I have no plans yet,'' Adi remarked then took another bite of the chocolate bar. Oh! Where were his manners? He took one from the box and slid it across to his bestie. "Sorry... no sour.'' The Puffer made up his mind. When he was coming back to Hogwarts, he was going to bring a whole lot of sour candy for Benny.
Just before Adi pulled his hand away from AJ's, he slipped the rubber hand band he had been wearing onto her hand. Something for her to remember him by over the summer.
