As you come through the trap door the first thing you notice is that very familiar faint calming music sound and the smell of lavender going through the air. A very relaxing tone is bein set just as the first lesson, but this time there are no crystal balls on tables, actually there are no small tables. Instead there are long tables in the center of the room and then full length mirrors all over the outside of the room.
Don't worry there are enough seats and it seems enough mirrors for everyone who attends. In the front of the room you will see the ever familiar snap cup with the same directions.

There seems to be only one difference then the normal lessons. Where was the smiling five foot blonde professor? It seems Professor Cassie could be running behind or got distracted in her office, because she is no where to be seen yet.

Who in the name name of Merlin was that? It looked like Professsor Cassie kind of. Persona wise it was a BIG no. She kept blinking at her. She was acting very strange. What was that Snow White she was reading? Cinna jumped as Cassie slammed the book on the table right in front on her.
Tilting her head to read the name on the spine of the book. Books never really attracted her but this one did. Strange right. She pulled the book closer to her as she keep an eye on professor royally strange Cassie. Maybe there was a clue in it as to why the normally pleasant professor was being anything but.
She pulled the book into lap so no one would notice her doing this. She looked up acting like she was paying attention.

Finally, Professor Cassie was he........ohhhhh noooo. They had gotten to her too. One by one the Professors were going crazy and now Professor Cassie was the evil queen. This was just too much. Things had gone too far. What in the world was going on at the school this year? The only positive thing was that the affected seemed to return to normal.......eventually. But how many more crazy, bizarre classes would they have to endure?
Jasmine sighed. She didn't know anything about any magic mirrors. The mirrors she saw seemed perfectly ordinary to her. If there was one thing she had learned, it was not to argue with a possessed teacher so she kept her hand down and her mouth shut.

Adi eyed the bestie. "Well, your common room is closer but I'd have thought you'd have brought the girls along.'' Oh. Well, one of them turned up just then. Angel. So...where was AJ?

Adi turned in the direction of the unfriendly, rude voice. Queen? O_O Oh noooooo! The Professor had gone crazy like so many others had over the term. He was crushed. Not the nice, happy, smiley Professor Cassie toooooo!
And nope. No bowing here. Adi watched this strange woman read from that book that he'd seen in the Puffer common room so many weeks back. When she slammed it on one of the tables and asked about the mirrors, he kept his eyes on her. He wanted his jolly Professor back. Besides, he had no idea why there were mirrors here.
Norah widened her eyes as she watched Professor Morgan acting all loony. Whaaaat? Not again. The second year slid lower in her seat and eyed her and her craziness. And it wasn't just craziness, it was MEAN craziness. Professor Morgan was supposed to be nice! That was the whole reason Norah even liked Divination in the first place. Would nutty queen lady notice if she walked out of the classroom?
And there was that book again. Norah glared at it and scooted her chair a few inches further away from it. No way she was getting near that thing. She had some vague feeling she had done it before and bad stuff had happened, but maybe it was just her imagination. Nothing made sense anymore anyways. Sigh. The hufflepuff laid her head down on her arms and stared around the room. So who was gonna fix Professor Morgan?

"They aren't magic mirrors, 'fessor." Just regular ones, really. If they were magic, she would look a whole lot better in them, to be honest. But the point was that Marigold's good mood had evaporated pretty quickly. Another weirdo teacher? Really? She had hoped Professor Cassie would've foreseen this and prevented it but maybe it was like... a... prophecy?

Oooohhh, this was gonna be one of THOSE lessons, was it? Well fine, good she hadn't hurried. There would be no learning today not that there ever was in Divination and the Gryffindor could accept this, rather, while the Professor went on about bowing and and the like, the Gryffindor crossed her legs and got herself more comfortable. This should be....er....interesting to say the least.
The Professor wouldn't remember this, right? Of course not, not from what she could tell so...no harm in setting her right while they were going along.
" 'M not a Peasant. I've probably got more money than you've ever seen collectively. They can be Peasants if you want 'em to be but I reject that completely." 'Queen' or not, there were certain terms her Grandparents had long ago taught her to reject--her father too even in all his down to earth views on life.

Benny just shrugged at Adi's comment. It wasn't like he could really drag Angel and AJ from their dorms, or even just the common room. He hadn't really seen either of them that morning. The fourth year did notice when his girlfriend did in fact arrive to the class, offering a small friendly smile in her direction. But the expression was short-lived as the professor came soon after and it didn't take much to realize she wasn't exactly herself.

The queen comment reminded him of Lex and the Gryffindor gave a quick glance. Only as the story was read, Ben looked back at the professor and noticed the glowing book. It was the one from the common room...the one Professor Flamsteed had grabbed for and he had touched before the older man went crazy. Was it what made him become the Mad Hatter too? The fourth year paled at the thought. "Get rid of that book..." he mused almost under his breathe.

What in the bloody merlin is going on? He was wondering where he had heard the mirror mirror on the wall saying. Now Professor Cassie was a queen? In fact she was the Queen probably with snow white. I mean she did wanna poison her with an apple. He saw Cinna having the fairy tale book with her and he stared at her wide eyed and asked, "Cinna what are you doing!? How did you get that book?" he pointed to it. Was that the fairytale book responsible for everyone changing. He met Aladdin, The Beauty and witnessed Maleficent in the great hall and now the Queen. Things were starting to unravel and now he was starting to put the pieces together.

Oh no. Just... oh no. Toby stared at Professor Morgan as she entered, and watched and stared and gaped and stared and blinked and stared. There was no doubt about it, the professor had caught whatever curse it was that had affected all those other people this term. Toby shifted uncomfortably in his seat and sort of drew his limbs in tighter to him, in a subconscious action. Just in case it was passed on by touching, y'know?
He'd noticed that book too, and the way the professor was reading that one fairy tale from it. Someone else had already picked up the book, though, and Toby was still staring transfixed at Professor Morgan, not speaking.
Was this going to be like Astronomy? Tobias really hoped not.

"Why?'' Adi asked. Apparently the frozen Dragon beside him seemed to think the book was bad luck. And he was not alone. The Hufflepuff had not missed Norah hurriedly shifted her chair away from him. Mari too...she was warning that Gryffindor girl who obviously paid no attention.
Adi watched as the girl read, causing the book to glow. And then it was gone. Just like that. Here one second, gone another.

Ian was expectantly waiting on the professor, but when she showed up, this was not the woman he had come to expect happy snaps and good advice from. This was a different person who reminded him very much of Malexifent. And then she told them they would need to bow down and off she was distracted by mirrors.
He looked around and saw a girl with the book. He remembered something about that book. It was in the common room before he blanked out for a week. What was going on? He also noticed Norah and Benny react strongly to the book. It wasn't a good book. It was a book that took....and Ian began to remember bits and pieces. He thought about going over to the girl but she had already opened it. He shook his head.
He looked back at the professor. Professor, you brought the mirrors in. Perhaps you had some reason. This was all rather distressing. He was disappointed the class didn't seem to be headed in the direction he'd hoped. It certainly didn't appear it was going to involve professor Morgan.

"Flamsteed had that book before becoming Hook." And now the divination professor had it and was acting weird as well. The Gryffindor couldn't truthfully comment on whether he had come in contact before his own situation. He only had Adi's story about his behavior which didn't totally account for everything.
And then it vanished...just as it had in the common room.

Didn't she know that he didn't fully mean everything he said? She seemed fine when he had gone to her office.... This was weird. What was weirder was that glowing book, but Zander took absolutely no attention to that. The book could have been flying around his face with glowing pages and he probably still wouldn't even notice. Typical.
But anyways, he felt as if he had really disappointed Professor Morgan last time, so he tried really, REALLY hard to try to think of an answer to her question.... No matter how weirdly it was phrased... Right. Uh. "Uh... Are we going to try scrying with mirrors, Professor?" Was that a thing? Mirror scrying?

Blinking, Lux stared at the weird woman who entered the classroom. Where was Professor Cassie? And why was she speaking like she was some evil witch? Then it dawned on her that the woman WAS Professor Cassie. The weird fairy tale characters were striking again.
Things were happening so fast, and one second a story was being read to them, and the next Cinnamon was holding a book. Lux did not trust this book, and it seemed that Kace was on the same page as her. Without giving further thought, she reached to grab the book but it poofed.

If you promised not to open up to strangers, then of course you can't buy. You are a good girl indeed!" Then the old woman went on. "And as a reward for being good, I'm going to make you a gift of one of my apples!" Without a further thought, Snow White opened the door just a tiny crack, to take the apple. "There! Now isn't that a nice apple?" Snow White bit into the fruit, and as she did, fell to the ground in a faint: the effect of the terrible poison left her lifeless instantaneously." Suddenly she slammed the book shut. "That idiot" Who wrote this book? They had the ending clearly wrong.
She slammed the book down on the long table near the peasants. She would rip out it's heart if it had one, but since it didn't her eyes flashed to the mirrors. "Oh a magic mirror. Tell me peasants why do you have magic mirrors in your class?" Where did they get them? Only the queen had a magic mirror. She moved towards the mirrors waiting for an answer and if it wasn't an answer she wanted they would pay.

No, not Professor Cassie. Of all the people in the castle that the book could have chosen to possess, Professor Cassie was one of those who Penelope did not want to be possessed. But here was Professor Cassie, clearly not herself. That book she was reading... Could it be the book, the one that was possessing people? "Lex, is that the book?" And then it disappeared, perhaps to find its next victim. Weird. What was the book up to? There must be something that they could do to stop it, but it wouldn't be easy to catch if it could just disappear like that.

Her distraction over the mirrors had her standing in front of it and looking around it. She was the only one to possess a magic mirror and peasants would not have magic like she did. No, she was the Queen, she got all the good stuff. Were the peasants stealing from her? Was Snow White giving them things from the castle without asking? That horrid girl.

She raised her hand and just raised an eyebrow. "What are you talking about, Professor?" she asked, sounding extremely unamused--even a bit RUDE, yeah?
Her thought interrupted by one of them. She turned on her heel and moved back to the front of the class. "I am not a professor I am your Queen and you will address me in the proper respectful way. I am talking about those mirrors right there. Don't play dumb with me it will not work." Trying to cover up when she could see them right there in the room.

Her eyes quickly moved to the smart mouth peasant that thought she was brave enough to stand up to the queen. "No one has more money then the Queen, you are in my kingdom and you are my subjects, so you are only a peasant." If she was going to test her more the Queen would find a Huntsman to take her to the dungeon until she had time to go deal with her. She knew how she dealt with people like her and an evil smirk formed on her face.

They were all sticking to their story that obviously was a lie. "I am not your professor, I am the queen so all of you can stop calling me a professor." She wasn't even sure what that was, but she'd never let on to them that. Were they playing a game with her? Trying to confuse her? Well two could play at that. Yes the Queen had a few tricks up her sleeve and apples if that didn't work.

Another with the Professor, these peasants really didn't know when to stop. Her eyes rolled towards this one, but the word he used. Had she heard it before? She stopped a moment and thought looking at the mirrors. So this was their game, sorcery? "Scrying? Why don't you tell me a little more on what you know about this Scrying." She glared wanting an answer right at that moment.

As she was waiting on her answer from the boy the words of others caught her attention. Book? Her book? The one with her in it? She turned quickly just to see it poof. [b] "What did you do with my book? You don't touch the Queen's things. "You will bring back my book before we are done here or you will be sent to the dungeons." She would have her book back, but first she had to get these subjects to show her how these magic mirrors would work.
Standing in the front of the room she noticed a pink cup and moved over to it. "What is this? Snap cup? What the hell is a snap cup?" Pulling out paper that was in it she began to laugh, "What are these ridiculous things." Yes this was ridiculous and this pink cup was horrid. Picking it up she let it fall to the floor and break. "No ugly things stay in my castle." Someone better be cleaning it up for her too.
"Now the one that said scrying, you have done this before? So all of you were lying to your Queen when you said you didn't know what the mirrors were doing in here. One of you needs to start talking and tell me exactly what you know about Scrying." She was tapping her foot and waiting...

Jasmine stared in amazement. Professor Cassie was into the whole "call the students peasants" thing. Then there was that awful book she took as he root of all their troubles. Then POOF it was gone, just like the troll in Potions class. This was just getting weirder and weirder by the minute.
When the Professor started ranting about the mirrors, Jasmine knew the class was about to go south.....fast. O____O No she did not just break the Snaps cup. There were some things that you just didn't mess with and that was one of them. Jasmine tried to think of a way to diffuse the situation, but she was drawing a blank so far. When the possessed were out of their minds, it was sometimes better to humor them.......within reason. Nothing good came from opposing them and getting them all riled up. That only led to chaos, like the space food fight in Astronomy.

Angel looked at the Professor as she broke the cup. "Excuse me Queen, but does that mean we don't have to write stuff down at the beginning of class anymore?" Angel thought that would be good but maybe the real Professor wouldn't like it, she would maybe repair it and hide it when this Professor wasn't looking but that would be hard.
Angel looked at the Professor again and raised her hand, maybe she could lie. "It's just a normal mirror, you look into it and see a reflection and then you make alteration to your appearance if you don't like how you look." Angel gave the best angelic smile she could.

Ian downed as the professor spoke to him crossly. She was the professor and he wasn't sure he wanted to call her a Queen if she was going to be all mean and disappointing like. He started to speak, but then she continued and asked about scrying. How could a divinations professor not know about scrying? It was all Hooksteed again. Ian thought about leaving when the professor picked up the snapcup and got angry about it. He watched in abject horror as she dropped the cup and it shattered on the floor. He cried out, Nooooooo! as the little pieces of the cup rested on the ground. His sweet, happy professor was gone to be replaced by this horrid, horrid person. Ian crossed his hands in front of him and put on his unhappy face.

What in the world was going on around here! This seriously needed to be fixed, another Professor thought she was someone else. Yeah it was a bit fun at times but really this was just getting crazier as the days went by. Shifting around in her seat Hady looked at the Professor...er Queen.
There was talk of a book and Hady caught a glimpse of it as one of the others began to read it before it disappeared. That was the book that was in the Slytherin study room awhile back! It had to be the books fault, it just had to be. Where was the book now, someone needed to find it and fast!
Looking around the room the young girl watched in silence not sure what to say or do just yet.

"What of it?" Was Penelope gonna go Gryffindor on their bums and try to rescue the rest of school from it? Lex wasn't. She'd be leaving in June, forever. She simply didn't care and why should she? She'd tried telling the Headmistress and was dismissed on bathroom duty. Evidently it wasn't that big a deal.

She runs the dungeons too and doesn't put her loyal subjects there. I can't commit treason, not for you. It wouldn't be feasible." Hence the no bowing either, see? Unless you added Airey to the equation, Lex would stick with Bunz...unless certain circumstances came up in which case she'd convince Airey to side with Bunz too for his own good.

LOL haha what just happened. She BROKE the snap cup?? The nonchalance faded and Lex found herself trying to stifle the laughter that was bubbling in her chest. This was TOO funny. Hahahahahaha could she be here when the Professor woke up? HAHA.
Not being able to fully remove the amused look she attempted an answer. "Nothing. We know nothing about scrying." Not true but how would she know?

From the moment Professor Cassie entered the room, he knew it was going to be another WEIRD lesson, and likely, a waste of a lesson at that. Yay? Boo? Meh...
He didn't much feel like playing along anymore, this weird thing that was going around was getting old. For him the fun of adventure and weirdness had worn off with Botros and his Sebastian searching, there was only so much weird he could handle, he actually kinda LIKED learning things.
As for the whole scrying things... well they hadn't really been TAUGHT anything about it. Cept with the crystal ball stuff, and that was only LET YOUR MIND GO AND LET IT SEEE... there was no method to the madness as far as he was concerned. Still, perhaps he could enlighten this, weird queen lady of SOMETHING that might have to do with the topic.
Raising his hand before speaking, Zeke attempted to ignore the crazy and just try to get to the lesson bit. "You need to stop thinking, and just... be." Or something. Yeah. Yeah. And preferably be less weird and insane and WHAT WAS EVEN GOING ON AT THIS SCHOOL?! He'd had enough of the whole dress ups thing after History of Magic, this was just getting, lame.
