Mister Archibald Millard had been doing a bit of sprucing up of the place over the summer. You will find plenty of new plants and vegetables sprouting all around the hut... maybe a little too much, actually. Try not to step on them!!!
Just knock on the door and you will almost certainly be let inside for a cup of tea and a biscuit! Unless you look suspicious, of course.

And they were finally down at the Groundskeeper's hut. It wasn't a really long trek and the potted plant in his arms wasn't too heavy. But the combination of the two had been starting to wear on Benny. And then there was the curiosity on what would happen later with the plants. And least he had survived runes and dealing with plants without his Hatter personality making a surprise visit.
"Surely the groundskeeper will take good care," he mused as he set down his charge where the rest were. Angel seemed worried about the plants they were leaving. Bt was kinda in his job description...right? Now they were free to leave the class behind.

AJ couldn't help but to think that maybe there was some sort of spell they could have used to levitate the plant on down to the hut. This was a magical school and truth be told she was kind of let down about the missed opportunities.
Okay so mainly AJ was just hungry and restless, and this little adventure was just wasting time that could be better spent stuffing her face or lounging in the comfy little game room... just saying.
As she finally made her way down to the hut she noticed that a dew other plants were already dropped off. No time to waste here... AJ dumped her plant off next to the others and skipped off back towards the castle.
Botros finally reached the groundskeeper's hut, he was out of breath and leaning on his cane more than he before. So many boulders and greenery on the way over here, wow. Oh look, some students had dropped off their potted plants already! He beamed at the sight, even if they were hard to detect among all those plants Archie had around his place.
The old man stopped close to the hut, watching over everyone as they placed their plants down. "Good job, everyone, good job."

After the long walk, Lux was pretty happy to finally reach the groundskeeper hut. She wondered why the plants were to go here as opposed to the greenhouses when Professor Walton WAS the plant expert at Hogwarts, but she was not about to question Professor Botros.
Not exactly sure where she was supposed to drop her plant off, she noticed where some of her classmates had placed theirs and added hers to the group. Time for her to go back to the castle. After saying goodbye to her plant she waved to Professor Botros in farewell. Then off she went.
Kace walked down to the hut with his two plants all healed. He saw other students and the professor beat him to it. Well it was kind of hard carrying a heavy backpack and walking down the stairs with two plants. He was sort of winded. He was out of shape and needed to exercise more. He placed his two plants were the other students did. Then he turned around and felt his stomach growling and felt it was time to eat some lunch. He spotted the professor and waved him goodbye, "Thanks for the lesson Bostros! See you later." Then off to the great hall he went to dig into delicious food.
Though Toby had never actually visited this hut before, you couldn't really miss the sight of the groundskeeper's hut out on the grounds, especially after nearly five years of attending. He reached the hut pretty quickly, burning off some of that fidgety energy, and carefully placed his potted plant outside the hut.
Right. Done? Done. He was finished, then. Toby took one last look at his plant, touched one of the leaves in a silent goodbye, and stood up straight again before heading off to the castle.

Among the greenery around the groundskeeper's hut, and away from where the potted plants were put, something stirred. There was slight rustling as if a small creature was in hiding, but nothing jumped and ran out from behind the leaves. Well, something did spring out off the ground and shot upwards clinging to the hut and continuing to grow in an incredible speed.
It was a giant beanstalk!
It kept growing and growing, using the hut as a support to reach higher and towards the castle.

Not gonna lie, but Zander was pretty disappointed when Botros mentioned taking the plants ALL the way OVER to the ground keeper's hut. Sure the groundskeeper was probably a nice guy and all... But was this really necessary? All he wanted was food. That's it. The one time he wanted one little thing, he couldn't even have that. So it'd be an understatement to say he took his sweet time making it down.
Now, uh where was he supposed to put the-- Oh. Having spotted a group of plants that had probably been delivered down earlier, Zander decided to put it with those. There.
Tada!

Botros was standing there, overwatching the kids and trying to arrange the potted plants neatly when he saw the further corner of the hut explode into a giant plant and start climbing up up up in a liiittle bit scary way. "Uhhh." He found himself speechless for a moment, unable to describe what was going on in front of them. He looked around, made sure none of the kids got stuck there somehow or were standing on TOP of it when it sprouted out of the ground, that would be problematic.
"Let's... head back to the castle... maybe... I'll check this.. this out." Wow, where was Archie? He need Archie stat.
Ab took out his wand and cautiously approached the giant beanstalk to examine it the best way he knew. Just making sure it wasn't poisonous or... evil.

Zeke arrived shortly behind Botros, he'd managed to take a slight detour for an apple - which was well worth the time, believe you him. However, when he caught up with the group, plant in hand, he was awestruck by the GIANT PLANT THING!.....
"Cooooooooooooooool," he mused, placing his own plant down near some of the others.
...
....
Could they climb it?
"You know, Professor, there might be a giant up there, with a golden egg." Or something to that effect, so he had once been told.

Cool was one way to put it. Botros was within arm's reach from the plant now, and he made sure the kid was well behind him. "Oh?" He turned to humor the kid with a surprised look. "Too bad we're not allowed to climb it and find out." We're not allowed? Well, Rogers wasn't allowed. "We need some help." He waved his wand releasing a silvery eagle to soar away and towards the greenhouses.
"Do you mind going around the hut to see if Mr. Millard's around?" Much more useful than climbing the mysterious beanstalk.

He wasn't doing anything of importance when he got the patronus, just casually reading something and keeping an eye out on everything. It almost felt like he couldn't leave the Greenhouses without someone doing something stupid. Yeah, he was exaggerating but that's how he was.
Without a second thought, Walton was heading to the grounds wondering what did the old man need? It sounded urgent.
As he got closer to the Groundskeeper's hut, he noticed that there was a crowd. But that wasn't the significant thing that his eyes were fixed on. Was that a .... what was that?
"Professor Botros," He nodded politely at the Runes' master before his eyes slid back to what appeared to be a giant beanstalk. Huh? This was the reason he was summoned perhaps? "Is this .... supposed to be here?" He asked. Maybe it was somehow related to the work of some rune? He'd never heard of it but who knew.

As far as Botros could tell this beanstalk was normal. Perfectly normal but was grown at perfectly mysterious circumstances. He stepped back a little, his wand still in his hand in case anything more peculiar than a giant beanstalk sprouting out happened.
Until professor Walton joined him. "Oh you came! How wonderful. No, no, and it seemed to be growing taller." He raised his head to try and see how long it was stretched up in the sky, but no luck, the CLOUDS were in the way. "I've been trying to check it out for any cursed or dark magic, but I can't get a clear reading of neither. Perhaps you would know the specific measurements?" He probably should go tell everyone that these odd circumstances happening time after time was something worth investigating. When it wasn't particularly harming anyone, it was ... abnormal.

Archie had spent a lot of time in his hut this past week, but now that his curse had seemingly been lifted, he was out and about to get some air, and to walk his dog. He had done a good lap of the grounds before heading home, his eyebrows creasing together as he could see a bunch of students walking away from the hut. But he stopped in his tracks when something burst from the ground and shot into the sky...

Wh... what... in the heck was that?
People wouldn't think that HE was responsible for this, would he????
Archie held tight to his doggie lead and quickly scurried closer to the commotion. "M... Morning, professors." It was morning, right? He looked automatically to his watch. Bah, close enough. "What have we got here???!" Where was his HUT???! His breathing suddenly got noisier and he patted his forehead as it started to sweat.

So it was not supposed to be here. He thought so, too and only needed to make sure. The groundskeeper looked like he was surprised and freaked out to see it near his hut as well. So Andrew needed no further clue to decide that this was one of those weird things that were happening. Was it related to the weirdness he himself had gone through, though, he did not know.
"This is.... way off the regular measurements for sure." He said. He didn't need to look again. "Students, get back," They all looked to have already done that, though. Good thing the ones who loved to climb anything weren't close by. He'd rather not chase students up that.
"I think we should get a closer look," He said to the Groundskeeper. To determine whether it was harmless or not.
Drawing his wand out, Andrew slowly approached the gigantic beanstalk.

Botros nodded at Walton, yes, he did think it was odd to have something this big grow out of... well, on its own. "Mr. Millard, hello. Oh, my students and I were dropping off some plants here when we saw this beanstalk sprout out of the ground. And it kept growing until..." He gestured at how big it got. "Did you by any chance plant anything and meant for it to blossom so... radically?" Judging by his facial expression, the answer was a negative.
... although, what Mr. Rogers had mentioned earlier wasn't very silly. A giant and a goose with golden eggs reminded Botros of that muggle kids' story. He let his fellow younger colleagues check the plant out. "A student mentioned something quite interesting earlier... do you think... do you think this was the book's mischief?" He felt ridiculous considering this theory but it was legit, after all they'd seen from the fantasy book, this didn't sound so crazy. Though the book was nowhere to be found. Ab looked around them just in case.

Ignoring its surroundings, a silvery giant of a cat slid through the groundskeeper's door and opened its mouth in a lazy roar. Only instead of nundu breath coming out, the patronus delivered a message in Anastasia Truebridge's voice:
Attention, anyone on the grounds: We are currently hunting down the mysterious and glowing Fairy Tale Book of Fairy Tales. If you are interested in helping, search your surroundings and then report back to the library. We MUST find this book!
Its job done, the nundu disappeared in a puff of smoke.
