If what the new boy was saying was true, then the first boy was Bart. Austin was actually a bit offended at the question. Squeal? Him? Never. He wasn't a pansy-Hufflepuff-teacher's pet kind of person. He loved all kinds of mischief. "Depends, what's in it for me?" He really didn't want anything. He just wanted to help out, be a part of the fun, make a name for himself. Whether it was 'class clown', or the Ravenclaw who lost all of their house points in one year. People needed to know Austin Moore was at Hogwarts.

Then, Zander turned his attention back to his Gryffindor dormmate. Prank? Against the girls? Does girls mean Zahra? Because of so, then Zander wanted in. But if not... He wasn't too sure. The third year was still lingering in his "shy" phase and pranks were super adventurous and dangerous and possibly house points risking? But his mother had said he needed to get more involved? And technically pranks were getting involved? So, what the heck! He'd do it! "Boys against girls? .... I'm in," he said. Hopefully Bart would let him join. He really needed some help in the whole mischief department, though he was getting off to a good start after the whole pillow fight incident with Kevin.
Now back to the new kid/ possibly firstie. PFT what's in it for him!? Actually... Zander had no clue what they were even talking about. So yes. He'd let Bart answer that one.

Just as he was going to answer Zander did the answering for him. “Right, you’re not fun unless you get yourself into that paper. Was in it last year for kissing some girls.” Well it was actually Brynny that was in it, he was just said to be her boyfriend, but yeah they didn’t need to really know that. “How many Ravenclaws are usually in there? Not many, but you could probably change that.” He stroked his chin a bit, trying to make it like the getting your name in the Aparecium made you cool.
He looked at both boys trying to decided if he could trust them. “Alright you’re both in.” Zander was in either way, but the other kid, well maybe he could do it to his dorm. Yay do it to the claw girls, though Brynny. Well it wouldn’t hurt her, so just fun, right? “I want to do something epic to the girls. I was either thinking of making a potion that could mix with their shampoo bottles, or maybe something in here that could mix in or be replaced with their makeup. Something that could either make their hair fall out, or change it to grass green, or give them a ton of zits.” He was chuckling even before getting the rest of the sentence out. “It will get you in the Aparecium and make a name for yourself for sure if you do it in your dorm when we do it in ours.”
Nope. Jun wasn't buying dessert. It came with the dinner, Snicker Doodle! Gosh, did he know nothing?!
"Why nooooot? It's supposed to be part of the date. Do I need to convince you with kisses????" Even Jun couldn't help but snort at his own comment. The only other guy he joked around like this with was Louis. He missed his husband. Jun'll have to pay him a visit somewhere soon. Or owl him. Whichever worked better. Maybe send him a little gift from here to send a message. That worked too.
"Oh, yeah, I know. Should probably throw a bucket of water with ice in it on him one day. Might shake him out of that, finally," because sounded like that boy needed it. Then Connor and Jun may feed him a tiny piece of pizza afterwards.
Connor laughed a little bit. "You know nothing, Jun Snow." Snicker Doodle could play too! Sometimes anyway.. "But fine, save your kisses i will buy you desert as well, Sugar Biscuit." He chuckled and put down the odd object in his hand, luckily nothing strange came out of it and hit him in the face, That would have been bad.
That made Connor crack up thinking about Jeremiah all soaked with ice water. "That could be fun, i could sneak you in and do it while he's sleeping, as long as there's pizza i don't think he'll be mad!" This could be fun and of course Jeremiah would have his beloved Pizza.

And he'd be making some new friends along the way too? It'd be an opportunity to be social? And get to know the staff, assuming they got caught WHICH they wouldn't. So was he in? Hmm... He really didn't want to disappoint his dormmate. "That sounds pretty..." Ricky? Dumb? Outright stupid? "fun," WHAT?! WERE HIS WORDS BETRAYING HIM?! His mind was telling him to STAY THE HECK AWAY, but his heart was telling him to go out on a limb and try the rebel life.

Claws are not fun? What? Actually that was no surprise to Austin. They really weren't that fun, and the whole common room had a dull atmosphere. Why were Ravenclaws so boring? They should be out having fun like the rest of the students. He would bed money on the fact that if the Weasley's had come back to life and brought the best puking pasties known to man, the Ravenclaws would still be in their dorm room working on homework. There would be both ghosts, and puking pasties!
Aparecium? What in Merlin's underwear was that? I sounded really important, but Austin didn't really care. It was definitely something he wanted to be in. Especially if it made him known throughout the school. And besides, he was only a first year. He had six other years to make things right if he got in any real trouble. Which he wouldn't.

So Zander was going right along with him, this was great. His off the top of his head, in the heat of the moment plan was working perfectly. Had he seen Zander in the Aparecium? He couldn’t remember, just Alexa, and the two dude professors came to mind. It really didn’t matter either way, the fact was they were making this firstie believe them, right? He eyed the boy, “You have read the aparecium, haven’t you?” He watched the boy carefully. Though he figured he did, the bloody thing was everywhere. Even though it hadn’t seem to have an issue come out recently. Hogwarts wasn’t that boring was it?
Good they were both in. The thirteen year old eyed the front to see where the shopkeeper was at. The mess from the shelf forgotten he leaned in. “That’s the easy part. We just sneak in.” How hard could it be? “Though someone once told me there were charms to stop boys from doing that. If that’s the case we get a girl to help us and I know the perfect two. We might have to lie a little, but what they don’t know won’t hurt them.” He began to laugh. The hard part was figuring out exactly what to put in the bottles. “So if we can sneak in, we should do it while everyone’s at class.” Yes that meant skipping a class boys. They weren’t scared were they?
“If the charms are on the entry, then my girlfriend and best friend could help us. We’ll just tell them that it was a surprise, maybe that it will make their hair shinier or something girly they will just love.” Looking towards the firstie, “Brynn is a Ravenclaw, she’s smart though so it will take some convincing, but she tends to help me, so I think we could get her to do it.” Though once her hair fell out or she got a ton of zits he wasn’t sure how much she’d speak to him, but there was no harm in some pranks. Ahem, not pretending because Zander IS TOTALLY cool. Way cool. So cool in fact, that he puts this horrendous Hogwarts winter to shame. TO SHAMMEEEE. But ahem, yes. Completely cool and definitely not faking it in front of this possible firstie.

His mind was telling him to STAY THE HECK AWAY, but his heart was telling him to go out on a limb and try the rebel life.
Oh no oh no oh no. What was going on? Why did he say yes? WHAT WAS HAPPENING? Is this that puberty thing his mom warned him about? Or is that something else.....? Either way, this was not something Zander would do, but yet he said yes? WHAT IN MERLIN'S NAME WAS GOING ON HERE!?!
So Zander was going right along with him, this was great. His off the top of his head, in the heat of the moment plan was working perfectly. Had he seen Zander in the Aparecium? He couldn’t remember, just Alexa, and the two dude professors came to mind. It really didn’t matter either way, the fact was they were making this firstie believe them, right? He eyed the boy, “You have read the aparecium, haven’t you?” He watched the boy carefully. Though he figured he did, the bloody thing was everywhere. Even though it hadn’t seem to have an issue come out recently. Hogwarts wasn’t that boring was it?
Good they were both in. The thirteen year old eyed the front to see where the shopkeeper was at. The mess from the shelf forgotten he leaned in. “That’s the easy part. We just sneak in.” How hard could it be? “Though someone once told me there were charms to stop boys from doing that. If that’s the case we get a girl to help us and I know the perfect two. We might have to lie a little, but what they don’t know won’t hurt them.” He began to laugh. The hard part was figuring out exactly what to put in the bottles. “So if we can sneak in, we should do it while everyone’s at class.” Yes that meant skipping a class boys. They weren’t scared were they?
“If the charms are on the entry, then my girlfriend and best friend could help us. We’ll just tell them that it was a surprise, maybe that it will make their hair shinier or something girly they will just love.” Looking towards the firstie, “Brynn is a Ravenclaw, she’s smart though so it will take some convincing, but she tends to help me, so I think we could get her to do it.” Though once her hair fell out or she got a ton of zits he wasn’t sure how much she’d speak to him, but there was no harm in some pranks. Austin thought for a moment, the Not-Bart boy was right. If they skipped class, it was definitely easy to narrow down who the culprits were. There had to be another time to do it. "What if we went during lunch? Everyone's either eating or studying anyways, and nobody will be noticing if we're gone or not." He usually skipped lunch anyways, so it didn't matter if he skipped it another day.
He was loving the idea of the prank, and really wanted to be apart of it. He didn't know this 'Brynn' girl Bart was talking about, even if they were in the same house. But it was true about Ravenclaws being the smartest of the bunch. They caught on quite quickly when things were happening, and could easily make it out of any sticky situation. Austin, on the other hand, would rather use his talents elsewhere. Like how to get out of getting caught in a prank.
Glancing over at Not-Bart, he realized that the boy looked a little worried. "You alright there?" There wasn't a need to be afraid, they likely wouldn't get caught, and if they did, it would only be a few house points. Ravenclaw was already in the back of the pack, so losing a few more wouldn't really hurt their chances. As for Gryffindor, they were way ahead of everyone else, so if the two of them lost points, again, it wouldn't really make much of a difference.

They were totally buying his confidence and why shouldn't they? He was full of confidence knowing he had fantastic plans and everyone should go along with them. Last term was epic and so what if he got caught with the bra slingshot it was fun and bra girl didn't mind at all anymore. That's exactly why he knew this plan would go the same. Girls would be upset at first, but then find the humor.
Stroking his chin Bart thought about their words then casually shrugged, "I skip class all the time, so no one would really know the difference if I was there or not. Especially if it was Runes. I dropped that class quickly." He didn't care what he got on his owls with that one, he would never go back.
"Alright, so we can try this at lunch. Get into the girls room, hurry with their shampoo, and get out before being noticed. If that doesn't work then I'll work on Cinna and Brynn to help us unknowingly." He grinned as the plan started to form. Brown eyes looking around the store.

Austin nodded in thought. They were going to need something clever to put in their stuff. But nothing that was going to harm them. There didn't need to be Ravenclaw and Gryffindor girls in the hospital wing. "Itching powder could work in the shampoo." He wasn't sure giving the girls itchy lips was something to be proud of. Was there something that turned the girls lips blue? Or maybe there was a way to make powder that would turn their cheeks a bright orange. He wasn't sure, but there had to be something.
Looking up, he saw that Zander still looked a little off. The last thing they needed was this guy bailing on them mid plan. He was either in or out, once you're in you're in. Of course, Austin was just an eager first year, and wasn't really aware of what consequences they were facing. All he knew was that there was the potential of losing house points. Which, didn't really matter to him at the moment.
Unlocking her shop Emerald turned on the lights and looked around. She needed to clean and put up some of her new objects now that the Hogwarts student's were due to be allowed into the village. Fetching a box of various objectsthat for instance contained new gummy bears that made you grow santa beards the brunette shopkeeper went to her counter and started to arrange the wares.
After almost two hours of dusting and cleaning of shelves, putting up discount price tags, stocking shelves, and checking the state of her supplies room Emerald could contentedly deem her shop ready for buisness. It'd be fun to have lots of Hogwarts student's of various ages running around the shelves looking for pranks to pull on unexpecting peers or even professors.
