Feeling like a lazy daisy this year without playing Quidditch or hanging out outside? The student leaders feel ya! They have worked to fix that by putting together an event that will get you all active and bring out that stored and wasted energy. Welcome to the Magical Field Day event!

►Where is this taking place?
Indoors! It's split up between the Great hall which is redecorated for the occasion and around the staircases, too.

► When is this taking place?
IC: It's on the 15th of April. OOC: The 11th of July till the 20th of the same month.

► Who can participate?
Hogwarts students and staff.

► How will my character know about this?
Everyone is talking about it! Prefects are spreading the word and distributing posters that are already on the notice boards.

► What exactly is this, again ?
The name says it all, Magical Field Day. It's time to get moving and participate in one of the provided activities. So it's unearthly freezing outside, who said we can't play inside?!

Chilling out Area - Got tired from all the craziness and need to catch your breath or perhaps you just got here and want to take the measure of the place before jumping in? This is the place for you. Don't linger here too long, though. There's fun to be had elsewhere!

Paintball War -Wondering what that big charmed tent is doing in the Great Hall? Don't be afraid, take a peek inside. Yes! Paintball war is actually happening in the castle, take advantage of that.

Go-Kart Race – What's a field day without a race, eh ? A magical go-kart track has been charmed and readied around the staircases for all of you to come and have fun, whatchu waiting for?

Butterfly Hunting – Are you absolutely exhausted? Good! And you don't want to sit doing nothing? We like you already. Come to the calmest area where you'll need less strength. See those big magical butterflies? Grab a net and run after them! And don't be deceived by there prettiness.
