He was over the small light snowfall that had been produced. On this, he knew he could do better. Transfiguration was his. He had but to claim it. No more playing games. "Finite." He said cooly quiting the light snowfall that had taken place just before. He raised his wand and in the anti-clockwise motion spoke the incantation with the conviction that comes from truth in testimony. "Stiricidium Nubila!" His wand motion ceased and his gaze floated upways toward the cloud, rapidly widening, darkening and growing taller. At one point, it began to look so thick that had Cutty not known it was just a cloud, might have mistaken it for some creature. At first, the underside of the cloud looked dark, as though it had been peppered, but eventually the dark little particles grew lighter in colour as they drew closer to the ground and eye-level. White to translucent frozen bits came down in abundant bunches. He took a moment to inspect the quality of flakes falling down upon him. He knew Bellaire, though. This would not be enough. She was after not only perfection, but consistent perfection. Again his wand was lifted toward his snow cloud. "Finite!". Where was Ethan Mordaunt going?! O_O |
Dragging the first year (Penelope) with him, Ethan had to wade through the snow and wind towards the classroom door. It was a good thing that SOMEONE left it open. MERLIN. The Slytherin looked back at the tiny person he was dragging and was please that she was doing fine. Hades’ pants. Being a superhero is hard work! That’s when he spotted Cutty, standing in one spot like…the blizzard was nothing. WHAT THE HELL WAS HE DOING? For a moment there, he saw his younger cousin Mordred in his Hogwarts years. The confident, aloof, and blunt Mordred. With a confused face, he looked back at the first year and pulled her up in front of him. “Door’s over there! Get out of here quickly!” he ordered her to do what he said and turned back to Cutty. “Oi, Mordaunt! Last time I checked, this blizzard thing is dangerous!” he said as he waddled back to him and pulled his pseudo twin’s robe. Ethan’s eyes grew however when he saw a chair fly in their direction. “WATCH OUT!” Ethan got hold of Cutty’s neck and forced him to duck and probably buried his face on his snow mound. The Slytherin heard a crack and looked behind them to see the remnants of the furniture. “Let’s go!” And just so he knows, Ethan needs to use the bathroom soon! |
Finally Jasmine saw Cris. He was holding onto a younger student and reaching for another one. Now that he was acccounted for, she tried to look around for any younger kids in need of assistance. The wind was blowing the snow around so much that it was difficult to see. Everyone who needed help seemed to be receiving it as far as she could see. Jasmine yelled to Cris so she could be heard over the roar of the wind. "I can't see anyone else. Why don't we head toward the door and if I see anyone in need of help, I'll grab them." Jasmine would keep scanning the room as best she could. She certainly did not want anyone to be left behind. |
SPOILER!!: Cris Wha- but she had just mastered the spell! Did class have to end NOW of all times? She felt a freezing gust of wind whip around her, nearly knocking her off her feet. Yeah, leaving now could be a good idea. Before she knew it, Cris had grabbed her hand and was helping her escape the brewing blizzard. Holstering her wand as instructed, she let herself be pulled along by the older boy. She blushed; he was her savior. EEEEEP. |
SPOILER!!: Cris Hayden looked up when she heard someone call her name. She saw it came from an older Hufflepuff boy, who was also helping several other people. She reached out and took the hand he offered, allowing him to pull her to safety. Thank merlin for people willing to help. |

Thank goodness for Adi. Her very own prefect who had started the mess hadn't even cared about her slowly drowning body. Of course the storm that she created was awesome, and AJ would have to be sure to let her know that when she saw her in their common room. When she had finally made it to the corridor with Adi, it was then that she felt like she might just be thawing out. "I'm good... frozen, but alive and well. You?" Oh, and look at that. He managed to grab her stuff too. "Good looking out." He was a keeper. |
O______________________O Oh. Oh wow. Toby had been ABOUT to cast finite on his own cloud (the slow had gotten slightly heavier, but he'd wanted the extra practice) when all of a sudden he became VERY AWARE of something else. A storm. A snow storm. In the classroom. Next thing he knew, Professor Bellaire was dismissing them and telling them to get out and Tobias Tempus did not need to be told twice. He scooped up his things, looked around for Sophie (but had lost sight of her in the swirling snow and crowd of students) and quickly headed for the door. On the way out, he made sure to herd a couple of small first years out the door first before any of them could get crushed, before hurrying off down the corridor to wait for Soph in a less crowded place. |
Angel was scared as she realised something had gone wrong very wrong. "OH What!!" Angel was glad when she was out safely now where were her sisters and her cutie-pie oh and of course Adi, she hoped that they were all alright. |
What. In. Merlin's. Name-- O__________________O The Gryffindor Prefect just...She wanted to kill them all, didn't she?! Beverly's eyes widened at the sudden snow storm, an arm flying up to cover her face, her free hand gripping her wand tight against her chest. She'd seen what happened to Professor Bellaire's. There was NO way she was losing hers. It was too precious. Shrugging the strap of her bag over shoulder, she made way toward the exit. Her mane blinded her, and at some point she used someone as an anchor. It didn't matter. She NEEDED to get out. Survive. Not freeze. Stupid Gryffindor Prefect. Stupid storm. UGH. With a squeak she ducked as a chair flew pass her head. Beverly SCOWLED at everything. She was OUT. This was no time to play hero. Besides, there was no one crying bloody banshee. Beverly Wayne was out. |
Jasmine, Norah and Hayden SPOILER!!: Jasmine SPOILER!!: Norah SPOILER!!: Hayden With the blizzard increazingly getting worse, Cris was beginning to find it difficult to stay on his feet, let alone hold on to both Norah and the other Badger girl. He nodded in agreement as he raised his voice in order to be heard. "You're right Jasmine. We shouid head out of here. Hang on, everyone," Cris called out to both of his younger friends as he made his way towards the doorway, pulling both of them along until they were safely out of the classroom and standing in the doorway. Whew!...It was definitely a bad hair day, but at least everyone was safe and sound outside now. |
...! HOLY MERLIN!! Marigold went bug-eyed when Lex did something and as BLIZZARD was created! And Bellaire dismissing them like that, too! She walked quickly to the door, stopping to look at it one more time before ducking out. Homework was remembered, of course... At least she mastered the spell. |
Cris SPOILER!!: Cris Norah beamed at |
