"Well, in case you haven't noticed," 'Tude. "It's been pretty damn cold all term." Soooooooooooooooo he'd HARDLY notice a dementor lurking behind him. And as for dementors crapping on your mood, well, Theo always had someone crapping on his mood. Same difference. Everyone was a dementor. OOoOoooo.

What was he doing? "I... I dunno. Going for a walk? Trying to find my bloody name but it ain't there." Theo raised an eyebrow at West's behaviour. He was clearly in one of those moods.

"You alright there," He paused and smiled a bit, "stalker?"

"Love you too, mate." West answered cheerfully and wrangled a chocolate frog out of his pocket. Wrapped and everything. He deposited it in Theo's hand and slung his arm over Theo's shoulder, but y'know, refused to look at the names.

"If yours isn't, mine won't be..... and I'd rather not bring myself down worrying over it. That stuff is hard enough." Least Theo still had his shiny badge, yeah? Nod. It hadn't got easier exactly... it just... got easier not to think about it all the time.

"M'right." He was still fidgety even half leaning all over Theo. "Was gonna go run up and down the staircases."

It had seemed an awesome enough idea at the time. "Especially now that NEWTs are postponed and all." Why bother wasting time studying?

Theodore loosened his tensity and almost dropped the chocolate frog when West lounged himself all over him. Maybe he was tired, so Theo chose to be a bro and not shove him off again. "Cheers." Theo tucked the frog away 'cause he wasn't feeling in the mood right now.

"It isn't, I checked." West's plaque, that is. "I just wanted to see it before leaving. What's the point in having one if I'll never see it?" Theo grumped. It was true. No one other than him would give a toss about Theodore Kinsley being a Prefect.

Theo opened his mouth to tell West what a silly idea that was, but it actually sounded kind of appealing. "Think I might join you on that. Havent broken a sweat for months." He made a little groan when West mentioned the exams being postponed. "Yeah... when do you reckon this weather will get lost?" It certainly surprised Theo how much he missed the outdoors. "In time for graduation, I hope." Because as much as he wanted to stay, he REALLY wanted to go, too.

Nose wrinkle. Fidget. Squish!hug. All the things.

"So that others see 'em, and want to be like you." Hard to say 'like us' given what had happened, but he grinned at Theo and jittered some more. "My cousins are gonna come here, I can make them take pictures for you if you like?" Would that helpppp?

"Oh yeah?" He perked up (even MORE) and stopped lounging all over Theo. "Yeahhh you've got some work to do to get fighting fit for tryouts." He prodded Theo's stomach jokingly. "But I got your back. If you wanna train, you can join me." In fact he was welcome.

In time for graduation definitely. West was sure of it. "Even if somehow things are still all frozen solid.... I wouldn't be worried for us. My dad and Aspen would get us out and besides... the minister's daughter is in here y'know? YOU remember her, Zahra Kettleburn, she had that crush on you for a while before she decided she liked Scan better." Yes he noticed younger kids perving on his mates... because it was HILarious.

"Yeah, right." Theo had a hard time believing that. More so he just wanted to show his parents. His face brightened up a bit at picture talk. "Really? Yeah, that'd be awesome."

Theo swatted West's jabby finger away from his stomach and tutted a bit. "Tell me about it. Not only that, I need some practice on my bloody broomstick. Feel like I've forgotten how to fly." Which would be a terrible turn of events.

She had a crush on Ascanius now? Instead of him? "Pssht. Good." Theo shrugged, but really he was bothered. "I didn't know she was the minister's daughter..." That was impressive. Perhaps he should've made more effort with Zahra, who he could only remember as being really annoying and loud. Back to the point, West's confidence about getting out had made Theo feel a bit better for sure. "Can't wait to get home." He mumbled. "Can't believe we won't ever be coming back." It really was weird.

"I'll make sure one of them does, then. On pain of thumping." West assured his mate. It'd be fine, his legacy would be noted and then picture proof would cement it... and then Theo could show his muggle family.

"Yeahhhhhh." He nodded a bit. "Look.... I might've set up a casual obstacle course in the Room of Requirement. Its not the best but... its the best we've got, y'know? At this point, what else can they do to us?" And they had to get Theo ready for tryouts too yeah? West would obviously go all in and help him out. As always.

"Zahra? Yeah. The Dead Kneazles have fans in high places apparently." Grin. Hopefully THAT would be a trend that would continue, yes? West was all for building a fan base... though it was easier on him if Ascanius and Nigel got all the clingy attention instead of him.... though he knew that wasn't likely to be the case. He sure didn't resent their share though.

"Me too. I'm... without Quidditch," And without Alice, "This place feels... like I don't belong anymore." And now that he was at this weird point of not learning new things in classes... yeah it was weird. West couldn't really decide if he wished he was eleven all over again, or if he wished they were done with it all already. Obviously the second was the only actual option though.

"Ready to run then?" No time like the present to get started.

Angel looked around the trophy room, well this place could use some installation as well, it might have been a trophy room but well it didn't mean that the trophies weren't cold, who knew what the trophies felt.

"Thanks, man." Leave it to West to make Theo feel better. He often did. Theo's attention was definitely caught when he mentioned setting something up in the Room of Requirement. Why hadn't they thought of that sooner? "What?! You did? That's great, anything's better than nothing!" Theo even did a little bounce. "Let me know when you go down next!"

Wow, impressive, but Theo just nodded all intrigued instead of commenting. He wasn't jealous of West's opportunities or anything. NOpe, not at all.

Yes, this. "I know what you mean." Almost exactly what he meant. "Maybe we've just outgrown this place." It was something that he had started feeling since last term, and he had hoped that his new badge would help but it hadn't. Ungrateful, he was, I know. "Oh well, got all the Quidditch we want soon." Hopefully.

Uhhhhh, "We should warm up first. Or, I should." Since he was feeling pretty sluggish today. And ever other day, but particularly today. It was EFFORT to walk further than just for classes.
