The hip thing, it was a nice gesture, right? Paloma just kept bumping back, too. So, it wasn't going to be so bad. "Zon't 'orry..." Paloma tried to fake her accent again, "Not going to happen again..." She finished in her most proper English. She couldn't help but blush at Jun's comment, though laugh at what impression he had of him. OH, if only he knew...how loud she could be, how weird and extrovertive she could turn outside. Except that she was kept quiet because she didn't want to cause her parents a headache, so...she was just going to have to keep it down for a while. When Jun gave her the teddy plush, she aww'd as much as she could do, and maybe...may have cried a little when she held it tight against her. "This is adorable. I will be sure to thank him when I see him." She said, smiling wide at Jun, "...and thank you, Jun." He was being the perfect accomplice in this whole romance between Kai and her. |

He nodded. "I just hope it wasn't mine," He joked. Jun only brought along the important toys he had. Like Peter, and toys for Charmander. But Jun didn't have a bear dressed as a dragon. Nor did he really want one. Wasn't in his interest anyway. He even wondered where Kai had found this one. "Thank you for what exactly?" The older boy raised an eyebrow. Was he supposed to be thanked for something? |
PYEEEWWWWW! PYEEEWWWWW! That was the sound of sweet peas being shot out of a drinking straw towards the famous-for-who-cares-what-reason. Zahra was supposed to be studying, but never QUITE made it to the library. Though, truth be known, she'd never planned on studying anyway. The peas were to bother annoying, book-up-their-bums Ravenclaws. But she'd seen this ugly tapestry on the way? So target practice. "OHHH HOOOOO! DIRECT HIT! EAT PEA, DUCK!" hahahaha! Distractions, it seemed, could come in any form. |

West was also supposedly heading to the library but he'd got to the door and changed his mind. Studying? No. For what? NEWTs? Qualifications that he had no need for? Nah. So maybe go see Botros? Yes. That sounded better. But there was a Gryffindor in his way. A Gryffindor he knew. A Gryffindor that had been at his house several times, one of his cousin's little fangirly friends. Luckily for him all her attention had been Scan focused... and sometimes Nigel focused? Like they were buddies or something. And she was.......... shooting peas at a tapestry. It didn't actually bother him one bit. This WAS the boy who, in first year, had thumped a portrait in front of a professor. He understood that two-dimensional wizarding artwork sometimes needed to be taught what was the what. No skin off his nose. He did stop to watch though. Odessa stare. |

Zahra NOTED West, but since he didn't stop her, ask questions, or otherwise interfere in some annoying way, she kept on as she was for a time. It was starting to lose it's novelty though and her supply of peas was dwindling. She'd have to summon her stash back to her, the ones that weren't STUCK to the tapestry and wall. "I'm officially out of ideas on how to keep myself busy." In case West was wondering. |

Good thing he wasn't one of those yellow house people. "We could go ask her about it together one day!" 'Cause even if this guy wasn't a Ravenclaw, he could be an HONORARY one. And Dima would even run it by Marcus Orion because he was like the KING of Ravenclaw. Like, he was probably gonna marry Rowena Ravenclaw when he became a ghost. Unless he and Miss Dora got married first. "You can share MY map if y'want. We could go exploring. It has lots of places to read marked on it." Sharing was caring, and besides, who didn't like an exploring buddy? Kyroh and Maddie would probably get sick of him if he bothered them TOO much. "Nice to meet you too!" |

Ahem. So the crazy first year was just plain adorable! Simon beamed at Dima and nodded when the young boy asked that they could go ask together one day. "That'd be awesome!" he said, giving the guy a thumb's up. Because making new friends with a young cool kid would be cool- even if the kid set things on fire... COULD THIS KID GET MORE SWEET? He was offering to share HIS map with him. Cute. :loved: Maybe first years weren't that bad or scary after all, hey? "Thanks Dima. That's nice of you. Let's go exploring now. Where do you want to go? Find a secret passageway or a secret hiding place that's good to get away from everyone during the day?" |
Charms #2 HW: Post Two Samantha had been deep in thought, walking around the school when she came upon the beautiful tapestry. She bit her lip as she wondered if she should practice her Charm work there. "Why not?" Sam's mind immediately said to her as she found herself removing her wand from her pocket and aiming it at the wall opposite the tapestry. She didn't want to accidentally cause any damage. As she traced the figure eight motion she softly yet firmly said "Caelum Saepio.". Sam repeated her actions twice more and then pocketed her wand. She could swear that the area felt a bit warmer. "Where to go next?" |

Text Cut: HIMYM? I love you, Shannon. Marry me. "We could go NOW if you wanted!" Yeah! Dima would never EVER miss a chance to go see Professor Glendower. Ahem. But she wouldn't MIND visitors, would she? And besides, he was curious now. Ravenclaw thirst for knowledge. They had to KNOW. Or apparently not, 'cause it was exploring time. Even if this route didn't have the world's best professor on the list, Dima was POSITIVE it would be fun. "I dunno! I don't have the map with me right now, 'cause I don't get lost all that much anymore. Figure we can look around without it?" There had to be something they could find without Aunt Cela's help. "Secret passageways sound cooler! 'Cause they have to lead to some place." And finding things was cooler than hiding! You could just go behind someone tall if you needed to do that. Duh. |
SPOILER!!: I love you too and yes! It'll be the awesomest wedding that SS has ever seen ;) "Now?" said Simon and then he checked his watch. Eh, it wasn't too late and he HAD already finished his homework so he gave the Ravenclaw boy an excited grin. See? Dima wasn't so bad. Simon would just have to watch out when the little guy was in a crazy mood or something because of the fire incident. Ahem. Anyway. Still grinning, Simon nodded. "Sure, I have time. We could do it after the adventure?" If they had time, yes? Simon nodded for he did figure that the two of them could find their way around Hogwarts. "I think that would help or we could just get lost on purpose and then find our way out?" That sounded fun to him and that was exactly how he learned to get around Hogwarts. He nodded in agreement. "There are some down in the dungeon that are pretty cool. Most of the passageways have been closed off unfortunately," said Simon with a frown. If only they could find a way to get through the boundaries to explore the other passageways then they could learn so much stuff. |
Charms Homework Post 4 Sophie reached the top of the stairs and paused to draw in a few deep breaths. She wasn't out of shape, but MERLIN, she had just ran up four flights of stairs. Sure, it was with a few breaks on each floor of the castle, but she'd been busy casting charms at each floor! Those hadn't been breaks! She quickly moved on then, trying to find a fourth place to cast. She decided then and there that she would cast two more times--on this floor and then on the next. After that, she thought that those five different places would be enough to get her a good passing score on her homework. After all, she'd cast at least twice at every different place so far. Sophie stopped by a tapestry and momentarily looked at it. There was no time for casual viewing, though, so she stepped to the wall by the tapestry. "Caelum Saepio!" she said. She moved her wand in a sideways figure eight motion. Then, just as she had done before, she cast a second time for good measure. "Caelum Saepio!" Now...on to the fifth floor! |
Text Cut: <3 "Okay!" Today was SUCH a good day. He'd made a new friend AND they got to go see Professor Pretty later on! Man. Dima Toussaint had it all. Lost on purpose? What? Was that even possible? Was it still getting LOST if you knew it was on purpose? 'Cause then really you knew where you were going, or at least what you were doing since it was your goal. And getting lost was supposed to be an ACCIDENT anyway. But whatever. "Even the ones in the dungeon?" Why hadn't the smarter people found a way to reopen them again? Dima convinced himself that HE would when he was older. Or maybe he'd ask Marcus Orion, 'cause Marcus Orion knew EVERYTHING. "We can go see 'em anyway!" So he could describe them well. Mhm. |
SPOILER!!: <3 So the boy that set people on fire wasn't so bad after all. He was an He nodded and folded his arms. "Yep, even those ones. I went down there the other day to investigate them," he said. Yes, Simon had been looking for a way to get those open because he had a hunch that something exciting and dangerous must have been down there. He didn't exactly want to go fight it if it was a creature but he would have loved to observe and taken notes about it. Simon would keep observing. It was what he did best. He gave Dima a rare grin and nodded. Seeing them would be fun. "Sure, why not? Maybe we can find a way to get inside?" he said with an excited nod. |
