History of Magic Homework One

Choose one of the following and write a 2 paragraph essay (4-5 sentences minimum per paragraph):

• It is likely that the dragon from the Ilfracombe Incident was later captured and sent to a dragon reserve. What do YOU think happened to him? Write an epilogue to the story from the dragon's perspective.
• Sometimes when magic is exposed or visible to Muggles they have their memories erased or altered. Other times it is left to the Muggle to make up their own explanation, such as kelpie sightings where they believe in the 'Loch Ness monster.' What do you think the difference is? Why are memories erased sometimes and not others?
• How did the re-enactment of the Ilfracombe Incident and your role in it help you better understand this moment in history?
