Professor Morgan loves visitors and she will always have a cup a tea ready for anyone who wishes to seek her attention. So if you need some questions answered, advice, or if you just want to come for a visit she will be happy to see you. First please knock three times just in case the professor is focused on one of her magazines or astrology readings. If you have to wait a minute or two for her to answer don’t worry she has left out the cutest and fluffiest little chairs. They are cute, comfy, and if you bounce a little bit on them it will feel like you are on a small trampoline. No horsing around on them though, Professor Morgan won’t be long and you don’t want to be caught doing anything wrong.
OOC: After posting here I will post and let you know when to move to the office thread. The bouncy chairs are just something fun, but it’s just a little bounce your charrie can’t really get carried away.
This was the perfect time for Emmylou to meet all of her professors and any other important people of Hogwarts. She wanted to get the first hand of introducing herself and it was always a good thing to do, it made the professors notice their students more and what students to look out for. If it wasn't for her Aunt Raeanne then she wouldn't have known that or even think about meeting any of her professors at all.
Divinations, Emmylou didn't know what to think of the class, maybe it was the lack of knowledge that she had on the subject in general. She wondered if it was like those little fortune tellers like she would see at like fairs and festivals but those ones were scammers and she knew that this couldn't be a scam because it was in the magical world so it had to be the real deal. The blonde looked at the little ball like chairs and sat on one. This was cool, Emmy wanted one of these like now. She would have to ask the professor where she got these. Emmylou bounced lightly on the chair, it was like a trampoline!

Cassie had been comfy in her little nook with her latest Quibbler open. Flipping through and seeing who the latest gossip news was about. It was her favorite pass time. Hearing a knock at the door the blonde got up and slipped her heels back on. Looking towards the kitties in their kitty crib she grinned, "We have a visitor." or maybe more. She wasn't sure since she hadn't opened the door yet.
Going over and opening it she beamed at the girl standing outside. Or well bouncing on her seat. This made the Divination Professor excited and she gave snaps. "Don't you just love those." They were Fab and Cassie was glad she got them. "Come in.. come in." She gestured to the young girl.

Taking a deep somewhat shaky breath, she straightened her shirt and stood up tall... only to slouch a little afterward. It was as difficult to process as it was almost three months prior. Though now that she was here, standing in front of the door with a yellow rose in hand, did reality hit. Welcoming the new Divination professor. Who wasn't Callie. Though seemed extremely friendly enough. But still wasn't Callie. Blonde though. But...
Anxiously biting the side of her lip, she knocked three times before fiddling with the stem of the flower.
The only thing that she really missed about being homeschooled was Nana's Divination lessons. She did really enjoy them with her. Daily tea readings, reading each other's horoscopes the whole nine yards. That was her class. Nana was a retired WU Divination professor. She also passed her love of the subject down to her.
Although Cinnamon hardly ever if not never showed the crazy Divination loving side of her to anyone. What a buzz kill on the whole tough girl image. It was kind of her secret side of her. Just seen by her and her nana.
So she hadn't had a Divination lesson yet. And hadn't met the professor yet. Cinnamon really need to fill her avoid of daily tea reading and horoscope left by not having her nana around. Hopefully the professor would be totally down with a tea reading or maybe just reading their horoscopes together.
Once she arrived at the door of the office of Professor Morgan. She knocked on it. knock knock and waited for a minute to see if the professor was coming a right away of not. Maybe she was busy. So Cinnamon skipped over to one of the most interesting looking chairs ever and sat down on it. Interesting... And oh bouncy.

A yellow rose meant friendship, right?
Settling to make some tea and figure out some of these papers that had been on her desk Cassie looked up as she heard a knock at the door. Looking towards the kitties in their kitty chairs she gave an excited clap. Loving visitors and any reason to be social the blonde set down her tea pot and moved towards the door.
As she opened it her eyes lit up at the woman standing before it. It was her table neighbor how fun. She squealed a "Hello" and put the woman in a welcoming hug. "I am so glad you came to visit." She cheerfully gave her happy snaps. Seeing the rose Cassie beamed, "That is sooo pretty." she was going to ask if she got it in the student garden thinking her office could use more flowers when she thought about the tea.
"Oh would you like some tea? Come in, I love company." Turning the Divination professor went back into the office to pour the tea without waiting for an answer.

Being early in the morning Cassie was chipper as always. She loved mornings and this was the time she loved to sit and do her morning tea reading for the day. She busied herself with the tea pot and finding the perfect tea for the morning she was having. I nice ginger sounded just lovely, yes that's what she was going to have.
Hearing the door she giggled a bit waiting to see if the third knock would happen. Humming the classic tune as she walked across the office in her pink heeled slippers she opened the door and looked around. Smiling as she saw the girl on the chairs. "They are soooo fun aren't they?"

Penelope approached Professor Cassie's office, fortune cookie halves and fortune in hand. She had not eaten her cookie because she was allergic to wheat. The notice said that the lesson would be in the kitchen. She needed to know if they would be cooking and eating anything with wheat in it. If they would be cooking anything, it would probably have wheat in it, and the professor would need to know about her allergy. The last time she had had a lesson in the kitchen, they had been making pizza. She had not eaten any of the pizza, but inhaling some of the flour had left her with a rash and terrible nasal congestion for the remainder of the day. After knocking on the door three times with her free hand, she sat down on one of the chairs and bounced lightly. Bouncy chairs were fun.

He could do that! At least... He could try to do that. It was all just kind of hard. The making new friends thing. "I-I guess I could do that..." Zander listened thoughtfully, as Simon continued. It shouldn't distract him from getting his work done? "I, yeah I think I do actually!" He was getting it! He was really getting it! Kind of."Do you think my crush on her will fade away eventually?" Because it was bad. He knew it was bad. Every time someone knew found out, he got that nervous feeling. And they all looked at him all weird. She was so much older than him. It was a bad thing. At the last thing Simon said, however, Zander felt his little heart sink. 'It'll take time'. That's what he was afraid of. But he didn't have any time! Or at least he didn't think he did. "Time... That's what Lux said too... Do crushes take a long time?" Because he didn't want to wait too long!
Zander's eyes widened at the mention of the names! CB? His new Ravenclaw friend?... He hoped they were friends.... Ahem. He may have accidentally ruined the page of her book, which she did seem upset about... But then he fixed it for her and she was happy again!? And there was hugging! Lots of hugging! And hugging did mean friends... right? But that Agatha girl... Zander didn't know who she was. But by the sound of it, it seemed like Simon had a pretty good chance with them both! "Do-are-you-uh-erm. Wow, Simon that's gotta be tough," and he thought HE was in a pickle! But poor Simon couldn't choose between the two girls! "I guess you've just got to have an open mind about it?" Huh. That was something Lux would say right? "And let things happen naturally..." Uh. Could they get a luck expert down on the fifth hall because Zander didn't have a clue what he was talking about. "And I guess you'll know which one you like more sooner or later, right?" Whaaaaa? He was really trying. REALLY. Just. This was hard. And he was only thirteen!! Merlin. "YEAH EXACTLY! The butterflies are the worst part I think! Because they distract you and then you just don't know what to say!!" At least someone else got it.
An older student? Huh? Wait a minute, Simon... THAT WAS GENIUS! "Simon, you really are a detective in training a consultant uh- that! That's a brilliant idea!" This Sherlock stuff was still a mess in his head. But yes, an older student would be a great idea. They knew about this stuff, right? They'd just have to find the right one. A seventh year one. They're ancient. "Professor Morgan?" Oh, yeah! With all this sitting around and girl stuff, Zander had totally forgotten about why they were on the move anyways. Getting up from his spot on the stairs, Zander held out his hand for his mate, to help him get up to. "To the seventh floor!"
Simon watched as Zander mused that he could try doing what he had recommended. Sweet. Maybe his advice was paying off for once? Perhaps he ought to start a business where he gave loads of free advice to random strangers. In fact, he could have his own television series. Dr. Simon Holden, relationship specialist and detective. He smirked. Oh, yes. He liked the sound of that. Not that it was making his ego grow bigger or anything. which totally was happening at this precise moment. He refocused on Zander and shared a sympathetic lion with his Gryffindor mate. “I think so. It’ll take time but you’ll survive.” With that, he patted his mate on the back and then nodded when Zander mentioned Lux. Merlin! Who was this Lux person? He had been hearing so much about her but had never met her. Perhaps one day he’d run into her around Hogwarts. It’d be nice to meet another one of Zander’s close friends. “They can but it all depends. Don’t force anything.” Yeah, that seemed like solid advice that an elderly student would tell someone young. Hold up a second. Was Zander older than him? Or was Simon the older one? He didn’t know at all.
As his Lion mate struggled to find words, Simon simply nodded in agreement. Yep, yep, yep. That was exactly how he felt! His blue eyes widened when Zander took on the role of the oh wise Sensei when it came to relationships and girls and whatnot. Zander needed to get his own website or something to help people with relationship stuff. “That’s pretty stellar advice, Z-man,” he said before internally criticizing himself for picking up some of Flamsteed’s vocabulary. He wasn’t cool enough to use THAT vocabulary yet. Maybe in forty-five years he would be? Nah, he’d NEVER be ready. Oh well. “Zander, you should get your own television series or something. You’re advice… It just makes sense.” He nodded again when the Lion boy mentioned the butterflyfeeling that Simon also got in his tummy.
Simon chuckled and felt his heart swell with pride and joy as Zander informed him that e was really a detective in training a consultant-something! Heh. “Thanks, Zander,” he said with a shy grin. Before he could say anything else, the two were on there way to the seventh floor! “Right. Girls are too distracting for us,” he added and shook his head.
After reaching the seventh floor, Simon led the way over to the area outside of Professor Morgan's office. "Ready?" he asked Zander and then knocked on Professor Morgan's door three times. After doing so, he plopped down in one of the open bouncy chairs. Ooh. Fun.

Zander nodded slowly. Awh. He hated that it'd take time. He wasn't the patient type. He just wanted to get over her now! But Simon was right. He could survive. Hopefully. Don't force anything. Got it. Man, Simon was actually really good at this. "Thanks, Simon," he truly did appreciate all the advice from his friend. The boy may not have known it, but he was pretty good with this love stuff. Hm. Maybe he was a love expert just like Sophie was! "You're advice was actually pretty helpful, mate!"
But then, as Simon went on to praise Zander for his advice, the third year scoffed a little. Him? Stellar advice? First off, Simon was starting to sound like Flailsteed. Heh. And secondly, his advice complete rubbish! He had NO idea what he was even talking about. "What can I say, I'm trying?" He really was. Whether his advice was any good, he didn't actually know. But Simon seemed to like it so that's what really mattered, right? "A television show?!" Zander couldn't help but laugh a little. "Hm. Maybe I will! Nah. But still it was the thought that made him feel a little giddy.
FINALLY they reached the seventh floor and Zander could feel a huge grin making an appearance on his face. Wow. It had taken quite a while, but they finally made it up. Ready? "Always!" When he was around Simon, he felt... Kind of invincible. It just felt good to finally have a close friend around. The Gryffindor watched as Simon knocked on the door. He would've knocked too, but that'd be overkill. So instead, he walked towards the chairs and waited for Simon to do the same. As the Slytherin made his way over, Zander couldn't help but smile some more. Wow. He actually had a real life best mate.

It was freezing in the tower these days. The charms were just not working anymore to keep it heated with the freezing temperatures and cold wind blowing outside. How had winter not stopped yet it was May. There was certainly something going on. Hearing her a knock at the door, Cassie made her way to the door in her three layers of blankets. Her pink snuggie was just not cutting it these days.
Opening the door she grinned towards the young Ravenclaw. “Miss Penelope so wonderful to see you.” Though she noticed the fortune cookie and couldn’t help but look questioning, “Is everything alright? “ The house elves made the cookies, so they had to be alright. “Come in.. come in” She held the door open a bit more for the young lady to enter.

Trying to keep her mind off the horrible cold that was set to stay in her office, Cassie tried to focus on really getting in touch with whatever was causing this horrible weather and what attacked in the forest a few months ago. She knew if it was an animal then she would be able to connect with it. Maybe it just needed some more focus. Sitting near her fire she closed her eyes and began to concentrate. There seemed to be no creature anywhere near the outside of the castle. Though someone’s Kneazle was going to try and harm someone’s rat in the next day. She’d have to warn the rat owner, but her mind needed to..
Her eyes opened and she looked at her door hearing the knocking. Wrapping the blankets tighter she made her way towards the door. Opening it she grinned at the two boys standing in front, “Simon what a pleasure to see you. Oh and hello Zander, how are you today?” Were they having trouble with something or had they just come for a friendly visit? Either way Cassie was always happy to see visitors. “Come in if you’d like. What can I do for you two gentlemen today?”

How did she let Professor Airey talk her into this again? Oh right, he was going on about responsibility and misunderstandings and not leaving things on a bad note. Right. Don't ask how that tugged at her heart, because it didn't but somehow Airey got her to write the note and even more he drove home the idea of chivalry so she didn't send her kneazle to deliver it and she didn't simply stick it to the door. Sincerity and all that.
What were those chairs even?
For a moment Alexa just stared at them, especially the pink one before snapping back to reality and knocking...three times apparently because that was a rule? She was just...not gonna question it. She'd also just stand here, apology note in the pocket of her candy bag.
Was she in? Merlin please be or she'd have to keep checking back.

She might have been neglecting her office for awhile from the cold and spending so much time in the library making sure it was all in order. So for the day Cassie was spending her time cleaning and doing some marking. With the instillation spell and trying to reheat the room with the heating charm every so many minutes she was doing her best to stay warm.
As she went to make herself some more tea she heard a knock and grinning humming, "if you want me" after the three knocks. Turning on her heel and forgetting her tea she moved to her door. "Oh Miss Cambridge. What a lovely surprise." It was interesting that she was there as well.
"Would you like to come in?" She loved visitors, "I was just about to make some tea."

To be sure she wasn't wasting her afternoon, Alexa pressed an ear to the door. It wasn't eavesdropping if you didn't know you were getting important information and it was even less so when you weren't interested so this was perfectly allowed. On the inside she could here shuffling, so the Professor WAS here. Thank Merlin.
Lex stepped aside as the door swung open, just a bit in case someone was on the way out but found herself facing Professor Smiles. Wow. Funny how she never actually questioned how this would go til she got here. Did she just...throw the note in her hand then run or.....
"No thanks Professor, don't reckon I'll be staying long and I've never really been a fan of tea." Lottie knew this, in fact she was probably the only one who knew this and tried explaining it to Mr. Vinteren way back then. "I came about that lesson where there was that...uh...misunderstanding and I have something for you." She said, light patting the pocket the note rested in.
Yup, this was happening.

Cassie couldn't help but take a bit of interest in Alexa's words. She wasn't staying long. So what was the reason for her visit? Leaning against the door way a bit the Divination professor smiled, "Alright, though I have the most wonderful peppermint tea." She loved her teas, but knew some didn't fancy them.
The misunderstanding? Cassie thought for a moment, "Oh yes our fist lesson together. Well I am certainly sure we are both past that. It was just a misunderstanding." She knew that from the start so she never had taken it too personally.
Though the something for her had sparked her attention. She loved surprises. Shifting her weight not to be leaning against the door way a little surprise look on her face. "You do? Well Miss Cambridge you have my full attention."
Yeah I broke that mirror, so what? ll NOT backward ll Official Gryfferin ll Lemon's favourite

Lex gave a polite shake of her head. "I'm on an all chocolate diet Ma'am." Hot chocolate, chocolate frogs, fudge, mars bars, hershey, that sort of thing. Tea was usually too bland for her taste. Greens were alright for the next guy and Lottie was all for the stuff but she'd have to pass on that one.
"Reckon we are, Professor." Lex confirmed. Lex didn't waste her attention very much on the pass. She was more one to dwell in the present while trying to get some glimpses of future epicness. "It's more a courtesy than anything else." Both to her and to Professor Airey who seemed to be of the impression the woman was torn about this but evidently she wasn't. Could almost classify as a wasted walk if she was fine but she was here already.
Before pulling the note out, Lex reached into her candy bag and pulled out a small wrapped back of cauldron cakes. Next she fished the note from the small front pocket and extended them both to her. "You could enjoy those with your tea if you'd like." Far be it for her to tell Professor Smiles what to do with this stuff.

(Hope you don't mind me calling you that)
I think we ran into a misunderstanding during your first lesson, based on what Professor Airey said and it led to negative afterthoughts--that's what he says anyway thus leading to mild emotional suffering and this was not my intention. Just letting you know that. It's not an apology on account of differences in opinions happening all the time but in future there will be no debates or disruptions coming from me. Gryffindor's honour.

Chocolate diet? Cassie chuckled, "I'm on that diet often myself. I do enjoy my chocolate fudge." What woman didn't like chocolate though? It was just so yummy and good. "Well I just sooo do appreciate it. It was very nice of you to come here and speak to me." That was not going to be unnoticed.
Watching the girl carefully she took the caldron cakes and note. Reading it, her smile grew. "Well that is very sweet of you. Thank you soo much." It really was. Not all students would see what they did and try to fix it. it was wonderful to see. "I will so enjoy these with my tea."
Giving a beaming smile she turned on her heel. "Stay right there." Heading into her office and coming back out with a cup of Hot chocolate. "I always have both. I don't want to keep you if you have studying or anything else you'd need to do, but please enjoy the warm drink. The cold just doesn't seem to want to end." She felt bad for the students. June and freezing. It was crazy.
