From the first floor, Professor Hadley leads the way down to the kitchens where we'll get started with the main portion of the lesson, which is very hands-on (basically meaning that discussion shall happen whilst you work!)

Spread out on each of the five tables are various workstations that were pre-set before you arrived. By each workstation consisted of: a pizza stone and french rolling pin. Along with various food items: a jar of red pasta sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, olive oil, garlic salt, dried oregano, sugar, yeast, salt, and flour. And of course measuring spoons and cups, along with the necessary bowls.

"First things first, we need to make the dough. Now I don't normally recommend using magic in this class, but I'll make an exception for getting the necessary amount of water, you may use the aguamentis charm."

"Which ingredients do you think we need at your workstation for making the dough?"

Waiting for the dough to rise; Discussion: why sugar in pizza dough?
Discussion continued ... why salt? why add flour only a little at a time?
Dough has risen.... moving onto the kneading, though more discussion as we do; why do we add garlic salt and oil to the dough?
Finishing touches on pizza prep: sauce, cheese, toppings, etc. You have about 8-10 hours from the time of the post to get the pizzas ready and in the oven ;D
And pizzas are done! Eat and enjoy! Don't forget to save a sample for the Professor so you can get credit =)

Water wasn't likely to help the heat in his mouth. Benny had eaten enough hot stuff, his father could be heavy handed as well, to know there were other better options. Taking a bite of Adi's pizza, the Gryffindor registered some relief. It seemed the more muted pizza of his friend provided a calming nature on his tongue and mouth. So in order to manage to eat his and Angel's pizza and not be mean on top of Adi and AJ's reaction, he took turns in the two slices in hopes to balance the heat.

With the lesson over, the third year wasn't sure what to do with the rest of their project. Benny surely didn't want any more. Scooting the plate into a more open area of the counter, he got an idea, taking a spare bit of parchment and wrote up a quick little sign. The boy placing it by the plate that contained the rest of the pieces to their pizza.

"There...now others can share," he mused as he packed up his belongings, everything else cleaned up already. If they dared that is. "Uh huh," he said, answering his best friend's question. Ready to go for sure for he might need further cooling of the tongue. "Fun lesson, Professor Hadley," he responded with a smile as he took his bag and headed out.

Adi had a pretty good idea. "We should." She was already thinking of the different things that they could do and even though she had just ate two slices of pizzas, her mouth still watered.

AJ eyed the sign that Benny put on their pizza. She felt like maybe she add a disclaimer... it was only fair right? Shaking her head she decided to clean up her area and gather her belongings. "Thanks for the lesson professor!" The first year was out the door!
